Adam from this store was super helpful! Helped us get a brand new piece of glass for an awesome rate that we love and got us a vape we have never seen before and it was exactly to liking! All in all a great experience will be back again!

Second time here to this store. This the best smoke shop I ever been too.Went it this morning and the new guy *youtuber voice guy* was pretty knowledgeable about the items in the shop. I got a battery for my cartridge and tray to break down my flowers. Dude was on point and I recommend you come see them. Good prices and a million items to choose from. You name it they probably got it.Ps.The Tiles on the roof look dope as f....!

I gave the owner 2 business days to call me about an issue with one of the employees. My wife dropped and broke her baby beast glass while on vacation. We found them at this store. So we went to the store obviously to buy one. The box showed 3 replacement glasses for 9.99. thats the going price at any store and online for those. Freddy decided to charge me $9.99 per glass. I called requested to speak to the owner I was given his name no response. I called again the following day had another representative answer the phone explain the situation. She stated she would have the owner call me. Since they decided to ignore this this is the best way to hit them. You dont rip somebody off and get away with it. my next move now is contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. Hanged up the phone? You should stop while youre ahead. You cant even use proper grammar. But I spoke to a young guy two nights ago who in fact instructed me to call today between 11:00 and 1:00 to speak with the owner. I spoke to a young girl today who couldnt even handle a simple answer on a phone much less customer service. The manager on duty was FREDDY the same one who ripped us off. FL law states and price on any merchandise thats marked must be sold for that as well. I will do exactly what I need to do with my CC company. And file a fraud case. Screen shot was taken so you cant delete your uneducated response.

Great selection, No way you won’t find anything you don’t want. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about the products they have in stock. I’ve always had great service here. The team has a good sense of who’s trying to get in and out, and who is wanting to take their time looking at different options. Management has done a good job getting employees to show responsiveness and just overall great customer service. Some stuff is a little more expensive than at other smoke shops, but I go here anyway because it’s clean and I’m treated like a customer should be.

Yo! I didn’t even know this place existed... they had a sign spinner and I needed to stop by a shop anyway and the selection is bonkers! So many creative pieces and plenty of accessories to go along with it. Friendly customer service and clean! They had a dog come out and show me around and of course it asked for pets so I gave it all the scritches! Lol I highly recommend stopping by!
