Was looking for Vinyl plank flooring For my bedroom. I hit allThe big box stores plus some Smaller ones. I was looking for a better quality product. Somewhere along the way I came upon Creative floor. I was very impressed with their sections of everything, vinyl, laminate, wood, tile, rugs. They really have beautiful products. Mark, the salesperson, immediately came over and asked how he could help. I found a couple of products that I liked and he let me take the samples home. Once I chose one I returned to store, placed my order, received product in about a week. The pick up location, was at a different location which was not close to where I lived so Mark was nice enough to pick it up for me and bring it to the Orlando locationMy experience was excellent and would highly recommend them.

The Laminate floors came out better than I expected. The installer Onyl and Karabin really exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism and great work made me want to consider redoing my entire home.Taunesha Carpenter

People who write reviews want to be helpful and appreciative, or worn other consumers. Also, I read reviews and make decisions on service people and stores after considering them. After reading reviews we went to another store and then to Creative Floors in south Orlando. The salesperson we used was Chris. He is pleasant and knowledgeable and not pushy, but to educate the customer. We bought carpet for a rental and it went well and was installed perfectly. Later we went back and Chris helped us buy the best linoleum for that same apartment. A few months later we had to remodel another property that was a rental. We got a good price, good choice of product and great installers, so back to see Christ. Why waist time going from store to store when you know of a very good store. This time we took up the carpet, old flooring and tile, and put down good vinyl flooring.A very good surprise is the quality of workmen that come and take up and install their products. They worked all day and took up the carpet, linoleum and tile. Afterwards they cleaned up which we appreciated. What I was pleased with and thought was great was they covered the kitchen cabinets with plastic to keep the dust from covering them. Again, they were perfect in doing the job and they were pleasant and I enjoyed communicating with them.INSTALLATION: Yesterday a different crew arrived at 8:30 and worked diligently. They had to come back today and finish. These workers were also great! They worked hard, did a perfect job, constantly cleaned up and left the place perfect. We had no clean up. Again, they did a great job and were very friendly and asked questions and sincerely wanted to do the job to please us.I am not rewarded in any way for this review. Excellent service and selection. I was worried that the flooring would be over priced since the location is Dr Phillips. But the prices are in line with other flooring stores. Joe took good care of me even when there was a problem with the first order that was delivered. I will go again!

I purchased an entire house of carpeting from Creative Floors. Joe Mongognia was awesome as a sales person and Alex, the carpet installer, was very professional and thorough. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend.

We just had laminate installed by Creative Floors. We went to their Orlando location. Chris helped us with our flooring needs. He was really patient and went over all the details and answered all our questions. He called us to keep us in the loop regarding the material delivery and the install.Mark and Chad were our installers and they were extremely professional. They were there at our place at 9am sharp and worked up until they ran out of material. They were really fast and efficient, but never rushed the work or cut corners. Their attention to detail was amazing. They moved all the heavy furniture in a room, ripped out the carpet, cleaned under it, bolted down any loose floor boards and installed the flooring. Most importantly, they didnt make a mess. They swept out each room after they finished the install and cleaned up after themselves after they left (even cleaned the driveway and front door to get the sawdust off from all the cutting). They answered any and all questions we had patiently. We now have floors that look amazing!We highly recommend Creative Floors to anyone looking to have laminate installed.

Beautiful Floors / Great price/ good customer service

I purchased Daltile wood look floors and the sample at creative floors was completely different than the product that was installed ( they were brown like wood but had orange variations when installed). During installation it was discovered the floor was a burnt orange color vs brown like the samples I was provided. Unfortunately I had to have the floors removed due to the uncertain dye lots. I was charged $4000 to have the floor removed, for the product that was installed, the tile that was installed and a 20% restocking fee for the product I returned. Nancy said she was going to meet with the rep to see if the 20% restocking fee could be waived and I never heard from her. This would have never happened had I went to Lowes or HomeDepot or flooring America ( who guarantees if you do not like the product they will take of it). Against my better judgement I went to an unreputable company that does not care about there customers. To make it worse I needed to find new floors and have the floor installed. They did not offer any discounts or relief at all. Even if the variation was normal and I picked the wrong floor, they could have only charged me cost or some kind of discount that would have broke even for the error and I would have purchased new floors and had them installed. But they were cold hearted and greedy. Luckly I found new flooring and installation at SCS floors the owner was very nice and helpful.

I put in an order for some tiles several weeks ago. I went back 2 seperate times to see if my order came in. I was told by Nancy Campbell, the sales rep that I placed my order with, that my items were on backorder and she would call me later on that day with an update. Of course she never called. I called them today to check the status of my order. 1st time. Nancy wasnt in but they would have her return my call as soon as possible. 2nd time. Several hours later... Nancy is on a call with a customer let me take down your number (for the 3rd time) so she can call you back. Several hours later... still no phone call. I was highly satisfied with the products I received from them but their lack of professionalism is forcing me to take my business elsewhere.
