Working with Cabinets to go has been an Awful experience. Before you consider hiring them for your cabinet installation, read every review, and know that the BBB gives them a 1.18 star review. After 3 months, our kitchen is still incomplete with wires hanging out of our walls, parts still uninstalled, crooked cabinets and so much more! From design issues to missing /wrong cabinets from Larry, to installation crews pushing other jobs in front of ours, or showing up in the mid afternoon, or not at all, to uncaring upper management and customer service. We were promised a partial refund for certain cabinets by Scott who then took it back even though we have proof of an expected refund. To the regional manager Marvin who is refusing to even call us. (We also cc’d the president Jason Delves of the company). It is so bad we just started installing some of it ourselves just to get it done, And yet, here we are…not done And way over budget as we had to purchase cabinetsupplies that weren’t in the original design. Went in person. When i followed up the next day to order, i had to call 4x before someone picked up. Then he sounded really annoyed and put me on hold for an eternity. The sales associate i was looking for never picked up, returned my call nor email. They dont really want to do business. Additionally, online reviews rate the quality poorly. Theyre basically cheaply painted white cabinets that wear off after a few months. Avoid at all costs. Weve had lots of luck with many kitchens using ikea cabinets.

Delivered a semi full of cabinets here. Fast unload. REAL tight getting in & out with a 75 truck but it is do-able. Docks are at the back of the building facing south. Theres a pay to park (2hrs free) truck stop next door (with great food) but its real busy and hard to get parking in.

I worked with Scott usually. He’s relaxed, not pushy, experienced, and knowledgeable.Great variety of cabinetry with reasonable prices.

Walked into a nice store ...associate was sitting and neither acknowledge and after 2 solid minutes in the store looking at the display and expressing my disappointment in the empty store I left🤷🏾‍♀️ I wanted to buy a new cabinet but I guess since we didn’t look like their average customer we left. Then and only then did the associate decided to lamely ask if we needed assistance. I left without speaking to the rude employee 😊 Their loss

Go anywhere else. It is not worth the tiny bit of savings for the stress of dealing with them. Their quality of product and service is low.We placed our order in early January and this project is still incomplete. The local staff, the corporate office, and their contractors do not communicate so any issue (and there were lots of issues) falls on the customer.Our cabinets were installed and many, many of the parts were broken, scratched, missing, or unusable. For each of these parts the customer has to contact the corporate office and provide a long list of part numbers for replacement. I had to send in photos of every damaged piece and then parts were shipped out. Some were shipped to my home and some went to Cabinets To Go so I had to drive to their store multiple times to pick up replacement parts.I would say 50% of the replacement parts shipped were worse than the originals (arrived damaged). Many times parts requested were not shipped at all. I think I have had about 30 emails (not an exaggeration) and a dozen phone calls back and forth with their customer service trying to get replacement parts. Its completely ridiculous. That is something that should be handled by the local store. A paying customer should never have to work that hard to correct the companys mistake.This is a truthful review, I want to help someone else looking to make a big purchase avoid the experience that we have had.

A one star was given in order to leave a review. Poor customer service and rude salespeople. All we were told was that they had no inventory just 3 in their store and didn’t want to waste his time. Left confused and disappointed.

HALF STAR it was available.Larry made it seem as if I was bothering him. Taking my business elsewhere. Sad thing is, I have several projects where I COULD HAVE used them. You figure companies would have customer retention as a priority. Guess not.

I email the manager Roberto Labaut of this store twice for a price on seveal cabinets from a catolog he sent me. After 2 weeks no responce. You can build your cabinets faster than tring to get then through this store.

I am very pleased with my new cabinets fromCabinets to Go. After the order was placed, it took aprox. one month and a half for the cabinets to arrive. They delivered all the cabinets in boxes well packed and none of them had any scratch. We decided to use their contractor for the installation and was the best decision ever. Bruno did an excellent work, very professional, detailed oriented, organized and clean. In 3 days my cabinets were installed. The countertop was installed a few days later, completing my dream kitchen. If you want a nice quality kitchen in a budget. Cabinets to Go is the place to go.

First of all the quality of the cabinets for the price point greatly exceeded our expectations after having shopped at many competitors.Efficient and timely experience. Scot Adamski the manager was amazing. We came in once to view the selection, provided our plan, he improved our plan within a day, emailed back to us and it was perfect.We paid for the assembly and install (a steal of a price!!) and the installer Bruno was top notch. Bruno is a craftsman who is humble, clean and efficient. His workmanship is impeccable.In and out in less than a month during a pandemic with a full kitchen demo and reno. I don’t ever need new cabinets but if you do call Scot.

A lot of beautiful cabinets I believe Ill be using them for my new kitchen when I get the new house

My husband and I bought cabinets for our new lot. Love them!! Not only are they made beautifully and look fantastic but our sales person Kurtis Glenn went the extra mile in helping us select just the right ones. He was there from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Cabinets To Go and Kurtis Glenn.

The customer service in the S ORLANDO store is the best! We purchased from another store, but this store has helped me fix their mistakes more than once. Horrible serviceHorrible pricesI’m a contractor and I went to get a quote on a kitchen. There price was 6300.00I sent a customer of mine to get a price on the same cabinets and same layout and his price was 6300.00. How are they going to sell the contractor and the customer cabinets at the same price.When I called the store they told me that their giving customers discounts and their prices are now the same as contractors.I pay to be in the cabinet business and I make a living off selling cabinets. How do they expect me to make a living off them if the customer is going to get same price as me.They didn’t even try to help me in any way.Customer service is horrible.I did however order from them years ago and the quality of their product wasn’t that great. I should of never told my customer I had a account with them. I’ll push them to (matrix) cabinets in Georgia. Way better quality and 50% cheaper. Do some research and find a better company to deal with. If you need any cabinets look me up. I’m in holly hill Florida next to Daytona beach. I’ll give u better prices.

Don’t bother going here worse service ever especially John Lacey we paid for cabinets and he didn’t order them until a month later we received some of them to find out he didn’t even order the right stuff we asked for.. we asked for a roll out spice rack and received just regular cabinets with spice racks to install not the roll out one. We asked for roll out garbage we got a regular cabinets no garbage to install you call they say they will call back but they never do!! Customer service is no help worse experience DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY i wish i can’t give 00000 stars !!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I would not recommend this place to anybody. They tell you one price and are constantly changing the price so that you end up paying way more then what was agreed on. I was not satisfied by the installment of my cabinets and when I brought it up to the installers they did not want to fix their bad job. I have also been waiting for months for drawers that I had ordered and paid for months ago, according to them its been on backorder for months yet they still charged me and have me waiting. Theres a lot more that was horrible with my experience with them. I usually dont write reviews but I thought it was important to warn people of them so that they dont make the same mistake that I did, I wish I would of read the reviews before doing business with them.

Raymond was awesome. He was able to figure out my poor rendition of the kitchen dimensions. The cabinets are beautiful as is the hardware. Im so looking forward to seeing the end result. THANK YOU RAY & CABINETS TO GO!!!

I purchased cabinets at this location in the past and got a good deal. I went back today and found the prices had almost doubled. They no longer list prices on the website and even though their website states 70% off a high retail price the best the sale clerk would give me was 35% off. As I was leaving the store, the sales person said come back and I will do a better discount. This store will charge you what they think they can get for it increase their commission on the sale. I went to another store and got a price that was $1200 less and the cabinets were already built. All cabinet at Cabinets TO GO come in a box from China that requires you to put them together.

Designed kitchen and failed to take into consideration electrical outlets and switches. Cabinets arrived damaged. Nightmare trying to get replacements. They called Bob from The Experts and had him come to my house to estimate. Job still not completed 2 years later. Once they found out all the problems claimed they didnt recommend him. I still have the paper from them with all his contact info and the appointment they set up. I will never buy from them again or use anyone that is associated with them.

Kurtis was a wonderful salesman and was very thorough when answering my questions for me and my husband through out the design process. We will definitely be back!

Not a very good selection from there custom cabinet section

Ordered cabinets 5 months ago, they still haven’t delivered everything and don’t even know when it will be available and they told me at the store it would only take 30-45 days, staff has no idea of the status of my order or delivery estimated time. If you want your expectations to be met, have your kitchen finished quickly and be satisfied with your overall purchase don’t go there.

Worst eperience EVER! I will never recommend this company. I have been waiting for my cabinets since January. I paid for someone from Cabinets to Go to measure the cabinets at my house. They didnt measure correctly, so when the installers went, they had huge cabinets that didnt fit at all. 2 weeks now since that day, and I havent heard back from them. I called and they said that the store manager quit, that they are short staffed, and that they cant get ahold of any manager that I could speak with. This is a nightmare. And the worst part is that everything is already PAID.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! We have had nothing but disappointments with this company. Our cabinets were designed incorrectly - even after their contractor came in to measure our kitchen. The parts they provided were not functioning properly. Some of the doors only come in a certain configuration (the glass doors for example), so you have to assemble it from an already existing wooden door, which leaves you with holes and marks from the existing hinges of the wooden door. Their assembling directions were not complete, so our contractor had a hard time installing it. Finally, a little less than half of our doors arrived with some type of damage - its been over 6 weeks... and we are still waiting for a replacement. This is apart from their extremely unprofessional service both at the store and through their customer service.

The cabinets look pretty, but are shipped very poorly. We had all kind of scratches, dings, broken chipped cabinets. When I went to make a claim it took weeks to get our replacement pieces and I’m still waiting to hear back about some of the claim pieces. Also, I was not told I had to assemble them! So that was a huge surprise and added cost from my contractor. They also don’t tell you to order different molding and finishing pieces, so I had to order that after the fact and wait for those pieces to come in. Overall very disappointing and I would not order from them again.

Cabinets to go is horrible. The upper end cabinet was never ordered so when delivery came it has now delayed our kitchen. Paid for quartz countertops and 3 days later they have not submitted us to them for an order. We have had to call that company ourselves as well as cabinets to go for way to many mistakes made on their end. For a professional company they suck!!!.

This place is ok, maybe they’re still working out some kinks, we purchased our cabinets from them off their showroom, they told us all there cabinets have a warranty, we get to the end and “oh the showroom cabinets don’t have a warranty” well...I told them they’re your cabinets, we have them, the cabinets are ok, they could be better quality, but we live and learn.

Well i guess if i have to give a star it would be one.. The install company they sub the work to was incompetent and had no idea what they were doing. I think my house was there first job. They installed the cabinets uneven trim work crooked and half of the trim is hanging past the end of the cabinets.They installed my island and didnt even attach it to the floor, When i called them he said oh we never do that. Seriously ! ! ! They drilled a whole in the bottom of the island for the wires right in the middle of cabinet so now i have no place to put my pans.What a night mare. Im still waiting for them to send me the rest of the parts.. I would not recommendthis company to anyone..But i will give credit to robert to try and attempt to get this resolved but it didnt ever happen..

Great place to get your cabinets

This is the worst store I have ever bought in my life!They have a terrible customer service, the cabinets are poorly done and some parts are always in back order.You try to call the store and it takes forever to have someone hanging the phone.I dont recommend at all!!!Go to Ikea!!! Much better... they only sell what they have in stock. You will have to assemble yourself aswell so stay away from cabinets to go!!!!

Economical alternative for DIYers. The staff at the OBT location were EXCELLENT and very professional. They went above and beyond when it came to Customer service. Robert made the entire process easy from overall planning, layout and ordering my cabinets. Thanks to the staff for their assistance. Cabinets were easily built despite the enclosed instructions. An online video of the instructions would have been helpful.Highly recommend the staff at OBT.

The worst store that they can go to buy, when they design your kitchen their measurements are wrong, they send you the cabinets all that open in the same direction and tell you to turn the door to cover the holes and the paints, their plans to mount a kitchen They are shit, they put small furniture that does not fit even the drains, they put cabinets in the middle of the exhaust pipes, they are a wreck they start from nothing, if you return something they want to take 25 percent of the product, etc etc, it is shit get away from them
