I absolutely enjoyed my experience here. They ordered the ball for me sizing drilling and plugs. Also purchased a bowling bag and shoes. It was top notch service. And im loving bowling again. The ball feels great and the drill holes were perfect. After over 15 yrs of not bowling. Im enjoying myself again. Thank you

Friendly and informative staff. Good on hand inventory and will order in out of stock. Great local shop that takes care of youth bowlers, high school team(s) and us older novices. Prices are competitive overall. Support local!

Anthony Amodeo provides the utmost in customer service and is always quick to engage the customers and make them feel valued. As for some other BM employees in the area not so much. Kevin Fisher is also the exception, he has always provided great customer service.

THE best pro shop in Orlando! Shop has good inventory and can order what you need very quickly. Staff is excellent. Shawn Ryan, in particular, is an expert with all issues pertaining to bowling equipment. For both new bowlers and seasoned bowlers, he can assist with measurements for proper fit, expert drilling, recommendations for new equipment, ball maintenance, and all other issues. The shop has operating hours that can fit most customers schedules. This is the shop I recommend to all bowlers in Orlando!

Anthony is wonderful and kind to work with. He is great at what he does and is very knowledgeable.

Came in waited 15 minutes to be helped then was ignored. People who came if after us looking for a damaged ball was helped...leaving us along with another man who was waiting to be helped. When I called the store to speak to the man who left us standing there he hung up on me. Never will I step foot in this store again especially when we buy a lot from there. I will definitely be telling fellow bowlers to shop elsewhere. Doesn’t even deserve one star

I went and got 2 balls drilled the worker said it would cost $100 but after they were filliled and drilled he added a discout and it was $44. The worker was extremely nice and gave me tips i reccomend going here.

Came in from out of town and the pro shop team was great. One of the biggest bowling alleys I have seen in the south. Staff was great and the facility is perfect. I will be back again.

Went in for bowling shoes came out with a new ball, bag AND shoes. Shop was helpful and kind. I will be returning there in the future instead of buying online.
