Tammy was particularly helpful and kind. She really went the extra mile for me and it did not go unnoticed. Great customer service can be so hard to find these days but Tammy gave just that. I would highly recommend getting your car serviced here.
Mohamed Ben El Basry needs to work on his customer relations. After trading our car, he totally left us hanging. Has not responded to our follow up concerns. Don’t even bother doing service here because they rarely have appointments. They take hours to get things done. They rarely have loan cars and once they gave us one that was so dirty…I even took photos. I didn’t even want to put my kids in it, yet it was the only car they had available. Despite having all our services done with them, they never make accommodations. If you just want a car and great at negotiating, get the car and go. Don’t bother with a long term relationship don’t pay for any service packages, it’s not worth it. Their customer service does not take any actions. Even corporate has not followed up either. Very unfortunate

You offered me $1000 off of retail because of my membership at Costco. No Chevy loyalty discount on a Chevy Tahoe. I still had a feeling that I was being had on APR or discounts or something. In the end I don’t feel that I would buy with at least the same sales manager and would probably do more dealer shopping. I understand trying to maximize the few sales that you’re able to get now but I did feel as if they were squeezing every penny out of me

My 2021 Chevy trailblazer broke down this morning for the 5th time due to electrical issues. A tow truck and emergency vehicle had to assist me in getting my car to the nearest Chevy dealership (west colonial location). As soon as I got here, I was instructed by the service agent that they do not offer a shuttle due to covid and have no rental vehicles due to covid. ( I road a shuttle last week from Chevy in clermont) I am a teacher and needed to get to work. This being my fifth time, I know I am guaranteed a rental through my Bumper to Bumper and my extended warranty. It is expected they find me a rental at no excuse per financial advisor. The man in service dismissed me immediately and told me to call General Motors for assistance. So I exited the building and called GM. No answer, so I headed to the main building for more assistance. The man was helpful and assisted me back to service and said I would have a ride to work, but no rental and no way home from work. I work two jobs so this would not be helpful. So I deny the ride and request that they help me find me a vehicle. They said to call insurance and the original Chevy dealership I go to. So I call OnStar, Allstate, and my dealership in Clermont. Onstar can’t help, Allstate can’t help ( I don’t have rentals insurance because I pay for the extended warranty) and clermont tells me that they cannot refuse me a loaner. I tell the SIX agents this while crying and speaking to the financial advisor and they just say “ we are sorry we can’t help you”. I have now been sitting in the lobby for 3 hours crying because I have no transportation and everyone here is refusing to help me with a solution. They close at 7 so they advise me to wait around till then. They have no solution for when the service department closes and I have no vehicle and not one agent has come over to ask if I’m okay as I am obviously struggling with being stranded here. I have had an awful experience with this staff. The Chevy is clermont does everything in their power to help me and stick to my contract. This Chevy can care less about inconveniencing me and obviously does not want to help me. I have a class of 22 students wondering where I am. I’m a very understanding and positive person but I would never recommend this dealership to help you because they won’t and will let you cry in the lobby in front of all of their customers and hope you figure it out for yourself. What an awful experience I am having.
I’m almost positive that the tire rotation I paid for was not completed. On my way out of town the next day, I noticed that the tire that normally ran lower (prior to tire rotation) in psi was also showing the lowest psi again. Either it’s coincidence that the newest tire on the back passenger is also now reading the lowest psi or it was never rotated. I called about this and no one ever called me back!

Amazing experience. The advertised sale price on the website was what the truck cost. No surprise price changes like some other dealers do. Very friendly and low stress buying process. They gave me a fair value for my trade to start with. No endless haggling or low ball offers. They were professional through the entire process. My salesman, Mohamed, was great. Very honest and easy to talk to. I felt no stress at all. The finance manager, Edwin, was very informative. He explained terms and rates without pressure one way or the other. Not really happy with the service that I received today. Saw a vehicle online that I really like. I was a communication via text on the phone with the sales rep didnt get a response back after the 5th or 6th text meg. So I decided to drive down to see if I can take a look at the vehicle and test drive it which I did and I love that sales rep told me that it was available after I came back from my test drive and we went to figure out & some paperwork another sales person comes up to us and tells me that the vehicle just sold from another car dealership wow talk about communication this is a waste of my time.
I had a transmission issue with my Buick, and brought it there to be fixed under the warranty. They took 8 weeks to fix it, and they were never transparent with me. They never gave me information about what’s going with my car. Meanwhile I was taking the bus and Uber for 8 weeks straight. They never provided me with a rental or anything. When they called me to pick up my car, I came and got it, but within 5 minutes of driving it, my car started smoking and the transmission was not fixed, and I couldn’t go pass 10 mph. So I brought it back and went ahead and got a new car because I had no trust that they would ever fix it.
Thank God for my homeboy, France. got my boy the deal of a lifetime; low interest rate, easy payment plan and the credit check was quick and painless. even let us burn one in the office. that wire hits a little different when me and the boys are allowed a mid-transaction dart. give this man a raise and a gift certificate to the nearest rub and tug massage parlor. these people do good business, not like some of these other degenerate car salesmen walking around like the dad from Matilda.

Bought a 2014 Kia forte here for daughters first car. The car smelled musty when I got it, but thought maybe the ac vents needed to be cleaned out. My daughter found a roach in the car the first week and I thought again, maybe it was coincidence. Come to find out the car has a leaking issue in the trunk area. Horrendous amount of mold under the the plastic trunk liner AND THE CAR IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES!! horrible!!

He is a great people person, knows how to make the customer happy and most importantly, doesnt take his job too seriously. Everyone else at the shop treated me with the utmost of respect. One of the worst auto experiences I have ever had.Purchased a 2016 Chevy Express 3500 Passenger Van. The van was in Orlando FL and I live in Dunedin, FL, a 2.5 hour drive. Bought it October 29th with a pick up date of Nov 1st.Of course there was no negotiating as AutoNation does not do that. There were several small issues that needed attention on the van but AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial would not address them. The van only had 1 key and the plastic headlight housings were very scratched up. I decided to get it anyway. The salesman called and asked if I could do him a favor to get the balance of my deposit prior to Nov 1st pick up date. Even when they were unwilling to do anything for me he expected me to do something for him. I refused. I went back Nov 1st with the balance of the deposit and drove away with the van. Not long after I left I opened the center console where I found part of the air conditioning duct work. I sent a picture of the part to my salesman who replied he had no idea what it was. When I called him about it he said, It wasnt his job! As I continued driving home I noticed there was a terrible vibration under braking. I again contacted my salesman who said I could return the van. I turned around and promptly drove back. I was told my $10,000 deposit was refunded and I drove back home. It has now been 5 days and still do not have my $10,000 deposit back. I called them Nov 5th and was told that the refund somehow didnt go thru and he would do it now. I am still waiting to see the $10,000 back in my account!This is my second attempt at purchasing a vehicle thru AutoNation this year. The 1st attempt ended up with the dealership, not Chevrolet West Colonial, selling a vehicle I had a deposit on to someone else. Took 2 weeks to get that money back! This will be my last attempt with AutoNation as I will never set foot in one of their dealerships again. Good luck to anyone else who decides to try!

We purchased a vehicle in March with an agreement that they would fix the sunroof on the vehicle after it was purchased. So based on the good faith of the dealer we worked with and the signed agreement they gave us, we purchased the vehicle. Now it is September and the Manager of the sales department is backing out of the deal stating he will pay for the labor if we pay for the parts. That wasnt part of the original agreement. Now the top is further damaging the interior of the vehicle due to a slight leak in the roof. Make sure your vehicle you decide to purchase is good to go because they will not keep their promises after they have your money and deal is closed.

You sent the email asking for feedback, so here it goes.I understand that you may be short handed employees and maintenance and parts are difficult to come by, but customer service shouldnt suffer because. People just want to be treated fairly and kept informed. The communication was worse than terrible. the first time I took my first fleet vehicle in, I didnt get a response from the text number or voicemail and had to go pick up the van myself and do the work myself. The second time with a different fleet vehicle, I had engine misfiring and needed work done on spark plugs, so I set an appointment for Wednesday at 8:15AM and dropped the vehicle off Tuesday afternoon because we need quick turn-arounds because we lose out on $1000/day that our vehicle is in the shop. I receive no communication and 3 hours after my appointment I text the service advisor and asked for a status. He replies yes it is here then sends me a quote that is not even for the right vehicle.I ask for a breakdown of the prices and he doesnt give it to me so I have to drive over to the dealership and get it in person. Then I was quoted over $1200 to replace all 5 spark plugs. I dont know much about cars, but Im no fool to think that a V8 only has 5 spark plugs and the cost to replace spark plugs is $1200. I end up walking onto the shop floor to talk to the angry mechanic and says that there is a center console he has to remove and thats why labor is so high. I show him in 15 seconds how to remove it and he says he can cut labor down. This was Wednesday afternoon and I am confident the van will be done that evening or early on Thursday.Thursday at 5:17PM I get a text from the service advisor asking when I can come and remove the cover that I showed the mechanic the previous night. I tell him it was already removed. I dont receive any response. At this point I am livid and am planning to pick up my vehicle and do the work myself a second time when Friday at noon my van is ready to be picked up. $3000 of potential earnings I lost because I didnt have my fleet vehicle plus $900 to replace spark plugs after I complained about $1200. Unbelievable. I would not only recommend not to come here. I will now recommend driving further to another dealership to avoid this one at all cost.In this whole process I called to get a status of my vehicle and the person on the other line told me AutoNation Chevrolet west colonial is notorious at poor communicating and I should go in and talk in person.To add salt to the wound, the spark plugs were having issues 4 weeks prior and a different Chevy dealership replaced spark plug wire under warranty. Now I am less than 200 miles over the 36000 bumper to bumper with the SAME issue as before and I have to pay nearly a grand out of pocket. Terrible customer service, terrible communication terrible experience all around. If you read these and want to make up some of the distain for your dealership in my mind, credit me the cost to replace the spark plugs which should have been replaced under warranty. If you can do this, I wont be an advocate against your dealership.

Got an appointment for my two cars at the same exact time. Arrived on location, I learned that I only had one appointment for one car. Very odd as I have received confirmation for both appointments and cars. The gentleman helping me didn’t care about that, nor seemed sorry. The first car has been ready after about 1h30, the did not wash neither the inside or outside of the car, I am not sure if that service is not offered here but they always did that for me when in Miami or Michigan. It has now been 3h30 and no news for when the second car will be ready. The place is okay, the staff is okay. Not the nicest nor the worst, but I will not come again, that is sure.

2019 C7 Corvette Grand Sport, I had a shifting issue with my new Corvette that no one in all the Chevy dealer in Orlando new about except 1, AutoNation Chevrolet. I was starting to loose hope after going to my regular Chevy dealer and calling 2 more. None of them knew about the problem (PI1276D Service Bulletin) and basically blew me off on 2 occasions saying they did not care about the bulletin and because they could find an issue, refused to fix the car. Well, the Corvette mechanic at AutoNation knew right away about the problem because he had been working on Vettes for 30 years. He know just what to do and had the issue resolved in about 1 hour. I couldnt be happier. It now feels like a whole new car. Not only does it not pop out of 1st gear, but all the shifts in every gear are crisp, smooth, and more positive than ever. If you have a Corvette and want it serviced right, this is where you need to take it, without question!!

I made my appointment online. I informed you that I was going to wait for the vehicle. When I got there, I was told that corvettes needed to be dropped off. So, your online system doesnt account for corvettes. Not to mention I drove from Clermont to make a 7am appointment. Had I known, I would have made a later appointment and had someone follow me to the dealership.Once I got my vehicle I told my service advisor that I wanted to speak with David Vega. Mr. Vega was told. However, he never came out to meet with me. Before I left, I told my service advisor to please have Mr. Vega to call my cell. Still no contact. Poor customer service.

Horrible service at Service department. The advisers are taking too much that they can handle. I needed a new battery and dropped my truck off to be replaced. Called at the end of the day and their answer was we havent even gotten to you yet. The next morning I called back to see if it will be done that day, and the answer was we havent gotten to your car yet so I went and picked it up and drove to Seminole Chevrolet. Within 1 hr wait they got me in and out. Would never take my business to this dealer ever again. I even asked for service dept. manager and he saidsorry we cant get to you, we take more than we can handle.
I saw my dream car on the website and I called them and Mr.Aly Mahmoud answer the phone and I made appointment to go see the car It was a Chrysler 300 S 2015 Color red and I Took it for test drive and I loved it And I told him that this car is coming home with me today. they have Very good customer service and everything was organized all the paperwork was fast and easy to do when I was doing the paperwork they took the car and cleaned it and fold it with gas. Absolutely amazing service. I was looking at cars when I got the urge to take a stinker and France walked me to the employee restroom and sat on the toilet just to warm it up for me. I don’t think any other dealership will live up to the experience I had today.

The service department is a joke! Worst in town. They expect you to make an appointment even if you have unexpected car issues. Go down the street to Don Mealy Chevy. They’re much better and far more professional.
When I started looking for a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado Trail Boss, I went online and did my research. When I found exactly what I wanted, I searched local dealerships that had the color and trim level that I wanted and found that AutoNation Chevy had the exact one. I spoke with a colleague of mine who said he had a great experience at the dealership so I figured I would go check the truck out and make sure I liked it. I walked in thinking I was just going to check it out. As soon as I walked in, the entire sales team was friendly and seemed to really work as a team as there was some confusion as to who I was working with briefly. I didn’t know when I walked in that my online search paired me with a salesperson, Dollie. I called before I went, I spoke with Jorge who was friendly and quickly checked and confirmed the vehicle was available. When we arrived at the dealership, I started working with Josh who showed me the truck and took my on a test drive. After I drove it, I knew I had to have it. The negotiation process was easy and felt pretty haggle free. The Sales Manager, Blake did a great job working with us and giving us a fair price for our trade and took his time explaining lots of options for the new vehicle to us and ensuring we fully understood how each process would work. Dollie worked with us getting all the applications and forms filled out and made it a quick and easy process. It was a Holiday and a Sunday night and even though they close early on Sunday’s and we offered to come back the next morning to finish everything, they all said we were no bother and we could see they were working with other customers. The Finance Manager was quick and efficient and again verified we knew what we were signing and answered any questions we had. Dollie has followed up with us several times and made sure we didn’t have any questions after the purchase and ensured we were given everything we were promised by the dealership as our floor mats weren’t available due to parts being closed on Sunday. When our floor mats were available, the service department helped us by getting them installed very quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the entire team and process at AutoNation Chevrolet and have already highly recommended them to friends looking for a new vehicle. AutoNation Chevy has defiantly earned my business for service on all my Chevrolet vehicles going forward.
Very helpful and polite staff. John-Ross helped us with getting our son a car. We drove 5 hours due to the deal and customer service we received. Everyone in the store was very kind and they got us in and out as quickly as they could knowing we had a long drive back home. Thanks again for the great service.
