Love me some converse. I own many pair. Was disappointed they didnt have anything more original than what I already have. Did see some futuristic chucks that will not be wearing anytime soon!

Went there a couple of years back. Great customer service. Staff is very friendly, professional, and willing to answer questions. Bought a pair powder blue converse. Cant wait to stop by again get another pair.

Amazing Store 🏬 Amazing Staff, Amazing Merch In The Store 🏬 The manger was very helpful and he even help me find the clearance section and I got a deal on a really cool shirt. It was only 9 dollars 💵 Also the store is in a good area, inside a outlet mall. So there is plenty of parking and shops around, plus restaurants if you are hungry. I would totally recommend this place .

I was only browsing as my son said these shies are the best. Well I looked but did nit find any to my liking. The service from the staff was nice. They had a sale when we were there, as I am a Dane I read signs very diligently, so when the sign read buy one shoe and get one half off, I had to tease the lady there and asked if I had to pay for 1.5 times the price for a pair. Luckily she had a great sense if humor and laughed a little. Thank you for a nice visit.

Went there, got what I needed, the sales person that helped me was great - but the salesperson that spoke to my husband was very rude, he sat down on a bench that evidently was not a bench due to his handicap, she needs to learn how to ask instead of telling. Customer Service! Ill go back because of the help I received from my salesperson.

Ayanna was very rude and so was the manager. she did not want to allow me to return shoes even though NIKE and CONVERSE’s return policy is return shoe in ANY CONDITION within 30 days ( explained as trial run on website ) clearly the manager isn’t training his employees correctly . Not knowing the policy is one thing but being very rude to a customer who does know the policy is unacceptable

Great Customer Service

The cashier is horrible! The whole store was disorganized. I wanted to buy a one star shoes, and the box said it was around 60, but the price tag said the retail price was 80$, and our price was 85$ which was definitely miss printed. So I even asked the assistant before I got check out. And she said it should be 60 what. However, when I checked out, the other cashier, a white blonde girl told me it was 85, and when I said it must be something wrong because it was even higher than online, and guess what, she said, then why dont you buy it online? Everyone, avoid this store, you deserve better, for example, online.
