Update:After calling the number provided in the response to my review, my issue was resolved with Vanessa, who was very nice and easy to communicate with and who apologized for the mistake made. I was fully refunded for the part.Horrible company and customer service. I bought a radiator fan from them. They said they test their parts. After paying a mechanic to install it I found out part did not work! I was without a car for a few weeks due to this company’s incompetence and lies. Getting a refund was a nightmare! They tried so hard to tell me that the part was working… then they blamed the mechanic and wires.After ordering a new fan from a different company, it worked excellent. I returned the broken fan to Eco Green but I got only half of what I paid as a refund because they said the part I returned wasn’t theirs! Although there is a serial number on it, they seem to be clueless or just greedy and money driven. I would never recommend them to anyone based on my horrendous experience.

I had no idea who this company was, but after finding out the Transmission Control Module I needed was $800 new and $600 refurbished, I knew I needed to find a better option. They had the part I needed salvage for $110 and shipped it Fedex for $15. Best part of it was I had it on my doorstep in less than 3 days. Great business, fair prices, and fast shipping.

I live 2 hours away. I had called about an engine they had on Thurs, told its still available. Offer to pay for it or leave a deposit over phone. Told not necessary, make sure I get here before 12 so they have forklift driver here to load it. Living 2 hours away, I had to plan my whole day around this. Long story short, apprently Friday night after telling me to come get it, they decided they are going to keep it and rebuild the engine, and no one tells me. Wasted my whole Saturday. Liars.

This is a great junkyard. Forgot the guys name who helped me out but I bought a 2grfe motor and the whole process went fantastic. Also wanted to let the owners know how well it went for me. Im rebuilding this motor so keep in mind my review is biased towards knowing what Im getting into.

A/C went out on my Cadillac friday night, and is easily a grand to repair. Hopped online and started researching how to replace the compressor and an ebay ad popped up for the compressor I need for literally nothing. Ordered saturday and picked up in person at 8am on monday. Part was installed this afternoon and works perfect. All in all, less than $100 and 6 hours of work and I have a brand new A/C. Definately recommend this place.

I have been purchasing parts for almost 20 years for my dealership. I have seen some of the worst companies and some of the best in my time and this company is one of the top tier they have gone beyond my expectations. Ordered 2 doors from Casey shipped to my body shop received in excellent condition when they installed them the rear door regulator didn’t work I notified him and he shipped a new regulator out THE SAME DAY when I called that evening. I received it installed it no issues no hassles! Thanks again I will be a returning customer!

Really bad experience with them. I purchased a hybrid module from them for $500 and paid a shop another $500 for the installation only to find out this module was fried and didnt work. I called the gentlemen from this place and he told me We dont warranty electronics so i wasnt able to get anything from them - not even my money back. I took apart the module they sent me and took a picture of the electric board that was fried. Im opening a case with Paypal and ebay as a result. Please check your parts before selling them and for buyers - beware do not buy electronics from these guys otherwise youll lose both parts & labor moneyEdit: I couldn’t have returned it within 30 days because it costs $500 of labor to take it out and return it so makes no sense. Then the car sat for a few months like a hunk of steel the mileage didn’t go up 1 mile over 5 months because the module didn’t work.

After what happened below they contacted me to make it right. Everyone makes mistakes. Good on them for the follow-up.....Bad business, had to babysit them to get them to process my order. Their inaction cost me about $200.00 in extra rental car fees because they cant get their act together to ship an order.I ordered on Friday and the woman said they would ship Monday. Here it is Wednesday afternoon and they havent even pulled the part to ship it.I recommend paying twice whatever these guys want for a part elsewhere, it will probably save you money, as it would have for me. For the extra rental fees I had to pay because of their ineptitude, I could have just bought a new part fron the dealer.Shame on you Eco Green, the worst.

I have been around junkyards for over 40 years some good some not so good but I must say East Colonial auto parts has been a different experience and really isnt as I think of a junkyard at all. The staff from the office to the back are very polite and helpful. The parking is excellent and the office is very clean and modern, not what youd expect at a so called [ junkyard ]. I recommend anyone needing a recycled auto part for their car to go to East Colonial auto parts.

Bought some wheels from ECO Green on eBay. Very good communication and if a product they are shipping differs at all from the description theyre very prompt in working with you to resolve the issue BEFORE they send it. Theyre very honest and I hope to do business with them again!

Very, very good customer service!Eco Green shipped me a used, replacement mirror assembly for a 2002 Mercedes SLK320. UPS crushed the box during delivery, so the mirror arrived damaged. My contact at Eco Green pursued a claim against UPS and did a great job staying in touch with me during the process. Email responses were prompt and informative.Importantly, Eco Green refunded my entire purchase price + shipping cost very quickly and even before the UPS claim was resolved.If someone wanted to point out an example of what customer service should be like, Eco Green would be a good choice.

Purchased an Audi A4 Alternator from them, it arrived quickly but they sent me the wrong alternator. When I request an exchange, they ignored my messages. Meanwhile, they increased the price of the part they were supposed to ship to me by 38% and kept it listed on eBay. Scammy, con artist and shady as a back alley electronics store. Buyer beware.

If i could give zero stars I would... Bought an 6.0 engine from them with 120,000 miles. I was told i had a 101 day warranty for the engine. I disassembled the motor for inspection and paint and found the camshaft had a bearing stuck to the camshaft. This motor was going into a show car hence the reason for paint. The motor was never installed into a vehicle and never fired up. Manager would not warranty the motor and now I have wasted $1384.50. I was told the paint voided the warranty which I was NOT told at the time of purchase nor does the Invoice state anything like this. I asked to talk to the owner and was told I could not. What kind of owner doesnt want to talk to his customers??? I was never asked how they could help. I was only told how they couldnt help me.

I was kind of skeptical about buying a engine from out of state as you dont get to put your hands on it but KC was very helpful he sent me pictures prior to removing the engine from the vehicle along while sending me pictures once it was out and once it was ready to be sent out on a pallet. Bought a $2500 motor that was advertised as having 26K miles and when it got here, my mechanic ran a VIN check and discovered it had 50K miles. Disputed charge through PayPal and directly with the vendor and we agreed to a $400 partial refund. My mechanic then installed the motor and in 5 minutes, there was a puddle of oil on the floor where the cracked timing cover was leaking. Now I cant dispute through PayPal because I accepted the dispute resolution and I have no idea yet what this newly discovered problem is going to cost me to fix. Awaiting a reply from the vendor to my email advising of this newly discovered problem ....1 mistake I get but 2 with a single transaction?

So tell me how they sell me the wrong part but yet I cant get a refund, just store credit, what so you can screw me over again, thats bad business and we will not be going back here again. Oh and the receipt says all electronical items and body parts are sold as is, says nothing about a refund policy or store credit. A rim is not really a body part anyway its a accessory a body part to me and most people is a piece of the body you take off. Duh.. body part. Idk, I just cant believe they sold me the wrong size after I called with the description of vehicle and size I needed. Smh. If your management team would like to get back to me and make it right the guy at the front desk has my number...

Came in to the location because I found a used part I needed on ebay for $19.99 with FREE SHIPPING. I thought since it was a locally owned and run junkyard that they would be willing to work on the price since i was there in person with CASH to pick up the used part. I had $20 cash with me and the bigger young guy with the beard was not having it. He insisted that I pay the full ebay price plus tax despite me showing up in person with cash to save them on ebay fees and shipping. He then insisted on trying to lecture me on how tax works and couldnt understand the concept of taking $2 off the asking price to compensate for the tax added. Real shame when a local business takes priority to ebay sales over giving local customers a decent deal. I wasnt even asking for much off the price, just the $2 in tax. Given it was only $2 it was the concept of them not being willing to give their in person local customers a deal that made me walk out. Never been to a junkyard not willing to negotiate on price. Thankfully I found the same part at another salvage yard down the road for nearly half of the price than what eco green had it listed for.**edit to owner response**There is no fixing the situation, i came in, offered cash and there was no room for negotiation on your employees part from the listed ebay price plus tax despite you not having to pay shipping. I stated in my review I already found the part for a cheaper price down the road so what is done is done. Train your employees to recognize when they will make more money off a part selling local rather than having to pay ebay fees and shipping an item.

What a great service, as a woman going to a junker is not a fun thing, I was looking for an auto part and when online to look for it, I sent an email to Ecogreen asking for the product and got a response inmediately stating they had it in stock, went to the shop and there was my used part ready for me, the price was good and the part was super clean. Apparently the place is under new management.The previous owner was rude, abusive, impatient, and hot tempered. I purchased a part and his underage son rang me up. The father/owner was yelling at his son and being verbally abusive in front of customers. Sympathizing with him, I said, your dads pretty tough, huh? and he sighed and said, yeah... .Another time I went in there unsuccessful at finding a part, and I happened to see a damaged car outside with a good engine. I asked how much he was asking for it. He replied, $800 so I said, oh, ok, thanks. He then asked me why I didnt want it, and I told him I thought it was going to be a lot less than that. As I was leaving, he asked me how much I wanted to give him and I told him I thought it was going to be around $250. He exploded and said I was insulting him and started yelling at me while customers were there. I told him thats how much I thought it would be and while he continued to yell at me, I just quietly walked out to my car and left.Very unprofessional.
