Well I went there in my 2020 Kia soul for a factory recall that could have possibly caused them to replace the motor if it failed the test and so after about 3 hours of them doing that update I got the car back and noticed that one of the features was not working so they put it back into the mechanic Bay and took another 2 hours to only find out it was in sleep mode and thats why that feature wasnt working and so I was at the dealership for 5 hours for a free service and then they had to fix something else that wasnt messed up when I got there so that added two more hours. And dont even get me started on their prices oh my God they are expensive if you have to pay for the service.
The sales guy was great. However, be aware about buying used cars. I purchase a use vehicle from here Wednesday and less than 24 hrs later I get a check engine light. I even had a mechanic check it out before purchase. I am very annoyed and I will never purchase a car from here again!
Just a oil change with apt took almost 2 hours promised 1.5 hrs tops. Waiting area practically empty. Service attendants are on Mars time.
If you unfortunately do have to make an appearance at this dealership I would suggest talking to a Service Advisor who isnt Edward. He disappeared for a solid chunk of time and the staff said they couldnt really do much since he was the one I worked with. The Service Manager was completely unhelpful and hostile. I felt like I was talking to a brick wall with a pre-programmed response and it seems this is not a unique experience to me. The quality of the work done itself was good but given the extremely long waiting times it just isnt worth it especially given the expensive prices for even basic maintenance. They raised the prices of oil changes to 60ish from 35ish (from what I last remember) and (probably) on other services but nothing actually got better. A tiny lot makes trying to leave once everything is done a headache too. Being blocked in and needing to ask for help (the two service-lot workers and Josh were probably the most helpful and caring employees I talked too though) to move 2 other cars blocking mine in. I would avoid this dealership and go to City Kia instead if possible.
Turned it in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and car wash. The SUV was dirty when they finished with it, and the battery was dead.They changed the battery, but couldnt give me a reason way it went bad. 2020 Telluride with 7k miles.They stated it was wash, however, when I pointed out the dirty side of the SUV, they stated they would wash it again.Not sure whats going on with the service department.

Came in for oil change alignment and tire rotation and wash appointment was 11.30 and its 3.30 and my car is still not done I dont understand how long this takes wasted my entire day

I have nothing but the best to say about this dealership. I just bought a 2020 Sorento from Pedro Sotolongo Coello. He was fantastic. He went above and beyond. I never even stepped foot on the lot. We did all communication by phone/text and email. He even delivered my brand new car to my door (50 miles from Orlando) and we signed the paperwork in the comfort of my home. It took 30 min from the time he arrived till the last paper was signed. If your looking for a great sales man go see Pedro for your next purchase from Kia. He now has a customer for life with me!
I honestly don’t know much about cars, so I was happy when the worker, Inderson Eliassaint, came and assisted me with all my questions. He was nice through it all, and he helped me try to figure out what I wanted. I can be a very complicated customer, but he still kept it professional which I liked.
From the beginning to the end, Iderson Eliassaint was professional, knowledgeable and Outstanding. Out of all the car transactions I have ever done, this experience was by far the most efficient, easiest and hassle free. Literally, it started with a phone call, Iderson searched for the Kia including ALL of the features I wanted (which was not easy) and by the end of the week I had purchased my new car! From the moment we walked into the dealership, the delivery and loan paperwork was so smooth - everyone went above and beyond and definitely was 5 star service :-). The used car mngr Arlen is just that used,, no help @ all refused to clean a battery that had corrosion on a truck she sold me months before,, even with the coupon for a free battery check,, she refused to clean,, then they offered to do it for $75, something that PEPBOYS did for FREE, to of my family members went there for cars never ever will that happen or will I ever recommend anyone,,, & they also try to get me to finance a newer car with lower payments, but u won’t clean a battery !!! I lost trust in them “ORLANDOKIAEAST” !!!Julia Cannon just in case ARLEN OR whatever her name is spelled like can read this & know how to spell my name !!!!

Three hours to get an antenna replaced that was broken at the time of purchase.Update, after 3 hours, nothing was accomplished. Will need yet another hour to fix an antenna.Now at 4 hours.I assume an oil change would require 2 days.
