Tried to talk to these guys over the phone about purchasing a high-end vehicle from them, the salesman showed zero interest in giving me more information on the car and just wanted to keep on telling me that he has a lot of people interested in the car, I told him I understand and that I’m just wanting to get a PPI before spending almost $70k on a car, then he told me that the car is “fine” and they won’t send it our for a PPI. Seems sketch. Then, after going back and forth about if I could get it inspected or not, he ended up saying “Have a good day sir” and hung up on me. Could have been good business for them.

This place is a straight up scam . Sales guy is a liar he tells me the wrong info on the car I was interested in that was a red flag for me. Then when searching the dealership online and seeing all of the negative reviews made me leave.

I Don’t recommend this place to do any type of business they would definitely take advantage of you and sell you a junk car. When they do a loan they double the price of the car and any cash money you give them would not go towards the balance but they don’t tell you that. Thieves with a dealer license.

The amount of $12,000 was transferred via wire and another $4,000 was delivered in person, Initially, I was advised that in house financing was an option. Upon arrival, i was told that the option was unavailable due to me not being a resident of Florida. Due to the on-going pandemic, the transaction was not complete. The dealer informed me that there were other potential buyers with no other communication or contact after July 2020. I have requested a refund of $16.000 and the dealer refuses to respond any further since the call was was placed on February 3, 2021 explaining the nature of the request. Since July 2020, the dealer never provided an update regarding the sale of the vehicle or inform me of the remaining options for financing or cash purchase.

They will make it happen but unfortunately they will also sell you cars that dont work. As soon as you sign the dotted line they will switch their attitude and leave you with the repairs. Good luck!

After me referring 3 people that bought cars over $15,000 they Stuck me with a Porche that doesn’t work. Sold my account to a bank when I started to ask them to repair the Porche cause it was loosing engine power. Worse $17,000 I have ever spent I should’ve took my money straight to Porsche.

I do not recommend this place. The 1st car they sold me was junk, broke down in less than 30 days and had roaches. YES ROACHES. The 2nd car still has doors that dont lock since I bought it. They told me that they would fix it and NEVER did. THEN THEY SOLD MY LOAN TO ANOTHER COMPANY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. No type of customer service or formal letter to inform me of this change. This is very unprofessional, but at least I dont have to deal with them anymore.

Get it inspected BEFORE you buy and get it at a price that youre comfortable with about $1000 of work as soon as you take it home. In your test drive make sure to get on the highway and see how it does at high speeds. I had to immediately take it to a shop for wheel balance and alignment because at 60mph it began vibrating a lot. They put used tires on it but did not balance and align them. When I asked about it they said it didnt need it. Once at the shop they found it basically had no brakes and needed front and rear brakes as well as transmission flush. I asked Auto Express if theyd reimburse me for these costs but got no response. I told them I was coming to test drive a specific car. When I arrived it still was not ready to drive - flat tires, no gas, missing floor mats, light bulbs out, broken screws on air filter casing - a lot of little things missing. Inspect well.

Ive bought my last 4 cars with Auto Express. Theyve truly become family. They make it very doable to get into something you really love. Theyve been straight forward with me from the beginning and theres no question they wont answer. Joe and Ron have been great. Z is also excellent. The girls are always helpful. If youre buying a car as is, its your job to make sure the vehicle is up to your standards but the team will work with you to make sure that your experience is the best and that you leave satisfied. Overall, great crew.

Terrible experience with this dealership. They sold me a car with a bad motor and transmission. I purchased the car out of state and wired them the funds. They assured me the car was running and driving. It was delivered to me barely drivable. When i called them and explained to the manager Ron the situation he basically told me tough luck. Will never deal with again and recommend anyone that does business with them to think twice.

I purchased a car here that had a clean car fax report and seemed spotless. The salesmen offered me a lower price in person than what I signed on paper and I didn’t notice because they rudely rushed me through the signing process. A few months down the road the car began having problems a car with 30k miles shouldn’t have. Upon getting it inspected by a mechanic, I found out the car had been completely repainted and had mechanical issues from being wrecked and sold at auction. None of the wreckage was on record and the car was sold as if it were undamaged. If you absolutely NEED to purchase a car from these people first have it thoroughly inspected by a mechanic and know what you’re doing. I recommend going elsewhere.

God bless the car salesman because they are amazing. My issue is with the owner. How do you get upset at a customer for trying to make a decision on a car because you didn’t inform about the ac compresssor being bad. Then you turn the ac off and say it’s fixed. How dare you tell me I have no right to be picky with my money. Sir don’t tell me about my money because you’re desperate to get rid of old cars with no maintenance and save as much money as you can even though the pricing was a mistake. So yeah anything wrong with the vehicle you want me to pay for out of pocket. Convince me to go to the junk yard for parts but yet you have a mechanic on site. I was nothing but quiet and kind to you so don’t get slick trying to pressure me to get me to buy it as is and because I’m sure there are other customers than me who would actually buy this car because they don’t have the knowledge to know until it breaks down after the purchase is done and you won’t help or try to say you should have told them before you bought it. But you can’t move on with the sale until I say no and you know what I say no. You got a list of people who want it right. Let them have it. Like everyone mentions their cars are way overpriced for the quality and repairs they need. I was told the car I bought was in perfect condition . Not only did I get charged 2k over the sticker price promised. The car was almost 3k miles over the listed miles and I had the check engine light turn on before I can even make it home. Ofcourse they made sure to have no returns . Don’t fall for their money schemes. I wouldn’t recommend anyone do business with them.

They did a nice job on some aspects of the transaction. Others were not done so well.The sales people were very easy to work with and helpful regarding the vehicle.The owner changed the purchase price of the car at closing from what was originally quoted. I reluctantly agreed because the car itself was exactly what I was looking for. Dearer also stated at closing they were required to pay the lender a fee which I verified with the lender was not a truth. The title work was processed incorrectly, I had to pay more out of pocket for items which were to be included in the closing. I had to make 4 more trips back to the dealership just to pick up the registration and tag due to their mistakes. A phone call would have been appreciated and appropriate.Items on the car needing repair were not completed at time of delivery, I agreed to take delivery and return car later for needed repairs. It took 8 weeks to get them to take the car back in due to their lack of return phone calls and other excuses about not having a mechanic. 4 items were on the list, 1 I fixed myself before returning, 1 they now refuse to acknowledge and refuse to fix. I will make determination on the other two when I pick up the car shortly. On top of all of this, they didnt have the courtesy to call me to advise the car was finished and ready to be picked up.Overall, I would not do business here again as they were not truthful and very difficult to work with on agreed upon items after the sale was closed. Their level of customer service leaves a great deal to be desired.

Purchased a car for $8,900 less than 10 days ago. Was told it was extremely reliable and in great condition...broke down within the first week of driving off the lot & ofc sales are as is, no warranty provided.Update 09/26/2019:Had high hopes that repair would be minor or something common....Nope! Transmission is shot!! Stopped by the dealership today to discuss my options & was told there was nothing they could do. Deposit hasn’t even been paid off yet & Im already spending an additional 3 grand just to get it moving.Definitely bring a mechanic with you on ANY purchase from this dealership- thought all of the bad reviews were bogus at first but was surely proven wrong.

The most terrible customer service from the manager JOE Ive ever seen in any dealership in the country. Ive met convicts nicer than the people work here (which they may be convicts too, I dont know for sure.) I inquired about a 2010 Porsche Panamera Turbo that was listed at 24000 and my fiance and I negotiated down to 21000. We booked a flight and took some days off from work in advance in order to pick it up. When we called to confirm the day before the flight, the manager JOE told me they couldnt honor the price and that we were crazy. I guess I have to cancel my flight now and tell my bank to cancel the check. Dont waste your time on these crooks, all their 5 star reviews are fake. They have good looking cars for cheap but other reviews say they have issues right after purchase. Thanks for being such an inconceivably irritating fool JOE, you lost my business but helped me out in the long run by not having to deal with you.

The only good thing about this place is the friendly staff that takes your payment and that they work with your down payment. If you must buy a car from here please please bring a mechanic because youre going to spend a lot of money fixing your own repairs after u drive it off the lot. I am still making payments on mine and i bought my car at the beginning of last summer. My car has broken engine mounts that they didnt tell me about. The transmission is also messed up along with their oxygen sensors. The differential in the back has never been replaced even though when i first bought it they told me it would be fixed it makes a horrible sound every turn make people can hear me coming down the street. Check engine light came on and when i asked i was told it will always stay on and it is normal. I had to take my car back at least 4 times within the first 2 months of purchasing it and they never fixed the issue all they did was replace the power steering which their mechanic messed up the 2nd time i took it back. I have spent at least $4000 replacing parts (i have the receipts) with maintenance and the car still needs more work on top of my payments. They added an additional $2000 on top of the price that was on the car and not too sure what kind of dealer fees were included in that. Would i ever buy from them again...NO.

Bring a mechanic. Get paperwork for anything that was supposivily already done. Buy process was great. 2 days later truck was in the shop with $1400 in repairs. They offered to split it 50/50. Better than nothing, right? Still have about another $1,000 in repairs to be done before the truck is running as it should.One part that was replaced and one part that still needs to be replaced I was told was done. They “have no wiggle room on the price” because they did these parts.If Florida has better lemon laws I would probably recommend auto express.Also, this was a $10,000 truck, not some 1k bargain ‘omg I need a truck now’ deals.

This place is a SCAM! I am out of state. I was interested in one of their vehicles, called, and apparently got everything worked out. I booked a flight to come pick up the car. I called to coordinate everything in regards with my arrival and the purchase of the vehicle and I get transferred to Joe. Joe was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and kept on laughing at me. In recap, Joe told me that everything we had previously agreed on was now no longer valid because the salesperson I was working with got fired. He then bumped up the price of the car another $5000. After looking at the carfax of this vehicle, I come to find out that the vehicle had been previously stolen, had reported damage, and a full on accident. When I spoke to the previous sales person he told me the vehicle was immaculate, which the carfax prove it is not. In addition, when speaking to a new salesperson he rated the vehicle a 8/10 and stated that the rims are peeling. Needless to say, my experience has been horrible. I am grateful however that I never visited the dealership or met these crooks in person. I myself am in the automotive industry and they do not operate ethically. Do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money elsewhere where you can probably get a vehicle in better condition and avoid the scammer behavior associated with the people that work in this establishment.

Auto Express is not for you!I spoke to the salesperson Tony regarding purchasing a F150 on Sunday, he never showed up to meet me. I called the following day and we negotiated a set price cash deal. He did say several times no dealership fees as the original ad was posted on Craigs list as BY OWNER ..(1st strike). I spoke with him following night since he was not available to show the vehicle AGAIN, because it was located somewhere else. I called him the following morning to see the vehicle with my son. We arrive and with expecting to see the truck, I am approached by the finance manager who needs to tell me Not able to release truck off lot for $7,000. Which I will say his TONE was not acceptable and I told him he needed to take it down a notch. I explained to him I negotiated a price with TONY and him not honoring what we discussed was unprofessional. Needless to say he went into office to speak to OWNER (who was also very unprofessional) he cursed out Tony inside the show room. I will not repeat what he said. He approached me saying he spoke with him and we can have truck for $8200!..lol OK did you talk to the wall when you walked back inside?? So we walked away very disappointed and will never refer this place...

First I will admit it’s my fault for doing business with this people. Bought two cars from them, the first was a nightmare. The second car (six months later) was repaired by them and they did a terrible job, after keeping the car for theee months waiting on a part that I ended up googling and located with in seconds of searching for it and bought it myself at a fraction of the quoted price. I ended up giving the car up and they had a no remorse whatsoever in regards to stealing my money and not standing behind their product. I am sure they will sell the car again, that’s how they stay in business. They say they are all about the customer… That is a bunch of bull. Stay away from this place!! Very rude over the phone. Called about a vehicle to see if they still had it at the shop, as I was planning to come up, and did not receive nice customer service what so ever. Being a finance manager myself I wanted to talk to someone who can answer questions that a typical salesman cannot answer. After the lady answered the phone and kept pushing I go to a salesperson, she very rudely hung up on me.I will treat anyone with respect but this place turned me off and will be taking my business elsewhere for the two vehicles I want.

Dont let the nice cars fool you, they dont even try to fix them. They sold me a damaged vehicle with ABS problems, bad coils, wiring problems, and last but not least a dying alternator. I spent over $1000 dollars on my car for all the repairs and when I asked for a break on the bill, they fed us a bunch of its ok bull. She just spent about $1500 replacing the compressor, the fan, and all the wiring in the 02 systems. My wife had good payment standing for a long time until Jackie screwed up the auto pay twice. Then got upset and harrassed my wife after she complained about her mistake and unprofessionalism. As a result left her in a huge financial bind with all the missing payments that Jackie should have processed the scheduled day of payment to be taken. They didnt even notify any of us about wanting the cars back, they simply snuck onto the property and basically stole them back after we conveniently fixed both cars. First time I ever had this problem with a dealership like this. Worst place ever. If you ignore this warning, good luck and God bless.

I called for a price on a car and the dude on the phone didnt even let me ask the question and was saying if i wanna pay cash for a different car then says thats what happens when you dont pick up your call. i never called them and they never called me.

Never did business with these people. i checked the REAL reviews first.. the majority are all terrible. But then again its a small buy here pay here. And if you buy from them, its a 50/50 gamble. Was looking at one of their cars, and now wont consider them. Tired of scumbag car sales people taking advantage of people..

I bought a 2003 mustang convertible off these people william sold me it the first thing that happened when we drove off the lot is we had to bring it back they knocked a hose off after that we spent more time than we wanted to for them to do nothing but put the hose on when i got home i assessed the fluids and all there was transmissiom fluid in my power steering resoviour ASWELL as the oil was filled too high so i had to drain it before damages happened then i take the wheels off to check the break AND I WAS MISSING THE INSIDE BREAK PAD they let me and my girlfriend drive off missing breaks the last repair i had to do was replace the ems sensor because it cracked WE HAVE HAD THE CAR FOR LESS THAN A MONTH AND HAVE PUT OVER 400 DOLLARS IN REPAIRS DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEIR MECHANICS ARE TRASH THE SALESMEN ARE RUDEEdit: completely forgot to add the service engine lights been on since we drove it off too i took it to advanced auto to get a computer reading and the o2 sensor is triggering the light so more money that i need to replace i should be a mechanic for these people

Was disrespected; we were kind & respectful, had cash & was denied service. Was it race? I dont know. Terrible experience; was told I cant afford a $9,000 BMW as soon as I walked in. Wouldnt recommend this unprofessional dealer.

Came in and asked about a car I saw online for 13,000 and came with 5000 in cash to possibley put a down payment on the car and the sales man was kind and got the keys for me to take a look and the owner came running out and yelled at me saying I couldnt afford that car and that I should leave and then he said the car was not 13,000 but 35,000 and said he would only take cash for the full amount of 35,000 and said get out you cant afford anything here!Never have I had such a terrible experience at a car dealership . Would not recommend this dealership to anyone !
