Me personally...Id rather get a root canal without novocain than deal with car salesmen...but I have to admit....the guys at RPT were a genuine pleasure to work with. Wasnt pushy...easy to talk to....made the entire process painless enough that I would definitely buy another vehicle from here. Their website is also pretty impressive and easy to use, especially coming from a small business. You can tell they went the extra mile to make everything right.

So sadly, I have to change my 5 star review. I was happy with how Eduardo treated me and my girlfriend when I walked in at the end of the day looking for a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport LE, but just recently realized I was lied to. Not sure how or why this happened, but they had this car listed as a LE trim, or limited edition. I started doing research after I bought the car, my mistake shouldve done this before, to see what features Im needing to learn about so I can utilize them, and found out what Eduardo sold me was actually the base model trim or ES. The biggest differences between the two trims are the capabilities of the head unit, like Android Auto or Apple Carplay, and the heated seats. Dont care much for the heated seats since Im in Florida, but I very much cared about the Android Auto compatibility. For me, Im not upset with the car because I really enjoy this car and it came in great condition, plus I did plan to make a major sound system upgrade in the future which would include a different head unit, but what I didnt like or respect was being lied to. Do your research on the vehicle and different trims and inspect the HECK out of it because the dealers will not. I personally wont be going back to them in the future, but if youre looking for a fairly priced, nice looking vehicle I would say go for it but with caution.So I thought this car came in great condition, but I was wrong again! Again, I shouldve looked deeper into this car before I bought it, but there was an older tire placed on the car before I bought it. Car is a 2018 and had a 2013 year tire on the front passenger side! Needless to say, the tire blew on me during a road trip with my girlfriend! Had to spend $200 to get a real new tire instead of an old used one like they allowed to have on the car when I bought it. Found out another tire has a plug in it instead of a patch or I dont know maybe a NEW TIRE! So instead of 3 stars you get one for messing with my safety.

I had a fabulous experience at RPT! From the moment you walk in everyone is taking the necessary precautions which I really appreciated. My sales rep understood the position I was in, coming out of a loan and wanting something bigger and was able to execute exactly what I needed. I was apprehensive about going to a used car dealer but I would do business with this company anytime Im looking for something pre owned! The vehicles were mint and most of them only had 1 owner or they were leased and had very low mileage. Definitely a good spot to go to if you are trying to get a new car and keeping value of the car after you drive it off the lot too! Having a car I like and a price that I loved was the real kicker for me. I dont write reviews often, but I had to about this place and because my salesperson was very patient with me and really really made it happen.

Sold useless 4500 Warranty, please dont trust these people.

We drove an hour to see a car listed on their website. We called ahead to confirm the cars availability and was told yes it’s still there. When we got there miraculously the car was at a “different location”. Don’t even bother.update in response: no appointment was made my husband called to ask if the car was there and was told yes. It was a black 2014 chrysler town and country that is even STILL posted on your website for 15k. Upon arrival the salesman told him that the car is not there but he would like all our information, we declined and drove off. The whole interaction was 10 minutes on your end and 2 hours of time wasted on ours. It was 100% this location, and not a different dealership. We bought a car the next day from a different place.

Very unprofessional. I drove 2 hours to come see this car. I’m in the office negotiating and they are test driving the vehicle with another possible buyer. I blew up when I saw this and told them no deal. They of course ran my credit and still called me to try sell me the car after I left. Watch out for Daniel and Matheus. They said they do this all the time. This is sketchy sales tactics and I would not buy a car from them ever. I recommend you stay away from this place.

Terrible experience. Save yourself the time and energy! We found rpt sales online, seemed like a credible car dealership and thought* we found the perfect car for our family on their website. We made an appointment with one of the sales reps who sent us videos of the vehicle of interest and scheduled us to come in just three days after to test drive and purchase/inquire. We drove an hour and a half a way to be told snarlingly by the female sales rep to the left of ours that she sold the car we were interested in yesterday, whoops sorry. No call to let us know, no update, nothing. We were furious. Offering to give them another chance we looked at three other SUVs which all were terrible in person. Scratches all along interiors, and the sales rep tried to offer us one Jaguar with nearly COMPLETELY balled tires. Save yourself and family and don’t give them a try. The most unprofessional company we have ever encountered and I have been to numerous car dealerships in the area! Trying to help others after us!

Great sales experience with salesman, Eric Marrero. He was very helpful with car details and great with responding. Eric followed up timely and sent me a video showcasing the car we were interested in. Also had a positive experience with the finance manager, Daniel Santiago. No hidden fees and he clearly explained the buying process. Previously, I had a horrible experience at a dealership in Lakeland due to fees and their inability to clearly explain fees. The dealership was also lacking in customer service. RPT Sales might not be as big as some of the other dealerships but they are definitely big on customer service. The dealership features an array of luxury cars and you may find it difficult to choose due to the wide selection of cars. Should you be in the market to buy a car. I don’t usually leave comments, but I will this time!! I was treated fairly and not over pressured to buy something. I was skeptical at first, not being a large dealership, but after meeting Ramon and seeing that he was honest and fair I was relieved. I actually purchased a vehicle while on vacation. The vehicle was in perfect shape and I have been searching for a clean vehicle. The car detailer was amazing . He really does a fantastic job making the car look amazing.

Yabi went above and beyond at helping me find the perfect vehicle. He was very kind, understanding and took his time explaining everything to me. Alex also did a great job at making the deal go through. I will forever be a customer of RPT sales & leasing. RPT is not like other car dealerships, they do not push you to buy and do not hound you. I originally spoke with them in October and did not come in to buy a vehicle until December. I can not say enough good things about Yabi and Alex.

I would give zero stars if possible. After making a wire transfer, paying for a years of auto insurance and paying to transport the car down to me, it was sold a day before the driver was to pick it up and they refunded me my transfer etc...They are inherently shady and fundamentally deceptive. I would avoid doing business especially under Ramon who would block you instead of figuring out how to amend the situation. Very child-like treatment and considerations. Ramon pretty much dumped fault on the managers without taking responsibility for customer service. Ramon and Alex the manager did terrible jobs. You would get better considerations elsewhere. Prioritize professionalism and transparency....something you wont get at RPT sales

Yabi was extremely helpful and very patient with all of my questions. He was able to help us put down a deposit because we couldnt come get the car for a few days. In January of 2020 I purchased a car from RPT sale through Ramon and it was a wonderful experience. Never buy a car here my car is all damaged around the doors and ramon never say anything about. I buy my range rover 2020 $55k all destroyed the owner never showed up to fix my issue i pay $2000 to wrap my car and cover all the damages.

I hate buying a car. My wife even more so. This was the best experience ever buying a car. They make it easy and are not trying to bs u at every turn. I was impressed that when the salesman didnt know something he told me he didnt know and that he would get the answer. He didnt act like he knew everything or made something up. When it came time to negotiate that was easy smooth ... I felt good about their position and it was done with tact. I never got the slimeball feeling even one time. I recommend anyone to go here.

Id be cautious buying here. Purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300 in 2015. Tacked on a dealer fee at the end (I think it was $499) and they never cleaned it before delivery. Also asked for missing stem valves but never received. That being said, the car has never had any mechanical issues and Ive been very happy with it up until recently. The reason for the one star review is that recently the paint on the fender has been fading into a different color and peeling off. When I took it to Chrysler they explained that the fender had been replaced and painted cheaply which is resulting in the current problem. I received a clean car fax when I purchased the car but was told if an accident isnt reported it will not show up (makes sense). So in the end I was sold a previously wrecked car that will cost me $650 to make right again. The bigger problem is I have no idea what else was damaged and if other parts of the car will start to fade/peel as well. Buyer beware!

I recently purchased a 2015 BMW X5 from this dealership. I was a little nervous picking it up because the deal was done entirely over the phone and I didn’t get a chance to take it to a mechanic prior to purchasing. Upon returning to Tampa I took it to BMW and they said the car was in great condition. The only thing it needed was two new front tires. Whew! When I picked the car up the staff were really helpful, Jamie took the time to help me figure out how to work everything and I really appreciated that and the car was perfectly detailed.

I wish I could put 10 stars!!! My sales person, Ramon is one in a million!!!! He was honest and never pushy from the first phone call. I put a deposit on our SUV and drove from Savannah to Orlando to pick it up. I was there ready and waiting for us.... no game playing. His word is his bond!!! He let me know that the owner had an extra key and if whenever he got it he would make sure I got it. I forgot about the key until he gave me a call a few months later to inform me that he was sending it by a relative who was visiting in my town. BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. Excellent Excellent.. I emailed Jonathan with regards to a vehicle that I found online for sale and due to I am an hour away from their dealer lot, I decided to contact him via phone to see if we could make a deal. Unfortunately, the experience I had with Jonathan was not like other dealerships, he didnt seem motivated at all, and wasnt interested in trying to make a deal. I would not recommend this lot for vehicles to any family or friends, and good thing that I didnt waste my time in driving an hour!

RPT and all of the staff were incredibly helpful in getting me my Audi A5. They werent pushy and accommodated me in every way. My salesman, Ashton promised that he was a man of integrity and would never use certain tactics seen in most used car dealerships. He was available by phone and text and was more than happy to send videos and pics of the car. I had to drive from Jacksonville to Orlando see the car and they all made sure that the process went as smoothly as possible. My only regret is that my girlfriend purchased her car a month prior from a different dealer in Jax when she could have had a much better experience all around from this one. Piece of mind is what matters most post sale and these guys gave that to me in spades. They made sure that the car was washed again even though it was already detailed and topped off the gas tank to help me get back to Jacksonville. The catered to us while we were there and really seemed to care about who we were. This is how you create lasting relationships with customers. Excellent service in a friendly environment. Andrae was awesome from the first phone call to the keys in hand. Frank in finance is just as awesome. Its the first time that I havent wanted to strangle the guy in finance at a dealership. Jonathan was cool too. We shared conversation and insight with him while waiting on the paperwork (which wasnt tool long). Great car buying experience. We will definitely be making future purchases from them. Bought a used land Rover was told it had been inspected etc. Coolant light came on as soon as we got onto highway. Completely empty so it hadnt even had the basic check! Buyers beware make sure you get the vehicle checked thoroughly before you buy as we have had many issues with it & will never buy from them again.

I was shopping around for a particular vehicle and came across a 2016, low miles, excellent condition, base model but with a few upgraded features that other base models didnt have. Also, couldnt beat the price. I reached out to inquire online and spoke with Bill, I explained to him my situation. My vehicle had damage and I was upside down, with an average credit score. Bill ran everything for me before I even came in person - I was able to continue working while he got the process started. Once he had an approval he gave me a call, I came in to test drive the vehicle and decided I wanted it. Frank crunched numbers, and helped me out TREMENDOUSLY, (I guess I should say worked magic), and got me very close to the payment I wanted. I accepted and I am now the owner of a beautiful pre-owned vehicle. I didnt think they were able to work with me how a larger dealership could, but I was wrong! It is the day after I bought my vehicle, and I just had the vehicle checked out... nothing has ever been wrong with the vehicle; it just needs new brakes and rotors. Called Frank and he is handling it within the next few days. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

I had a very unpleasant experience at RPT. My first experience was better because of a man named Andrew he was very helpful, kind, and very humble. He was a pleasant and very easy going individual, and I was really looking forward to doing business with him! However, my second time coming I was taken care of by a guy named Cole! He was very rude and obnoxious!!!! He only cared about getting me in a car that I was only prepared to look at. Let alone make a huge purchase as such! He made smart remarks when asked about the car that I was attempting to look at. As soon as we got in the car for a test drive he was VERY short and nonchalant. Although it was not the particular car I wanted, but I was still very interested in the features and more concerning the car. He COMPLETELY turned me off from even considering buying the car. He was just all around rude the entire time we were on our test drive. I would not recommend him as a sales representative. Just because of this terrible experience, I behoove anyone who is thinking or considering taking their business to RPT to think twice. There are a plethora of other businesses (Mercedes) who in my opinion would be more helpful to you!

Absolutely the best car buying experience Ive ever had. This was the 2nd car weve purchased from RPT in the last 18 months. They are all very friendly and helpful. My salesperson, John took his time answering all my questions, and I was impressed with his vast knowledge of automobiles. I never felt pressured to buy. John was very informative and straightforward, and once again helped me to secure great financing.Ive already recommended a few co-workers and a family member to visit them!

Got the right car here! It took a while to get the right price and interest rate, but when we did it was a great purchase! So far the car has ran wonderful, and the car payment is right where I needed it. Was able to get my old car off my hands here too

Basic used car operation. Tell you what you want to hear and promise you the world until you sign the papers! I asked to have the car detailed before leaving with it. The detail guy took a preassure washer and just sprayed it down and dried it off. I complained and my salesman got upset with that guy and went out their and told him to do it again....he did...the exact same thing! My salesman promised me the window sticker and I had to contact him several times but never got it. This was a very expensive sports car and that sticker is very important. I had to order it from GM. $150. They made a huge mistake on the Registration and when I caught it I immediately called and since my salesman went on vacation I asked to speak to the manager. I called back three times and was told a different story each time. Out to lunch, will call me when he gets back. With a customer...on the phone! Never called me. I was told it was fixed and would receive it in the mail. That was two months ago. Be careful.

Called on a Friday about a Mercedes Benz that I liked, spoke with Buck who by the way is an awesome salesman, and scheduled for Saturday to see the vehicle. Left with a new mint condition Mercedes! Buck made sure I left with the same car I came for, never gave up on me and got the deal done! K would recommend anyone who is looking for good quality vehicles, great customer service, and an all around great experiance wheather your a 1st time buyer or not to go check out RPT Auto sales in Orlando and ask for Buck!!
