I went there with my family and we bought some clothes for our reborn baby dolls they over charge us over price and they were really rude with their customer service just because you were not Brazil I don’t think that is a good place for you to take your kids to shop if you’re not brazil I’ll go to the treat you with unkindness and they will have a bad experience I have no photos but I did not get to return Indian things that I bought I do not use our things because they bring their spirits around me I do not like those things we bought strollers and everything for everyone baby dolls because he stayed up all summer they overprice us and everything our parents are super happy I was super unhappy because of the situation I don’t like the story on I don’t think you should bring your kids here anything here that they do is offer Brazilian people know if towards them but we need to get treated with more respect Don’t bring your kids here because if they’re not Brazil W truly was very on my kindness and I don’t think that you want that for your kids another discussion they should be out of business for treating people hatred also the women that drive the baby dolls to your house sometimes they are really dishes grateful they get on their phone while driving with reborn’s in the car and your kids in the car sometimes that is not safe or supervised at all
Five stars just isnt enough! Where do I start? Everyone that works here is so amazing! Daniela Pires was especially great to me. I was probably the worst customer ever, and she treated me so good. She wanted me to be happy no matter what a pain I was. They were absolutely awesome to me. If you dont know where to shop for your baby gear, then look no further. You need to go to Macrobaby. Why sit at home and order online when you can have the help of these awesome people? You wont regret coming here because its a great experience and youll get to see top of the line baby gear. I cant say enough good things about this place! They are just awesome!!!

Went yesterday for a ultrasound I got the gold package & when I arrived 5 min late by the way I also added the video book best keepsake I have seen. Anyway when I got there late they said no worries the whole staff was AMAZING. I am 19 weeks pregnant we couldnt see much of my baby girls face due to not much fat on her face yet they said due to me paying the amount of money for my package which by the way was so reasonable in the first place but anyway they said when I get between 25-30 weeks I can come back for another scan free of charge so we can get clear images of my beautiful daughter. Let me be clear I didnt receive anything I had paid for such as the book and extra pictures I decided to wait until I came back for the second scan to get all of that I do not want people to think I got a whole bunch of free goodies. But they were so Amazing OUR TECHNICIAN Alexia was the best I have had 2 pregnancy losses in 2020 so she made me feel at peace and overall so comfortable she was just AMAZING OVERALL. I give this place a 10/10 definitely will be recommending to everyone. THANK YOU SO much for MAKING MY ULTRASOUND SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.

I knew NOTHING of this store until getting pregnant and searching for the perfect stroller for my baby due in August of this year (2021).....I discovered Macrobaby while looking for retailers to purchase the Doona stroller from and this store popped up as one of the stores selling them. Long story short, they were one of the ONLY retailers I found in the USA selling the Vacation Limited Edition Doona stroller—which is suchhhh a gorgeous stroller and pattern color/design, but I had been scammed online before and was hesitant to take a chance with this company, especially when the stroller is a $600 purchase!!! I literally procrastinated for days ordering the stroller because I was so weary, but I decided to contact their customer service and spoke with a gal named Gabby. Ohhh Gabby was the sweetest customer service representative I could have spoken with that day! I discovered they were located in Orlando, which is actually my hometown, and I was able to then call my mom who still lives there and have her confirm that Macrobaby is a real place—to which my mom confirmed it is a huge baby retailer! I asked Gabby how many of the limited edition strollers they had in stock and she went and searched for me and told me they only had one left! I told her I HAD TO BUY IT but she explained that I had to order it online. I quickly hung up and ordered it and called right back and happened to get Gabby again on the phone. I explained to Gabby that I just purchased it, but I asked her to do me a huge favor and make sure no one accidentally sells the last one I just ordered and Gabby assured me that she was going to go and pull the box and write that it has been sold since she was able to see my order in the system!!! Now that is customer service for you! To my surprise, my stroller bundle was delivered THE NEXT DAY!!! I had no clue that was happening!!! This company knows how to operate a business and satisfy their customers!!!! My stroller bundle came well packaged and in top notch CLEAN brand new shape/condition and now I just absolutely cannot wait for the birth of my son!!!Macro baby, thank you so much!!! You made a world of difference in baby shopping experience. You made every bit of that $600 dollar purchase worth every penny!!! The idea of spending that much on a stroller was killing me, however, after purchasing the beautiful limited edition from you, I haven’t even thought about how much I spent on it since it arrived! Got my ultrasound here and the tech was so polite, area was extremely clean, gentle, and had warm jelly which is a bonus in my book. I would highly recommend for any mom who wants to check on her baby or keeps getting the run around from the doctors office with rescheduling. What a nice experience I had, thank you MacroBaby💕🛍

The store is absolutely beautiful, so clean and organized with so many adorable options. The woman behind the counter was also super friendly. I also adored the reborn baby section, despite how creepy i find them haha. The only problem i had was with the 4D ultrasound, it seemed extremely rushed and i was given no clear images of the babys gender. Several people said they cant see how she even determined the gender especially since she said the legs were crossed the entire time. We waited for 30 minutes for what felt like less than 10 minutes in the room, which was the promised time.
This place has everything but is so overpriced. I usually walk in, look and leave with nothing because I can find it cheaper elsewhere.
So I’m pretty upset about the service here. My wife and I are Florida residents and recently had a baby boy. She is breast feeding and we were in search of a portable pump. We shopped at macro baby despite their higher pricing on pretty much anything because they are local and have a very nice baby super store environment that we enjoy browsing. Long story short we spent over $400.00 dollars our first time there on a Medela freestyle pump and other odd and ends for the baby. One of those was a pair of MAM bottles which we mistook for the anti-colic type when they were standard bottles. We went back to try and return or exchange or get a store credit and nothing. Because the box was not re-marketable they wouldn’t take it. Now I don’t mind the $15 dollars that I lost, and I will gift those bottles to a friend but I find it appalling they wouldn’t do anything. We chose MacroBaby over the competition despite their high price points and they have now for sure lost our business. Hello Target, Amazon, and BuyBuy Baby.
I did a registry for my daughter twice the first one i scan everything in the store the lady game me all the papers I was done send cards out for my friends n family to tell me registry don’t work she ain’t coming out to everything out of stock to Purchase I call the store they told me I’m sorry there’s a problem with the website I had to drive all the way back to the store a month later to scan over again when I got home all over again the same problem I went there 3 times nothing solve it’s 3 months I’m still going threw it n the baby shower in 3 weeks this store is not what everyone think I will never ever do this again in this store I wouldn’t even Refer anyone

I really have no idea how some of these reviews are negative. I went for the first time and I had an amazing experience and received excellent service soon as I hit the door. It definitely made my pregnancy blues during COVID life glow up. It felt great to be able to have this experience and get legit class 1 service.

The store itself is amazing. they have nearly everything you could possibly want or need for your little one or even for yourself as a mother/soon to be momma. the big issue here is that they are NOT welcoming AT ALL. I walked in and there wasn’t even a hello or a welcome from anyone. I passed by at least 3 different employees and none of them asked if I had any questions or if I needed help with anything like most places would. once I went to the register to pay, the lady didn’t even say a word. I put my card in and waited for her to accept it on the screen while she was on her phone. I don’t know, but the people working at this place just seem very unprofessional and look like there just there to socialize with each other.

Purchased some swim trunks for my baby that were the size he wears and actually the size that is normally a little loose on him. The swim trunks were way too tight but i didnt even get to let him wear them since the weather hasnt been right so it was a little past the 30 day return policy. I did not want a refund, i just wanted to exchange for a bigger size. Not willing to work with me on that what so ever. It is a VERY STRICT 30 day policy so if you purchase anything be sure to pay close attention to how long you have it in case it may need to be returned or exchanged and make sure you go up a size or 2 on clothing items.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!My wife bought online for our newborn baby a bathtub for $92.63 from Marcobaby. Which turned out it was DEFECTIVE. The issue was that the GRAY CAP inside that keeps the water from draining out WILL NOT hold itself in place. I emailed them the very next day to Marcobaby and added my phone number as well as wife for contact.We had no call back or any messages left to us. DONT TRUST THEM!!!

This place excels at variety and helpfulness. The employees are very knowledgeable about the products and definitely helped me and my wife select what was best for us.Marcia was the one that helped us and she couldnt have done a better job! She was very kind and thoughtful, and specially patient, since we were there for a couple of hours shopping for strollers.Most of the employees speak Portuguese, and some speak English or Spanish. It is great to be able to ask questions in your mother tongue, no matter where you are from.Keep doing a great job!

THIS IS THE WORST STORE AT Orlando. Moms, dont go there!!! They arent qualified to work with families. They dont have a return policy that fits our needs. If you buy something for your baby or give their products as a gift for your beloved ones, and you need to change THEY DONT CHANGE. Doesnt matter if you have the sales receipt or not.The manager is rude, she supposed to be trained. Customer service is terrible. Doesnt hear the customer. I had a terrible experience there.

Truly my favorite childs shop. I love the creativity of the items and how my child can be rocking in style with unique clothing. They have tons of awesome items and not to mention every time I have gone in the staff has been amazing.
I found an outfit that burts bees sells I had one for 6-9 months I loved it so much. I tried to buy in 18 month size also and only place I found was macro babys website. It was a little more expensive then the first Time I purchased at another store, but it was shipped very quickly. It was packaged nice with tissue and folded receipt. I will be making future purchases with macro baby. Thanks for your fast and accurate service

I was a little bit concerned on visiting the store after I read the reviews here but I had a great surprise when I went to the store. Everyone was super friendly and helped me find everything I needed and little bit more to my baby girl.The prices were pretty much the same as everywhere else but I loved the discount card that they gave me for being a Florida Resident and I can use all the time, times are not easy now so every little bit helps.Definitely recommend.

Arrived at 6:25pm on a Sunday, the store hours posted on door say open until 7pm. The place was completely dark and empty. Its almost Christmas instead of closing early they should close as listed or after.

Desagradable experience with this store and their 4D imaging. Bought a gift certificate for 4D image for a loved one and then they did not honored because of supposedly remodeling store.Never was this mentioned before I bought it.They didnt even try to look for other options. This is my first grandchild and they didnt even care how special this experience is for others. Sad because my daughter In law was buying other items from this store and now the family will not spend a dime here.Not welcoming! :(
I walked into the store too loud music not baby appropriate. Walkthrough start looking at stuff realize that if you dont speak Portuguese theyre probably not going to talk to you. Absolutely terrible return policy. We received a gift from MacroBaby from a coworker for our baby shower and we were unableto return it because we did not have the gift receipt even though it clearly had MacroBaby Orlando tape all over it and was completely unopened and unused. Because of this terrible customer service I will never shop at the store again.

BE CAREFUL when picking up things from their other facility. They do not tell you BEFOREHAND that having it assembled waives your right to return it... This guy comes to tell me after the fact that he needs me to sign something. I look and its the waiver. I tell him to wait and that I changed my mind and he says too late. I am lucky that I love the stroller I purchased or I would have been out of $500+

I am very impressed about Macrobaby, I do not normally write reviews but I had to because I am super impressed. I needed to buy Little Journey Baby Wash because thats the only baby wash my kids do not react to. Surprisingly, they were the only store that I found it online, also it was discounted to a cheap price. Shipping was fast and packaging was awesome. I recommend this store for your purchases and will buy from them again. I live in Houston TX and the shipment came 2 days earlier than the expected date. Good Job....

Most ridiculous shopping experience Ive ever had. Went to the store by Florida Mall to buy a gift for a baby shower. Then, had to go to their warehouse a few minutes away from the store. Now, sitting here just like a few more customers waiting for someone to bring your stuff. Its been about 15 minutes so far... Thank God, we dont have to unload their truck first!?Shop elsewhere!
This trip was a dream. Was on a mission to find my new born baby a bassinet. Came here and there was a wide selection of baby items. This made my life easy being that I went to multiply stores such as Wal-Mart and Target. The staff was great and help ease my pain and stress. Clean store, great selection,staff and fast service. Will be back soon.
We shopped at Macrobaby in 2010, before its expansion. There are two great things about this store. The staff speaks Portuguese and they have almost every brand of strollers and car seats, so its a one-stop-shop for these products. A must go for Brazilian moms to be!
