Amazing warehouse. I am always able to find multiple shoes and clothes at a recent price. I highly recommend anyone and everyone in Orlando area go to this store. FYI - these shoes hold up exceptionally well in any theme park.

I was helped by the owner who has over 20 years in the business and knows his stuff. He didnt just sale me a pair of shoes, he sold me the shoes that was right for me.

Cory and the other employees were very helpful in finding and recommending appropriate shoes for needs and explaining much info on shoe whear and tear, times for replacements, + excellent $$$, 2 pair for less than $130 when i thought it was $180, on New Balance thats excellent to me anyway.

I got brand new non slip work shoes here and theyre great. Only about 60 dollars, extremely comfortable, padded, ergonomical, and all black with no big logos or colors. Note that they werent included with the 40% off sale but still worth it.

Great staff and good selection. Decent prices and deals. I was a little surprised to learn from the store manager that the military discount is not in addition to, which really makes the discount itself rather ineffective.

I have a handicap sister who wears orthotics so finding shoes to fit right are tough. Two gentlemen at this store spent at least 30 minutes searching the whole store front and back until they found us two pairs that fit perfectly.

Wasn’t impressed with the store. The employees seemed either busy with their phones else where. They didn’t offer helping find anything or.... anything. The shoes selection was less than par. So many of either the same shoe that nobody clearly wanted or extremely small or large sizes of any that actually liked. The only thing this store was good for was to get the right shoe size so my wife and I could order what shoe we wanted from online.

Typical outlet store shoes. Also sells branded clothing. Changing room is available. Theres always some kind of BOGO deal going on. No other discounts are accepted. Employees constantly check on you to see if you need assistance. If you cant find your size out front, they will gladly check in the back. Store will provide you with large netted shopping bags to better carry your items as you shop. On my trip today, I saw prices from $49 to $124. Keep in mind that this is outlet quality product, not the product you find in regular shoe stores.

Went in the find shoes for my feet since they have been killing me from being pregnant. Lane was the employee who helped me and he was awesome. He took his time and helped me try on a bunch of shoes till we found the ones I liked. I would definitely ask for him if you go in! Thank you!!!

I went shopping for a new pair of shoes and Corina helped me out. She was very patient while we swapped 4 different insoles between 3 styles of shoe. We finally found the right combination and she didnt complain one bit. Prices are reasonable too.

I went in not sure Id actually buy a pair, but wanting to try on some styles since they had so many and I was kind of confused. My sales associate was Lily and she was fantastic. I tried on like half the store and wasnt able to find something I liked the look of in my size that was comfortable for my foot issues. She ended up even searching online to give some recommendations of ones shes seen before. But we happened across a pair I liked the look of that they actually had in store and in my size almost an hour later. Great price too, ended up paying half what I thought Id pay. Kudos to you Lily for your great customer service!

They had just about any color New Balance you could think of.

We shopped on a weekday early and the store was clean and well staffed. Our son has over pronation and internet recommended NB shoes. The staff was helpful and pointed us right to the corrective shoe. The price was good compared to what we saw on line later. Happy about the purchase. Will return to store before school shopping.

Not many options if you need a wide sized shoe

Great selection at super cheap prices. Customer service is very good too. Kids shoe selections are hit or miss at times.

Walked in had to find somebody not talking to another co-worker. We couldnt find what we were looking for so I finally found somebody and they offered to call another store so I asked if they could. We waited about 5 minutes. Then we see him joking and talking with another co-worker. We then wait another 10 minutes to find him cashiering. At that point just left.

Went in there this afternoon. There were about seven employees. Five were just talking at the checkout and a couple were just standing on the sales floor. Not one of them acknowledged us. We walked around for a few minutes looking for a certain pair of shoes before leaving.

I wear a size 13 4E shoe, which only new balance sells...was hoping for more of selection in my size...found 2 pairs tho

Terrible service, they are not worried about customers, I tried to change my sons shoe (which was broken and we did not realize it), they do not change the product for not having the invoice or the box, being that we gave him several options so that check that I actually made my purchase here! I do not recommend them and if you have to buy, check very well that your product is not damaged!What worries the most is that they were not interested for a moment in my problem, the answer was always we cant do anything, it is incredible that this kind of thing happens!Here I leave them in the trash, because they do not serve me!

We bought shoes in this store, we requested the change by factory default and the manager did not agree because he did not have the invoice, he asked him to check his inventory and he did not agree. Do not save the invoice but you could check that you made the purchase in your store 2 weeks ago. VERY BAD
