I was looking for Nintendo switch for my son, and came upon this establishment. As soon as I walked in I was made to feel comfortable, no pressure at all. The gentleman asked if I needed any help, I told him what I was looking for, he quickly grabbed one off the shelf and proceeded to answer all the questions I had about this product. While I was there I noticed they had a large selection of ear buds, something I’ve not had good luck with. I ended up purchasing the air pod pros, as well as the Nintendo switch. They have a large selection of cell phones, cell phone accessories, game systems, as well as offering repair services for all the above. This store is a hidden gem! The 2 gentleman who helped me were top notch. They offer financing on all there products, which I took advantage of (it took less than 60 secs for approval, and if I pay off in 90days there’s no interest!) Just all around quality store. I needed a case for the switch, the one I wanted was out of stock. They told me they’d get it in ASAP, and would call me Monday (this was Saturday around 11:30am). I left with the switch and air pods. Got home, packed for my son and i weekend getaway, and right when we were leaving (around 1:30/2pm) I got a call from there store saying my case had arrived! I was truly courteous. My son and I stopped and picked it up on our way to Cocoa Beach. These guys are just great people. They treat there customers with respect and courtesy. Something hard to find these days. I will be a life long customer of this store. Any and all electronics I ever need, this will be the ONLY place my family goes! Thank you guys for everything, my son loves his switch!!

My daughter phone completely shattered and I drove by this place many times and decided to take her phone to get fixed, they gave me a great and súrtanle price and fixed it like new in a very timely manner. My daughter phone battery started acting up a few days later and I decided to go here again and the best decision I’ve made. They knew exactly the problem and fixed it and made it new again!

So i called before i arrived and asked them how much to unlock a IMEI they told me $120 . I got to the store i paid and was under the impression that the employee was unlocking my imei because that is what the provider i had told me was wrong . Not once did the employee mention a sim is different from the imei . Then he proceeded to convince me to pay for ANOTHER PLAN THROUGH THEM . I did that was a extra $35 then 10 mins later he tells me oh your phone is blacklisted this wont work but yet WHY NOT TELL ME BEFORE TAKING MY MONEY ? Make it make sense that is very unprofessional and fraudulent then his boss i assumed offered to buy my iPhone 12 pro from me AFTER claiming my phone was “useless” and couldnt be used anywhere “ but my thing is . If its useless and cant be used why are you trying to buy it ? A FULL SCAM . I didnt get what i paid for i got scammed and its sad that businesses are not upfront about their services . You should not charge someone for a service that is not guaranteed . I dont recommend this place to NO ONE . And no i do not want to talk or contact your customer service because i was hard down crying because of the money i wasted and all you offered to do was BUY MY BRAND NEW PHONE OFF OF ME ….might i add the boss tried to insinuate my phone was stolen when the last thing i have to do is steal and i offered to pull up my email receipt of me paying for this phone online . SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER AGAIN . If i would have never paid in cash this would be disputed but i figure i should warn other people . They are very shady businessResponse : okay so when i called and when i came in the store did i not say i need my IMEI unlocked ? Yes i did . As a business you were suppose to explain that there is 2 locks and i never told you the phone was stolen because it is NOT . Like i told you in store I purchased this phone refurbished from BEST BUY . Simple mobile said the imei was locked .Which like i ALSO SAID i have a RECEIPT for PROOF OF PURCHASE like respectfully do not play on my character like i have to steal phones i work hard for everything i buy . And i also contacted simple mobile and they confirmed my phone was not locked . And i had ro go to a whole nother store and spend $150 MORE to get my phone working . My same phone that you swore “could not work with no network “ yet also tried to buy off of me ….:thats sketchy and bad business i have no reason to lie so therefore do not lie on me . Like i said i did not get the services i was under the impression i was paying for . And it was a waste of money . Period also another phone plan was a WASTE as i could not use it .you knew what the problems were with my phone but instead of explaining everything ahead of me paying no you just took my money and THEN told me it was nothing you could do . That is SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL i shouldnt have been paying for services that were NOT GUARANTEED . The place i went to after actually helped and fixed the issue with my phone as well as contacted customer service in store . Im glad i wasnt stupid enough to sell yall my phone .

IPhone 8 screen was replaced under 15 minutes! Called around and most other “chain” repair places over priced. Called here and spoke with Gentleman named Mo. Quoted me a $ and under 15 minute while I waited my phone screen was replaced. Unfortunately cracked my screen while on vacation at Kennedy Space center, but fortunately this place fixed my phone same day! Would highly recommend! Wish we had shops like this in NJ!

Well I shouldn’t say repaired because he didn’t repair it. First time the buttons were not working and he attempted to fix it a second time; and still the screen displayed a rainbow every time I touched the screen, the Face ID did not work as well. He claimed that it was an original apple product which IT WAS NOT. My phone let me know that it was NOT an original apple product. He deletes ALL negative reviews. BE AWARE HE IS A SCAMMER DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE SERVICED HERE. For the same price please get it repaired from apple them selves. All other products over priced and unoriginal. RUN I REPEAT DO NOT GET SERVICED HERE. Or make any purchases he does not even grant the 7 day satisfaction guarantee.

So it happened as it usually does...First I cracked the back of my iPhone X, then recently cracked the front.. I went in to this place after seeing an ad on Facebook for financing a phone. It was simple, straight forward with no denying credit check and no renewing contracts with carriers or hidden fees on the wireless bill like when financing with the carrier. I was approved for a certain amount and it happened to be less than the price of the phone. Not only was I able to get an upgraded, new in-box phone, I was able to use the rest of the financing to get the X fixed to pass to one of my children. This saved me hundreds... if you want a new phone or need phone repairs this is the spot. Welcoming environment and personable staff. No more could be asked.

I have gone to this place twice now since I initially went and the two guys that are there are always rude. They CANNOT unlock your phone. They cut me off before I could finish my question then the other one says the server is down in a very rude tone . I dont know what happened to this store but the first time I went there the guy was very nice he unlocked my ipad in less than an hour. Now they cant do it.??? Maybe these guys bought out the other guy! I do not recommend their services and when I when to my service provider they recommended them and I told them not to recommend them to anyone because they dont want to do anything to help you. If I could give them less than one star I would.

I went in to have a note 10+ screen replaced. I bought a screen protector which you guys installed which is a bubble mess, my spen no longer functions properly, and now the phone is coming apart.UPDATE: so I had my phone repaired at another shop and it appears that when you get your screen fixed these guys take good parts off of your phone and replace them with bad parts to keep you coming for repairs. We know this because inside the phone had their writing on the wireless charging coil. the battery which I never had replaced didnt have matching serial numbers it expanded and popped the back out on the phone which I kept as well just in case I FIX wants to claim its not true. And I replaced the spen with an original Samsung spen not the knock off one they put in my phone which is why it was unable to connect. Now I understand why they asked me to do a review in the store immediately after I arrived to pick up the phone which I declined to do because I wanted to see if the job was done right.You guys keep robbing people and you will become familiar with civil court and the FTC.Response to the owner: funny how when I left your shop my phone fell apart but when I left the other shop months later phone works like new... the other shop didnt scam me you did though what does CAF stand for I have it written on the old wireless charging coil in blue permenant ink. I had replaced new shop say samsung doesnt write on official parts and I never had that replaced? Also great job trying to get me to give you a review in store on the dead battery that never charged up because it was also faulty, fine before I brought it to you but double in size after I left your shop? So like I said get familiar with litigation your time is coming very soon. FYI I had the guy bag up your faulty parts for you do you need them bacl to scam someone else or have you gotten new parts to scam with?
