Gomez Tiles did a fantastic job on my tile project for a rental property. Everyone in their showroom was very helpful with helping me with my entire tile project - good communication throughout. I went with their complete tile package and their pricing was very reasonable.. The leveling system they use is fantastic with tiny grout lines which is what I wanted. The quality of the tile was also very good. The installers worked very hard getting my project done in a tight time frame to get it ready for new tenants. Very experienced crew. It was a great experience working with Gomez tiles. My husband and I found them on Google and, from their reviews, we decided to give them a try. Their tile package prices were reasonable. From the beginning to the end, they demonstrated professionalism and expertise in this field. Through the process, they continuously maintained communication with us. They were able to reschedule us earlier than our initial start date. They completed the work on time, and our installer was respectful of our home by cleaning and tidying up daily. Once the job was complete, the owner inspected the work; interesting enough, he found a couple of issues we didnt notice and had someone come back out and fixed them immediately. Gomez Tiles offers a good selection of reasonably-priced tiles; I chose a stone-like porcelain tile for the floors of two porches.. The workers arrived on time, did an excellent installation job and, after four days of hard work, left behind two absolutely beautiful floors. Absolutely the best experience we could imagine. My husband and I had a terrible time trying to buy tile at Home Depot, and Roger at Gomez Ceramic came to the rescue!He and his team were courteous, considerate, polite, and worked fast and efficiently to lay exactly the tile and carpet we wanted. They got our whole house (1500 square feet) done in five days! We picked out some gorgeous, high-quality tile at their showroom on Saturday and they were hard at work first thing Monday morning. They were accommodating about what we wanted, helped us pick out matching tile, carpet, and grout, and came in under Home Depots estimate.The floors look fantastic down to the last detail, and they left them squeaky clean for us. They even carefully cut the new baseboards to match the old -- it looks like the house was built this way. What a wonderful way to start life in a new home! I had purchased some laminate from Roger a few years ago for a family home rehab. My brief but personal and professional experience stuck in my mind as I proceeded to replace my own laminate floors this year and I returned to Gomez Tile to do this project. Hubby wanted waterproof vinyl. I wasnt convinced. Vinyl while it is waterproof has some aesthetic issues that is something you dont want to have to deal with in your home. Namely, easily scratches and holds onto dirt more because of its petroleum base. Through research and a lot of help and clarity from Roger we decided to go with Mohawk Revwood Waterproof Laminate in a gorgeous shade of French Beige. Price surprisingly comparable to vinyl. My floors are STUNNING and I am beyond happy but the story doesnt end there. What Im even more happy with is my experience with Gomez Tile and specifically the Owner and President, Roger Gomez. As a consumer, it is important, and stressful to make sure that not only are you chosing the right product for your home, one that will be with you for years and years, but its also just as important to choose the right company and staff that can service you and the product in the right manner. I overwhelmingly received that from this company. I consider myself a pretty discerning consumer and I have the same high standards and expectations as you. Roger met and exceeded all of them and even taught me a few eye raising things, i.e., as they were ripping up my old laminate, he happened to be there overseeing the project, looked down and noticed the padding under my laminate was installed upside down (the waterproof part was under the laminate vs on top of the concrete, and it was like this throughout the house, this previous laminate was installed by a very well known national company 10 years ago, no wonder it started warping after 5 years). That was very disheartening to learn and at the same time informative. Roger is a perfectionist and it shows in everything he does. I noticed it in the delivery of the product, in having his best laminate guy install it and expecting only the best from him at all times. Little things I couldve let slide wasnt an option for Roger. He raised my eyebrows with respect on more than one occasion. He helped me and reassured me every step along the way. These are the things we expect from any professional or business we come in contact but rarely do they meet or exceed our expectations. When youre spending this kind of money its even more important. Roger and his company understands this and doesnt take it for granted. I also very much appreciated not having to wait weeks or months for my installation. We scheduled it within 1 week after my decision. Im top to bottom very happy with my choices and experiences and Im confident you will be too. I also found, even more importantly, that their pricing was very fair and comparable or lower than many others in town. Several weeks later I am still loving my new floor even more than when it was first done. I look forward to years of beauty and use. As a new resident of Oviedo from Miami, you can imagine how difficult it can be to find help to have work done to an old house. I can say that I am fortunate to have my contractor highly recommend Gomez Ceramic Tiles. My husband and I first met Roger Gomez when looking for tiles to replace the hideous black tiles the previous owner had in the bathrooms. Not only did he know what I was looking for, having been told that we were new to the area, he even helped guide us in finding people to provide other services. The tiles are not only of better quality than those at larger home department stores, but also reasonably priced. We were so pleased with our tiles, we returned for help in another project in our master bathroom. I was anxious about having to go and take care of the purchasing of the tiles, because being a woman, I tend to find that I am usually treated differently. Even though I had been to the warehouse before, I was with my husband at the time. My nerves caused me to walk right into a staff meeting and ramble my needs to him with no regards of the people around me. And yet, Roger couldnt have been kinder. Realizing what I had done, I stepped aside, waited a bit until he turned to me and addressed my needs. He answered my questions, gave me suggestions and not once talked down to me. When asked for a quote on having the new project done, he would not do so until I cleared it with my contractor, so as not to take the job from him. You will be hard pressed to find a business man with such integrity and professionalism as that of Roger Gomez.I already see us going back to Gomez Ceramic Tiles in the future to replace the cheap laminate the previous owners put on the black tiles that covered the whole house. This is the first time I shop at Gomez Ceramic Tiles based on a recommendation from a tile installer, and it was an excellent experience. I wanted a tile similar in color and style to an exiting tile at my rental property, and Christian was able to show me within seconds the closest tile available. I probably didnt spend more than 10 minutes processing my tile order along with all the necessary materials for the tile installation. Plus my order was delivered within an hour after leaving the store.

Gomez Tile was actually my first choice! My general contractor convinced me to use his tile guy to lay the tile but after 2 rooms we realized that was a big mistake. I went back to Gomez Tile and they were not only happy to help they were very responsive and their work is amazing. We almost went with another tile company for the tile too, but after speaking with Mr Gomez, he made perfect sense. I’m so glad I listened to him and insisted we use Gomez Tile. We had Gomez Tile re-tile 1000 square feet of our home last week and its gorgeous. In less than a week, the job was done and the floor- clean. I think that was the best surprise. They send someone to wash the floors, so when its done, the floor is clean! In addition, the staff was courteous both in the store and in my home. Unfortunately, we experienced the whole process while living in the house. While they did a lovely job- I dont recommend living in the space you are remodeling.I will use these guys again.

Simply amazing! I am a Property Manager and so when it comes to having my home worked on and fixed I can be pretty picky. I’m very selective of who also enters my home. Roger and his company were referred to me by a friend who said call them if you want it done right! So that’s what I did! Roger came over and measured and provided me with a proposal. I went to his warehouse picked out my tile, baseboard and grout. 2 days later he and his team showed up to start ripping things out. I stayed home the first day, assisting with the moving of things and to answer any questions. I could see quickly that this was not their first attempt and I was probably just in the way. So day 2, 3 & 4 I went to work and let them beautify my home. Day 5 I was home again while they placed everything back and wanted to ensure i was happy with the job they did. Well I am more then happy. Luis and David did an amazing job. The pattern, the slim line grout and the cleanliness of the floor after is fantastic. I am very pleased with the outcome of my floor and I will continue to refer Gomez tile.

Great customer service! The girl at the front was very friendly and knowledgeable; I thought for sure she was the manager. There was a wide selection of flooring and didn’t know where to start. She helped me pick the perfect style. I got a great deal on tile for my kitchen floor! I’ll definitely be back to get tile for my bathroom floors too!

Roger, David, Giovanni, Yamaris and all the staff at Gomez Tile are absolutely the nicest people to work with. Their staff is friendly, courteous and professional at all times and their work is outstanding. They also have a varied selection of tiles and accessories from which to choose. I had a large master bathroom gutted and totally remodeled and a master bedroom, a bonus room along with an outdoor lanai tiled. I have nothing but high marks and accolades for their work. My home looks amazing. I am so very happy with everything.

The employees & owner were wonderful to work with. We had 3 bathroom showers re-done several years ago. Two were perfect, but one shower floor didnt drain properly. After procrastinating (us), we finally called and the owner, Roger, said he would be glad to correct it. We couldnt believe it when he said, no charge. A high-class operation to deal with. THANKS again!

My realtor recommended Roger, he came out himself to give me an estimate on my shower and floor tile. He was booked about 3 weeks out, but it worked out for me because I was tied up at work during that time. I was at a loss making decisions when we looked at tile - I cant tell you what I want or how I want it to look, but when I see it, I know its a winner.Roger took the time to show me a couple different tiles and how they would all work together, floor, shower wall, shower floor and accent tile. It was just what I needed to see and we were sold. His crew showed up on time and worked throughout the days getting the work done. They helped out when we ran into some unforeseen issues and still got the work done.They were all very polite and courteous. Roger also recommended the place I got my cabinets from, and they worked together nicely so that the work was coordinated and they didnt run into each other. We love the tile we chose for our floor and shower - the entire project ended up coordinating very nicely. Just wish we had done it sooner!!

Excellent in-showroom service and assistance with choosing tile for my bathroom tub to shower conversion. All work was completed efficiently and beautifully. Owner, Roger, is VERY invested in customer satisfaction! When I wanted changes made to flooring details, he set up for the work to be done right away and at no extra cost. These people are awesome and I cannot imagine you would can better work done by any other company. They take pride in their work! I would recommend them for any job you need done.

I was recommended this place by a family friend and was shocked reading some of these reviews. I had to go check it out myself, and I am so glad I did! When I first arrived, a lovely young lady greeted us with the biggest smile on her face. She then continued helping us out by showing us their very wide selection of tiles. I definitely am recommending this to any and everyone that is looking to satisfy their ceramic needs. Abundance of different tiles, excellent tile selection. Customer service was awesome and they gave me everything that I needed in a timely manner. Everything was explained thoroughly and made me and my wife very happy. Gomez Ceramic is not only a place where you can get quality material but the highest quality service every one looks for, whether you use them for installation or just buying the product from them. The staff is very attentive and professional, they explain everything you need to know about the flooring you are looking to get and do not push you to make a rushed decision. They are always stocked with what ever you may need to do your project, and by far has the best PRICES in the industry. Roger goes the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied with the product and with the install. We had our house tiled three years ago with a gorgeous tile. Everyone who comes into our house comments about it. We recently noticed a few grout lines had developed some small “holes”. When we contacted Roger, he sent someone out to fix the problem with no charge. Fabulous customer service!!! We will definitely use him for our next project.
