Good quality furniture. Great accent items. A gem 💎 in OBT and Altamonte

I brought a dining room set from this location. I was told the dinning chair seats were made of leather. The chairs started peeling within one week. The back of the chairs are made with cloth material that is fraying and not well stitched. The manager told me the furniture is final sale. No returns. This furniture is garbage. I will never buy from this store again.

I made 2 purchases in the Altamonte store. Rick assisted me on both purchases. He was awesome to work with. No pressure sales, just the way it should be. The furniture was delivered and during the delivery my stairs were badly damaged. Obviously it wasn’t intentional. I reached out to the store, they requested that I send photos and they would forward it to the General Manager Steve.Today makes 2 weeks, no response from the GM and my drywall/stairs are down to the metal stud. Interesting how I spend over 2 thousand dollars and everything was fine, now I cannot even get a response. Again, Rick was great but the follow up or lack thereof has been extremely disappointing. I do not plan to ever purchase from Gallery again.

They just delivered my furniture and it’s absolutely beautiful this is by far the best furniture store in Orlando I highly recommend and Steve the owner is absolutely wonderful. Amazing Unique Furniture

You can find some really great quality pieces here. I bought a stone reversible top game table and a mirror for my dining room...both very lovely. They have a lot of unique items and prices are reasonable. I definitely plan on going back! Staff is very friendly and helpful too!

Ok so I bought a nice sofa and the sales guy was cool. But the follow up on the delivery completely sucked!!!! They said after 6pm and and supposedly before 9pm and no call no show! So I called the number and the guy said they had truck problems, which I think is BS, but I’m looking forward to cancel with this purchase. Won’t ever buy here again!

Just stopped in, and what a gem. The furniture is fancy and beautiful, fit for a Palm Beach mansion. One of the few stores that still hands out cold water and beverages on trays for customers (nice touch of service)... Theres an asian boutique next door, interesting cheap goodies.

Bad experience buying a set of contemporary set of leather couch cappuccino color even on sale was $1,500 but it doesnt last I even dont used much them, not had guest just last year I used normal but easily started peeling or scratches marks showing even I put covers.Also they came to clean my carpet so I moved the big sofa & got a mini scratch in the back & I discovered the inside color of the leather has a green color..??? so is fake not a leather.I will call them how much it will cost me to repair the fake leather probably expensive, after this experiences, I never will buy any furniture here.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star...should be zero... Owner was completely rude and the worst customer service ever...he even says to his customers that he doesnt want their business and to never come back! Havent seen anyone that low in my life!
