I really liked the stroller we rented and the person that dropped it off communicated well and was very nice. It’s also way cheaper than renting in Disney. The only part that can be a bit inconvenient is that you have to pick-up/drop-off at a certain time and do so in person, but if you call to make changes they will accommodate it as best they can. We rented in Disney the last day and the strollers are nothing like a “real stroller.” Plasticy and small with not enough sun coverage.

I NEVER write reviews, but I absolutely had to for this company as I have been blown away by the customer service.I couldnt recommend this company more! We forgot our stroller and didnt realize it until we got to the airport, so we had to find a rental last minute.The gentleman on the phone was incredibly kind and courteous and helpful. (I also loved listening to the Australian accent! ha!)The stroller was waiting for us the morning we arrived. The ease of having a stroller at your hotel VS renting at the parks is 100% worth it! (Also, Im pretty sure that delivery is a free service they offer!)I would absolutely rent with this company again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family and other travellers who need a stroller. Such an amazing company. Disney friendly the stroller was compliant with all of Disneys rules and regulations. The owner of this company really knows her stuff. The strollers are amazing. Clean, delivered perfectly and on time. I wouldnt go anywhere else. My friend recommend me to use this company as she found them to be so efficient and I couldnt have found a better company.

You get what you pay for and there is definitely a reason Baby Wheels has the cheapest pricing! They had my incorrect email (not a spelling error, it was at an entirely different address), and so they never sent a confirmation. Alicia (who is as professional as she is personable - extreme sarcasm intended), said I had put dates down that were not correct (and I had the screenshot on my phone to prove I wasnt just losing my mind). She was adamant about being correct and offered no solution. I finally said Please just cancel the order and she sent the cancellation to yet another wrong address and refused to admit it! We all make mistakes but going with the customer is always wrong attitude will never end well - especially not when there are 20 other companies for not a huge amount more.Additionally, they are the only company that cannot just drop off their strollers with the bell clerk at Disney Resort Hotels. I thought this was across the board but it is only them - meaning you must be present to pick up your Stroller. Makes me wonder if they did something to offend Mickey too!So, in short, User Beware. I spoke with Kingdom Stroller, Orlando Strollers and Magic Strollers - all were within $10 of the Baby Wheels price and were more than happy to help me. Id suggest any of those!

Just returned from a two week holiday. First time Ive used Baby Wheels as recommended by a friend. What fantastic service, booking confirmed via e-mail. Arrived at hotel and stroller delivered in person about an hour later, the driver, a lovely man called John handed me the stroller, demonstrated how to put it up and down, it came with a rain cover although it was not needed. My two kids aged 2 and 4 seemed to settle in it very nicely, reclined so they could sleep when they got tired. Shortly before the end of our holiday the stroller was collected. No additional cost for personal drop off or pick up. Nice to have the meet and greet as you dont get that at Disney. Would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone looking for a good reliable stroller rental.

Comfy reclining strollers that really make long park days manageable. Disney only offers those huge plastic bucket strollers - great for convenience but absolutely terrible for anything else! Uncomfortable and impossible to recognize - there are 100000 people with the same stroller so how do you find your generic tan bucket in the sea of tan buckets? Their personal, friendly service makes all the difference!

Baby Wheels made Magic Kingdom a breeze with our 3yr old and 1yr old. The website was super easy to book what we wanted. They were helpful when I had questions. They delivered our double stroller to our hotel --- it was waiting for us at bell service with all the accessories, instructions and license plate. Our kids loved it -- easy for them to get in and out of, easy to fold up (even the bellman and taxi drivers knew how to do it!), easy to push and maneuver through the crowds, and they even took their naps in it so I guess it was pretty comfortable for them! The only drawback was that the stroller got really hot, our kids would wake up sweating --- maybe the stroller should come with air conditioning (just kidding). And despite the crowds of people and lots of other people with similar strollers, ours was very easy to identify with the license plate they had on our stroller.... plus we tied a balloon onto ours, so it was even easier to spot! I would use Baby Wheels again in a heart beat! High end strollers that are clean, comfortable, loaded with accessories, and easy to push!!! Great service!

I was able to make a last minute reservation after 9pm and talked with a live person! The stroller was in perfect shape, clean and dry and the size was just right for all 3 kids 4, 7 and 9. I chose to use all of the accessories, the rain cover sure came in handy and the extra attachment for my 3rd child to ride made the walking so much easier. There was a lot of storage space too. I was very happy to be able to extend our reservation very easily, the staff were very polite and considerate and flexible! The delivery at one hotel and pick up at another was very convenient. My husband who hesitated on getting a stroller commented that getting the stroller made the trip Thank you so much!!

Disney can be an overwhelming experience - so many things to do/remember/find/etc. I LOVE that Baby Wheels (which is owned by some adorable Brits!) takes the time to meet with you face to face and explain the stroller basics with you. I didnt appreciate this until I went to close my stroller quickly to board a Disney bus and realized if I hadnt had the lesson I wouldnt have known how to close the darn thing (which would have held up the bus - embarrassing!!). Appreciate their help and attention to the customer!

Stroller rental plus flying instead of driving means a stress free holiday for us.Airports are a nuisance when you travel with kids and your own stroller, so renting one before we even left for our holiday was a boon. Delivered to the hotel and there before we arrived too so no waiting.They were easy to deal with and the stroller they rent is so easy to use.I will use Baby Wheels Orlando again and recommend them to all my friends for sure.

Baby Wheels Orlando has exceptional service. During our visit to the parks we purchased an autograph book for our 2 year old. We thought it would be a good keepsake for him to hold all the autographs and pictures of the characters that he met. Unfortunately before returning the stroller we forgot it in the back pocket of the stroller. Within days I received an email from Baby Wheels Orlando letting me know that they found it and would be shipping it to us. I thought this was very courteous of them and am truly grateful that they did that for us! Thanks Baby Wheels Orlando for the outstanding service!

Very nice service, was at our hotel before we had arrived and was light, clean any very comfortable to push. It had enough room for storage and the rain cover was a life saver kept my child and our belongings dry in a down pour. Very well worth the money if you are traveling far and need a stroller to rent.

We loved the double stroller we rented for our trip to Disney. The stroller was delivered on time, was clean and the accessories came in handy since it rained 2 of the days we were there. It was a struggle getting it on and off of the buses and tram cars however the savings in price versus the strollers that you can rent from the parks and the fact they were very comfortable and the large shade cover was out weighed the hassle. We will definitely rent from them again.

This company is top notch. We have rented from other companies over the years when we have visited WDW and we will never use anyone else now that weve used baby wheels Orlando. From their friendly customer service, great rental prices, and on time pickup and delivery, you cant go wrong.

Managed to secure a stroller at very short notice, and will never use a different company again.Not only did they deliver at such short notice, when I saw that I had reserved it for a day less than what I wanted, they let me have the extra day free, and picked it up the following day.They were also the cheapest, and the stroller was in top condition, bordering on new.Stroller was extremely easy to put down/up and my niece loved the extra large hood that shielded her from the hot sun.Thanks Baby Wheels - I will be a repeat user next year!

This stroller company is FABULOUS! In fact, I would say this stroller made our trip the best trip ever. The night my two girls had dinner at Cinderellas castle, it started to pour down rain. Of course I had both girls all dressed up in their princess dresses with hair and make-up and we threw the rain cover over them. It kept them perfectly dry and I have the pictures to prove it:) On our next trip, we will only use this company.

Everything from start to finish was perfect! The double stroller was a huge lifesaver with my kids, it was very easy to maneuver around all the parks, easy to fold to get onto the bus, and a great way to hold on to little things like blankets and autograph books. Very grateful to the neighbor that recommended this service. All we had to do is pick it up at the luggage room at check-in and return to the same place at check-out. Thank you for the great customer service, I would highly recommend to anyone with smaller children who will get tired of walking around all day.

This was the best decision I made the whole trip! Your strollers were clean and comfortable! The ones at Disney looked a little worn down and extremely uncomfortable. It was at my hotel ready to go! I discovered Baby Wheels Orlando from an online forum on Facebook. It was the first time we would be taking my 2 year old daughter to Disney and knew it was important to have a stroller. I was originally going to rent a stroller from the park but decided to go with Baby Wheels because of all the perks and the fact that you could keep the stroller your ENTIRE stay and not have to return it in the evening when you left the park! My husband and I both commented when we were leaving after out 6 day stay at Disney that the stroller rental from Baby Wheels was by far the BEST decision we made! It was so easy and came in so handy! We had the stroller waiting for us at check in and then all we had to do was leave it with the luggage desk upon leaving! Can you say EFFORTLESS!!! The stroller itself was SO AWESOME and EASY to use. We had a single stroller with plenty of space beneath for storage and loved the COMPLIMENTARY cooler and extra cell phone and beverage storage! We traveled from the parks by the Disney buses and because you had to collapse the stroller to get on the bus this stroller was so AMAZING because with the pull of one quick swoop the stroller was folded. We watched others struggling with this big strollers and it didnt look fun! My daughter fit perfect in the stroller, it reclined, it had an extra sun guard if she wanted to nap. And if anyone has a two year old napping in a stroller would seem impossible.....not with this one! We would recline her, pull the the sun shade all the way and it was block her from everything and she would sleep! I am literally telling everyone I know about this and will use this service for ALL of our trips back to Disney! Thanks for the amazing service Baby Wheels!

My son is 5 and we do not have a stroller for him anymore but for walking through the parks we knew we needed one. I researched a couple of other stroller rentals and Baby Wheels was the best one I found. Good price, great add on of the console, rain cover, stroller name tag/signs and mini cooler, when other rentals wanted to charge extra. The stroller was with the bell hop when we checked in and gladly took it when we checked out. Instructions were provided and clear on how to open and close it. Baby Wheels provided a very easy, great experience! Highly recommended!

Last week I landed in Orlando with my own stroller. When it came off the plane it was missing two front wheels. The airline was able to find one wheel after about thirty minutes, but not the other. My husband called Baby Wheels Orlando and they went above and beyond any service I would ever expect! They actually met us at the hotel the following morning (before my Disney plans began), and GAVE us a wheel for our stroller. They actually brought several different wheels just to make sure they had the right one and the right fit. I will never bring my own stroller to Disney again...I plan on calling Baby Wheels Orlando instead. They were fantastic!!!!! Thanks again! I was in tears at the airport and you totally made my week!

We rented a double stroller last week for our Disney trip. It was delivered to our rental home and waiting for us when we arrived which was great. However, the stroller was broken (wheel fell off multiple times). They were very prompt with returning our call the next morning and immediately brought another stroller, but to our dismay we discovered the second stroller was ALSO broken (wouldn’t latch closed and brake was broken). They did offer to change it out again but we didn’t want to have to waste anymore park time waiting around so we decided to just deal with it. The second stroller was also very worn and dirty looking. So overall, this company had good customer service, but the equipment was definitely sub par. I don’t think I would rent from them again.

Baby Wheels Orlando performed as agreed and expected. We stayed at the Disney Orleans Riverside resort and our City Mini Double was delivered to the bell stand by 9:00 am on the first day of our stay. There was a little bit of confusion and panic on my part, because everyone was ready to go to Magic Kingdom, but I failed to tell Baby Wheels Orlando that I would need the stroller earlier than 9:00 am. It all worked out. The free cooler, parents caddy, and rain cover were life savers during our stay.The stroller itself was somewhat of a disappointment. Getting it to stay locked in an upright position was a challenge, but once I got the hang of it things went smoothly. I wish I could say the same for folding it down to get on/off the Disney bus. That was the biggest disappointment of all, because the stroller does not have any locking mechanism or strap to keep itself folded down. It kept opening whenever I had to pick it up. This was a serious drawback to the rental. I called Baby Wheels customer service and the gentlemen empathized with me and gave me some ideas as far as straps and things I could try. He was nice and one of his ideas made things better, but folding this bad boy became the bane of my existence by day 3.Baby Wheels is a good company and cheaper than the other stroller outfits I found in Orlando, and they are better in every aspect than the Disney park stroller service. It is convenient to just walk into any park and pick up a Disney stroller, but they are plastic, cheap, uncomfortable, and just plain overpriced for weekly service.Good job Baby Wheels Orlando!

I am so glad we opted to rent from Baby Wheels Orlando instead of taking our own stroller. It was so convenient.I chose Baby Wheels Orlando, because the accessories are included with the rental, as opposed to the other companies that charge extra for coolers, parent consoles, etc. It was nice to get the extras without paying extra.The process was extrememly easy. It was waiting for us our first morning at Disney, and we just had to drop it off on our last day. The stroller was like brand new.The only small issue we had is that it was a bit big on the buses. No problem if they werent crowded, but kind of hard to manage on a full bus. That issue wouldnt stop us from rent there again, though.

We had a fantastic experience. I compared prices at several of the Orlando stroller companies, and Baby Wheels gave me the most options for the least money (free drink console and rain cover, inexpensive insurance). We rented a City Mini GT and the kids loved it! They fought over whose turn it was to sit in the stroller. Our almost 5-year-old (44 inches) easily fit and was very comfortable. Service at Baby Wheels was great--they left the stroller on the date promised, despite an impending hurricane! We would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone.

I rented a stroller from this place and they dropped it off with no problem. we then returned it for pick up and according to Jessica, they never received it. then when I spoke to her, she revealed to me that 99% of renters buy the insurance. that week, only 3 people rented and we were the only people to have declined the insurance. so guess whose stroller went missing? i had the manager of the resort call her (for a manager, she really should learn to control her emotions. she was quite hysterical) and he told me that the resort will cut a check directly to baby strollers. on the following monday, jessica ran my credit card for the full charge. i left 2 messages, to no avail. i wanted to speak to the owner, but she said they were citizens of the UK and couldnt get back to me. I believe they have shady business practices and if youre going to use them MAKE SURE when you drop off the stroller someone signs off on it. i would not recommend this company solely based on jessicas unprofessional attitude.

I was on vacation with my family and we did not realized that we needed a double stroller for my kids, so, I needed it by 10 am and I called baby wheels when my wife found them some how.I called and asked if I could get the stroller withing 2 hours and yesss, it was there on my resort desk as Amy said.She was very nice and so helpful and I do not waist time writing reviews but I did it because they where so good on the service I got from them.Baby wheels me brindo un servicio excelente !!Muchas gracias !!

Service, Stroller and Accessories were all fantastic. I would recommend Baby Wheels Orlando to anybody that needed a stroller at Disney. We got rained on all week, so the free rain cover was a lifesaver. We rented the glider board and while it was used a little bit here and there, I think the double stroller would have been a better investment. It is very difficult to walk and push the stroller with a child on the glider board. The other issue it creates is if you have an infant in the stroller and a 4 year old on the glider (as we did), the 4 year old actually has enough weight and force to tip the stroller back and off its front wheels if he is not careful. I would not recommend the glider to anyone. I was telling my wife that if we didnt already have strollers at home, I would love to own one like the one we rented.
