My car buying experience at Greenway Kia East in Orlando, Florida was one the worst ever. The first time I came to the dealership a little over a month ago, I was told that they had a certain vehicle but when I got to the lot vehicle was not there, after I was told numerous times it was. There was absolutely no explanation....The Internet sales people were not in the store, and there was a lot of misinformation. A lot of the vehicles were dirty, Look like they came straight out of the auction Without any type of inspection. They gave me some give certificates for my trouble. Coincidentally they did not work. I asked if they could replace them, since these were not working. I tried to give the dealership one more chance in the failed again. No one called me back regarding the bogus certificates, and when I went to website to redeem them, it said access denied. They had two vehicles there and neither one of them world what they were supposed to be. The first vehicle is very dirty, and the engine sounded very bad. There was no car fax from the vehicle at all. The second vehicle seemed OK, but the radio its not working at all, and there was random cord sticking out of it that was looked odd. The sales attend it wasnt sure whether the car was straight of the auction and was not very knowledgeable. Please steer clear of the dealership at all costs. You are better off going somewhere else instead of this place.
Brion was my salesperson and he did great. However, Keven (the sales manager) just sucks. When we purchased our Kia telluride we were told it had 2 keys to the vehicle and that one was being mailed to the dealership from the previous owner. 7 months later, multiple phone calls (being hung up on, messages taken with no return call, and even my number and name given to the GM for a call), and a trip to the dealership where I was told (from Kevin) they would call me with more information on the key. I still have not received any phone call or my key! Very very terrible customer service. I’ve never felt like I was being dodged by someone so they wouldn’t have to follow through with a commitment. Funny how when you want to buy a car they can’t leave you alone… but when you want to complete a deal that was made, once they’ve been paid they don’t care to deal with you…. Also, my wife took care of the paperwork and wasn’t given the finance options. We came pre-approved and they claimed that they do not use capital one? That’s like saying they don’t accept a visa or MasterCard. She also wasn’t provided with the information about the service contract that was purchased for another $3,300.
Wow these guys are bad. Cars are marked up severely (well beyond any other dealers). They claim they’re matching everyone else and expect others to simply believe them. You are treated as an annoyance there. Employees clearly don’t want to talk to you. The only way this place stays in business is by selling overpriced cars to people who haven’t done any research and don’t know better. Please do your research before going to a dealership and consider giving someone else your business.
First, I would like to address the situation that occurred during my time shopping for a vehicle at the Kia Greenway East location in Orlando, FLI was kept waiting by the gentleman in finance to solidify the deal approx. 50 minutes. Upon entering his office, I was not greeted nor acknowledged by him I ended up introducing myself. He presented me with the papers and just told me to sign without any detailed notion as to what exactly I was signing. He then proceeded to pick up a FaceTime call without excusing himself. There was a very blatant disregard from the gentlemen, and it was very apparent that he only cared about raising my monthly payment with an extended warranty and a whole lot of unnecessary things just to increase his pay day at the expense of the customer. My mother later joined me in the office as I continued signing the paperwork. My mother asked this individual a few questions. What was the monthly payment again? To which he replied in a rude tone, it’s right here, you don’t remember? Naturally, my mother did not welcome the rudeness. She asked if we were allowed to back away from the deal if we were not content with the monthly payment after he was done adding the additional things he chose to add. He replied, “that is not how this works mam” In a rude tone once again. He made it seem that once everything was signed there was no going back. This individual was very rude to my mother and she proceeded to address his attitude. He claimed that we were the ones keeping him waiting, he also stated that we were not wearing our mask in his office even though he did not have a mask on either. I guess COVID doesn’t apply to him since it is his office, logic and professionalism are clearly not his strong suits. All this occurred even though the staff let him know that it was a family deal, I can’t imagine how he would treat any other customer. After the verbal quarrel, we spoke to the manager and requested a refund. They gladly provided it and we left soon after. After the bitter encounter the remainder of the Kia staff at Greenway East made it their mission to fix the situation. I was contacted by a gentleman named Isham the very next day. Isham was very professional and asked me what Kia would need to do to rectify the problem that had occurred the night before. I greatly appreciated Isham for calling but I politely declined. Isham did not push the issue and he respected my decision. I thank Isham for his professionalism.Eventually the GM Joseph reached out and was willing to lower the price of the vehicle and discuss the APR as well. My family and I returned to the dealership and we were able to make a deal.I would like to express my gratitude to the individuals that were an exceptional part of remediating the situation that had occurred. Firstly, Danilo. Danilo was a real professional and friendly throughout the whole process. Danilo made the car buying experience a breeze. He was very attentive and showed genuine concern for making sure I got the best price. If you’re going to Greenway Kia East, be sure to ask for Danilo when you enter. I’d like to thank Asli & Kevin for showing genuine concern and remorse about the entire situation, they both also displayed a tremendous amount of professionalism during the debacle. I’d also like to thank Mani for handling the financing portion of the deal in a professional and timely manner. Thank you to Joseph for issuing the unprofessional gentlemen a written warning about his total disregard for the customer. Additionally, thank you to Brain for ensuring the car was in mint condition prior to my exit. A big thank you to Greenway Kia East for rectifying the issue in a professional manner
I’ve had 8 cars in my life, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. From Matt the salesman lying to me about the priceTo not even cutting my car key in the fob(making me pay for a new fob)To them lying To me about the carfaxTo them not inspecting the cars they sell and being lazyTo me having to pay $1,600 in issues after two weeks of having a 2 year old carTo the management telling me there is nothing they can do about it.Save the headache and money. Go anywhere else
Terrible customer service. Sales reps are not reasonable. We worked on a 2018 crv deal. We asked for $20 less on the monthly and the finance manager didn’t even bother sending the offer. He denied us outside without even inputting numbers and was rather focused on socializing instead of making a deal. Was also offered a monthly payment that wasn’t even valid and was put right in front of me. Terrible terrible customer service. Rep’s have zero to no sales experience, finance manager has zero professionalism. DONT EVEN BOTHER GOING HERE, you’ll waste your time and get your credit pulled for no reason.
Went to pick up a vehicle being worked on with a recalled part and arrived after service hours (called ahead of time to let them know we were going to be late) and they mixed up the last names and left out the wrong keys. There was NO ONE in the building interested in helping us because that was a different department and they are gone for the day. So now we have no choice but to show up Monday and get some answers and hopefully the car back 🤬😡😒
BUYER BEWAREI own a Kia optima 2015. Driving down the road one day engine cut off. called Kia of Orlando east who I bought my car from and towed my car to them for repairs. After reviewing what has happened to the car, its a malfunction on the Kia engines and had been recalled. After the Kia dealership looked over the car and ran a test they said its because of the bad engine and they are recalled. Kia said they needed to do an update to the car before the engine failed and that update didnt get done so they are not going to fix it. This is not right on the Kia dealership to not fix the engine that failed because they sold us a bad car with metal pieces in the engine and had been sued in court to fix the engines of all Kia cars with these bad engines. Our car has been at the dealership for over 3 months now. We are making payments on a car we cant use because of the bad engine. Dealership is refusing to replace the engine.
Didnt fix the problem with my car and expected me to pay MORE money to them.
I came to Greenway Kia East hoping to get a new car and Alfredo made this experience super amazing! This was definitely a dealership that I will recommend to my friends and family! Thank you very much Alfredo
Jeff was very personable and easy to deal with during my time at the dealership. He was honest and upfront and seemed to care about my concerns. When I asked about the trade-in value, he worked to increase the amount and didnt make excuses about why it couldnt be increased. While I abhor the car buying process, he made it much more enjoyable than past experiences at other dealerships. If/when I am in Florida again and need to buy a new or used vehicle, I will be sure to look up Jeff at Greenway Kia.
Absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I never leave reviews but this one seemed necessary. A few weeks ago I called ahead for a specific vehicle I saw on the site, was informed it was available. I got to the dealership, waited 30mins after I set up an appointment (was not busy at all) sales rep Marc Bouchard came and informed vehicle was not infact at the dealership. He began to talk me out of even buying the vehicle saying after taxes it was going to be costly. Regardless he gave me his card and told me to text him the next day as that is when it was supposed to arrive. I text him the next day, informed me car was still not there and hed be checking back in with me once arrived. A week and a half went by, never heard anything, scheduled an appt after requesting another rep, got to the dealership and still dealt with Marc. He didnt even remember we had met prior to this nor that that specific vehicle existed. I ended up getting a great deal, Kevin Dominguez got involved, (he was absolutely no help and was another to spill out a random date and never stay in contact). I left happy with the car, we agreed upon a service needed on the vehicle would be handled and they would give me a replacement car in the mean time. They gave me a 2012 soul with steering wheel issues Marc claimed no one wanted to fix it but its a great car. Never heard back after asking 3 separate times for an estimated date on when my vehicle would be available, still no answer. I tried following up with Marc and he said it was his day off to try again the next day. I got an estimated date for my vehicle and never heard from anyone on day of pick up until my rep told me an hour before he was clocking out the guy had a family emergency. I then I got in contact with Manager Joseph Mnassey, said my car qill GUARUNTEED be ready the following Tuesday. Well, yesterday was my THIRD pick up date, it STILL was not ready and they promised it would be ready today. Now i have reached out to Joseph again TODAY because no one was in contact and now hes saying it will be ready tomorrow. I bought the vehicle on 10/15/21 to give you an idea. Nearly two weeks since Ive bought it and only have driven one night from the dealership to home.I have absolutely no trust or faith in this company. Save yourself the trip. I wish I could give zero stars.
100% thrilled with my experience at Greenway Kia East. Kevin Dominguez was my salesperson. I came in with a difficult set of circumstances but had an idea of which car that I wanted that I had seen on their website. Kevin had the car pulled up and ready to test drive immediately and was able to work with me to get my payments exactly where I wanted them. Dell in the finance office also made this a quick, easy and painless experience. I’m loving my new Sorento and will definitely be back for my next Kia!
Bought a 21 K5 in July of ‘20. Come in August ‘21 with a fuel door that won’t open. Many people have complained about this in blogs. Do research. You will find yourself in a situation when you need gas and you are not by a dealership. You will then be out of luck. I have to now drop it off at the dealer to get it fixed by service because they don’t have a release mechanism like every other Kia. The service manager gave me attitude like she is the one with an issue on her new car. Do not buy a Kia K5 if you value your time. As I am now sitting at a dealership waiting to go back to work because the brand new car I bought has issues. By the way, the brand new car I bought doesn’t come with loaner car coverage. So there’s that.
Amine was super nice. He got me a great deal!! Left the lot with a nice car and an free appointment to get my windows tinted!
Just got badly ripped off by this place and Ive been going here for years for service. They lost a customer today. The amount of money and time I lost for NOTHING (no work done on my car) was enough for me never to come back! the pandemic is hurting us all but theres no reason to screw over customers. I dont see this place lasting with business tactics like this.good bye forever and to those who are reading this be careful. youre not getting what you pay and its very inconvenient. they never have the parts you need either so then u gotta wait for that as well... youre better off at a local mom and pop shop.
I had my car towed in from another dealership that ripped me off. Daniel, the parts manager, was very kind and held the part that I needed for me while I worked with the other dealership to get my car towed in. The service team here was quick, kept me in the loop the entire time, called me back when they said they would and treated me the way a customer SHOULD be treated. I have learned my lesson and will continue to bring my car to Greenway Kia East for my service appointments. Thank you guys so much for fixing a situation that you didnt cause in the first place.
BAD EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Make sure you know your credit score before going to this place (If you ever want to go). They persisted to run my credit so they can give me a quote. When they did, they gave me wrong numbers about my credit score to increase my monthly payment. I was so shocked that I requested my annual report and called all 3 credit bureau to confirm the info and of course the agents told me there is no way they could pull out my credit and see what they said. They put me minus 62 points of my actual credit score. They made me put a down payment on a car that they didnt even have; promising that I can have it the same day. When I signed for the price, they told me I will not be able to have it the same day and they cannot give me no car to go home. REALLY - BEWARE! I understand trying to make more money on a deal but changing people credit score numbers?!!! THIS IS FRAUD! I hated this experience so much, when I came back next day to let them know the truth about what they did, they refunded me right away. The only thing that I feel doing now is to report them. This is illegal practice.
Walking into the dealership it was very clean and well kept. My sales person, Amine, was absolutely amazing. I had an idea of what I was looking for and he definitely steered me in the right direction. After looking at a couple cars I chose to go with the Kia Optima EX. Amine was very knowledgeable and transparent through the whole process. Overall great experience and will be doing business with them again in the future!
I was actually picking up a car from the service department for a friend of mine. I dont even own a Kia and after this experience, I never will. Edward Cotto, one of the Service Advisors, was extremely rude because HE couldnt find the information on my friends car and was blaming me. I told him her car is sitting out front of the Service Dept. How is it my fault that you cant locate your own customers information and key? I called my friend and he was rude to her as well. He finally found her key, handed it to me and walked away. I stated I would like to speak with a Manager. With his back turned to me, Edward simply stated, he is at lunch. Before you purchase a car from Greenway Kia East, keep in mind that working with their service department will be one of the worst experiences youll have. Unfortunately, people dont care about the customer anymore or doing their jobs well. Sadly, I doubt anything will come of this review or will there be any kind of disciplinary action towards Mr. Cotto.
Day 35Once again no phone calls from Kia East in Orlando Florida. After 21 days of them refusing to answer calls about My car that was taken by wrecker on August 11th. I called corporate and on day 24 and filed a complaint. On day 27 I finally talked to the service manager and lead service tech. They had no diagnosis on the vehicle except that with 61,000 miles they felt it was an abrupt engine failure. Kia corporate disagrees with their assessment. After blessing everyone out for not communicating with me for over three weeks, we made an agreement that Gina (service manager) or Edward (lead service tech) would call me each Wednesday before 4:00pm for a weekly update. Two Wednesdays have passed with no phone calls. Now when I call to inquire. No one is available to take the call or give me information about the car.All the while we have been paying for a rental car the entire time. Kia will only reimburse if it turns out to be a warranty related item. It has a 10 year or 100,000 mile power train warranty. My daughter was driving on the interstate when the car lost power. Placing her in a very dangerous situation. A law enforcement officer was kind enough to stop and check on her. He also said she was not safe where the car stopped and had to push her car about 1/2 mile to get her to safety. The car will run. She had the AC on for over an hour waiting on the tow truck. But it will not accelerate. No warning lights and no overheating.Moral of my story. DO NOT buy a Kia and think they will stand behind their warranty or vehicle. They cannot even diagnose the issue. It’s all on your buck until it’s diagnosed. Then and understandably so will the reimburse your rental car at ~$500.00 per week if it’s a covered part. It takes 6-8 weeks for them to reimburse you. Most importantly we do not have a diagnosis 35 days later. If I go to get the car and take it to another dealership, I have to pay for all the work they say has been performed thus far and Kia will not reimburse anything. The last time I called it just so happened that my daughter was in the lobby to get some belongings out of her car. When the lady answering the phone mentioned my name Edward and Gina started making inappropriate comments about me right in front of the customers daughter (my daughter). It went in long enough that it’s now on video. Finally they acknowledged my daughter and ask if they could help. She said yes I’m the daughter of the person you just made those comments about. It was a hush over the service department. They had no idea someone would be there because we live six hours away.I have called every day for 24 days before getting a “we don’t know what’s wrong with your car”. Now they have not called me like we agreed and once again no one is available to take my calls.
I purchased a used VW Tiguan 2018 and traded in my previous vehicle with Chris P. During the sales process I requested the car fax and asked if the vehicle passed a multi point inspection. Chris P assured me the vehicle was previously serviced and there would be no other costs involved after the sale. Within a few days I had the car inspected and found out there was major defects with the car including complete turbo charge failure. Immediately after I made my way back to the dealership and was told by Kevin that I would not be able to reverse my transaction. The best he could offer was that I waste more time and come back tomorrow to speak to the original salesperson and have the car inspected or possibly work out another deal. Either way the issue was not being resolved today. Kevin as well assured me that he was the manager and there was no one else I can speak to. I checked their website to verify this and the site has Kevin labeled as a salesperson. Its already difficult to trust car sales people as a young woman now this makes it nearly impossible. Buyer beware! Women Beware! Students Beware!
Had a Great experience with Jeff the salesman. Very helpful and informative! I test drove the new Kia K5 and loved it !
This dealership will never have a chance to earn my business again! I am not in the state but for a week I had been trying to get a vehicle from them. I was willing to ship it had money in hand but was told over and over I would get a call back and never did. They sold it from under me even though I said I wanted it and I just needed it shipped. So if that’s how they treat potential customers I can imagine how they treat the actual customers! NEVER AGAIN
Made an appointment to test drive a car. Drove 50 mins and was told the car had been taken to get inspected the same morning. No communication. I was told I would receive a call and a walk-around video of said car once it returned to the dealership. Few days go by, I reach back out asking about the car and was told it would be looked into. Then was told the car was sold. Nothing was ever communicated to me and the customer service is very lacking. Will not shop here ever again.
Trying to get a refund, for a month. Manager said it was getting mailed out 3 wks ago. NO CHECK, I call and get hang up on, or transferred to a line that no one answers. I am SO GLAD my son changed his mine about getting a vehicle from them, now we just want the money back, starting to look like they need it more than my 19yr old that they try to get in to a 40k vehicle.
The ultimate in bait and switch dirty tactics. I wouldnt buy lemonade from these crooks, much less a vehicle. They listed a Kia Rio online for one price and suddenly raised it $3800 overnight!! When it was pointed out that other dealers had the Rio more inline with their original price, they wouldnt let my son test drive one and told him to go to one of the other dealers. Guess they dont want any business. You know what they say about karma...
I seriously HATE writing bad reviews but everytime I go into this dealership I leave more stressed than before. My first experience here, I went in for a possible leak in my tire and a blind spot warning light being on. They told me nothing was wrong with my tire and even dipped it into water. 2 days later my tire again was going flat and the blind spot warning light STILL ON..My second experience, I go back for a general service and the blind spot warning light, (I should have known) but leave and the light is STILL ON.The third experience with this dealership. I had to call and make an appointment to get my vacuum pump replaced according to the recall. The front desk transferred me over to the service Department and I had the part ordered. I made the appointment, unfortunately, missed that one and called to reschedule. I even saved all the email transactions to leave a paper trail. I go in and immediately the attendant got into an argument with me stating, I only talked to the front desk and they do not order parts. I attempted to explain the situation about missing my appointment but the attendant was adament about proving me wrong. They stated the above statement several times, assuming I didnt know what I was talking about. They attempted to argue with me for several minutes about how I was completely in the wrong. I dont expect perfection by any means but if someone in this dealership could just be pleasant?Next time, Ill drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the West side dealership.
I desperately needed a used car when I stepped inside this dealership to checkout a 2010 Mazda CX7. From the time I called, to the time I walked out of the dealership, everyone treated me with respect and listened to what my cars needs were. I recommend this dealership for their honesty and easy of process. 100% satisfied.
The worst service ever.... And yes I paid extended warranty for nothing! Im waiting for a simple call back.... Still waiting for more than a week... Im calling and nobody know my case... So I have to drive over 1hour to check my status.... Incredible!
Had a great experience buying for the first time at a dealership! Everyone there was super helpful and nice, but Pedro is the man!!!! He gave me amazing service and a great deal! Thanks so much Pedro!!!
My Sedona experienced a problem while I was out on the road. I went to Greenway Kia East as it was very close to me. I left the car for diagnosis and got a text message letting me know it would cost over $1600.00 to replace an alternator. I declined and went to pick up my car so I could get the service done elsewhere. I was charged $170.00 plus fees for the diagnosis. I paid it as I agreed to a fee but didnt expect it to be so high for a quick diagnosis. I seriously doubt Ill ever go back there for service unless its a dealer only part. They are very nice people but their prices will bankrupt the average person. By the way, Im having the part replaced for $650.00 at another reputable garage tax included.
About a week ago I had to have my car serviced and quite honestly didn’t love the quote that came back to me. I decided to look at the possibility of a new car and even if it was worth my time looking. Amine helped me a lot! And also helped me realize that a new car was definitely possible and worked with my budget. This is my 2nd time buying a car from this dealership and both times were very successful. At 18 years old I never thought it could be a possibility to buy a brand new car with 11 miles on the odometer but thanks to Amine it is very much reality now. If you are considering any other dealership please stop here first!! I had the unfortunate experience of going to another dealer who tried to rip me off. This dealership couldn’t be any more different! From Service to Sales to Finance everyone was extremely courteous and more than willing to work with me.
Amine is absolutely incredible. He is personable, got my friend a great deal and very easy to work with. He made the entire process of buying a car wonderful. If you come to this dealership, definitely ask for Amine!
Christian P. was helpful and gave a good experience. Went out of his way to help me get back on the road!Would recommend to friends/family.
I had the pleasure of working with Marc Bouchard and he made the car buying experience less complicated, talked me through it all and worked with us. He was very likable, patient, very knowledgeable. I wanted to hug him so hard I was very pleased with him and the service as well as the car I purchased, I was on a mission and he made that mission possible.I would definitely recommend him and Greenway Kia to my friends and family! THANK YOU SO MUCH MARC.
I had such a wonderful experience here! It wouldn’t have been possible without my amazing car salesman Amine. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He made me feel welcome the moment I walked in the door, and made the whole process fun, enjoyable, and painless.
The overall experience was so easy and not stressful. My sales person, Pedro Soto-longo, was by far the best person to work with. He is easy going, very respectful, and holds true to his word. He is very knowledgeable and polite. I didnt like what the first APR was going to be. The finance guy, I dont remember his name, he ran my information through several lenders and got me an APR that was more to my liking. They want their customers completely satisfied and it was the most amazing experience I have ever had at a dealership. It was the first time I purchased a vehicle through a dealership because all the dealerships before were pushy. Not at Greenway East. They are the people you want to work with.
Recently purchased my car from this dealership and was more than pleased. My sales rep Johnathan Torres worked with me to get a great deal for the car I wanted, I highly recommend him. The financing manager was amazing helped me out with gap which concerned me originally but I’m very grateful for both individuals servicing me. This place is 10/10.
I brought my God sister Kia to this dealership to get service and I would highly recommend Service rep Carlos. His urgency to get my problem(s) fixed are nothing short of PERFECT.
I was thrilled with my experience at this dealership. Amine Dkhissi helped me purchase my first car.The overall experience was great and Amine kept me entertained with a positive attitude and a lively sense of humor throughout the entire process. Although the sales process was a little difficult, he was able to work with me in order to get the car that I wanted with financing that worked for me. I was able to drive away in a new car that I felt ecstatic about purchasing. I will be returning to Kia Greenway Wast in the future.
Amine Dkhissi was extremely helpful with our purchase! Gave helpful tips on the accessories that will help us a lot as we negotiate all the bells and whistles on our purchased vehicle. We were out the door driving the new car within three hours!! Would definitely work with Amine again on another purchase. Thanks Amine!!!!
Pedro is an excellent person he really helped me to get my Kia Forte gt line he went above and beyond to find me the great fit I really recommend him to all my friends
Pubic Service Announcement for Orlando residence. My family bought a used van from Greenway Kia of East Orlando. We drove it, tested the car and made the deal. They assured us that the van had gone through a multi point inspection and everything was done to make it a safe and good vehicle. So it was really disappointing when the van did not even last more than 48 hours when everything went wrong. Check engine light went on, the valve covers had an oil leak, the spark plugs were soaked in oil, the wires were worn out, the detailing that was suppose to be done was a car wash and a half way done vacuum job. Then to make matters worse the transmission is now shot.We went back to the dealer and all they could say is we signed the “as is” affidavit and we had no recourse. They did not care my brother was a returning customer and stated that one bad online review is none of their concern. The dealer even said they had a good reputation but yet the evidence is clear that the inspection was not done.Lesson learned, do not accept the salesman’s account, and make the dealer put the used car on the diagnostic module to prove it has no existing codes before closing any deal.I know we are stuck with the van now but this message is for anyone in the Orlando area to be aware and careful when buying a used car from Kia of East Orlando or any car dealer. I hope this is helpful.
On November 28th 2020 I went to Greenway Kia in Longwood Florida. After educating myself through consumer reports and online with different SUVs.I wanted to look at and test drive a few. The Kia Sportage was among them. I arrived at the dealership after communicating with Megan via text messages and phone. When I arrived they paired me with a salesman, I do not know his name, we had a communication barrier.I was asking to see 2020 closeouts and any year-end discounts that might be offered. He did not understand me and said no 2021 he proceeded to take me back to the lot and tell me pick out one pick out which one you like. It was a Seltos. (Not a Sportage).I test drove it. Of course I got to learn nothing of the features of the car! Not Bluetooth features, USB ports & air condition in the back, which the Seltos didnt have!. I asked more questions while we test drove it, again he did not understand. He asked the manager to write paper on the Seltos. I then asked the manager if I could speak with him privately. I told him I wasnt going to purchase the Seltos. I would like to be educated on the features and benefits of a few SUVs.He then put a salesman named Gamoi with me, he knew everything about the vehicles. He started to explain and show me all the things a consumer wants to know before making a $30,000 purchase! There was no way I wanted to buy the Seltos it did Not have the features I wanted (which I would have never found out with the original salesman) however, the Sportage did have a lot of the features I wanted. just happen to be one- that looks like it had been returned, sitting out front. It was filthy inside and out, but only 90 mi on it.They would not give me my key fob back! That night they insisted I drive it home. I said please let me have my car, I would rather just come back tomorrow in the light of day. No no Ill put a dealer tag on it take it home. Then a few minutes later they asked me to get my registration, they wanted to transfer my tag to this vehicle, I havent even wrote paper on . I said No please give me my key fob and let me take my car home.If you dont want to put a dealer tag on it. Im not transferring my registration to that vehicle overnight.I stated I am not the one that wants to take your vehicle home youre the one that doesnt want to give me my vehicle. long story short I ended up taking the Sportage home. Receiving a phone call on Sunday dont come back in today wait till Monday, were too busy. Monday after work I went to the dealership and met with Patricia.I let her know I am not ready to purchase this vehicle. can you please get my key Fob. she went back and forth to the manager David three times. never producing my key. They told me just to take the Sportage home again for a few more days. I said no please let me have my key fob. After almost 2 hours I was told that the salesman from Saturday has my key! Needless to say Im extremely disappointed and it is very unprofessional!I cant believe that there isnt a process for taking in a potential customers key and car. its hard for me to understand why the salesman would carry my key from Saturday through Tuesday! They thought they had my car in the back! however when I arrived Monday my car was still sitting exactly where I left it on Saturday.Today is December 1st and the dealer still has my key! however I did bring my extra key fob so I took my car home and left their vehicle. I took pictures of the returned vehicle sitting in front of the Kia sign front and back. No potential customer should feel this uneasy about how theyre being treated. This morning December 1st I called corporate number consumer affairs for Kia and I spoke with Matt. I cant believe he took it so lightly, as to what happened here. I asked for upper management to reach out to me because I feel like it should be addressed. No future potential customer should be treated this way.I explained to them right at the beginning I am not here to get out from underneath a loan or lease.
I bought my 2021 Telluride 2 weeks ago for these guys and have to say I definitely did not have a great customer experience. Sales rep was not very flexible during negotiations and never once did the sales manager care to meet with us during that time. Next time I plan on taking my business to a different dealer.
Amine was a very helpful and professional customer service associate. He went out of his way to help me get the best deal I possibly could on a brand new Kia. I love my car and he took his time to explain everything to me.
Awful Service and the phone system disconnect you or links you to another inbound caller. My car is now on the third appointment where the kept the car for several days each time with a check engine. The only thing they re doing is resetting the computer and saying it is fixed.
Sales guys were plenty pleasant. The Finance guys? Well just forget about any price you may have been previously discussing with the sales team. You start over with the Finance team. Strong arm tactics to put it mildly. The Service group is just plain incompetent. If you want to feel remorseful about buying a car, this is your place.
Worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. If you want to leave with an unsafe car this is your place. Beware of sales man Chris and Sales consultant Kevin, they are snakes, LIARS, and very unprofessional. They play games as if you were dealing with a 5 year old and youll never get honest answers or issues fixed.
I really dont understand why its so difficult to get a hold of the service area. Nobody seems to hear the phones. After being on hold for 45 minutes twice, I hung up and called again FINALLY reaching someone who sounds like they dont want to be there. My costumer service expectations are NEVER met. Overall a disappointing experience with this place.
Terrible experience overall. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My purchase 2 years ago was awful. They told me to go to the dealership to pick up my new car on a certain day/time - when I arrived, the car was not even there. No one called me. When the vehicle finally did arrive at the dealership, I signed all the loan paperwork & left with the car. They called me back a few days later bc my original loan was denied - and they needed me to sign for a NEW loan. The new loan had a higher APR. They also messed up my plates. The salesman told me my car had Sirius radio - and it did not. It had AutoPlay using my phone. Which is not what I wanted at all. They mislead me into purchasing a maintenance plan which only covered basic oil changes. & no other maintenance was included. With that being considered, it was totally over-priced. Just recently I made an appt to have my oil changed at this Kias service dept. With the express service they advertise, it took them 2 hrs & 45 minutes to change my oil - with an appt. Since that oil change, Ive had trouble with my car stalling out and my (after market) Sirius radio shutting dwn and all sorts of weird electrical stuff was happening. Before I could return to have the situation looked into, my car totally died on me at work (1.5 hrs away frm my home). Totally dead. Not even my door locks would work. AAA came out and found that my negative battery terminal was not secured and the bolt was not tightened. As soon as he tightened it, my car came back to life. I have only had my car serviced at this location and Im certain that they left the terminal connection loose. Honestly, no one has time for this kind of struggle. Dont bother with them. I will definitely not return. Ill drive across town to go to a different dealership until my over-priced maintenance plan runs out. I wont buy a Kia again =(
Kia service quoted me a nearly $2000 to repair a third row seat. I pulled the handle off the seat, which as it turns out, was actually the broken part, which costs $34 online. It took me 5 minutes to identify the issue with zero training as a mechanic. The service department never bothered to actually inspect the broken seat. After buying two CPO Kias from Greenway East Kia, Im done.
Their service department/sales team is the reason I bought a Chevrolet. Awful, awful, awful. You could get better customer service from anywhere else. Do not go here!
Moby was the BEST salesman I have ever had. The dealership had streamlined processes. Knowledgeable staff, Everyone was very honest, We had an amazing Experience.
So thankful for this dealership! After a terrible buying experience from Kia North and they never want to help, Kia East really helped me. I bought my car two months ago so a flat tire was alarming. The 24 roadside assistance replaced my tire with my donut and told me to go to Kia because he didn’t see any holes or nails. I made it to Kia East at 5:56pm (they close at 6pm). They listened to my nightmare story about Kia north and what’s going on. I’m single mom, money is tight, and time is even tighter. They took my car in at 6:15pm and patched up the nail that was missed by the roadside assistance guy. Thank you to Josh in service, you are my superhero ❤️
The sales person Luigi was attentive and gave me an even better vehicle with a better deal than I came for. I tried 3 Kia Dealerships over the last year and this is the only one that made me feel appreciated as a customer. The only one that genuinely wanted to help me.
Completely messed up my cars engine by not diagnosing easily diagnosable problems for the entirety I’ve owned it. Complained about engine troubles since 30,000 miles. Every time I take it for a diagnostic nothing. Moment I’m a week out of warranty they tell me there is nothing they can do about my engine problems that came to a head after driving it for 25,000 with an easily diagnosable problem. No matter how many times I begged them to check nothing was wrong. Take it to three party mechanics all diagnosed the problem no Kia dealer can diagnose. All three mechanics that are not Kia ask me why I have been driving the engine with a timing error for well over 15,000 miles. They did not or cannot do their jobs. By no means should you buy a Kia. Not because they’re bad cars but the people who sell them do bad business. Everyone I’ve talked to confirmed with me they have had similar problems and experiences with this particular dealer.
Pedrobig guy Sotolongo is the man whos gonna get you a great deal on your new Kia just like he did with me.he got me a brand new kia sportage nightfall edition 2022 with 0 down payment,3.9 interest a monthly payment of 549$ and 2 months untill my first payment.Excellent service.
Sam was great bought the vehicle we were looking for. though we waited 1 1/2 hours to see the finance manager
I recently purchased a Telluride and I must say this dealership is awesome. Especially Moby. This guy was on top of everything and knew what he was talking about. He is someone you want in your corner when purchasing a new or used car! He is not the typical super pushy salesy guy, hes a true genuine guy and will get you the best deal possible. He is very responsive and we still touch base to this day. Ask for him you will not be disappointed.
Moby was amazing! I am so glad I came in when I did! I wouldn’t have wanted to do this with anyone else! He was so personable and made sure my wife and I was happy in the new ride we were leaving with!
Terrible. Not only did my appointment with the person I was supposed to meet Simon or ilicia not even exist but after getting to my appointment we waited 34 minutes before I went back to the desk after already letting them know Im there for someone to bother to get to me. Then we get down to the haggling business after a dealership fee they call a loyalty fee which still seems bonkers they proceeded to do basic dealership theivery. We wemt to review the car as I checked the cars service information 2 warnings were there for oil change and break fluid overdue. We then asked them if they do check or service the vehicle they say yes then we tell them well obviously not since it has 2 warnings saying things are overdue. The sales woman then says You ok now its not as simple is taking the battery off and put it on lol yes it is u go into the cars settings and update it if IF IFFF they actually did it. After telling us one price we come back to another that is 300 dollars more and as we say its too much the woman says okay and walks away from the table before we even begin to get up. Lol Im sorry but if they wanna make a sale they gotta sweat for itSorry for the long review dont bother going here
When I arrived I was pretty confused of where to go and who to talk to, no one helped me at first. Once I got to the desk the gentleman there, while assisting no one, told me he’d be right with me, continued to shuffle his papers and answer the phone while I stood there. Another gentleman asked me if I have been helped yet I told him no, he apologized and found someone else to help me. Although the man who was finally able to assist Was nicer the overall experience wasn’t amazing. I was under the impression that I would be updated and contacted throughout the process. But I had to call back for updates since no one attempted to contact me. I did get one initial update but after that nothing. I left my car on Saturday simply because the AC wasn’t blowing cold. It is now Wednesday afternoon and my car is still not fixed. Every time I contacted them and let them know I needed my car by Wednesday afternoon as I have to leave town. I gave a one star because of the overall experience. I felt as if there was no hospitality I didn’t really feel welcomed or that they were happy to help. And there seem to be a complete disregard for my time and no sense of urgency. I don’t speak for all Kia dealerships but definitely the ones in Orlando. But I would highly recommend the one on Davie if you’re ever in Broward
I had a great experience an also bought my very first car thanks to the amazing man Amine Dkhissi he was helpful, friendly, and a great salesman
Horrible first time buying new. Car we went to test drive and purchase was switched and we were told the car we purchased was a better option. The first red flag, which we ignored, was the leftover tint/adhesive left on the windows as we noticed during test drive. We were told this car has no damage also and was a demo car that only a manager drove. We ultimately purchase and it was late so we inspected best we could at night. When we got car home I found a broken splash guard, large scratch on the door, dent on trunk lid, missing key fob, stains on the back seats. The car was obviously not cleaned and overnight the air freshener wore off and the car smelled of cigarettes. We notified the salesman and were told all will be taken care of. We took car in for windows to be cleaned and boom they brought in a non professional, who scrubbed rear defrosters off the window while scarring the door panels as well.. Since we dropped car off to be fixed. Now we call and they claim they knew nothing of dent or scratches. Now we have to buy a rental for our upcoming trip to due to Kia Easts lack of communication and customer service.**** Update**** the car was picked up last night finally 2- 1/2 weeks later, still has the scratch on door, interior was still not cleaned and has stains on seats, exterior was not cleaned and now the entire car is covered with over spray and feels gritty to the touch. Nobody can contact the GM of this place apparently and I spent a week and a half already attempting myself. The guy is a ghost. Some establishment ya got here..Update 3 the tint bubbles were not fixed instead we were given the companies card and told us to deal with it through them, scratch is still there 😂, their attempt for reimbursement for rental to NY is waiting on a signature.. Lets see how long they drag this out.*** Update**** Still waiting on reimbursement check.. Officially one week after we were told it would be ready. They have it, just waiting on a signature.. Guessing the signature of the GM who still hasnt contacted me nor have I ever been able to contact via email and phone msgs to the dealership. This place is a joke. Go to kia west if you really want a Kia..
My wife and daughter called ahead to see if an advertised used car was still available, and were told it was. They drive 20 minutes, and are told its NOT there, it was sent to auction without them knowing (eye roll), but have a look at these, etc. They realize this is the 2ND TIME this dealership pulled this on them within the last two weeks (have been to MANY dealers shopping, didnt realize until they pulled in)!!Its a stereotypical used car Bait and Switch. Staff on site were Pedro and Brittany. You should be ashamed.Well cross this one off our familys list going forward.
The worst dealer I have being. The sales Chris didn’t care about the customer and the manager was worst. He came with a deal and he change it after I sign. They run my credit 😡.I recommend another Kia for sure.
The only reason i am giving 2 stars i because I love the car that I purchased. Long story short, 2 days after purchasing a 2021 sportage the tire pressure light kept coming on. A few days after that I found out that there was a nail in it. I call and call the dealership and the receptionist does not answer 1 time, service could not find me in their system, and I could not get a hold of my sales rep, Chris. Two weeks in I finally have time to physically go up there and I get told that since I did not purchase road hazard that they cant replace the tire. I was not offered road hazard during the signing so I assumed that the tires would be under warranty. The sales manager, Jay,, even said that if i would have purchased it, it would not cover a nail in the tire.. The best that they could do was a $15 dollar discount on the tire and I would have to pay almost $200 dollars. Jay, the sales manager, was no help whatsoever. The service rep asked if he was going to take care of my tire and he says No I wont do that because she does not have road hazard.I love my car though but the customer service is a 0.
Amazing experience Chris and Simon help me and my boyfriend buy vehicles. The process was great they work with both of us. WE ARE HAPPY CUSTOMERS
Walked in trying to get information on a vehicle the guy just ignored me and told me to go outside and check the lot if they have any. Went to Kia west instead
Alfredo went above and beyond to make our deal happen... Even though we are not easy clients, he never loose his cool.
My wife found a good deal on a Jeep Renegade using Carmax. She called and spoke to the receptionist who said she would get us in touch with someone. She then went on the website to complete a credit application. We wanted to make sure the deal could happen before wasting our time. She followed up again and finally got in touch with Marc. He assured her the deal was good and wanted us to put a deposit down and come the next day. She queried this because we would not have the rest of the intended down payment for two more days. He reassured her we could come get the vehicle and give a cc for the rest. The next day everything changed. They wanted to use what we had only and have the payment super high. We did want we could to come up with more in that moment (literally) to make sure we could have manageable payment. We drove away with the car thinking it was at least done. But we got a call yesterday saying we have to drive an HOUR back to redo the paperwork because there was a problem and the finance guy wouldnt even tell my wife what it is. I myself called our sales guy Marc today and he didnt even know anything about it. My wife tried contacting managers who are either busy or on vacation. This is my wifes dream car and its turning into a nightmare. PS Chris Rodriquez (who replies to these reviews), you were one of the managers not available to speak to my wife. We really just wanted an answer as to what the issue is and why it cant be signed digitally because ALL the previous paperwork was done so. I will not be signing any new paperwork until I can confirm with the finance company that the current loan and paperwork has been null in void. I have always been sceptical of car dealerships and really wish I had read all of the incredibly bad reviews about yours.
The customer service is deplorable. The shop prices are outrageous. The service manager was not help and even argumentative and rude. The KIA warranty is a joke.
A couple weeks ago i was dealing with some troubles at this certain dealership but they were more than happy to help! I was directed to an absolutely great salesman named amine which showed me a 2019 kia forte that was meant for me. i was able to feel comfortable going through the deal and was left feeling a whole lot better then when i first got there.
GO BUY YOUR KIA SOMEWHERE ELSE!Just bought a brand new 2021 Kia K5 GT Line for the terms I was asking for! Beautiful car, really. But had to get it at Daytona Kia because my friend and I were basically kicked out with no negotiation or follow up.The terms offered by the salesperson were WAY above MSRP and way above dealers price as well. Tried to fool me by offering a lower monthly payment with a longer term that was equivalent to the original offer while trying to sell that as a cheaper offer. Also got offered 2k less for my car for trade in than the 5 other dealerships, including 3 other Kias that I visited. I was rushed by the sales person waving across the room for my attention while I was on the phone, and then was flat out told look, if we cant come to these terms, 4 other people just came in looking for cars, so Ive got other people to talk to. No business card either (but Ive got his name and # on the original offer paper).Literally let a customer walk with zero negotiations involved, and I bought the SAME DAY closer to home just 2 hours later. I guess the dealership is too busy to take care of everyone. I guess thank you though, glad I dont have to drive out to Orlando anymore for servicing.
Andrew was the biggest help with purchasing my car, i told him what i wanted and he knew exactly what to show me. Very helpful with coming to an amazing deal! Thank you so much
It was a horrible experience overall I drove over 2 hours to this dealership to do more paper work and I get there and I can’t do anything. They told me they already sent it and then the finance manger lied and told me they sent it 3 days ago and it was sent in 9:30 this morning. Horrible dealership
Terrible service. Terrible management and they sell unreliable overpriced vehicles .
Car buyers - stay away! If I could give a lower score than 1 star, I would. This has been the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I went in to buy a new car but the GM made a mistake on the paperwork. Once I had negotiated a fair price for a 2021 Rio, and had signed paperwork AND paid my down payment, I was informed that I had been sold the wrong car. The GM thought he was selling me a certified pre-owned 2020 car (and was ripping me off big time because of the price) because he looked at the wrong paperwork. The entire time, I had been looking at and test drove a 2021 with my salesperson. I was please with my negotiated price, with the understanding it was a 2021 car. However, the GM was offering me a deal for a 2020 that started at $500 OVER the MSRP. When we realized he sold me the wrong car, he refused to honor the price I had just spent three hours negotiating. Finally, after the GM blamed ME for HIS paperwork error, threatened to the fire the salesperson in front of everyone, and told me I didnt know what I was talking about and to calm down, lady - after another two hours of going back and forth to cancel out the wrong sale, he FINALLY sold me the correct car at the price I had originally agreed to purchase it at.That experience was bad enough - however, I am STILL having issues getting my title/tag/registration transferred - and its been THREE WEEKS. The finance person I worked with, Abdel, told me he couldnt finalize my paperwork because there was a hold on my registration. It turns out I had a small, unpaid toll I didnt know about. Abdel told me to call him back once I had paid the toll and he would be able to finish the title/tag/registration paperwork. I did that and tried to call him two days later. However, I could not get ahold of him. I tried to call back several times and finally e-mailed him. I never heard back. I had to send multiple e-mails to even get him to acknowledge me. I tried to leave him a voicemail multiple times but his mailbox was full and couldnt receive more messages. After I e-mailed him and told I was going to complain to the manager, he finally e-mailed me back and said he doesnt handle any of that and told me to reach out to someone else... even though he told me to call HIM on the day of the purchase. I reached out to her last week, told her it was urgent that I needed help with this situation, and she said she would look into for it me. That was three days ago. I tried to call her today but was told she wasnt in. I explained my situation to the dealership and told them my temp documents expire on 6/14 and that I need to get this sorted out immediately to avoid falling out of compliance with state law. The receptionist sarcastically said well you have a full week, Im sure it will be fine. I explained that I have major concerns because it has been very, very difficult to contact anyone at the dealership. She dismissed my concerns and said only this one person can help me, so Ill just have to wait until they call me back. This has been the most frustrating situation and the lack of customer service, concern for ethical salesmanship, and complying with state law is very troubling.Additionally, on the day I made my car purchase, I was given a flash drive that was supposed to have all of the paperwork I signed on it. When I got home to put it on my computer, there was only 1 document on it. I was missing about 9 other digital files - things Im legally supposed to be given after purchasing a car. I contacted the finance department and asked for my paperwork to be e-mailed to me. Again, my e-mail was ignored for over a week, and I could not reach anyone by phone. I finally received my paperwork after having to threaten to file a complaint. This experience has been a disaster. I really wish I had gone to the Nissan dealership down the road. I recommend you stay far away from Greenway Kia East, regardless of who you are. But especially if youre a woman. The experience was condescending, patronizing, frustrating...and its still going on!
We purchased our Kia stinger GT2 on April 11th, 202. We advised the salesman, Simon, we lived an hour and half away and would not have full funds processed and Available in account for 6 days yet he promised that we could pay downpayment with a post dated check and they will not process until the date printed. So we drove the hour and half, was unable to test drive the vehicle due to severe weather conditions they said, paid half the down payment on credit card and other half with post dated check. They processed the check the following day which it did not go through and with the amount being high it classifies as a felony if not fixed causing severe issues. On top of that the car in under warranty and we were also promised that any damages we find in the first week they will fix ASAP not to worry. The following morning I went to go to the store up the road and was flagged down because my right back tire was wobbling so bad it looked as if it was going to come off. I have not driven it since I’m too scared to. However April 12th we began our daily run around with Kia Greenway East trying to get someone on the phone to address the tire problem as well as a crack straight through the sensor on the rear bumper, dents in the rims, and few other cracks and breaks being bad. Everyday we would call multiple times and as soon as person picking up the phone heard our issue or our names would either hang up on us or pretend to transfer our call to correct person and call would end. We have recorded all conversations. We finally got someone to answer our questions and schedule a time for us to bring the vehicle to their dealership for service. I took off work yet again, drove an hour and half there, waited 7 hours just for the original salesman SIMON to intervene and come to me saying I can have 2 minutes of his time for him to explain the situation and then to get out of his face and drop it. Advised that there are major issues with the tires however they will not be fixing them to get them done ourselves and pay out of pocket, that they will not be fixing any damages to the car but he can fill my gas tank up for the drive back. Then once done filling the gas in car and bringing me the keys he proceeded to go off on me being extremely rude and upset that we went over his head to address the issue he would not fix like promised. So in all we had to pay the initial down payment, the fees and costs to fix the check being processed before it should, repairing the expensive damages the vehicle had, lost 3 days total of work equalling $650., and then turn around and still pay the $584 monthly payment because they refused to help with repair cost if we came out of pocket. And now will not reimburse for the cost either. I have everyone I know contains corporate and writing reviews to let the Orlando area know to stay away from KIA GREENWAY EAST
Went for an oil change with mine and my girlfriend’s cars. Hers hopefully was done correctly, but the fact that my tires were inflated to 58 PSI in all 4 (should be 36 in the front and 39 in the back) concerns me. Luckily my sensors picked up on the higher than recommended PSI. Disappointed by this experience and will not be returning. Not sure how well I can trust the service department if something as simple as proper tire pressure can’t be done correctly.
The worst customer service ever and i cant ever get in touch with anyone. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM NEVER CALLS YOU BACK.
I was very pleased with Service Advisor, Shelby Bishop, for her help and being very professional. The dealership was very clean and everyone very helpful.
Ive received a dozen unsolicited spam texts from this dealership. Leave me alone!
My husband and I recently purchased two cars from Orlando Kia East and were greatly helped by Kay Morales. She made the process so so easy and honestly the less stress weve ever had inside a car dealership. She went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and gave us a really good deal! If you decide to go to Orland Kia, I definitely recommend you ask for Kay!From Jose Gonzalez and Yohaly Morales
I purchased a Kia Optima in 2017 and since then all of the motors on my windows have gone and I have had to get them replaced. I understand that there can be issues so I was okay with it but I dont know if its b/c there was a change in ownership but the service is terrible. The first time I got my window fixed it was a normal process but every other window after I would get told the wrong thing. First I had to bring it in so they could look at (even though its a known issue), then they would tell me it would be about 3-4 days before the part would be in. I would leave my car and then when I would call they said it would be ready. I go to pick up my car and the window falls down while Im driving. I call them and they said oh the part is on back order and it will be a week. It has gotten progressively worse each time the other windows went. They would either tell me the part is in or it would only be 3 days again. I would have them verify and then would say oh no its going to be longer. The next 2 times they would also tell me it was fixed so I would have them check and they oh yea your right its not fixed. The last time I had to wait 3 weeks to get my drivers side window fixed which has been such a hassle. I understand that things can go wrong but getting wrong information time and time again is very frustrating and unnecessary.
I was in contact with Sabrina and Pedro. They both were helpful and amazingly honest. When I got there Pedro took care of me had me in and out. My daughter interacted well with him from the Juno which is not like her. I came I with getting a 2017 and came out with a 2021 Sportage I love it. Price was reasonable and my overall experience was great. Pedro is definitely the guy to talk to.
I had a very easy experience buying a new Kia from Greenway Kia East. Amine understood not only what I wanted in a new car, but what I wanted in the car buying experience. He worked with me to get a fair price and offered great advice along the way. So far I am satisfied with my purchase and I am looking forward to being in this dealership’s network for years to come.
Probably the quickest vehicle purchase Ive ever done. Danny G. and associates were quite competent, knowledgeable, and friendly, and worked to get me a great deal.
I was so nervous walking in there. I’ve been working on my credit for the last few years but wasn’t sure it was good enough to drive out with a new car but it was!! They even got me a better deal at the end!
The oil and filter change cost $ 65.97 and I had to wait two hours and twenty minutes for them to do it and I had an appointment. Total madness!
I am going to start saying that when you go to a dealership is because you need a reliable and a good car. As a single mom, I went to this one trying to get a reliable car for me and my two kids. After hours of running my credit (my credit is not the best) but I was willing to give a huge down payment to get a car that could take me to work daily and that I could drive my kids to appointments and school. I was so excited and happy with my “well inspected car”, but sadly after 7 or 8 days this car turned off while I was driving and never turned back on again. Can y’all imagine how scary that was? I was driving without any concerns because I thought the car was reliable and in good conditions. I called the dealer immediately they came and picked the car and gave me a car until they could check that car. Let me tell y’all that was last week and the car still in the mechanic. I have been calling the salesman to get updates because I don’t want that car I don’t feel safe driving that car with my kids. The salesman gave me hopes that they will change the car or at least they will give me options. Y’all want to know the options the salesman gave me. “I would need more down payment”. If you want a different car because of your credit or you will have to wait for your car to get fixed. I am desperate, I haven’t make the first payment yet and that car is already getting fixed. They have told me so many different things about the car first they told me it was the battery, then they asked me what kind of gasoline I used because apparently the gasoline was mixed with water or something like that, then they told me that there was a recall on those vehicles and they needed to change something on the car. This situation is so disrespectful and unprofessional and I feel so disappointed and disrespected . I am telling y’all my story so y’all don’t have to go through the same situation. I have lost money, time and working hours trying to solve this problem without results. Please please make sure you are making the right choice, because look at me I am stuck in this situation with a huge bill, no car, a insurance payment and without options. At the end of the day this is their job and they don’t care about your situation basically they will not help you but instead they make things worse. Y’all don’t want to know how hard I have cried over this situation.UPDATE- as for today May 26, 2021. Still NO car and. NO communication at all. This people are the worst.UPDATE-May 27, 2021. Got the same car, spoke gently with the Manager Jay Páez and told him I did not feel safe driving that car and he simply said that I signed the “as is” and I did not have options. He told me what they did on the car and that’s all. They will put it on you no matter what. In my case was they Gasoline I put it in the car that is what they says Seems like a joke and so disrespectful for me but I guest it is what it is. I am just writing to give my opinion so y’allDon’t have to go through this because they don’t really care about reviews. Also my salesman was Danilo Gomez so now y’all have an idea. I will close this chapter of my life. Worst experience ever.
I had a great shopping experience here. Finance manager Hicham got me the best rate. Thank you guys.
Great customer service, same day service, and minimum wait time. I never have to worry about my Kia Forte getting the best service. They always go the extra mile and they always give you peace of mind. Big shout out to all at Greenway Kia East!! Denise R
