This place gets busy & for good reason. They provide great service & they are always helpful. Even with how busy it gets, they still find time to answer the phone 98% of the time & answer your questions! Theyre honest & you really cant beat their prices! I highly recommend them.

Currently having my 2001 Monte Carlo SS Candy worked on there. Employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely going to be bringing Candy back for routine maintenance in the future. Super friendly staff. EDIT: Work on Candy was completed. My car runs way better than it did before it went to Montalvo. They cleaned it out, replaced my ignition cable (someone vandalized my car and I had to have it towed there). Gave Candy an oil change, new tires, brake pads and rotors, the works. The quality of work done was way higher than the price. Does not overcharge for anything and Im definitely taking Candy back next time she needs work done

By far the best mechanics in this area. The friendliest staff and best service. Just took my lexus in for brake job. No other shop could come close on their price. Dropped it off Friday morning and got a call from Kelvin informing me that one of the rotors was salvageable and did not need replacing...an honest mechanic is hard to find! Picked it up a few hours later and brakes are like bew!

I love this place! They have great prices and treat me well as a human. I feel like they are generally honest! I have never felt like they take advantage of my lack of car knowledge unlike other car places that may see me as great target being a girl who does not know much about cars. I am always greeted well and have always had excellent customer service!

This is a nice, reliable, and affordable shop. Its not sleek or modern in terms of appearance, but you also dont have to fend off a bunch of offers for additional services or upselling. Its clear theyre popular because theyre always crowded, but theyre very honest with the time it will take them.

These guys are amazing. They always provide quick prompt service. Walk-ins welcome. The price is always fair and reasonable. New set of tires was half of what a major chain wanted to charge for the exact same tires. Local family-owned business as well.

Ive driven past here many times and they came to mind when I needed to have some tires balanced and disposed of. I do much of my own work in my garage at home including mounting my own tires but still need to outsource some precision work like tire balancing. Firestone and Tire Kingdom wanted to charge a lot more for the same balancing and disposal services I had performed here and would have taken a lot longer as well. I called ahead, dropped off the wheels I needed balanced and old tires needing disposal. I was ready for pickup in an hour and out of there for $25 including a tip for my tech who made the experience painless considering how busy they were with other vehicles in the shop. The balancing job they did on my aftermarket rims and mud terrain tires was perfect and yielded a smooth ride once I got the wheels on my camper van. I have no hesitation giving this locally owned shop more of my business in the future. Keep up the good work guys!

My experience with the mechanics and Front desk clerk here? Amazing. I was on my way to the barber shop and I ran over what appeared to be some piece of fencing or whatever and it caused a puncture in my tire. I think I was so close to the shop that they heard it lol, anyways, I googled tire shop near me and Montalvo’s tire shop popped up. I went in for a simple tire plug but man the customer service was amazing from the mechanics, to the girl at the cashiers desk. Very genuine and hospitable. Hands down one of the best family owned mechanic shops in town! My mom found this place like 4 or 5 years ago and after my coverage for my car was over I went here for my usual maintenance and might I say they never fail me. They know me well as I come here for anything car related and I definitely recommend this place. The mechanics themselves are such awesome people and you can tell they are committed to their job. You CANNOT beat their prices as they charge whats needed, not overcharge you to take your money. I love this place and I literally travel miles just to support their shop cause its worth it!

I was recommended to go to Montalvo Tires by an associate at a nearby Autozone (thanks Raphael!) when he spotted a bulge in my tire that needed to be replaced ASAP. I’m so glad he caught it. Anyway, I went straight to Montalvo Tires and they were not only able to help me same day, but they had my car up and were replacing the tire within 15 minutes of my arrival! The used tire replacement was obviously high quality with a great amount of tread on it! I was about due for an oil change so they went ahead and did that for me as well, and my total was only $53 for both! All of the staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and very friendly! Would recommend to anyone, thank you for the great service!

Really nice and friendly staff. You can tell these guys enjoy their jobs. I had to wait a bit when I got there as they were already working on other customers vehicles. I told them I just wanted to get a used tire because I already had a buddy plug the tire a couple times. Once they got to me they made sure the plug was where the air was leaking then they put a bunch of their glue they use over it (at a modest price) and I was out of their in no time. Saved me at least $20-30 and didnt try to up-sell me at all which was refreshing from what Im used to at other auto repair shops. Very pleasant experience, will definitely be back if my car needs servicing again.

I can actually afford to have the work done that I needed that would have cost me double at the dealership. I came over so they could look and order the parts and come back the next day. They offered if I waited, as there were others before me and they could get the parts in about a half hour-which they did. Always helpful. They dont try to push added on sales pitches. Openly honest about your vehicle and what they can do to help you with your budget. Family owned business for years and they got that way by helping with you with your vehicle problems. My gossipy mom always said if you did someone a good job they might tell someone.....if you do a bad job theyll tell ten. Its easy math lol

I love this place...the guys are honest and straight to the point. Prices are fair and they do reputable work. The only downfall is that because of all these great attributes they are often very busy and the wait time on average is about 1 hr before they can start on your car. At least the last 3-4 times Ive been there. Too bad they dont do appointments. It would be such a great option. I highly recommend them!

Circumstances have hurt us at Montalvo Tires more than I would like, but at every turn they have been simply fantastic! Just got my oil change here. These guys are awesome. Always fast and professional. Super friendly. I saw them topped off all my fluids without telling me or letting me know later. This place is always busy. They give you excellent service but, you might have to wait to get two tires on car I waited 1and half hours in my car with windows rolled down. Only paid $36 for two balanced, steel beated black tires which was excellent. Worth the wait. Lisa Bowden

The most honest business I have dealt with as it relates to car repair. All the gentlemen that work there are so knowledgeable and friendly. They provide amazing customer service and are hands down the best place in Orlando to get your tire repaired! I have lived in Orlando for more than 30 years and have been to many tire places, and would not go anywhere else. I have worked primarily with Kelvin, but they are all great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Awesome! I originally visited this shop in 2012 and continued to go until I moved away early 2017 for tires and oil changes. I just moved back and oh my goodness Im so happy I did .the shop I was using while I was gone totally ripped me off, they werent balancing my tires. 6 tires in 6 months... I went straight to Montalvo when I moved back with parts including a tie rod, because my car was driving so poorly. They inspected the tie rod and said it looked good. Put 2 tires on the front and of course balanced them and what do ya know... My car drives like a dream!!! They couldve replaced the part I didnt need but they were so honest. I always have and will continue to refer anyone there. Love this family owned and run business. 💯

These guys are amazingly TOP NOTCH! Went to see them this past Saturday after having emergency vehicle malfunction. They were able to identify some issues with my alternator & seperatine belt. They were able to replace them and have me back on the road within the hour! Very reasonably-priced work. And WARNING! These guys get busy, so plan your trip accordingly.....they’ll have my business for life!

I love Montalvo. They are friendly, helpful, and cheap. No inside waiting area, so if you need a comfortable place to chill you should go somewhere else. Just walk to Foxtail around the corner, but you probably wont have long to wait because they are fast here.

My co-worker recommended Montalvo Tires when I had a flat tire and a national tire chain wanted me to spend $300 (!) on a single new tire. I had two people (car hobbyists) tell me they were pretty sure the tire could be patched. I went to Montalvo Tires and the service was pretty quick (two people in front of me, waited 20-30 minutes without an appointment), very honest (said I could get a plug or a more expensive patch, but either would work and patches are more for cuts in tires, whereas I just had a nail), and prices are SUPER reasonable. I’ve already recommended Montalvo Tires to 5 people! Will use them from now on.

If you want honest, hardworking people that will do everything they can to get you back on the road for the best possible price, this is the place to come. It is family owned and operated. I bought used tires here for years, and have now moved up to buying new tires from them.
