They really took their time understand what’s I wanted and about me all insight into what was good for my price. Even though this rough time I was put in good hands. God guided the right people into my path to make this transition of vehicles. I got more bang for my dollar. Love my vehicle and the sales along with finance department were kind and understanding.
We came to Greenway today to just take a look to see what was out there. When we arrived we were met by Victor Akinov and are really glad we did. He was very friendly and understood what we were there for after explaining to him our situation. He let cruise the lot and didn’t bug us at all which we really appreciated. Well we found a Jeep Rubicon that I liked, so we asked him if we could take it for a test drive, which he set up no questions asked. After the ride he gave us some space to talk and look over the Jeep. We asked him to run some soft numbers, he came back with the numbers and after some soft negotiation we are leaving happy customers. Thank you Victor!

Was looking for a better Mopar dealership to get my service done at. So far, I think I have. They are friendly, customer focused and quick service. The last place I went to prior to here was a huge joke having people wait 3+ hours for an oil change even with an appointment.
The service department of this place is a JOKE. I had my Jeep towed there on Monday last week. Not only did it take them 2 days to track down to even find out what’s wrong with my car but now, a week later, when I pick it up today it smells of burnt oil and there are oil stains on the headliner in the backseat. Brought it back to be “fixed” within 5 min of driving off the lot and was told it would take 20 min to fix. Was left waiting for 2 hours, and there is still no resolve. I spoke to the service manager Stanley, and he told me it wasn’t his problem and that I have to bring it back Monday because there’s nothing he can do now…your techs “serviced” my vehicle and now have damaged it. It is VERY MUCH your problem Stanley.Take your car somewhere else. Who knows if my car is even fixed correctly.
I’m baffled that buying a car has not gone under the same government scrutiny as the mortgage world. Perhaps it’s time!!!! I went to buy a new vehicle at Greenway, I chose the dealership because it’s where I bought my last vehicle in 2018. My experience in 2018 was a good one, today apparently they hired some slick minded behind the scene people. They added $2000 in b/s upgrades into the cost without me opting for them. I have $3500 in equity in my trade in that was not factored in so needless to say I left. Before I left the slick Mgr tried to buy me into yet another deal thinking I was stupid, I said little but I think he knew I would not be back. Return customers bring loyalty, this dealership lost my loyalty and a sale. I saved up $7500 plus my $3500 in equity could have made a nice down payment, this will be spent at another dealership. I guess loyalty is no longer appreciated! Disappointed ☹️ and think we need more government regulation on car sales!

Joel was a great advisor! He helped me understand what was wrong with the vehicle and walked me through each step of the repairs and how it would fix thr car. Very quick to answer my questions and very patient as well.
Do not do not believe any ads you see from this place.I found a ad on Car Gurus that showed a price of 6995. I called about it and was told it was 1000 dollars more on their website. I referred to the ad I saw and was told they would get back to me. They never did, so I called back and they said they would honor the price I saw.They did not seem too thrilled about it. I sent someone to check the car and take it to their mechanic. Next day no one called again, so I call saying I want the car and to please give me the total. I was told they would get back to me, of course they didnt. Once again I call an am told the total was over 10,000. Talk about bait and switch.They lost my business and the other persons all because they did not want to honor a price. I will file many more complaints and reviews .Tomorrow I will spend the day speaking out about this kind of behavior. Robin Hudson
I cant handle this place anymore. They just continue to lie. I wish i never bought my truck from them. they lied to me about the warranty. Then they told me they would honor it out of good faith. They told me to wait a few days for the parts. I called twice a week and cant get my original worker on the phone. They say its in good faith but they will not honor it. They have been doing down hill for many years now and I think they finally hit the bottom.

WORST SELLING EXPERIENCE - We got a quote online for our car for $19,600 from this dealership so we took it in on Monday. They did an inspection and offered us $18,500 instead. It seemed like shady tactics to offer more online and less in person but we agreed because we didnt want to get in a whole argument about it. We wanted to keep the car for the week so they said to bring it in on Thursday night, they would keep in overnight for another inspection and give us a loaner for a day, we could go back on Friday to sign the paperwork and return the loaner. When we went on Thursday, they said they couldnt give us the loaner and asked us to come back on Friday. What a waste of time. They had our contact information and could have easily informed us before we came in. When we went on Friday, they did an inspection and lowered the price further to $16k. This was after making us wait for 2 hours.The worst customer service Ive experienced barring none. Save your time and money and go someplace where theyll treat you like humans.To the owners - save your fake apology response to this review. I know you dont mean it and are going to do nothing about how you treat customers
I had an amazing experience with this dealership. My sales rep Jared Thompson did a great job getting answers to my questions and continues to help me with what I need. He was extremely positive and outgoing, ready to help with whatever I needed. Patrick and Hani are others that I dealt with through financing and both of them guided me to the price I was looking for and helped me get there. Our sales guy was fantastic. The reason for such a low score is because the dealership wanted us to pay $7k in dealership fees and state taxes on a 2014 Jeep. We made a reasonable offer: our trade in + X amount cash out the door. Well, they dont understand what out the door means. They lost a sale over there own greed. Im just sorry for our sales guy.
If I could give zero stars I definitely would. If you buy a new car and it has a problem just expect to have to go back and forth with barely any updates. The customer service is poor. I constantly have to call back for updates on my vehicle even though I’m told I’ll get a call back. Even the manager doesn’t call back. Our issue is still not fixed and we’ve taken it 3 times. Now I’m told I must take it a 4th time. Very reassuring. Buying a new car and at that your first car shouldn’t be such a headache. A new car is bought with the illusion of having a reliable car. We bought this truck for our upcoming road trip. Now we’ll have to drive 20 hours listening to a whistle noise on a BRAND NEW RAM 1500 Night edition 2021 vehicle.
First time service with Greenway, the service was exceptional and a step by step progress update on where your vehicle was sent by a link in text. I reccomend Colleen Sargent as your service advisor for sure. She is on point and doesnt miss a thing.
Started out as a great experience. Found the Jeep Cherokee I wanted. Struck a deal at the table. Gave them my deposit. I decided to come back the next day to complete all the paperwork. When I arrive first thing in the morning the salesman informs me “ oops we sold you the incorrect vehicle “. The vehicle now will cost me about $4,000 more. I figure mistakes happen. I offer $500 more. I’m told best they can do is only additional $300 off the extra $4k. I’m in sales for a living. When you shake on a deal a deal is a deal. It’s nit my fault you negotiated the price of the wrong vehicle. They didn’t even offer to meet me half way. $300 was best they could do. They wonder why people hate dealing with car sales people. If they split the difference I’d have walked out wi the deal intact. Nothing. I had just bought a$55k Jeep Wrangler from them in January. So much for the courtesy to a returning customer. I’ll simply find another dealer and become their client. I have two more cars to buy. Make sure you double check everything with them before you leave.

This is my terrible experience from earlier this year. My service advisor was Josue. Please do not go to this dealership for service EVER! And if you do, I warn you to NEVER deal with Josue, as you will regret it. This person has the absolute worst communication I ever experienced with anyone working a customer service position. My car was getting the radio replaced under warranty, which the whole process took weeks and still isn’t completely done. I was approved for a rental vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired, great! Well, the day my vehicle is supposed to be ready for pickup, I get a hold of Josue (after calling him multiple times, since he doesn’t ever pick up the phone to call customers) he tells me it’s going to be another day, and that I need to pay for a rental vehicle out of pocket because my vehicle is “torn apart”. This day turns into another and into another. So you’re telling me, I have no car and now I have to pay for a rental vehicle when my vehicle is being fixed under warranty?! That is ridiculous! I would have planned for this had Josue had any type of communication skills.I ended up paying for the rental vehicle as I would have been stuck without a car. After returning the rental vehicle, I get charged incorrectly for 9 days of having the vehicle, when 5 were covered by Chrysler!! Josue was terrible with his communication during this time of trying to get the charge corrected, which was no surprise. We finally got it corrected after another week. I have posted pictures of our text communications, showing how I had to follow up with him multiple times to get updates.Forward to 2 weeks ago. I call Josue (again, had to call at least 7 times to get a hold of him) to finish the warranty work on my vehicle, because the antenna needs replacement. Now he tells me the vehicle is out of warranty and the part cannot be replaced under warranty, when I specifically told him I would not be back for a few months, and specifically asked him if this was OK because it broke under warranty!!! He says he now needs to check with his manager. It’s been 2 weeks, I have been unable to reach Josue ever since, and when I ask anyone else to help, they cannot see any details, because “the service advisor is the one handling this case”.Please do not ever go to this dealership for service! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, and writing reviews about this dealership and their customer service all over social media, so everyone can see how this dealership deals with customers.
Jeep - If I could give no stars and still comment I would. To say our experience today was the worst would be an understatement! My son went in for an oil change and almost 2 hours later they brought out a car different that was NOT his car, argued that it WAS his car. It was a different color and year. Then he was told HIS car was stolen from the service department and they were calling the police. Then he was told they made an honest mistake and actually gave his car to someone who worked for a rental company but they were bringing it back. 2 hours! A manager Cash Apped him $40 for gas. Are you kidding me?! He sent it back. These people acted like this was all normal and barely showed any accountability and couldnt understand why my family was so upset. Customer service at its worst to say the least.
Bad experience here at this dealership. Was looking to purchase a Dodge Challenger, but I live quite far away so making a trip out to the dealership can be a hassle. They had a challenger I loved which I inquired about for over a month. 90% of a salesperson’s job is the follow-up….these guys always said they would call me back and never did. So finally I give them the benefit of the doubt and take the trip out to the dealership only to find myself signing for a price that actually was not right on their end when I clearly asked precise questions on pricing. When you sign on the dotted line on a deal but come back with a higher price it kind of doesn’t make sense. Even their manager came forward and just said it was miscommunication (which is was only miscommunication on their end) and just said it’s reality sorry this is the price we can give it to you for. Obviously I walked with no new car and my credit pulled for no reason. Word of advice, don’t get someone to sign on a deal they aren’t getting. If the roles were reversed you already know they would tell me “a deal is a deal”. I ended up going to another dodge down the street and got an amazing deal so it was all a blessing in disguise.
I think is this is one of the most corrupt service staff I’ve ever dealt with in my entire time of owning my Jeep. This is the SECOND time they’ve intentionally been malicious to me in my attempt to revive service from them. This morning I called to order a tire that’s under warranty. Call back to confirm this afternoon and find out that “John” service name is non existent. No staff member works there with that name. My order was never placed. I’ve never had such blatant disrespectful treatment and the service manager seemed to not care that his staff lied to a customer. Never again will I trust this place. Never again! I’ll definitely be call the corporate office

These thieves wanted to add $25000.00 to the new RAM STX. Needless to say I ran away from these people. I looked at the reviews afterward and I am happy that I walked out. This has to be one of the worst Ram Dealers to deal with. I went to COCOA and ordered the truck. NO MARK UP and friendly service.As to a reply, dont bother, you have no excuse for trying to add $25000., Dont buy from these people. I can imagine what they try to add for dealers fees on top of the 25K...... unbelievable. must be owned by a liberal democrap!!
Since I already bought a vehicle there, we went to go look at another used car. Drove it, liked it, decent price price....until...they presented us with $3k in fees! We get the dealer fees but adding on $999 for a reconditioning fee, $999 protective coating fee, and $250 in admin fees. That was the quickest and easiest sale to walk away from.

When financing my vehicle I was told if I purchase a warranty that anything would be covered when it came to repairs, that I just have to pay a $100 deductible. That was a lie. Also the next day after purchasing the vehicle I noticed that the back seat was missing a buckle, something that was never mentioned or pointed out to me. They wouldnt fix it. You would think that these companies and sales person would have a heart and fix something like that after giving them thousands of dollars or better yet, not lie to you about something just to get you to purchase it . I would never go back to this place and I warn anybody else that is thinking of going here.
Bought an used “As Is” vehicle from Manuel. Found an issue with the car brakes next day, told Manuel about the issue and next day it was fixed free of charge. Excellent salesman A+++

Dropped truck off Friday after they gave me an appraisal for it, inspection of the vehicle was supposed to be Saturday. Didn’t happen. Monday rolls around and the sales manager doesn’t answer, the sales associate who helped me, doesn’t answer and after attempting to call both multiple times I call the dealership. The dealership transfers me six different times between departments before finally putting this sales associate on the phone. They claim my truck has frame damage from a BOLT ON LIFT KIT that you can buy over the counter. This truck has been through multiple dealerships for warranty work and I was just getting quotes from around town but by far the worst customer service i have ever seen in the 4 states I’ve lived in.
Colleen is the greatest service advisor anyone could ever ask for! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Made the whole process a breeze. I will forever come to her with all my car troubles and needs. Thanks again!

The most pleasurable part of any shopping experience is when you ask specific questions and get great detailed answers that line up with everything you want. You sign and they come back with “minor mistake” or “small miscommunication” and then ask YOU to fix it by paying more. We went to another dealership that was up front and honest. No “mistakes or miscommunications”. If you want shopping to be easy don’t come here.
This was my first buying a car from a dealership and it couldnt have been a more pleasant experience. I had Michelle Pena as my salesperson and she was PHENOMENAL! She was patient with me and made sure that all my questions and concerns were properly answered. Most important of all: she fought tooth and nail to get me a great deal that was within my budget and as a customer I really respect that.The finance team was great as well and went above and beyond in explaining all the forms/paperwork to a novice like me. Thanks to Greenway for turning what I thought would be a stressful day into a cakewalk!
Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of sales person who assisted me, but I have to say it was a horrible experience. Before running my credit or even attempting to make me a deal, he said that there was no way I would get approved for financing unless I had my father co-sign with me. When I asked why, he said it was because of my “age”. I explained to him that I had a pretty decent monthly income, and I had a house mortgage under my name, so that wouldn’t be an issue. He still insisted I get a co-signer. After I said I didn’t want to get a co-signer, he tried convincing me that a used car was the better option for me, so he started showing me older used cars from his phone completely ignoring my requests. I ended up leaving and was able to find the car I wanted at a different dealership with a much better deal and service.
DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET AN OIL CHANGE. When you call the 800 number, they are a call center and will make an appointment for you. When you show up for your appointment, they will tell you they are first come, first serve and put you in line behind everyone else. On a Saturday morning, that could be a 3 hour wait. There is no way to call the service center directly just to see what the wait is before you go, so it will always be a gamble.

Mixed feelings about this place. They’re always understaffed and a simple oil change may take them 3 hours. The person that I was scheduled with wasn’t even available (I don’t even know if she was even in the building) so they expected me to wait until she got out of her class so that she could help me. This was not said to me over the phone. Why schedule a customer with somebody who’s not even able to do the job? Who would purposely waste someone’s time when it could’ve been prevented? If you don’t have the staff, don’t over schedule. I approached the front desk person about it and she said she would ask. 20 minutes later she still hadn’t asked. I had to go up to one of the service advisors and ask if he could help me because I don’t tolerate negligence. He was extremely helpful and agreed to do my oil change and tire rotation. He is the only reason why this place is even getting 2 stars. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else that doesn’t over schedule and is understaffed.
Greenway is awesome! I highly recommend this dealer. You have to see Jay for your purchase. He is extremely professional and goes out of his way for his customers. After being put through the wringer by a dozen other dealerships for months I contacted Greenway. Within minutes I was contacted by Jay. He was able to get the deal done via text within a few short hours getting me a great deal and giving me more for my trade than other dealers were offering. Not only that but he had my car delivered to me 3 hours away the very next day on a Saturday spotless and the tank full. I was contacted by the finance manager and also the new car sales manager while the car was in transit offering me their personal cell phone numbers if I should have any questions or issues at any time. The numbers they gave me were true and accurate as we had agreed on upon signing. Their driver who brought the car was very nice and professional and prompt also. If you want a easy great experience you have to go to Greenway.
Had a great experience getting my 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie yesterday with salesman Jay. After visiting numerous other dealerships, it was refreshing to meet someone who was both knowledgeable and understanding of what I wanted and kept the entire experience of purchasing a car enjoyable and low pressure. He had the Ram I was looking at out front and ready to test drive when I arrived and kept each step of the process transparent and easy. He answered my many questions and made sure I understood each step. He worked hard to get me a great deal on my grade and when it came time to finalize, he made sure everything we agreed upon was done to the truck. Shout out also to Flavio, Kyle and Patrick for helping put together a fantastic deal. I really appreciate everyone at Greenway and cannot recommend them more highly to buy a car. Will definitely go back to Jay for future car purchases!
Worst experience ever!! Whatever price you think expect to pay another $5,000 in dealer fees and then expect the sales manager to talk down to you.
I’ve been going here for a couple years now and I have had it. I called to make an appointment and was told an array of open times between 8am and noon. In an effort to get my car back as fast as possible, I made the appointment at 8 am so I could get it in right away. I don’t hear word from them until halfway through the following day saying they haven’t even run the diagnostic yet.If nobody was available to work on my car then don’t have the appointment available. I already get overcharged and have had previous problems of things not being able to be fixed or being told I need things fixed that aren’t immediate problems.I’m done giving this place all of my money and even more so I am done wasting my time. This is a poorly run establishment and am disappointed to see that this is how the treat a regular customer.
Anthony on the sales team was amazing!! He was very professional and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The Greenway Dodge sales team is comprised of a fantastic team of outstanding individuals and I look forward to doing business again in the future.
For a long time I did not return to this Dealer, since I brought my car Chrysler 300,leather interior,bought here, to a maintenance and they returned it all dirty inside, I never managed to completely clean the seat belt after that. Today, after several years I brought my RAM 3500 to do the 2nd maintenance, and you know what?, initially the same bad attitude,some blondy lady told me they are very busy and will take more than a few hours to do it,and the price more than $ 300dls expensive than Napleton Chrysler in Kisseemmee,for many years they keep my Chrysler. I will never return to this place. Oh, big shot out to Stanley, he try to help and did his best, thank you body. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
From start to finish my buying experience was next to awesome! This was my second purchase from Greenway which is why I came back for my next purchase. Michelle was my salesperson and went well above and beyond taking care of me as a customer (and I am not the easiest customer to deal with). So when you go purchase your next car or truck at GDCJR I would definitely ask for her. The Sales Manager was great also along with the Finance Manager. Top notch team. I did have some minor communications issues with the team but once I voiced my concerns, they listened and addressed my issues without question to complete satisfaction.Great job Greenway Team! I bought a new Ram 3500 on my 10/8 that was sold with the LuxCare paint protection that cost $799. I didnt ask for it nor did I want it, but it came with the deal even though the LuxCare was basically a way overpriced wax job with a warranty. I didnt get any paperwork for LuxCare at the time of closing, so on 10/12 I responded to an e-mail from my saleperson Miraj asking me how everything was and I told him I wanted the registration, warranty info, and starter product for the $799 LuxCare. I heard nothing back. I then phoned Miraj on 10/19 and followed up with a text. I heard nothing back. On 10/23 I responded to an e-mail from Shaun Allen, sales manager, who had sent an email asking things went, and I responded by asking for the LuxCare stuff that I had previously asked for. I heard nothing back. By then I had researched how the LuxCare was applied etc. and came to the realization that they never even put the LuxCare product on my truck. They could not have installed the dealer applied LuxCare because the blue pen marks from the factory were still on the paint on my truck. The factory uses these pen marks to line up the different components when the vehicle is put together and they are easily removed when the vehicle is washed, which is the first step in installing the dealer applied LuxCare (it is not a factory option and does not show up on the window sticker). Next the Luxcare is put on like a wax or something and rubbed all over the exterior of the car. It is impossible that LuxCare could have been applied to my truck without first removing all of the blue pen marks through washing and the subsequent application of the LuxCare product. On 10/25, I asked the sales manager and salesperson for a refund since they did not install this product, but again, I have heard nothing from either of them, so I am posting this review, which is not something I normally do. I have contacted them 5 times over two weeks and no answer. I just want a refund of the $799 I paid for this product they did not install, which I did not know at the time I took delivery. You cannot see the LuxCare product, so I took it on faith that they did what they said they were going to do. However, the blue pen marks are clear evidence that Greenway did not do what they said they did. See pictures below and you can see for yourself that they took my $799 and did not provide the product.
Pedro and Trey were absolutely amazing in picking my new Dodge Ram 1500. Pedro listened to exactly what I was looking for in a truck and exceeded my expectations. As well as Trey who helped out with the sale as well, trey gave informative information on what to look out for in comparing other trucks I was looking at as well and helped me to make a final decision on the Ram truck I decided on. Neither one were pushy and both were patient with me in deciding what I wanted. Both as well respected the fact I needed to contact my wife to talk about the options they presented me with in deciding which option was best fit for me and my family and I was very thankful for that. I will 100 percent refer others to them as well as I will eventually be buying my wife a new vehicle and I will definitely ask for them

Bought a used Jeep and had a new (rebuilt) motor put in it. After they put it in they then find a rear main seal leak and say that the rear main seal is not included. Who would put a new motor in and use the old seals. After 5200.00 in repairs the rear main seal is leaking again. Now the valve cover gaskets are leaking and they are saying it isnt covered. Once again who would put a new motor in without replacing the rubber seals and gaskets. The people Greenway bought the motor from even said why would you not replace all the gaskets and seal? Lesson Learned this place will do anything they can to keep sucking money from you . RUN RUN RUN as fast as you can from this place
Bought a Charger on a Sunday afternoon after test driving it.I got the expected run-around trying to get to the number I wanted to finance, that was no issue. I went in expecting it to take about as long as it did.The problem I have with the experience was just that... the experience. This felt like I went to some Mom and Pops Junkers 4 Sale dealership.The Charger I bought was not in bad condition, it is mechanically sound.However, I was delivered a Charger with *1* key, a *MISSING* drivers seat floor mat, *CURB RASHED* passenger side wheels (no big deal), an *EMPTY GAS TANK* and *NO* updated Oil Service Sticker. Has the oil been changed, has it not? I dont know. The CARFAX just say vehicle serviced.This was my first car purchase ever, and it will be my last one EVER at this dealership.When Ive been with friends or family that bought cars, they have been put up on a pedestal up until the point they leave the lot.My sale felt like an afterthought because I turned down a horrendous leasing offer and purchased a used vehicle instead.Oh well.
Matthew is the absolute best salesman I have had the pleasure of working with! Came into the dealership on 4/10/21 just for some information on a possible purchase of a truck and just wanted to know where I might stand. I had previously went to another dealership on 4/09/21 and had a quote that just didn’t seem right. I explained to Matthew what I wanted and were I needed to be payment wise. Matthew went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Got me into the truck I wanted FAR LESS than the previous dealership even tried to! I would honestly give this place 0 stars if I could. They dont care about your safety or mine. I know this is long but, please read it all before deciding to come here. I have experienced nothing good from this place. I brought my car in for a noise and next thing I know 1 week has passed and I only get phone calls every once in awhile on new things wrong with my car and nothing fixed. I decided to do a trade in. I bought the same exact car in a newer model and had nothing but issues from It and when I brought It to Patrick the GM of used car sales I felt dismissed. I wanted to return the car due to them giving It to me with a dead key fob and the fuel consumption of 2/4 of my gas tank for a 30 minute drive. They refused to take It back and said maybe they could fix It but, couldnt promise me I wouldnt be waiting another week for the car back. They called me on a Friday saying they maybe able to fix It on Monday. That evening I was driving to work and the car stalled in the middle of the road. Didnt turn off just refused to move when I hit the gas resulting in 3 cars almost hitting me. When I called Patrick about this he didnt seem very concerned except for the fact that It shouldnt happen. Not that It shouldnt and did but that It shouldint. Later that night we discovered in the year, make, and model of the Jeep I purchased there were 2 recalls on them for…you guessed It, fuel consumption and teh car just stopping and causing accidents. I brought this to Victors (the man who sold me the car) attention and he apologized for It and offered to bring It up in the meeting the next day. Now, here I am sitting in the lobby being told that Im having these issues because my cars battery just needs changed. Why does It need changed? Because It sat on the lot for a month according to Patrick. They clearly dont care about safety. At one point Patrick offered to trade the car for something else since I stated I no longer wanted a jeep. When I asked if I could do that today. Victors response to me was that I would have to do another trade in and they would not give me what I paid for It. This place is a joke and designed to take advantage of you. 10/10 dont recommend.

I had an awful experience. I had a scheduled appt for a diagnostic service. I knew i would most likely be there at least 2-3 hrs but i never imagined 6+hrs. That is ridiculous. My service guy was Isiah. Although, he was nice it was obvious he did not appear concerned about customer time. I am a Diabetic, the snack area was closed and there was no food or drink available and my vehicle was being held hostage. Get it together ppl. If, time is money then Dodge should be paying me.
Anthony provided great customer service and was in securing the deal for my trade-in and financing through my pre-approval with one of the dealers preferred lenders. They even honored the bonus price reduction for using their lender. I hope to be able to work again with the team at Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep.
I had two separate issues with Greenway Dodge, the first issue was an F & I dispute, which eventually got handled and taken care of, then I had another issue with the Truck being advertised as One Owner, No Accidents, I bought the truck late at night, so I wasnt able to see any damage until I got home and looked at it the next day in the daylight. The whole front clip has been painted, there was one new headlight assembly on the passenger side, and an old clouded up headlight assembly on the drivers side. The dash is cracked where the airbag had deployed. The Carfax did say, One Owner, No Accidents, so it is what it is. I think the dealership should have caught all this stuff, but then again, so should have I. They have agreed to back out of the deal if I would like, but I have already replaced the left side headlight assembly, and did some other stuff to it already, so I am just going to keep the truck. I was impressed that Patrick offered to back out of the deal, and give me my money back, so that tells me he is a stand up guy. The only advice I have is take time, ALLOT of time and check out the used vehicles thoroughly BEFORE you get to F & I.

Ive been to the Jeep Service quite a few times now and they are getting worse each time. They mechanics are very slow at getting your vehicle finished and every time I go there for a maintenance they find some problem to work on and after each time the vehicle seems to drive worse. I will try them once more and see if any difference.

Javier is extremely unprofessional and lied to me to say the car I was interested in was available. It was not. I drove an hour away and he lied and said it was available after I called and asked him twice. Dont trust these people . I should’ve learned my lesson the first time when they tried to sell me a car where the air conditioning didn’t work. I will not go back . Buyer beware. They sell cars that either don’t work or they try to pull a fast one over you and lie to customers!

Service department is a joke! Take somewhere else! First they made an appointment to bring my truck in over a week ago and didn’t do anything for 9 days. Then had the audacity to tell me the appointment is only to drop off not an appointment for service. Now after over a week they are telling me it will cost $2500 to fix a $181 hose. They wait till they have you by the balls then try to scam you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Oh and if you get Carson as a service rep, expect to be ignored until you have to call and get the manager involved
Although, I did not close a deal here because we could not get on the same page with online car buying, I decided to write about one of the people that helped me the most and his name was Monticise. He tried to do everything he could to get me to a closing deal even though he was as not the original guy I was dealing with. He stepped in and made things happen. If you decide to go purchase a car from here ask for Monticise. Tell him the lady he kept calling Maam on the phone sent you.As far as the online buying process, I was very unhappy. They wanted me to give them a non-refundable deposit and also send all the money to close the deal before they delivered the vehicle to me. I have purchased a vechine from a Lexus dealer online and they had me sign paperwork and do money exchange after delivery and a test drive to see if I really wanted to move forward. This is how its supposed to be done. No one wants to pay for dinner before they see the menu. I hope they find a better way to handle online sales. I was definitely risking a lot more than they were.Yes they sent videos of the car but there was a sound in the engine that concerned so I wanted to make sure I didnt have engine issues. I voiced those concerns but they didnt go above and beyond to assure me it was just a cold start sound and the engine was fine which had me very skeptical.I would have gladly paid the deposit and gotten the car delivered if I could have test drove it when it arrived and then made my decision and exchanged money. They missed out on car sale because of this or I saved myself 14,000.
Told salesman I was an hour away. Drove over to look at a used vehicle priced at $9,500. Get their to take for a test drive and cel and all dash lights are on. Not ready for sale and salesman said getting ready to go to auction.The Salesman (Anthony) should have had the decency to be clear about the vehicle knowing how far away I was.I would highly avoid if you are shopping for a used car.
After purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership, my husband and I can say we had a fantastic car buying experience. Our salesman, Michael, was absolutely fantastic in working with us every step of the way. We called ahead to let them know we were interested in 2 vehicles on their lot, and Michael had both of them available for us to look at upon our arrival. After looking them both over, we chose one to test drive. He quickly obtained a license plate for us to take it out on the road. He was very honest with us as we asked many questions, and we were committed to purchase by the end of the drive. Since we were out-of-state buyers paying cash for the vehicle, we came across some issues in dealing with our bank, who made it very difficult to increase our daily purchase limit, being a Saturday and all. Johalvy, the sales consultant, was very patient as we tried to work things out with our bank. Unfortunately, we were not able to get approved for the increased purchase from the bank that day. Greenway was very flexible with us and offered several other options for payment, with no pressure to finance. We ended up coming to an agreement on how to pay them and we were thrilled to still be able to drive the car off the lot that day. Regardless of the difficulties caused by our bank, Greenway was able to work with us every step of the way and we would definitely consider purchasing from them again in the future.
Beware, these dealer does not honor factory warranties. I took in my Jeep for a power train issue and they wanted to charge me over $2,500 for the repair. I took it to airport Chrysler and not only was the issue under warranty but they extended it another 2 years. Do not buy Jeeps or service them there.
I bought a 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee at Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram on 1/23/21. This was my first time buying a vehicle through a dealership and I cannot begin to express how happy I am with my purchase through this dealership. Upon walking in we were greeted by the receptionist who retrieved Mike to assist us. I told him the car i wanted to look at and he took us right to it. He took his time to explain details of the car and how things worked which I greatly appreciated. He wasn’t pushy at all, in fact he was relaxed and informative. My mom and I actually left the dealership after looking at the vehicle but returned not even 10 minutes later to buy the car. Mike was welcoming and made it such a stress free experience. Also would like to give a shout out to Maribel in finance who was the sweetest person and took her time to see what worked for me and gave me a breakdown on all details. Both Mike and Maribel were kind and far from pushy. Flavio in sales also allowed for my new car to be filled with gas before leaving the dealership which was a plus for sure! I would most definitely buy another vehicle at this dealership and will recommend others to as well. Thank you for a wonderful first time car buying experience.

What the haberdashery is going on here? Greeter outside eyeballs my registration and license then sits next to the interviewing salesmen listening to all my personal information. The advertisement was for $99 a month for a 36 month lease and the offer ran from 315 to 550 a month. “The better offers are for people with poor credit”. Huh? So since I have good credit you’re gonna bilk me? Ha! No thank you.

They don’t take care of the cars you buy there!I bought a certified ram and they don’t want to fix it !I had a bolt missing in the exhaust and the certification they offer doesn’t cover itThis is really disappointing
Ordered a Brand new promaster 2500. The estimated arrival time got pushed back one month longer than it was supposed to. Then, I end up going to Maryland for work for a month and when I come back (and they wait for me to drive all the way back before telling me) that they ended up selling it already because I took too long. No phone call or nothing. F*#@ this dealership and Matthew Bishop for pulling some greasy shark move.
