I ordered my banner that Monday. I had my order rushed for Friday. My big event was next Monday. Come Monday the production manager “George” had apparently left home without loading my banner in the machine. I was looking forward to that banner and now I’m a** out. I would highly recommend not to do business with this company. If I could give zero stars I would. 👎🏾

Awful! awful! awful! I order 3 shirts and paid the full amount upfront, with no delays or declines. I requested my order be completed by the 10/01, he said he will do his best, I said fine. He sent me a projected time of 10/03 I said fine I can wait two days. The third comes by and I heard nothing, so i called for an update. They told me the lady working on my shirts hurt herself and they should be done 10/04! 10/05 comes and I hear nothing so I call for another update. They said they have to order the shirts! Im like what?! You should already have them! I was suppose to pick 2 days ago! So I said fine I call 10/08 for another update because no one is answering my emails! They said pick up on 10/09 I said fine, at this point Im over it and dont even want the shirts anymore i just want my money back!!! But Im like whatever they said i will get it, i know i will this time! So I get a call on 10/09 saying that they didnt order all my shirts!!!!! So I waited all this time for 3 shirts and Im only getting two... I dont understand how they have such a high customer rating ? Because honestly hate this company and will NEVER return. I FEEL LIKE I OVER PAID FOR CRAP service INCORRCT ORDER! DELAYS and I was ignored!!! If your thinking about ordering here DONT especially if its a big order...they couldnt even deliver 3 on time! Their ratings must be fake!!!Im giving 3 starts because the manager took full responsibility and came up with a solution that Im happy with! Although I was not happy with the service, Im satisfied with the end and the explication. I may return...big maybe...
