I went to the Lake Nona location. Highly recommend this shop. They took care of my car’s specific needs quickly, front desk was very professional and explained what other services are needed. I will be going back, just give them a call to make a appointment first and they will take care of the rest.
Environment was thoughtful in decor and comfortable for waiting customers. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Skilled mechanic explained diagnostic needs for my 240sx clearly and personally as well as in my invoice notes.
Stay away from this spot. I took my vehicle for a some oil changes and they broke the window rain guard on the drivers side. They did not find my window guard and after the second time I chose to leave it alone. I was going to through much trouble to just get the correct ones and they did not seem to care. Their staff does not seem to have the best attitude and are not welcoming.
Please dont go there they destroy my bmw they take 4 days for change upper and lower arm control and they give to me back whit the knuckle broke and at lot lights on the dash please dont go this place if ypu really care about you car
Great place. Got me in and out for an oil change and also fixed a tire with a nail in it and replaced the tire for free. Jay and the crew were awesome. Definitely recommend.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I came to this place for good comments. Is my first time writing a review but I had to do it. I leaved my car to put 4 new tires and alignment, couple hour after leave it the maam call me to tell me than one of the tire pressure sensor its broke and they could switch it for 90 bucks and I said no because I know my car, I know mechanics and I know the sensor it were working good. When I get there to pick it up I asked, how do you knew than the sensor it wasnt work if the sensor light it was off and she said: sir, when you leaved your car here the light it was on. I said mam I know one of your mechanics broke the sensor taking off the tire because its not the first time than happened and you really think its fair for me to paid for that? But that didnt matter for them. When I leaved the shop the tire pressure monitoring sensor or TPMS light turn on and swear Im never seen that light on before on my car. If you dont want waste you money and get a bad day search another place.

Second time I’ve been here for oil change. Very kind people. First oil change was quick.Second one was today. I made an appointment for 5pm and my car didn’t get pulled in until 5:30pm. They weren’t finished until 5:45. In my opinion, the point of making an appointment is to avoid waiting. Quick service is important to my in an oil change (esp when an apportionment is made). I probably won’t be coming back.
Blew tire on vacation the helped me get everything sorted in under an hour. No problems with TPMS lights or anything after the blow out.
Honest ServiceI thought I needed brakes so made an appointment to get new brakes. However I was informed that I could go several more months, as there was plenty of padding left and it was not a safety issue. I appreciated the integrity of the company. I also like that an email update is provided. Will definitely be coming back here instead of to the dealer, where I had been going.
On June 7, 2021 I diagnosed my Jetta on Expert Car Care 7052 Narcoossee R. They charged me for the inspection, 278.19 and told me that the air COMPRESSOR was not working and to replace it, it would be more than a THOUSAND DOLLARS. I went a couple of days later to a mechanic that told there was no need to change the COMPRESSOR, IT WAS JUST A CABLE NOT DOING GOOD CONTACT. He fixed the cable reinstalled the compressor and the air conditioner is working great.I went to Expert Car Care and notified what happened and the only thing they said was Im really sorry. They didnt offer to refund anything. Im writing this review and as many others as I can to let them know the quality of work they did to me. And that Im sorry I went to them.
Second time I’ve been to the shop. I got an alignment then recently returned for an oil change and tire balance. Service was quick and reliable and the customer service was on point. This time I had a gentleman who worked on my car, greet me and his energy and personality was awesome. My previous experience it was the sweetest young lady who was personable and sooo helpful. Great job. I will be sending them some business.

I having been using Expert Car Care services now for more than 2 years to service my Chrysler 200s. Jason is a drivers best friend. He is honest, knowledgeable and knows what good customer service looks like. With support of the rest of his team, they schedule you and are able to meet expectations as communicated. They also recommended the Oviedo location when I needed body work following an accident on my car. The Oviedo location also did great work. Kudos Kudos

On April 17, 2021 I took my car to Expert Car Care because the car was stopping on me. On April 22nd I received the car and was charged for a fuel pump replacement. That charge was for $1172. The part was $829 which was already overpriced by double. The car stopped on me that night again.The next morning April 23rd I took the car back and according to them they were not able to get the car to stop after driving it the whole day. That was suspicious. So I decided to grab the car that evening because I didn’t want to be charged for a made up issue. It stopped that night again after driving it for 20 mins. I took it to a friend of mine who is a mechanic and he ended up tightening the fuse box because it was loose and the car has not stopped on me since then. I even drove to Tampa and back with no issue.I’ve been trying to reach them for the past week or so and have been dealt the runaround with them avoiding talking to me. Finally, today April 29th I told them I don’t appreciate the customer service and I do want my money back. That was suspicious that it took them that long to take me seriously as if they were hiding something.I spoke to Jay at Expert Car Care today and he was extremely unprofessional with me. He got angry at me and told me to come to the shop to fight him. He then proceeded to tell me to go f**k myself.
Great place!!! Not only the service is awesome but the space is impeccable and inviting, hard to pull off for a family/mom and pop owned location. Personally that was a big sell for me to support little guys. But they are big on customer service and providing fast and quality service. Google maps takes you to a different location so just look for the clearly marked building on Narcoossee. Love it!!!

I went in to get my window fixed. They looked at it for a $50 charge, dropped the window, and couldn’t raise it again. Therefore, I had to get it fixed right away unless I wanted to drive around with an open window. It needed a new regulator and motor and I was quoted a price of $527, which included the $50 viewing charge. I was shocked and thought it a bit high but was in need since they dropped it all the way down. As I waited, I researched cost for services. Repairpal.com, which they accept, quoted a price range up to $244. Yourmechanic.com quoted $344. A local mobile mechanic quoted $295. They accepted none of these quotes, despite claiming to be a repairpal.com certified shop. They did give a 10% discount. I was very disappointed today and will not return.

1 time I went to this place, took my SUV for an estimate, staff told me they will call me back later, nobody ever did, looks like they have all the customers they need, didnt care to earn my business. Ill take my car to a place they do care.
I went one week for an oil change, found out the battery was dying had it changed. Four days later my car s AC completely stops working, I bring it back to have them look at it. They disconnected some of the electrical stuff and told me it would still be safe to drive. Two days after that my car completely dies. I do not know if it is just a coincidence or what but it is defiantly suspicious. I will not be returning there once I get a new car. I would not recommend going here.
Possibly the worst auto repair shop experience Ive ever had in my 46 years.Like others that have posted I used to come to this shop when it was World Automotive and had average to excellent experiences at that time. The business was sold a couple years ago and is now operating under the name Expert Car Care. My experience is that theres nothing expert about this place.When I brought my vehicle in I detailed the issues it had: 1) There was a check engine light on and I had already scanned the code. I showed them what the code was and the clerk wrote it on the work order 2) Issues with 2 (electronic) doors not locking and unlocking 3) The A/C was not producing much cold air.After FIVE DAYS of having my car on their lot they failed to provide a written quote for ANY of these issues. Each day that I contacted them there were promises: Well call you first thing in the morning, Well call you this afternoon, Well call you in 45 minutes. They NEVER returned a call to me. That, alone, is HORRIBLE customer service. At the end of DAY 5 I finally went in to the shop again to find out when I was actually going to get an estimate. It quickly became apparent that they had done nothing on the vehicle other than run my battery dead (???).The clerk told me that the doors would be expensive to fix but couldnt give me an estimate (again, after 5 DAYS). He ASKED ME what the the engine code was AGAIN, disappeared for five minutes and then came back and said it had something to do with the mass airflow sensor (which I already knew and told them from having scanned it myself) but provided no quote for fixing the problem. He said Oh, its just due to the cold air. Nope... I explained when I dropped it off that it has been occurring for months and I had cleared it multiple times only for it to come back. And last, he said We checked and the A/C is working fine. It might be a little weak but... he trails off and has nothing else to say. In other words, you didnt take any pressure reading on the A/C system or do anything else. You are just repeating back to me everything I told you when I dropped it off.I finally said What do I owe you at this point? And he was ready with Nothing, brother as he quickly handed me me my keys and I am sure was more than happy to see me go.What a terrible experience. Youve lost a customer and I can guarantee I will not refer anyone to this shop. In fact, I will make a point of telling people not come here.Maybe this place is fine for oil changes and tires. Clearly it is awful for anything that takes an experienced mechanic to address.I am really shocked that there are so many positive reviews of this place. It makes me wonder if the majority of them are fake or generated by friends and employees.

I had an issue with my volvo (coolant hose ruptured) I told Jason, customer service is paramount to me. When I pay over $400-$500 for a repair I expect it to be a complete repair. (Oil change was include)Turns out they forgot to reset the calibration on my windows. I called Jason, he said bring it in anytime it would only take a minute or so to fix. Unfortunately they did not have 3 minutes to spare when I arrived and wanted me to wait until someone was available or return at 2pm. I then made an appointment to return again tomorrow at 9am. Total BS.I went home, googled the problem. Total time to Google the problem and fix the problem myself was 4 minutes l(4 Freakin Minutes). The fix itself took less than 30 seconds.Like I told Jason, you only get one chance to make me a customer forever. What should I think? They could have just told me, 1. Turn on ignition. 2. From drive seat, lower drivers window full down. 3. Raise window full close. 4. Lift window switch into the up position once again. Problem solved. I want to thank you for taking the time to do nothing but waiste my time. Maybe if you had someone knowledgeable behind the counter, that was customer service driven I wouldnt be talking more time to write this than the fix took. I guess after you pay it doesnt matter.

I came here because AAA had recommended this place and I wanted to get another set of reputable mechanic hands to evaluate the maintenance needed on my vehicle. Glad I did. The staff is friendly and the pricing is very upfront. I came in for a regular Full synthetic oil change and AAA multi point inspection which Im very pleased with. The following week, my husbands door handle broke off and bc Expert Car Care was fresh in my mind, I called them up and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to order and fix my husbands car within 1.5 day. The quality of the repair, service, and price was on point too. Expert Car Care has now become a trusted place where my husband and I take our vehicles to; and we are happy to share that my dad now takes his car here too! Highly recommend this organization and location.

Going the extra mile.Very pleased with Expert Auto Care. Our 2000 Jeep would not start. After inspection she needed a new starter. When the car was ready for pick up, Anthony told me a new battery was also needed.The mechanic noticed we purchased the battery at Auto Zone. They return the battery as it was still under warranty and replaced it with a new one. No extra charges were added to the bill. I call that going the extra mile for the customer.Lastly, the customer waiting area is super clean and well appointed with interesting car related decor, such as a multiple cell phone charger made to resemble a car battery. Nice touch. Thanks.
I had the unpleasant experience of having a belt break on my truck. AAA towed it to Expert Car Care. I was so impressed by the facility and the staff. No one wants to have to spend time waiting on car repairs. But their place of business has made it the best possible. A variety of coffees are offered along with some other treats. It is very clean with comfortable chairs. I found their review of what was immediately needed to be easy to understand. The work was excellent. Because I needed to get back home that day, several of them stayed late to get me back on the road. I will be moving to Lake Nona soon and Expert Car Care will definitely be my first choice for Car needs!

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received today getting new tires and an oil change on my Lexus. They pointed out a small leak that I should keep an eye on for the future but didn’t pressure me to fix anything extra. From start to finish they were professional and courteous. They attended to everyone in the waiting room and gave them updates and offered them water, coffee and cookies. I was the previous owner of World Automotive Services. The renovations they have done are amazing and I couldn’t be happier for them. Great job to the entire team at Expert. James, Steve and Scott are awesome.
Truly the highest standard of quality auto care I have experienced. They matched and bettered pricing, they went above and beyond on customer service and initiative; and finally, they provided a friendly and comfortable setting with an overall experience. I have driven by this shop a million times, but never tried to use them for service. I finally needed some new tires and decided to give them a try. I had called this location to make sure they had the tires i needed in stock, in my size. They did not but said that they could order them in for 3pm that same day. I made sure to leave work early so that I could make it to that time to have my tires changed.After picking up my family, I called on my way there to make sure that my tires had made it in, and I was put on hold for a good 7 minutes (Which never means good news), once the gentleman got back on the line, he let me know that the tires now wouldnt make it in until tomorrow and he wasnt sure what had happened. Ive worked in parts for over 5 years, that answer means to me that someone forgot to order the tires. This would have been my first time using this business, and I am very disappointed that it ended up going this way. I cant see myself using this business after this. I gave two stars because at least the guy on the phone was apologetic and seemed kind of new. But he did not offer me anything for my inconvenience, which again, is probably because hes new-ish, so i get it.
I used to go to World automotive and Expert Car Care surprised me. The service was outstanding and I can’t get over how nice the remodel is! Steve was so helpful and was very straightforward about my car. I honestly can’t believe how fast the service was and how much cheaper they were than firestone. Love Expert Car Care and they definitely have a customer for life now!

The BEST i have ever received! Went out of their way to ensure I was taken care off. I had problems from work done with prior auto repair shop, not knowing they were no longer in business i went back to find it was now Expert Car Care. They were great! I gave them my receipt from previous work done and they not only fixed the parts they covered all the labor! It cost me nothing. I was very happy as the prior job from prior company cost over 2k. Expert Car Care also dropped me off at my work so i was not inconvenienced.Well done guys! I found my new repair shop!

Brought a vehicle in here for an oil leak. $2500 later after the engine had to be taken out for access and 4 weeks later, my vehicle came back with a transmission that slipped and stll leaking oil. Got no satisfaction and took to a transmission shop that had to replace the oil pan because it was so bent and pumped full of black RTV that it was unusable and had to be replaced. Response from Expert district manager? Oh its under warranty and you went somewhere else. We will give you a $350 store credit that did not even cover the parts for having it done correctly somewhere else. No way I would bring it back there after never having it fixed right to start with. The whole ordeal had my truck out of commission for 6 weeks. They cleaned house,meaning the termination of a service manager and a number of technicians, hopefully including the butcher that operated on my vehicle. So the big question is, where was this district manager when all of this shoddy work and all around bad business practices were going on? Maybe you should have just made me whole and not put it off on you have a warranty. Is that how you excuse poor workmanship and management skills?. I hope your boss reads this and questions your employment also since you were obviously asleep at the switch while this was all going on under your watch. Your company would not have emptied the place out of employees if there was not a long standing problem. You had the chance to make it right with me and you insulted my intelligence with a store credit that would just get me back in there to experience more problems. You can take your store credit out of my file because I wont be back. Ever.

Shady business dealings. Brought my car to get fixed was informed engine needed to be replaced 1 week and a half later I come back with the money to get this car fixed, they informed me they had it towed. To where nobody knows.I warn you not to use this shady car repair shop.

Ive been a loyal customer of World Automotive since i moved to Orlando in 2010. Just walked in and saw a complete makeover so thought that was pretty cool. I started noticing Expert Car Care branding all over so i realized this must be under new ownership. After waiting for 10 minutes at front desk with not one person greeting me or acknowledging my existence, i am now in search of a new shop. World Automotive was the best and the new company lost all my business and referral business in a matter of 10 minutes. Such a disappointment.

Please DO NOT bring your car here! Ok, that might sound harsh, but I will not be returning, after my experience. Friends & Neighbors, I want to save any of you the time, money and aggravation of having your car serviced here. Despite the google reviews (that may be from the past owner or personal friends) and its AAA rating (I have a case opened with them), the experience we had was almost laughable, if it werent for the thousands of dollars we spent to repair the AC. I initially brought it in for an A/C issue, which after 3 hours they determined was due to a bad evaporator core. Now I realize it seems to be common to have to wait a terribly long time at many auto repair shops, but even that is a big inconvenience. They had the car for a full week to repair the AC, even though I was told it would simply be a two-day job. The hold up was due to the fact that they realized that the windshield had to be removed to do the job, and they had to bring an outsider in to replace it. Mind you, I was told this on the third day they had it, despite the two day job. So after a week, they repaired the AC. This was only the beginning... When I picked up the car, the AC worked! Unfortunately, after a $2,700 repair, including $1,100 for a windshield that I was told by 2 shops, including a dealer, that didnt need to be replaced, I had numerous other problems. I found several screws and nuts on the floor inside, my shift knob trim torn, my ABS system malfunctioning, and the windshield I paid for didnt show my heads up display properly. To top it off, my AC started malfunctioning again and spraying water on high speed. I brought the car back for a 2nd full week, they fixed the AC and some of the other problems, but couldnt fix the ABS issue, nor would they hold the windshield repair man accountable for his poor work. After bringing up an attorney, the car was sent to a Chevy dealership for another week for them to fix the initial problem, and the MANY other problems they created while trying to fix the initial problem. Each week, with a total of 3 weeks, we had to get a rental car and make arrangements. In the end, the shop paid to repair all their mistakes, paid for two rentals, and apparently fired the initial tech that worked on my car. On top of that, they paid to have my interior upholstery upgraded after messing up the first time trying to install an upgrade that they couldnt really do properly. Hence the 2-star rating instead of one. The time, hassle and aggravation this shop caused my family was unreal. So I will not be returning here. You may decide to try, but proceed with extreme caution. And we have had a good run with Honest Auto on Semaron, worth the extra 5-minute drive.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Fully informed about my care and never felt in the dark. Cannot day enough good things.

Took my Mercedes for a diagnostic because my check engine light was on... I just didn’t feel like going back to the dealer for another $1000+ bill... Steve treated me like I was family... Solved my problem and didn’t charge me because it was just a cracked vacuum hose. Going to use Expert Car Care from now on.

I used to come here when it was world automotive and i am extremely pleased with the change in ownership. never thought i would write a review on a repair shop but my experience at this place was phenominal! Steve is the manager there and he was very pleasent to speak with. They are new to this side of town and you can really feel that they are genuin people who want to build a good name for themselves in the lake nona area!

Never contact this workshop!today arrived at 11 am for an oil change in the end spent in the workshop for almost 4 hours just to change the oil brought their oil and filter and that is not to be expected delivery
