After a dozen phone calls to area businesses purporting delivery services, Cigar & Smoke Shop was the *only* shop actually delivering. My hat is off to Mehdi for his patience, quick service, and communication. The next visit to Orlando will include a visit to the location to personally thank the staff.

The Owner (Tiff?) puts this place over the top. His genuine affability and welcome-ness makes it worth visiting and revisiting. I have boxes from an online store that are probably better priced. But its more important to interact and have human conversation. This will be my go-to place. Another smoke shop down the road was run by children know-nothings. At another shop, the punk was rude. I wish Tiff a lot of success and will happily do business there!

What an Amazing smoke shop. They have everything from Cigars to Vape Pens to Hookahs and all sorts of paraphernalia. The owners are always on site and they are super knowledgeable.The store is beautiful and well lit, not like most dark, dingy, and smelly stores on OBT. It’s minutes away from Disney right off of I-4.

Eh. Owner is friendly but very overpriced. For a D8 cart, a cheap battery with a charger (that doesnt even charge), and a half gram of gummies came out to almost $150. Kinda sketch that the dude doesnt wear a mask in such a tourist area. But hey, hes friendly and laughed at me having my ID out.Oh, and the 5 star reviews are because he gives a free vape if you leave a review in store which I didnt. That probably wont stop me from coming back because traveling with D8 isnt worth dealing with for $50 a cart here and its easy to get to on my way to the hotel from the airport, Ill just remember to bring my own battery and skip the gummies.

All their stuff is high in price, they dont know their own prices. You can go up the street at red dragon and get 6 vapes for 30$. Update- told them i was 20cents short because she told me the wrong price the first time I came in yet she still charged me and now Im 30$ in debt. 26$ for a CBD vape 1500 puffs. Dont go!!!!

Great first time experience! Out of town and they took great care of us!Update: I bought a vape battery and the next day it stopped working. I contacted the store and explained the situation. Spend 45+ dollars on this vape and now it doesn’t work. Owner said the reason they don’t exchange it was because people just like to return stuff once they use it. Accusing me of trying to steal from him. All I want it’s a working vape battery!Don’t do business here. They just want to take your money.

I bought a vape as a gift for a friend yesterday at this store. The salesman told me that the products were 20% off but when I chose one he wanted to trick me changing the chosen product and giving me only 10%. I argued with him and he invented meaningless justifications and ended up giving me the discount at the end. Even with the discount the product cost $ 40.00 and you can find the same on the internet for $15 dollars, all products there are overpriced. At the same day my friend used the vape and the liquid was leaking. I took it to the store the next day and the very rude salesman did not want to change it, he said that the product was not his responsibility and if I wanted to change it I would have to contact the manufacturer. He did a quick test on the spot and said that the product was not in trouble and as soon as I arrived at my house the essence had leaked out. Avoid this store, poor customer service, (really very rude)they try to trick you and are not responsible for what they sell.

I went in today for a few cigars while on vacation. The owner was there to help with my selection. She was such a nice women, she pointed out the difference in the two different cigar cases. She was very honest and had a beautiful smile really a tall class of cold water. We had a great conversation about how she started and it was wonderful. I will be returning.

I was really hesitant to go in at first, but Im so glad I did! They have a fantastic selection of Cigars, and their entire staff treats me like a king everytime I go in. I end up spending more time chatting with them then I do choosing cigars. They also have a wide variety of other items, like Kratom, CBD and other typical smoke shop items if thats your interest. This is where you want to go!
