I bought Mac lipstic twice but I didnt like. Maybelline works well instead. Price a bit more high but not lasts long or waterproof it is not something like matte or satin.

As usual I LOVE MAC brand and all its beautiful colors. I stopped in for a purple lipstick (Violetta) and was very happy with the purchase but the service was nothing to brag about. No one approached me offering help like usually and employees didnt seem to be happy to be there either.

Not sure how the Manager Katie G got her position, she has no clue Whats the duties of a Manager or Customer service she SUCKS piece of shit. I will never ever shop there ever again. She definitely needs to be trained on top of it she is a thief. I called minutes after they opened on a Saturday to see if an express makeup application could happen, Ivana explained what I could expect & was honest about wait times. So my first time at Mac and Michael M. Seen me and must of automatically knew it was my first time. He was such a great assistant to my mother and I. He got my mother’s foundation perfect the first try I loved it. When I told him about my oily skin he picked out all the perfect products. Because of him I will be returning to Mac.

Horrible experience. Went in to get a velvet teddy lipstick. Asked the girl politely to help me with the lipstick. (Usually someone shows you were it is and goes in the drawer to give you the product). This girl literally pointed and said right there. I decided to open the drawer myself since she didn’t help which then she proceeded to say “if you need it I will get it for you” in a nasty tone. I ignored her and asked someone else to get it for me. She then dropped whatever she was doing to steal my sale from whomever I asked next. Childish, ignorant and unprofessional. Get it together lmao.

When I first arrived I was annoyed with how long I had to wait even though I made an appointment. Aida and the manager apologized for the wait and I was okay after that. Aida made sure I was satisfied with my makeup and was very patient with me. I love her to pieces

Love the product, but the tall woman with the blonde hair who worked there was pretty rude. We didnt feel comfortable asking questions because she seemed annoyed. Spent less than we planned just to get outta there.

I have shopped at this MAC kiosk a few times, but I havent had good experiences with the staff. Typically theyre are standing, and gossiping. If you need help, you have to ask. There’s a tall, heavyset Black guy that ignores me...every...single...time I’m in that store. He is useless as a customer service representative for such a great brand.

Located at the Florida Mall in Orlando, the MAC store, which looks more like a kiosk, bigger and more chic, has several makeup options, lipsticks, bases, eyeshadows, and my biggest desire was to have this gipsy color that is a shade of light pink that more closely resembles the shade of lipstick that Paris Hilton used in her programs and that I had been looking for for a long time. It is of excellent quality, a little expensive like everything at MaC I paid 18 dollars on it and it was super worth it, very beautiful!
