I would definitely recommend them to anybody! The workers were nice and professional. I came in to get my front brakes and rotors put on. The service was fast and cheap. They also let me know other problems that my car was having which helped out a lot because Ive spent weeks trying to figure out what it was and they finally let me know the correct part that I needed. Also my door handle was disattached and Mike put it back on for free for me. Very thankful for them definitely would give them five stars!! I will come back for more break and rotor services. Possible Tax evasion company! Initially I was very skeptical to do business at this establishment, because of the sketchy, unorganized, filthy and totally unprofessional appearance of building; but, I decided to give this small business an opportunity to prove wrong the old adage you cant judge a book by its cover However, in this case you definitely could judge their book by their cover. My dilemma was my check tire light came on, and I didnt want to drive another mile until I replaced the faulty tire (this tire repair shop was the closest). I explained my issue to one of the workers there, and he checked into their inventory to see if they had an old replacement tire to fit my vehicle. After, the worker discovered they had a matching used tire in stock, I examined the tire, and was pleased with the quality of the tire and agreed to purchase the tire; the worker said the used tire would cost me $45.00, and I agreed to the price; the worker immediately began to remove my old tire to replace it with the new used tire; after he placed the new used tire on my vehicle, the owner asked me how was I going to pay, and I told him I will use my debit card! He then said We dont accept debit cards only cash I explained to him I only had $25.00 dollars cash in my possession, but I could go to my closest bank and withdraw the remaining $20.00. The owner insisted that I leave my drivers license with him to go to the ATM or my cell phone for some type of collateral to guarantee my return. I explained to him I would not drive without my drivers license or leave him with my cell phone because he didnt specify before, he put the tire on my vehicle that he only accepts cash payments. To make a long story shorter, I told him if didnt trust me to go to the ATM and come back with his $20.00, then take the new used tire off of my car, and put my old tire back on!! He then conceded to allow me to go to my ATM to withdraw the remaining money owed him and return. When I returned to the tire shop to pay the remaining $20.00; I requested a receipt, and the owner said you will have to pay more for taxes; I told him no problem, I have been paying taxes all my life; however, he didnt give me a receipt, but a business card with the amount of the used tire hand written on the card. It appears that the owner is trying to evade paying higher taxes, and will pressure his customers into paying cash to hide his total revenues. I have been coming to Mike for 4 years now! He is consistent, reliable and very friendly. When I came to him I knew nothing about cars he could’ve taken advantage of me and over charged me crazy prices but he didn’t! Instead he taught me things about cars especially my car and even gave me discounts when times were tough! I will forever bring my car to Mike!!! The service is top notch. Trust me this is the place to go!!!!

I went here with a nail in the tire. The guy tried to charge me $25 because it was flat and didn’t think I would just drive it across the street to the other tire shop for $10. Then when I asked him about just putting air in the tire he explained to me that their air compressor was broke. How in tf are you a tire shop with a broken air compressor? How are you going to fix tires!?

Best prices I’ve seen around, quick service I was in and out quick on a Saturday, and even on the used tires mike said I could bring them back up to 30 days if anything was wrong!

Waste of time and money !!! I highly would NOT recommend, especially for a tire alignment, my tires was better alignment before I came to this place . Also he is very rude! And does not give a refund back when needed, if your looking for someone professional don’t go there!

If you were to go to any other tire place on colonial road, they will charge you 60 dollars for a used tire. But here, they charge 35, this shop has amazing prices. An oil change here is also 20 bucks.

Went and purchased 2 tires from here. Everything was ok. 2 days later went to purchase another tire, and asked if he can just swap tires from the back to the front. Which is ok if there is a fee. But the guy says to me rudely, thats not free u have to pay $20 if u want me to do it. I dont work for free. I waslike okaaaay. I didnt mind paying extra. But the way he was being rude, was ridiculous. I kept my composer, and said have a good day, and went elsewhere. Plz avoid this rude man.

Dont go here. Almost all of they used tires have or had nail in them. I brought two tires on Friday 11/17/17 and one of them is going by Sunday 11_19/17. Please if you are going here for used tires just remember that most of they used tires once had a nail in them. So be careful

Put the wrong size tire my vehicle didn’t realize it was pulling to the right until the next day. I went back and mike refused to put the correct size or refund my money. I’m not finished with him.

On 10/19/17 I went to this place for an alignment and simple tire rotation. Upon arriving I had nothing else wrong with my vehicle at all. When leaving my car began tremendously shaking and started a clanking noise. I took it back and Mike proceeded to tell me the cause of this is because my two back tires were bad and the two front tires were good and yet told me he only fix whatever he is told to fix not acknowledging he possibly messed things up. He also dont give any receipt when paying cash but only for card charges. So I brought my car else where and come to find out the bolts on my tires were not tight at all in fact the bolts were able to be removed by hands. He also did an incorrect alignment that made the car much worse. He absolutely was terrible at his job and definitely didnt deserve a star what so ever. Endangering my life 😡

Terrible place DONT GO THERE owner MiKE a CROOK do not trust him near ur wallet he will overpriced I went there just to check on my vehicle see if I need anything tighten up in the rear end he told me I need to change my arm so I did he did not check the other one or care less  to know that its mandatory to change both at the same time the other one is damaged  so Im still stuck with the same problem ((((((bad job the worst mechanic I ever deal with do not waste your time))))))

I bought a used tire, and went out of town 2 days later. When I came back. A week later I had a flat tire. I called and they said it had been to long they couldnt do anything about it. Dont use them they dont stand behind a tire they sell after you drive off.
