I guess I got here while they were painting the front of the place.I drove around the building looking for an entrance. I finally got shuttled in through a side door.I found an amazing service center.Full of beautiful cars.They had a marvelous Fisher KarmaI spoke with the salesman and he realized I was in the wrong market quickly. I didnt want to take up his time and headed over to the nearby car museum.

If you need a Luxury car Just go to Miami!The costumer service worst,they promised me to send me the price for RR and Bentley two weeks left and I didn’t get and no buddy send me the prices!Just be Aware from this location!

I was very disappointed. I’m a younger guy I came here with my girlfriend who’s a huge fan of RR and would like to buy one at some point. The lady in there looked us up and down and basically shoed us away from a Ghost saying it was a “private showing”. The Lamborghini dealership in the same plot was very different and didn’t have the same judgmental vibes or people scaring you away. Genuinely I’m not sure if I ever want to own a Rolls Royce anymore if this is the way they treat potential customers or even future customers. Had I driven my Porsche up there, I’ll bet they would have treated me very differently and that is a problem for me. I dress down at dealerships typically and if people still treat me right that goes a long way. Adding to that the other worker in there just kind of followed us and stared at us but never said a word. Honestly I have never seen such a pretentious staff from any dealership. I later went to the Ferrari dealership that was local and I was very pleased. They treated me just as they would any other customer and didn’t judge my clothes or age in the slightest. I can tell you that they gained a future customer that day as they treated me as regardless of how you appear because I can tell you first hand that you never know who you’re dealing with. One of my friends is worth about 14 figures and still wears raggy looking clothes so I encourage you to keep that in mind, 3-400k for a car is expensive but it’s not unattainable. Unless you look rich, I do not recommend going to this location. Ps. They delete reviews so don’t trust that 5 star.

Let me start by saying, that I have never in life seen such a beautiful vehicle but, that cant compare to the priceless way my family and I were treated today by Christina. We surely can not afford anything from this dealership but she greeted us and made my children and I feel so welcomed while my 14 year old was dreaming of owning one of these cars in his future. No one else even said hello. Thank you Christina for being a truly humble person who treats ALL PEOPLE LIKE PEOPLE! We will see you again in about 5 years when my son signs with the NFL! LOL
