I have used the Car Bar for repairs several times over the years and each time it has been an exceptional experience. This week had them do a repair to some paint and body damage and once again it was seamless. They are very quick to get it in and turn it around and deliver it in like new condition. Pricing is always very fair and the owners and staff are great people. Always enjoy the atmosphere and classic cars on site. Great place to have repairs/body work done.

Best car shop. Ive had to take my car to the car bar twice- once for a bumper dent/scratches/actual hole in bumper (that was fun), and again for some deep scratches on the back of my car. They completely fixed everything both times, with my car looking brand new each time. Magic Mike, their repair man, is a genius.Also, fast turnaround time, and impeccable customer service. Theyre all around super friendly, helpful, and definitely know their cars.Thank you car bar!!!

Outstanding costumer service. My car had died at the gas station next to them. I went into their shop to ask for help. The owner took time out of his day to walk to out to my car and give me a jump. Not only that but they gave me a free diagnostic to let me know my battery is faulty.If you’re ever having car problems I highly recommend this place.Thank you again for helping me out!!

I came to the car bar with my 1999 BMW M3 for some bumper and belly pan repair and tightening and got the m3 back to the way it was from the factory. They were fast and did a excellent jodnand were very knowledgeable. Good pricing and good costumer service

I was in from out of town and my window got stuck on my BMW. I called and they were so nice and reassuring that they could help me out seeing that I was in a jam. I had already called a dealer who was of no help and were going to charge me over 3X what Suzie at The Car Bar told me. Took the car in, had it serviced in no time flat. Terry was so nice to deal with too. I may be from out of town but when I decide to turn this car in for another one, I will definitely make the trip back to Orlando just to buy from Suzie and Terry at The Car Bar. The folks at The Car Bar will go the extra mile to make you much MORE than just a satisfied customer, whether its for sales or service.I recently purchased a vehicle there, and some problems were discovered after the sale. Terry, the owner, and Ray, the manager, bent over backwards to make sure that the repairs were made, without any additional cost to me! The car was purchased without any warranty, or certified guarantee. They were not really obligated to make everything right, but they did! Steady business for 40 years

I never write reviews but, I have to say, The Car Bar is an amazing auto body/ service shop.I have 2005 325XI and was involved in a fender bender. The Car Bar was Very quick to fix my car and professional. Terry the owner followed up with me on every detail about the repair. In fact, I just took my car back again to have some engine repairs completed and again they gave me the white glove service!If you have a BMW or Mercedes, I would HIGHLY recommend the Car Bar! When your car is having problems, you want 3 things to happen, You want it fixed, You want it reasonably priced, You want it done in a timely manner. Car Bar does ALL THREE! The people are friendly, honest, and very easy to deal with. They have me as a customer as long as I live in Orlando.

Overall I felt dissatisfied, almost stabbed in the back with a rusty knife.I scheduled an appointment with them in the morning when they opened( lady was very nice at the very least). I gave her the run down on what I was experiencing with my car and a few other small things I wanted done.I get there early and wait until they open. The mechanic was late so I couldnt go over with him the details of the car, so they said they would have them call me.2 hours later I called to find out the mechanic already looked at it, but at the time they were detailing my car, which was a last minute thing I added, so it was ok I guess, the receipt said the detail took 1.5 hours. I talked with the mechanic but he didnt seem interested in what I had to say. He said he would call me back when the diagnostic was done.At around 3 P.M. I got no call about my car so I left a message asking to call me back with details. About 4 P.M. I got a text from who was presumably the mechanic. I was told that to fix my car I needed a vacuum hose, adaptaions to be reset( whatever the hell that means) and a replacement of the filters. Soon after I got a call stating again what needed to be fixed. They said it would be ready by 5.I know exactly what hose that was too and it had been like that since I got the car 6 months ago. So when you boil it all down, they did a full diagnosis, replaced a tiny hose that I could have done, replaced air filters, tacked on break fluid flushing( just because...?) And the detail of course. All for $700+ and for the whole day it was there. Sure its a BMW they were fixing, but did they even fix it? I bet it left with more problems than it came in with.Considering my appointment was in the morning, how hard is it to diagnose those issues, fix them in a timely manner while keeping me updated as promised? Might I add my check engine light turned back on shortly after and the issues I wanted addressed were not addressed.Im never going back.

The best family place

Worst place to take your car. If u have a high end vehicle DO NOT take it here. I was stuck in Orlando I live 3 hrs away, the owner told me he specializes in the problem I was having and said he could fix it no problem. I rented a hotel because he would b able to do it first thing in the morning. When I get there theres no appointment scheduled the owner isnt there. AFTER a 4 hour wait the mechanic tells me theres nothing he can do to fix my vehicle!!! Worst weekend in my life, never been so frustrated and helpless.

Very disappointed- will never see the lights of me again, twice I visited, and both times- very poor job; I gave a second chance, because owner acting very nice, but was a fool to go back — better going to the dealers’— never again!!!

Cheaper to just take my BMW to Fields for service. And they actually get it right.

Great place for classics and import repairs

I`ve been using this repair center for years, Terry and his staff have always been very helpful on both of my classic Mercedes.Actually found problems overlooked by dealers.I would highly recommend them for all of your Mercedes needs.

Very slow at diagnosing the problem with my BMW. Dropped car off at 9:10am didnt know anything until about 3pm and the estimate was as high as the BMW dealership.

Friendly environment, but runs a little expensive. I just wish they did free diagnostics tho.
