My house smell always good because their wildflowers plug ins...Last month I also started buying the hand soap for kitchen and bathrooms....excelent to keep your hand smelling great but specially soft after every wash.

The customer service reps that helped me when I went here the last time were so kind and helpful, even when I went back and asked them several questions. One man in particular with dark hair and blonde on top with so cheerful and helpful - really made my experience a nice one. Thank you !

Everyone was so nice and I felt so comforted while shopping here! I couldn’t find a candle my friend wanted for her birthday and two of the girls helped me find it and informed me of the promotions they were having that day. Way better than the other BBW next to the Mall!

Tis the season to reopen and just in time for Christmas. The store has plenty of goodies and the mens section has been moved to the front of the store. White Barn is there with so many products. The place was jammed packed with people, Christmas music and products. Most of the products were on sale too. Loved the crowds and the sales rep were almost elf like smiling all along waiting to help. I would have preferred a bigger spce but, maybe its just right for after the holiday rush.

Line moved quickly on even their busiest days of the year like Candle Day and Black Friday so no fighting with the website or standing forever like other locations. They also had every candle I wanted even the new one which was Youre the One and most places including online was out. I see them wiping down often and the ladies standing outside spraying our hands with hand sanitizers make me love this location more even though I am sure they do this at all of them. They revamped this location too but I wish they would have chosen a larger location since Waterfords foot traffic can get pretty busy here.

I was greeted at the door by a lady who immediately offered to help me shop. She stayed with me and answered all my questions until I made my decisions. Checking out was a breeze, since only a limited number of people are allowed in at a time.

Great place to buy candles

Very helpful, kind and patient employees! I feel safe and comfortable while shopping here as they offer hand sanitizer when you enter, provide you your own shopping bag, and are constantly sanitizing counters and touched products. They really go above and beyond so thank you! Your hard work doesnt go unnoticed!

They follow covid protocols limiting the number of customers in store. But they have made their process very efficient by having a lot more cashiers, so youre basically in and out in 15 to 20 minutes, if that long. So the line outside moves alot faster, and there are sanitizers and wash stations all around the store too......Cheers!!!!

I love Bath and Body works, and this store in particular is always clean and well maintained. The COVID procedures are a little unnecessary, but I appreciate them trying to maintain a healthy environment.Also, the employees here are WONDERFUL. I hate to write this negative review as it pertains to upper management, but I never got a response from Bath and Body via private message. Every employee I’ve encountered at this store has been over-the-top nice and I enjoy shopping here.However, I visited this store a few weeks ago and the General Manager, or someone in a senior position was there. Unfortunately I did not catch her name, but I’m happy to provide a description via private message. She was so rude and so bossy to the employees working that I left the store. The front door associate was trying to explain something to me and this lady calls her out and belittles her in front of me and other customers. The poor girl was almost in tears and I felt compelled to comfort her. I have been in a higher level managerial position and I have NEVER spoken to my employees like this in front of customers. As I was leaving, she was demanding another employee to take care of the “long lines forming.” I looked behind me and there were 2 people in line, 2 at the checkout registers. I wrote Bath and Body and wanted to report this, but never received a response. I wish they would take this seriously. I get it, you want to run a tight ship, but there’s a time and place to do this- not in front of paying customers.On a side note unrelated to this store- I attempted to place an order with a coupon code this morning and the code was sold out within 2 hours of receiving the email. (11am EST, which is 8am west coast. That’s especially unfair to them.)I love Bath and Body products because I do believe they are of high quality, but it’s hard for me to support a store which does not value their employees.

I was here today. Due to Covid 19 they were only allowing 21 people in the store so there was a bit of a line. I had my girls with me my daughter ended up getting heat exhausting from standing in line shes petite and a bit of a drama queen she ended up throwing up. The ladies there today were amazingly sweet and helpful they cleaned her throw up gave both of my girls ice pops and water. And cleaning supplies to help me out. I will forever be grateful for them all today. That was the most amazing customer service experience I ever had. To all you ladies thank you!!- from a mother during these crazy time!!

Love this store however there is only 2 cashiers with a line of 20+ people at 4:00. The sales floor has associates just standing around. Why is there not a floor supervisor opening other registers?They need to schedule better and balance sales floor with cash wrap. I would of walked out if I didn’t need my items.

My roommate and I went to look for an air freshener for our apartment and lotions for both of us. Trevor was absolutely amazing and he helped us find Island Papaya for a wall freshener. Since the matching candle was not in stock at the time he patiently answered all our questions about what scent would compliment our air freshener.

Love, love, love this store. The shelves are always neatly stocked and they always have enough inventory. Ive been to other locations and what I was looking for was out of stock. The staff is super friendly, especially Michelle. She is really knowledgeable and always so helpful. She was very patient with me and answered alI my questions about specials the store was having. I saved $60.00 my last trip there! I would go out of my way toVisit this location!

Very busy place. Most of the products are a little on the high side price-wise but they had some great smelling stuff! With the holidays coming they had some cool stocking stuffers at reasonable prices.

Ive been going to this location many times at least 2-4 times a week and spend at least $20 minimum each time I go......I mainly go out of convince because these girls literally treat you like youre stuffing things down your pocket. The only really nice girl is Mary, the other girls Brittany, Sam and Michelle always give you the stank eye, and are never friendly. Anytime Ive asked for help, they dont want to help or give you short responses. I go out of my way to the colonial location and they are all so sweet. Im giving it two stars sense its convenient and the store is always clean and well stocked. The girls should be more friendly and treat people like customers not like potential thiefs.

This is great location among other shops and nearby the Regal Cinema. I just had a real nice shopping experience at this location. The lady assisted me in getting all my shopping needs in under 20 minutes. Its obvious shes good at what she does, and made it pleasure to shop in the store. A+

I love bath and body works my favorite place to buy my bath stuff

I am usually a big fan of Bath and Body works, and I know it stinks working in retail this time of year (dude, I get it, I paid my 6 years of dues in it, I feel your sadness in my spirit too). But when you are blatantly dead-eyeing us, not honoring our coupons (a gentleman said they would totally work for our candles, then when we got to the register, oops, they dont!-and instead of honoring them in true multi-million dollar corporation spirit- they just were like sorry nothing we can do) and not even blinking an eye at the friendlier customers...wow! Not any part of the Bath and Body Works glitter glitzy goo spirit I miss.

I had a wonderful experience. It’s always amazing customer service. I broke a pull-in by accident & the employee Maya helped me with no questioned asked. Thank you so much.

This review is for my online order that I have yet to receive. The first time the order status said the order was returned to sender. Why? No one knows. So they resent the order out which now says it’s been delivered but I never received it! I called customer service and she stated that sometimes UPS, FedEx etc will mark an order as delivered when really it hasn’t been. I’ve never heard or experienced that and I do a lot of online shopping. Anyways, I was told to call back Monday afternoon if I still haven’t received the items. This may end my relationship with bath and body works as waiting 2 weeks for an order is unacceptable.

My advice to the young ladies working this evening, 2/15/18 would be to realize their communications over headsets are more than obvious to guests checking out... I refused a bag from an associate as I knew I could carry all 5 wallflower refills to the register. Upon checkout this fore mentioned associate made a rude comment apparently in reference to me to my cashier who commented back, “Oh that’s just wrong!” I’m typing this review as I walk to my car. Professionalism and maturity is apparently missing from a few members of the young ladies working tonight.

Lovely smelling shop, plenty of toiletries to choose from. We love the foaming soaps, Nice smelling candles. Ample parking.
