We used magic strollers for the first time during a vacation trip to Universal Studios a week ago. The pick up and return was very fast and easy, staff who assisted were friendly and patient while we decided on which stroller to use.The stroller was lightweight, clean, and easy to fold and store in the car. We recommend this location if your going to a theme park and dont want to carry all your belongings and make it easy on the kids, we will use them again, pricing was fair and in my opinion inexpensive.

First time stroller rental experience and Magic Strollers makes it easy to say we would do it again! From pick-up to drop-off they make the process very simple; email confirmation, reminder texts of pick-up/drop-off, spotless and flawless product (*NEW* City Mini GT 2 Single Stroller). Rented for 6 days for a 5 year old. Highly recommended!

I needed a double stroller for my 4&5 year old to go to Magic Kingdom. That very morning before heading to the park, Magic Strollers was able to accommodate me . The process was quick and easy and the prices were reasonable. The stroller also included a rain cover and stroller organizer. Overall great experience for last minute needs.

I had a great experience. I initially booked a single stroller and after day one at Disney, I quickly realized I made a mistake; my 6 year old complained all day. So, I contacted Magic Strollers and asked them if I could swap for a double and they said, absolutely. Great customer service and pricing!!

I rented from them during our past trip in Orlando Florida and honestly the best part of my whole trip. A vacation with children is always chaotic. Magic strollers provided a nice, clean, in awesome condition stroller for a terrific price. I didn’t get the lady’s name who helped me during my reservation, but I needed to swap for a smaller single, being that my older kids weren’t utilizing the double the way I thought they would have, and my trunk wasn’t very accommodating. But magic strollers were! Thank you

What a great company! No hidden fees and very honest about pricing. Great strollers and easy to use. Would recommend to use them over any stroller company in Orlando. I shopped around a bit and they had everything I needed! The staff is also very helpful and pleasant.

Just rented a Double GT Stroller from Magic Stroller and the experience was great. Ive rented the exact same stroller from Kingdom Stroller and someone else I cant remember. Magic Stroller prices in the middle of the pack but the stroller I received was the best. Now how can it be the best if it was the same stroller ? First thing is that it seemed pretty new. Now I might have just been lucky to receive a stroller at the beginning of its rental life span. Second is the accessories which was important to me. The stroller bag that can hold drinks and cell phones and a cell charger (Must for Disney) was very securely placed on the stroller. The logistics were perfect in comparison to the other stroller companies that had the bag but was not very functional. The other big plus was the rain cover. Other companies use a very plastic stinky glob of a cover whereas Magic Stroller was much softer and fit nicely over the stroller and didnt make me feel like I was trapping my children in a plastic dungeon. They text you when they drop off and text as a reminder when returning. All very convenient.

Highly recommended. We drove in from Mississauga, and the stroller (Gt double) was waiting for us. I made a mistake in booking, and had to correct, but the stroller was awesome. Don’t bother bringing your own stroller, just rent from Magic. Kids found it so comfortable too-

SO great and easy!!! We could not have done our Disney World whirl-wind without strollers but did not want to have to lug them around through airports, etc...We got a text confirmation when the strollers arrived at our Disney resort (around 6:30 am!) and they were waiting for us at the Bell Desk upon our check-in, 11:00 am. When we departed the resort, we left the strollers back at the Bell desk and we were done! The strollers were just as expected, clean and easy to use. We will definitely rent from them again.

We greatly appreciate what Magic Strollers did for us. Their customer care went out of the way to get us a stroller delivered same day so that we could make it to Magic Kingdom. We tried to rent from another company that misrepresented themselves and put us on a wild goose chase and magic strollers made up for it. We thank you for saving our day at Magic Kingdom. This is a great company and i highly recommend them.

We ordered a double City Mini and it was so beat up it and the front wheel was broken. I will give them 2 stars because when I contacted them to tell them about the wheel, they did have a replacement wheel delivered to our resort. But really this stroller should be removed from their inventory for the amount of money you spend to rent these for 4-5 days. All of the other strollers we saw that were rented looked almost brand new from other companies.

It was delivered and ready at our resort, but was super disappointed in the condition! It was ripping everywhere, stained, storage netting had huge holes. My biggest complaint is it has a jagged broken metal rivet which we discovered after it sliced my husbands leg. I contacted the company and told them they should retire thus stroller and they said they hope my husbands leg wasn’t too hurt ..... yeah lucky it wasn’t a child!!!!!!!!! They are a joke. Rent from Kingdom strollers... I saw a ton of them and they are new and clean!

The double stroller we recieved was so beat up, it should be removed from their rotation. The seats were so worn in my kids were uncomfortable sitting in them for the entire day. The netting in the storage basket was broken on both sides that our belongings would fall out. The stroller itself was hard to steer (we rented the City Mini Double which we own at home). Disappointed for the price we paid to rent it. The stroller was dropped off at our hotel right on time and pick up was very convenient and easy when we left.

If youre planning a trip to Disney and dont want to travel with a stroller, then make sure to check these guys out! Great prices, very clean strollers, top notch customer service!
