Millenia Auto Body was fantastic! I was searching for somewhere to take my Mercedes after someone sideswiped me. I called one place and they said it would be 2 weeks before they could even see me. I called Millenia Auto Body and they told me I could bring my car immediately. They were very nice and pleasant the first phone call. I contacted my insurance and they handeled it from there. When I arrived I had my rental car waiting for me by the very nice lady at the front desk. Then I was greeted by Omar, the owner of Millenia Auto Body (which I did not know at the time).....he actually did my paperwork and walked out with me and looked at the damage. He was so nice and caring about what happened to me. They told me not to worry and I felt I was in great hands. They had my car for almost two weeks. They updated me every other day of the progress and the repairs. I picked my car up and it looked just like it did when I bought it! Kudos to Millenia Auto Body and their 5 Star service!

Was given an estimate for body work $2,000 3 days later they call and say the repair will cost $4,000. They never called for authorization, when I told them not to do the work they claimed my $2,000 was non-refundable. Either they don’t know their business or they are scammers. I will assume the latter. Buyer beware with this place.

I went in to get some work done on my Mercedes G63 wagon. I first had a clear coat put on to protect and keep it shiny which turned out amazing. Then I had Omar put some custom bucket seats in the trunk space to serve as a “3rd row” seat 4 more people. Omar and his staff did an amazing job with my 2010 Honda Pilot. Full paint job, including new rims which was Omars suggestion along with new size tires. This is my second time doing business with Millenia Auto Body! Millenia Auto Body is my most FAVORITE body shop! Their the best body shop in Central Florida! They give you quality auto body work in a timely manner! They fix your car and it looks perfect! I drive a Toyota but they work on high end luxury vehicles also. My most favorite service guy is Miguel C., his professionalism is awesome! As a matter of fact everyone their is awesome; from the moment you call or walk in the building service is amazing. The lady at the front desk is very nice also. This is a very honest body shop! I promise I would not go anywhere else! The establishment is nice and clean and Millenia Auto Body even have their own bottle water which taste delicious!

My only issue is the attention to detail wasnt quite as high as I had hoped after reading other reviews. The spoiler I had them install does not sit flush, they informed me it was just an error in the design on the spoiler but after adjusting it myself I could see they damaged the mounting bracket on the spoiler.While they did run the brake cable they didnt tuck it away behind the carpet as hidden as it could have been. At over $150 I hoped for a bit more attention to detail than this considering it took them an hour. I paid $75 more than every other quote I had gotten hoping for perfect, but I have to reinstall this myself now.

Loved how they kept me in the loop the entire time. Even though I had issues with my insurance (took me almost a month for them to send me a check), the car was done washed and cleaned!. Never seen my car shine as bright as it did! Loved the service and people. Will use again!

After having to meet this group/company through the worst possible way, a Car Accident, who knew you would end up at a Custom Body Shop as opposed to a fly by night chop shop?Living in South Florida as long as I have and witnessing chop shop style insurance scam places, I was weary of where my vehicle would end up in Orlando.To my absolute surprise it ended up in the Saks 5th Ave of Body Shops. The place is beautiful. Not to mention the cars being worked on will ease your mind as theres little to no jalopies but instead high end cars and exotics.Upon arrival youre treated like a good friend. The smiling faces and welcoming hand shakes help a lot in that moment of sadness where your hard earned money has been crashed.This was back in February of 2020. Each step of the two month process to get my car back to new they kept me in the loop. Not unlike how family does when a family member is ill. And the work they performed? Top Notch. I have been over it with a fine tooth comb and cannot find a flaw in their work. And let me tell you, it wasnt a simple fender bender. After my car suffered a hit and run they made sure insurance was paying out enough money to truly cover the damages like they should be, not simply take what they were giving initially and run off of that. There very unprofessional and my car was returned to me with additional damage. My car was also returned to me with the gas tank on empty even though there was gas in my car when I initially dropped off my car. Additional supplements were not submitted to the insurance company until I brought this to there attention because they refused to release my car. There was trash left in my car as well as my trunk mat was completely gone. I contacted them about the damage as well as my mat and have yet to receive a response. Please save yourself the time and unprofessionalism displayed by this business and choose a shop that makes customer service and quality work a top priority.

This is the go to place in Orlando if you want to get AlloyGator Wheel Rim Protectors installed. They installed them exactly the way they are supposed to and they look absolutely perfect. Its a shame AlloyGators are so hard to get in the US but I was able to get them shipped from the UK where they’re made and Millenia Auto Body had no issue installing them for me. I can barely notice they’re even on since they match so perfect and I’m very glad the guys here at Millenia Auto Body knew what they were doing. I found this place just researching on the internet and am pleased I did since they were also able to do some custom work I wanted done on my Lexus GS 350. Their prices are extremely fair and the quality of work shows for it. I was looking around for a place to paint the chrome trim on my car in Gloss Black and most places don’t ever want to paint on chrome but these guys got it spot on with their multi step process and the final product is professional grade just as you’d expect from a custom body shop and exactly what I wanted. I’m planning on going back to them to get the rest of the trim done on my car since they also gave me VERY fair and competitive estimate and I was very impressed with their attention to detail from what I originally explained to them when I dropped it off. They accommodated me very well with the Covid pandemic and turn around was timely and on point with my car being ready exactly when they said it would. I’d personally recommend this place to anyone wanting custom work or even looking for a reliable place to get their car repaired by a shop that pays attention to detail. Be sure to ask for Miguel if you go or call since he’s been super helpful and he gave me tons of advice on the customizations I’m going for.Update:They recently as of Sep 2020 just did a conversion on my bumper from a 2015 Lexus GS350 to the 2016+ Lexus GS350 body style and it came out perfect considering the bumper kit was poor quality and required tons of adjusting and aligning but final product was perfect!

Highly recommend Millenia Auto Body. Ive been looking for a really good body shop for a long while and didnt want to take my precious brand new 2018 AMG E63S because once someone fooled me with my 2013 AMG C63.Someone I really trust recommended Millenia Auto, and they DID A REALLY GOOD JOB, they actually did more than I actually expected. They did the installation for my front lip, trunk spoiler and painted my wheels in SATIN BLACK, their work came out perfect, when I say perfect I mean PERFECT in the real sense of the word. Dont be too intimated with all the expensive cars out front. The shop is huge, customer area is nice with ac, tv, chairs, and filled with great, kind, and professional people. I dropped in on a Saturday with my Subaru cause the inner fender popped out and was rubbing the tire. They really took care of me and my baby. I would definitely come back if my baby needed more work and recommend them.

They did an amazing job, when they fixed my car the first time when it was in an accident. Went back to fix my sliding door and they did a great job both times would highly recommend their service to anyone who needs a body shop

I absolutely love the service here. I had an accident with my Mercedes c300 I called them and they made everything so easy from checking my damages to communication with any updates. Miguel was who was assigned to me was so awesome Deliz is such a sweetheart she dealt with me and answered all my questions. They send text notifications to update on the status. Btw they are Certified by Mercedes Benz to work on these cars. Great place,Great people and awesome service!
