Bought a purse here and they sold me a used purse! I didn’t even look at the purse until I got home, because who would think that a name brand store like this would ever sell a used item! I am from out of town and I was so upset. I was trying to get ahold of them once I got home and I could not get anyone on the phone! It took me 2 weeks to actually speak with someone! Once I did get on the phone with someone, she was very helpful and sent me a new purse. This was an inconvenience and I was shocked that people spend thousands of dollars on a purse and they would sell them a used one!

I was visiting Orlando for Memorial Day and every time I am there I shop ask this location, but this time it was unusually crowded and I had to wait in line to get in the store. The sales team was helpful and charming as always when I got inside. Sally helped me purchase a pair of slides for my dad as a gift for Father’s Day. He was so excited when he opened the box, but they gave me the wrong size shoe. :( . The store was closing when I got to the register and it was still extremely crowded inside, so I am Niy sure if the clerk gave me the wrong shoe or if the error happened in the back. I told my dad I would exchange them, but I live in Georgia. I have tried to call the store for three days and no one will answer and the store voicemail is FULL. I reached out to Gucci.com and they advised that I have to speak with the store directly. This was a error made on their behalf. When you purchase the shoe the salesperson takes it to the register for you and they wrap it all pretty in a bag and tie it. It was a gift, so I wanted my dad to experience opening the bag and then box. I hope I am able to gain a resolution soon. I purchase from Gucci regularly and I have loved their service up until now. :(

Was waited on by Saranna. She was super helpful. I went in for a wallet and she found a pair of shoes in the stockroom that matched the print of the wallet, so I bought those as well. Great experience, will be back my next time in town. 😄

Staff are nice. Valentina was very helpful to us. I had demands that were supplied by them. Queues can be long at times but it’s worth the wait.The selection is not as wide as Gucci outlets in NJ but it’s all about luck and finding something for you individually.

COVID-19 Protocols are still in place which is great so be prepared to stand in line outside (hopefully it’s not too hot outside). The line wasn’t long. We walked in & the staff are friendly. I would highly recommend going in & ask for Henry. If you love the Gucci brand, you will find some good prices thats are worth it. We will definitely be back! Henry for the win!

I bought 2 pairs of shoes from this store on Memorial Day weekend. They didn’t have my size so they had to special order them and ship them directly to my address. I paid the full amount including the shipping cost. It’s been more than a month still haven’t received anything. I’ve been calling the store almost daily no answer and just like another reviewer said their voicemail is full. I even sent them an email with picture of my receipt explaining everything yet no answer. I tried to call the corporate store they said there is nothing they can do. Im hopeless right now. I need at least my money back if they don’t have the shoes 🤬

Loved it here! Long wait for the line, but it was worth it. Went to buy the kids gifts for Valentine’s Day. Staff was overwhelmed ! Everyone calling on them at same time, and they still managed to handle all the customers... I always shop outlet, when shopping for the kids lol.... they were fully stocked too! Went to Gucci outlet in Chicago a few months ago, they didn’t have any sizes in anything ... Will definitely return anytime in Orlando

Little to no customer service. My wife saw a purse she liked and no one would help her, even employees who were just standing around. I saw a wallet I liked and told the guy I wanted to think about it. I literally ran back to the store to make it back before they closed. I got there 5 minutes before close. I told the guy at the door I wanted to buy the wallet and he just shook his head and said they were closed. My wife is Regional Manager at another major fashion retailer and she was disgusted with the way we were treated. We will never return to this store.

The bag I purchased in February is a Gucci velvet marmont blind for love runway bag. The problems started in July of the same year, pearls falling off and oxidized hardware as well as a small crack in leather, I brought it in and a repair work order was initiated. Less than 2 weeks later I was contacted by them that my bag was not able to be repaired, so they offered me an exchange of anything I choose. I’m very happy with this because it was prompt and I had my new bag picked out that same day. I’m very happy with the customer service here, I’m always treated very well.

I usually don’t do reviews but ikram was so amazing that I said to myself why we always like to share bad experiences and when it’s great experience we just keep it to ourselves. Well this time my experience was super amazing that I have to share it . I was in Orlando for a 4 day trip with my wife and we never saw or been to a Gucci outlet we were joking about the line in front of the store but we said why not let see what kind of discounts they have … when it was our turn here comes ikram she was so friendly the minute she welcomed us to the store I knew the experience will be so different, she went above and beyond to help us . Me and my wife were like kids in a candy store … we jumped from purses to shoes to clothes and we felts like we were overwhelming ikram with questions and requests and her smile never left her face and she answered my wife’s questions even the silly ones very professionally… we felt pampered with ikram she paid attention to the least of the details. We felt her suggestions were great .. most high end stores you feel either rushed or they are trying to sell you things you will never need … we felt very comfortable with her eii talked about her home town our home town … of course my wife end up with the lion’s share of what we bought but first time I was happy paying for it cause ikram made us feel like both our opinions matter she was able to translate a let’s see what the store have to a successful I wish I could buy more and more . I think ikram made the Gucci experience a very special one she was the ingredient that made our first experience at a Gucci outlet far better than any other regular Gucci stores we been to all over the country. FYI we walked into Versace (which is my favorite store sorry ikram) but they didn’t have an ikram, they had a good discounts but we didn’t feel comfortable so we walked out empty handed ….. I can’t believe my first trip to Orlando the land of the theme parks ( Disney, universal studios,seaworld) and I’m writing a review about ikram the girl from Africa that helped us in a Gucci outlet but I’m glad I m doing it cause it shows still in 2021 the human interaction leaves a better impression and doesn’t stop to impress us more than all the Star Wars new rides ….. my wife next to me saying she wants to go back say bye to ikram and of course get the black purse she didn’t get last time …yeah no we have a plane to catch early and the black purse can wait ..

Very good and knowledgeable employees.The seemingly manager - was busy shuffling workers and was stressing out the workers - who were still smiling.Manager may need help.He was on the case of the person welcoming customers.We were planning on buying more... but constant shuffling of employees was not helpful.

It was our first time here and buying from a Gucci “outlet”. We usually buy direct from Gucci.com and their boutiques around the country. I must say, I was very pleased with the store’s selection and item/sizes availabilities. The service was awesome as well. We worked with Ricardo and he was extremely helpful and accommodating. If you’re looking for Gucci shoes, then you have to come here because they’re all at least 50% off from their original retail pricing. Let’s just say we left the store $5000 poorer and with big smiles on our faces because we got some super deals on amazing items. 👍

Bought 2 items, one for me and one for my wife. Decided to go back and purchase more later that day. When I was at the register I asked an associate (Andre salesperson:1052430)about my account and he came off rude. Looking at the other reviews it’s pretty apparent this location has a reputation for bad customer service but figured it deserved a review so people know what to expect from this Gucci location. Hopefully they fix these customer service problems.

Seriosly the worst customer service! We bought 2 belts. We had them shipped and the items did not arrive for almost a month, and when they did arrive one belt was missing and the sent a pair of sandals to our address. When you call, not one answers the phone and the voicemail is full. I have no idea what to do and no one to help me.

The store closes at 9pm, I was in line outside at 8:30pm . I knew what I wanted to buy but Gucci still refused to let me In because they don’t let people in the store past 8:30pm even though the store closes at 9pm (no sign on the door to state this rule). I asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor said they would sell me the item while I am standing outside of the store in the cold like a drug deal transaction. I think that was rude and very unprofessional for Gucci to charge so much money for a bag and treat it’s customers like a second class citizen . That is why Gucci stays in trouble because of the way that they treat it’s customers but we continue to forgive them and buy there products!

I haven’t been into tHe store yet but My friend referred me phone number of a personal shopper at this gucci orlando outlet location to help me score a pair of shoes she thought I might like. I hate going into crowded stores normally, but with covid even more so doing all shopping online these days. I texted the local sales rep Henry and despite a few delays he came through and helped me score an amazing pair of shoes.I look forward to eventually making it into their store but for now I’m thankful for Henry helping me shop via text. Very unhelpful sales team. We were looking for loafers for my husband. Couldn’t find anyone to help us in a largely empty store. They were all too busy talking to each other in a corner, and very dismissive. We flagged someone down, asked for a price and were given a price but no offer to try on the shoes. We’ve shopped at many Gucci stores but Orlando needs some training and an attitude adjustment.

I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, as I have been here twice in two months. But between being understaffed and the staff that is available being rude and unhelpful, I’d suggest avoiding this store altogether. The regular boutiques are much better and will actually help you purchase something instead of just staring at you with contempt.

Extremely disappointed in this location. The unprofessionalism and lack of customer service exhibited from the sales associates was nothing like I’ve ever experienced before in a designer store. After leaving I felt embarrassed and not worthy of being in the store because of how I was treated. Degrading. After asking to see an item that was in a case, I wasn’t even acknowledged. He just grabbed the item and laid it down. After he took it from me and put it back into its case continuing to ignore me, I was asking about the item and what all I could use it for, it was a beautiful, unique, item nearly $2,000. I’m always asking about luxury/designer items with the sales associates in Louis Vuitton, the Chanel in Saks, and Prada. Other locations of Gucci in Naples, Tampa, and Miami have always had helpful, excellent, sales reps. After asking him about it’s different uses mid sentence he walked away from me. I think I was in shock because I even stopped mid sentence. I’m not even sure where he was going, he never went to another customer he just walked away...I turned around to him as he was behind me at that point and he said something condescending about it being a folio again. As if I didn’t know what a folio is....But I asked if people use it as a clutch or what can they use it for and he continued to still not look at me and answer my questions! Like I was beneath him for asking about their item or not worthy of utilizing his time. Insanity! You’re a sales associate I don’t care if I was asking if the sky was blue, you still acknowledge and answer any questions I have for you until I’m finished! I asked one question and you walk away mid-sentence? 🤨 I’m not sure what training they’ve had but if this is how they treat their customers I’m not sure why anyone would buy something from them at this location.Do yourself a favor, if you’re in the Orlando area go to the other Gucci store that’s not an outlet. The prices are not discounted at the outlet store anyway and they have a very underwhelming bag and belt selection whenever I’m in town and go. The shoes are subpar. The clothing items are a decent selection of couture. That’s the only positive I can come up with and the item I was looking at today was unique. Or another recommendation is to do what I did and take your business to the Prada store next door with friendly, helpful, sales associates and a very nice selection with even Miu Miu in the back. (:

I bought a Starbucks 5 minutes ago. Just finish my shopping from Burberry. Walk to Gucci. I was like “oh that bag might be fit for my gf, however, they let us wait outside for 5 minutes and let us in. They told us the policy. Alright, I respect that but you put my drinks down nearby the entrance” my drink on the ground due to your policy...” after all, I met the store supervisor, he explain rules and the reason. Apparently, he didn’t understand my points. I DO respect and understand your rules. But you can have somewhere for guest to put their drinks least in some real place like table... or you know what I mean? This is kind embarrassing for me to before get out the store and pick up my drinks then from the ground. It’s a shame for such a Gucci brand treat guests like that. My gf was upset she said “ after I came out and buy the birthday gift for you I was happy on todays shopping experience however this terrible experience in here really make today last part not end with happy in this outlet”. I’m writing this with my true feeling. I know Gucci might don’t care some minor guests like us not spent much money on this brand. But this store you just did something really seem stupid to me. The staff at this outlet don’t really care if they sell or not. With the new policy of appointments I kept calling for a whole week no one answered the phone. I left 5 voicemails no one called me back. I drove for an hour to the store and the lady at the front door told me I can’t come in because there closed although the outlet closes an hour later. I explained the situation she asked me to leave my phone number and someone will text me. It’s been 2 days and no one texted me. This is not a Gucci service this clearly shows that the manger doesn’t really check if the staff is doing their jobs.

Unfortunately the worst customer service and experience at a premium designer outlet. Staff stood around, chatting and laughing with eachother, hollering spanish across the room to eachother.. rather than doing what they are paid to do - paying attention to the needs of the customers in the store. It was a task to get the attention of someone to assist. Staff here need major training on service and mannerisms they display on the store floor. Even the security guard at the door was highly unprofessional standing infront of the door and opening and closing with no space for you to enter or exit, besides being sandwiched between himself and the door. Worst designer store experience.
