Truthfully I thought these people would do a somewhat close to professional job instead I got a kindergarten glue job done ON MY JORDAN CONCORD 11s anybody who knows about shoes know the value. Shoes started to sep not even 2 hours of pick up glue stains are horrible didn’t even seem like the guy masked off the area glue got into my patent leather, the worst shoe job i have ever received from somebody I could of done a better job myself. It failed the stress test IMMEDIATELY I CAN BET THEY DIDNT NOT EVEN STRESS TEST IT, I just didn’t want to risk I thought a “professional” shoe company would do better than a 5th graders work ultimately if you have pricey shoes that need repairs I wouldn’t not recommend u

I am very grateful for the great job done by the wonderful people at USA Shoe Company. I recently picked up an AFO Boot at a local orthodics place and after waiting 2 months to get the boot that was custom made for my leg since I have lipedema, it did not even fit properly. But thanks to Lawrence, Edgar and all the wonderful people at USA Shoe Company who resolved the issue in 2 days, I can finally get the comfort I was looking for, otherwise I would have had to wait 6 weeks in order for the orthodics place to fix the boot, still with the uncertainty of it fitting properly anyway. I was in town for Thanksgiving, and a couple days before I had to leave to go back home, my puppy decided he wanted to use my new Doc Martins as a chew toy. I came in last minute, desperate for my shoe to hopefully be fixed. He had chewed the cuff off. They fixed it and did an amazing job. Next time Im in town Im bringing my other shoes. Great customer service and great work.

They did a wonderful job extending the elastic on a recently purchased pair of shoes that I otherwise could not use. The strap would not reach the buckle because my ankles tend to swell in the heat and towards the end of day. Now I can use the shoes. And they really fit and look so good.

Was told the stain on my white leather sneakers would be cleaned away and if still visible, painted over.I picked up my shoes when told they were ready only to find the stain unchanged. The owner, despite our previous conversation and the ticket, told me they had not been painted over. No reason was given. No apology made. I was told to come back the next day.I called the next day. The shoes had yet to be painted. Days later, I picked them up. This time, they had been painted. And yet, the stain remained.USA Shoe Company wasted my time and money. At no point was any effort made to compensate (or even apologize) for the poor communication and results.

I couldn’t believe how good a job they did. Far surpassed my expectations. Definitely the best!

Amazing shoe repairs! I will not go to anyone else! I brought in my motorcycle riding boots, they cleaned them, fixed the heal and waterproofed them. I also gave them two pairs of shoes that were in terrible shape (heal and upper) and I loved them so I didnt want to throw them away, they revived my shoes! I will definitely be back! These folks are awesome. I have a decent collection of exotic boots, from elephant to python, and ride motorcycles, so Im constantly in need of soles and heels. Ive had about a half dozen of them worked on here and have always been thrilled.

Best shoe repair shop in the country. I went to several shoe repair shops in NYC and they all told me the job I needed done was impossible. Came to USA Shoe Company and they got it done. The original date I was told they’d be done was a week from the day I dropped them off. I told them I needed them done within 3 days because I needed the shoes for an event I was going to. They got them done for me in a day and a half. Phenomenal job. Aram is amazing, he really knows his stuff, I will definitely be back.

About 7 years ago I spent what felt like my life savings on a pair of gorgeous Italian suede shoes while on aa work trip in Tuscany with my wife. Fast-forward past years of wearing them and they had become very sad, beat up, and decrepit. I took them to USA Shoe Co. without much hope, but after a few days, they returned to me what looked like a brand new pair of shoes at a VERY reasonable price. I will absolutely come here for anything like this in the future.

I have been here twice so far, once for a belt shortening, once to get the heel of some winter boots patched back up.I have been very pleased with the work and appreciate the courtesy call when items are ready!Third visit here and once again impeccable customer service! On Thursday My wife brings in a pair of Columbia boots. Just needs a little glue on 2 inches of side shoe. No call ....No call.We stop in on Monday afternoon. They still have not touched them. They tell her some BS about its normally a 7days job.I have had this happen on a previous pair. I dropped them off in the morning and get them the next day a noon.To apply the glue takes about 30 sec. To set up 24 hrs.I knew I should have taken the warning on the previous reviews.If you are gonna have Disney as your main client....move to the mouse factory.We need a shoe repair that takes care of the locals. Not BS us.I got my shoes back and will find another repair shopDont waste your time at this shopI want an apology please from the owner.Thanks.

Just had my Carolina work boots repaired. I got them the next day! This is a great service, with quality work and clean environment. I couldnt be more pleased.

I had a patch sewed on to a judo uniform for my son and it was excellent stitching. The work was quality and the owner is very professional.

I took a Gucci designer purse for repair, specifically the fringes which were coming apart slightly on the edges on 3-5 fringes. Upon pick up I was displeased with the quality of the work and the method used. There was a sort of white tape material used to stick the fringe edge together but stuck out noticeably. I asked for a trim of the white tape to make it look like the other fringes. After their second attempt to make a repair, the purse was painted with an off color on the edges of the fringes. The purse is cobalt blue and the paint is a purple/blue color which stands out, in addition the fringes had been rubbed to a point that the texture was no longer smooth like the rest of the purse. I felt the purse was ruined beyond repair but Julian assured me they would do their best to fix it. He came to my home to pick it up, worked on it, and dropped it off to the neighbor in my duplex by accident when we missed his call. When I got ahold of the purse, I am saddened to say I can no longer wear it nor sell it because of the quality of the repair. The owner has not replied to my email proposal of purchasing the same purse on E-bay or offered any compensation.To address the response, the owner personally picked up and dropped off the purse they damaged and he is fully aware of who we are and yes, that there are two of us which he wouldnt know if we were scammers. We brought many items to be taken care of and were happy customers until that purse. He even dropped the purse off to the wrong unit. Thankfully my neighbor is an honest person and gave it to me. What a way to handle a negative review.

This is a great company, we found them via online and they were very professional with all the questions and concerns we had for them. The order came through with no issues and if any future business is needed it will be a pleasure to do it with them. This was the only company I found that sells the specific type of shoe braces we are looking for. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for such specific shoe equipment to use them.

Absolutely amazing work! They were very detailed and careful with my louboutins. I came in to redo a scuffed red bottom and they did an excellent job. They made the sole look brand new! *Dishonest, Lack of integrity, unprofessional*I took these guys a pair of my “Balenciaga Runners” which cost roughly about 745.64I sent them a picture of the shoe prior to bringing my shoes in and I throughly asked the guy could they clean my shoes. No problem, yes he replied adamantly. Upon my arrival I showed him the shoes and throughly asked him again” could they do it” ? They completely ruined my 745. 00 dollar shoe with ink all over it as if they tried to wash it and ink was in the washer. The shoe is completely damaged. I kindly asked for a refund on my shoe back and they attempted to send me in all different types of directions. They are completely at fault due to the fact they didn’t protect my shoe or themselves with any type of written agreement. The shoes hold sentimental value to me because they were purchased for my wife and I on rodeo dr in Los Angeles California and are collectors idles. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to these guys who really value the things they work hard for. A civil suite will be filled.

Found this shop on a random google search to repair some vintage Air Jordan 1s that were patent leather, there was a stain on the toe box that I made worse by trying to get it out with rubbing alcohol (retarded I know) I was freaked out because I didnt know if I could get them fixed. I stumbled onto this place and it was literally a God send, I got to the shop I was greeted by the owner who was really cool and you could tell had a passion for his craft, I explained the scenario and I was immediately relieved about my situation by how nonchalantly he evaluated the issue. I was originally given an estimate of the shoes being done by Friday (dropped off Tuesday). I called Friday I got no answer but was called back later by the owners personal cell and he explained that the shop was closed for Good Friday and apologized for the delay, told me theyd be ready by Monday I ended up picking them up Tuesday due to my availability and they were perfect and for the inconvenience he also included whitening the outsoles for no charge! In summation, this place is awesome and for my fellow sneakerheads out there this place is legit definitely a returning customer, btw this is the 1st online review Ive ever done thats how much this place impressed me lol
