Bought a “new” (not rebuilt) a/c compressor from them, after less than 2,000 miles it is not functioning properly and will not cool at low rpms and they tell me they will not cover it under warranty as we did not buy the drier from them as well. The drier was purchased new elsewhere and was tested both before and after the failure; it is clear and working at an optimal level. This means that a clogged drier did not cause damage to the compressor and that it is defective. They will not warranty the parts they sell so now I am stuck having to buy another compressor from a reputable company. We are a shop and know what we are talking about. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them to avoid getting a runaround and getting stuck with a worthless part.

I ordered a radiator yesterday through my company i work for Valvoline for a customer. today this morning i went to install the radiator they sent me it was the wrong radiator. I spoke to a lady i believe her name was ANN she stated that they mad a mistake with my order and sent me the wrong rad and that they will send me the right one.. 2 HOURS later no rad mean while my customer is waiting since 9am. 11:30 I called back spoke to Ann again and she stated in her own words THE RAD SHOULD ARRIVE BETWEEN 1PM-2PM THIS AFTERNOON!!! Its now 3:30 no phone call from her or from anybody and no radiator!! I called 3 times to find out through online that they are closed!!! Very unprofessional!!! not only my customer been waiting since 9am i still dont have a radiator and also Valvoline was charged for it!! I will never do business with performance radiator ever again..I will be spreading the word threw out the company about this as well... I wish i could give a negative 5 stars review because that what they deserve

Ordered my radiator online. Was at my door in 2 days. Exact fit. Even Kane with the new hardware for the shroud, overflow bottle and cooler mount. Cheaper than the competition and one third of the hassle.

PERFORMANCE RADIATORS YALL SUCK.Today 6/8/2019 I went to Valvoline in Sanford to get my radiator replaced. The radiator was purchased from PERFORMANCE RADIATORS in Orlando. They sent the wrong one and when the mechanicS at Valvoline called them around 11 in the morning to let them know about their error. PERFORMANCE RADIATORS said they couldnt bring the correct radiator around until 2 p.m.WELL I sat at Valvolines waiting for hours. PERFORMANCE RADIATORS NEVER showed up with the correct radiator they messed up on.And so they just closed at 2:00 and never showed up or made a courtesy call to inform the mechanic that they werent going to be able to make it. VERY BAD SERVICE!!! PERFORMANCE RADIATORS I WONT RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE FOR THAT TYPE OF SERVICE. I WAS LEFT WITH NO RADIATOR for hours because of yall.Good thing the mechanic s went to another place and got better service.THE MECHANICS AT VALVOLINE WERE EXCELLENT. Was referred to Performance by the local Chrysler / Jeep dealership. Needed a radiator for my daughters Jeep Liberty. Having already failed in finding the correct part from the traditional parts stores, I called the dealership looking for one that had mounting points for the factory external trans cooler. It was after I choked on the dealership pricing, they referred me to Performance. Called and Steven was very helpful over the phone, assured me they had the correct part and the price he quoted was lower then both the dealership and the parts stores. When I arrived and saw the radiator, it was OEM quality! Great experience and I was able to purchase a superior product for less money. Steven and others in the office very friendly and even suggested a nice local place we could grab lunch.
