The individual helped my fiancé and I on Saturday and Sunday, went the extra mile in researching if the other store had the items we needed or if they were available in the back. Love the Columbia store! Always find something to walk out with! I am an outdoor enthusiast and Columbia checks a lot of boxes for me...when you can find bargains on them at this outlet, well it just makes it all the better! Store is very organized and helpful is always available! Will return again and again! Just a fan. Even if you dont like the fishing shirt with the big flap, I have found many other outstanding shirts and shorts and some cool hiking shoes!

We went to the Orlando outlet mall on International Drive last weekend on July 19,2020. At around 1-2 in the afternoon we went to the Columbia store there and I was completely shocked on how I was treated. Never in my life have I been treated like that. Daisy the store manager accused me of not paying for my merchandise even though the credit card machine screen said my card was approved and I was able to remove my card which I did but then she turned around and said that I didn’t pay for it and my credit card didn’t go through. She was talking very loudly where everyone else in the store can hear so of course all of the other customers were looking at us which is even more embarrassing. She continued to argue with me that I didn’t pay for my stuff that I pulled my phone out and logged into my bank to even show her that my transaction was pending with my own bank! She still continued to argue that I need to wait for a receipt before I can even leave the store. By now people are watching even more and making a video because they were just as shocked as I was with how I was treated. Daisy doesn’t belong in management let alone in customer service. Accusing hard working people is paying is low. I’m not a criminal by any means. I make good money and never been in trouble in my life. After this experience, I’ll never go into this store again. We have contacted corporate in this matter and they have reached out to us saying a district manager would contact us but it has yet to happened. We have waited to post this review until now to give them time to contact us and they have not yet to do so.

Great sales!! Lots of merchandise to choose from if you normal size. Columbia is known for quality clothing so we felt at ease shopping there. Face masks required!!! Sanitized checkout areas between customers.

Erika with a K, red hair, was extremely rude. At first we were looking at coats and she was basically shoving and pushing us over and literally TOOK the coat we set aside to try on and put it back and proceeded to move things that we were looking at after we told her. I Didn’t understand the issue... AND THEN we asked her where the Waterproof coats were located and she ROLLED HER EYES. It was unbelievable, I was in shock. I don’t usually complain about people but this was rough

This store’s less than transparent refund policy caused me to waste my time. I was denied a refund based on not having the payment CC present even though this requirement is not stated on their receipt or in store policy postings. Please correct this issue, your customers’ time is valuable.

Pleasantly surprised

Great place to stock up on jackets, outdoor gear for the family. Prices are awesome and lower than Northface and quality is good.The Line moved swiftly and checkout was friendly however it was hard to grab any clerks attentions on the Sales floor.

I love the brand, however, today we had the worst customer service experience ever. The cashier was extremely rude and mad for doing her job (which she is getting pay for). It’s not the customer fault that the store is short on staff. She didn’t even want to give us military discount because it was to hard for her to do or give us the 25% discount on the entire purchase that we got for being part of their rewards program.

Avanelle was amazing with me and my family. She was super patient and friendly.

Poor sales staff. Alexus checked me out today. Apparently her conversation with her co-worker was more important than saying hello. First word she said was my total. Nothing else. A robot would have been more congenial.

Great outlet store. Prices are great, compared to the actual Columbia store. They run coupons all of the time for $20 off of $100 purchase. There is something there for everybody.

Dont expect to save very much. Best deals are found online or at Amazon/eBay

Good prices and nice&friendly staff. Would suggest to go to there if you are close. Get prime coupons before you arrive so you get good discounts.

Today I had to return to the store for an error of the cashier that yesterday did not take the sensor to a pair of shoes and even worse than when I left I asked for a plastic bag to store the shoe box and two employees of the store refused to give me one for supposedly order of the manager. What kind of customer service do you give in that store? I was NOT asking for a gift it was a duty towards a client who had to return a day later because of the incompetence of his employees ... bad recommendation.Bad store....bad employees

Decent outlet store. I have purchased a few things here. Pretty fair prices as most items are discontinued items or overstocked items. Could be tough to find your size as most stuff tended to be large, xl, or xxl. Its also located on I Drive so its always full of tourists.

Great prices but an employee would not help or would just point and say it was just that style when if fact it was all colors, but because it was easy for to say that the green one had the price it was only the green one that was on sale. I was helped by another person who checked for me and was very nice.

They had a suprising selection. Most of the stuff is closed out old season stuff but for most people it leaves us open for great deals. They had a mountain hardwear ouffy jacket. They normally sell for 359ish bucks and I got it for 89. Was an older color but who cares!!

I found a black 1x jacket that I loved, I asked if they had in white. The worker told me that the sizes 1x and xl fit the same way. I said, no they dont. The xl is too tight across my chest and the 1x fits great. He said, Oh, ok. We dont have a 1x in white. So, I took the black one. The price tag had been ripped off. It was on a rack with about fifty of the exact same jacket in seven different colors for $59.99. I took another black jacket so they could scan the tag. When I was checking out, the cashier told me that it was $95.00. I said, the rack and all of the other price tags say $59.00. She said that that was for the regular sizes. So, I brought her a purple jacket that was 1x and said $59.00 on the tag. She then told me that the black was $95.00 and the other colors were $59.00. I said, I thought you said that the reason it was more expensive was the size, not the color. She said, I can sell you the purple one for $59.00 or the black for $95.00. She then just stared at me until I walk out in frustration. SO FRUSTRATING!!!
