Cannot say enough great things about this boat shop and the guys that work there !!! Ive had my boat / trailer there for several different things over the last two years and these guys always keep me on the water --- they sent me progress pictures - made recommendations along the way and even helped with 3 or more jobs that were completely custom----- the biggest thing for me about this shop is there isnt a single job they turn away or cannot do and the communication on how the job is going is always top notch ---- I will not even think about taking the chance to take my boat or trailer anywhere else ---- I wanted to take the time to write this review because there are not many people / shops around like this anymore so when you find one I def want people to know about it !!!!seriously guys thank you for everything !!!

Took my 2006 Sea Ray in for its Annual Service, some minor repairs and custom installation of an oversized GPS/Fish Finder. I was quoted a fair price, a fair turn around time and was amazed at the quality of the work when I picked up the boat ahead of promised date. I have received many compliments on how well the boat runs and looks. Thanks Steve. I will be back again and again.

Took my boat trailer in to be repaired and they did a great job getting it back on the road. I needed new bearings on both wheels and got new tires. They provided great service, got the job turned around in 2 days. They treated me really well and I feel like I received a fair price.

I took my boat in to get fixed in what I was told would take 1-2 weeks. It took 6 months. This place had my boat for 6 months! The worst part, however, is that I could rarely get in touch with anyone by calling. They ignored my calls and would never call me back. I was told probably 10-15 times throughout the 6 months that they would call me back with an update by some time period, and they never called. When I tried to call, they didnt answer. I received my boat from them 2 times before it was fixed, and both of those times it was still not even remotely working as it should have. It was clear it hadnt even been tested on the water.I had to physically go down to the place to get any kind of response or update. Week after week I was told we havent started on it yet or were waiting on a part to come in the mail. Or, the part came but it was broken so we have to find a new part and reorder. This process took 6 months. Ive never been lied to and deceived as much by any business I have ever come across in my lifetime. Perhaps Im the dumb one for allowing them to do that to me for so long, but it is what it is. I would never recommend All American Marine to anyone, and will never take my boat back there again.

Avoid this place at all costs, estimate was less than a 500 dollar job, charged me over 1500. The boat was still not repaired after that and they offer no warranty on their work. Id leave 0 stars if I could!

On 5/16/16 I took my boat to All American Marine for an engine inspection. The mechanic took a look at it and after fidgeting with it for a few minutes told me that the engine was idling too high and that it was because the carburetors were bad and that someone probably did work on them and didnt put in new gaskets and they were taking in air. After calling the owner Steve, they quoted me $500.for the job. I left my boat with them and was told the job would be done by Friday 5/20. On the following Saturday after several attempts to contact them (they never picked up their phone and the voicemail was always full) I decided to just show up. I met with Steve who then told me my parts didnt come in and to contact them Monday 5/23. On 5/24 they finished the job and I went in today to pick it up. When I got there the mechanic told me that the carbs were actually pretty good and that upon further inspection he found that the problem was a bad Intake Manifold and that the way he found this out was because after doing the carb job the idling was still too high so he sprayed some sealant somewhere (he mentioned it but I cant remember the words) and the engine buckled down indicating that it was the manifold intake that was sucking in the air. Ok so in essence I just paid $522. for a job that wasnt needed only to have the same problem as when I walked in, that should have been diagnosed properly in the first place by doing the spraying the first time instead of assuming it was bad carbs. I have video of when the mechanic was checking the engine the first time and video of it running after the job and the performance is exactly the same! The same sputtering, the same sound. No change. Well except Im $522. poorer and still have a high idling problem.
