Wow!! the biggest store I’ve seen, with everything u could want and need for cake decorations and chocolate making and I mean everything u want is there. Stuff for cookies, colors, flavors, molds all kinds so much to choose from! Good prices and very nice workers definitely coming back there now it’s my favorite store so far!!!

I found my happy place today! Anyone who knows me knows how I love a good craft supply store. When I walked into Cake & Craft I gasped (Audibly). I was blown away by the seemingly endless aisles of all things cake. The location was clean, bright and well organized. I felt like a kid in a candy store. The staff was attentive, helpful and very friend. Theyve earned a LIFETIME Customer in me.

This store is a treasure trove of things to be used for baking, edible crafts, and cooking of all sorts. I decided to go here to see if I could find some items for a project I was working on. I was able to find a large selection of boxes, stencils, and cookie cutters to fit my needs, as well as other new tools to try. The owner was very helpful and went out of his way to help me find something I was looking for. Including some pictures of a few charcuterie boxes I made utilising the tools and boxes I bought.

Great hidden gem! I was excited to find this place so close by. Still transitioning from a warehouse for just an online supplier to a retail store. Whether you like shopping online or actually seeing before buying this should be your first stop for any baking or candy making supplies needed! They once did online sales only but now anyone can walk in. You also have the option of purchasing online and having your order ready for pick up.The owner is super friendly and the young girl that works there I forgot her name was fantastic and extremely helpful in helping me find some of the items I needed. If you don’t see what you want out on the sales floor, just ask chances are they’re still in the process of packing it out onto a shelf.Prices are great, selection of items is extensive and service is fantastic! I will definitely be back!

This place was really neat, I wish I had something like this closer to home. Prices were very good on all of their stuff.

Seven of us shopped with you on Saturday, Oct. 19. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our items were to be shipped per Brian on Monday to arrive on Wednesday. We havent received them and no one is answering the phone at the store. We need information please. We spent several hundred dollars.

I popped in here in hopes of finding a few baking supplies, and I was pleasantly surprised by the selection. They carry a good assortment of baking tools, decorations, display/storage items, and ingredients. Since most of the store is in a warehouse, items that could melt (like chocolate wafers) are at the entrance and the selection is a bit smaller than you would find at the baking megastore competitors. The owner greeted me promptly, explained the layout, and let me know he was available should I have any questions. When I presented him with a question, he was able to find what I was looking for quickly and explained my options. The prices beat out the competition — another pleasant surprise! All in all, I had a great experience and will definitely continue shopping here for my baking supply needs. (Note: I am an intermediate at-home baker, so my feedback on assortment is based on that level of baking knowledge.)

This is one of the largest Cake supply stores in Orlando the warehouse is huge with all the supplies in stock... its Bakers Heaven. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

I just found this little teasure box of a cake store today because my order from another retailer canceled on me so i was frantically searching for a place to get tart rings aka cake rings. I was so happy they had what i needed. Also you can order on line which is a +++ for me.

Omg my experience at this place was overly amazing!!!! Jahnny came in and saw that I was a little confused and lost. This was my first time in the store and my first time trying to purchase items for a new baking hobby I decided to take on. She immediately jumped in and helped me out the entire time I was in the store. She was the sweetest and not to mention the other employees who welcomed me so well! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEI called to place an order and they told me they had the items available in the store, however since the items were listed online, that she could not take my order without the owners consent and that the owner wasnt there.this was the strangest thing, I asked if she could call the owner and ask out she could take my order, she told me that the owner would be back in a week, that if I wanted the items that I can come to the store. I explained to her that the store is almost 2 hours away, that I really needed the items for a party.she said regardless I cant sell you the items because shipping would be too much, I said its ok I will pay it, I was only ordering 5 small packs of 4oz fondant, how much can the shipping be.I was shocked that she would even mention this about the shipping, as they have an online store and customers pay for shipping the items.. needless to say she refused to sell me the items, and I had to find another online store to but them from and paid $8 for shipping.

The website needs to let potential customers know that they Are Not a Retail space, online orders can either be shipped or picked-up in back through the warehouse. It is also very aggravating that Not ONE Product on the website has a description, not one word of information about any product.
