Nothing but disappointment from this place. My shop had done business with them years ago before I came into the company and stopped using them because they were unreliable. Now I try to give them a second chance. They delivered several parts to us in the last month and everything went well. Ordered a part online yesterday, come to find out they took us off the delivery list because they cancelled our route and wont ship anything to us. Their parts might be way cheaper than Keystone, but I dont have ANY of these issues with any other comany.

They have parts but sometimes not all and if they do they take long to serve you and parts has to be verified before leaving getting to fenders one capa and other one another brand are not the same they should know that!!!!! Personal at back has to be trained for more experience not just grab the part and take it to the client but the puerrorican guy on the computer is the. Best guy hes awesome with clients

Great aftermarket parts supplier sadly the pricing isnt competitive enough to make it useful. The staff, the customer service is above par and next day delivery is great. Its a shame they have become priced out of market because this company is a client dedicated provider and a delight to work with.

This place makes no sense on google they say open and then you get here and closed from 12:30 to 1:30 pm whoever the genius was that came up with that business strategy needs to be replaced fast. They made the first mistake of not getting our parts delivered and then tell us we have to wait another day? guys get it together. This will be the last time I come here! Also my driver came here waited for over an hour just to tell him they made a mistake with out parts. Last time for real

I get most of my aftermarket body parts at a great price, but the pick-up wait times are sometimes ridiculous.

Service has been horrible lately....if you can get someone on the phone. Bought from them for years since they were Unique, but they need to desperately hire some phone reps. No reason I should be on hold for 15 mins almost every single time I call now. Hire some people if your that busy! Shape up or Ill take my business elsewhere.-Concerned Customer.

Horrible place, I have to call 4 or 5 times at least before i get my parts, first they send parts to the wrong address, second they send it again to wrong address, third they also send to wrong address, fourth they dont put it on the truck and delete my order, horrible employees no one wants to work i told them 3 times the address and still didnt get it, it would have been much faster to buy the parts on ebay, what a headache dealing with these employees, if it was my business i would have fired them all, very poor management ..

Sold a part that did not fit at all. Just because it was painted they wont return a piece of junk metal that is completely useless. Why anybody would sell something that isnt what it supposed to be and not allow a return is ridiculous. DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THESE PEOPLE. Selling a part that doesnt fit then not taking a return is horrible customer service. You could of sold me a toaster and that would have been just as useful as selling me a fender that DOES NOT FIT. No wonder you have a 3 star review. I called your manager and nobody called back. Worst company ever.

Worsts place ever to order parts from. i called and ordered parts and was supposed to hav them delivered. when i called to get the status on my order they had no idea what i was talking about. Always a different person that picks up when you call. Do not waste your time with these people. Gave me the run around and when asked about the parts 2 weeks later the girl was very rude and told me the parts were on the truck just be patient.

Bought Headlights For 2004 gmc. Do not work. Customer Cannot See. Design Looks Wrong. Have Been Unable to reach The Company For Return. Now Past 15 Days. Phone Has Been Answering - UNABLE TO TRANSFER AT THIS TIME. WE ARE A COMMERCIAL ACCT.

Been doing business here for years. The last couple months service has been awful. Hold for at least 15 mins minimum then they answer the phone again and tell you to continue to hold. Think I may take my business elsewhere. If they are so busy they should have more than 1 salesperson. Very disappointed with KSI.

Probably the worst customer service out there. It kills me to go into places like this. One of those businesses that have a niche in the market for their products that almost forces you to utilize them. Every time I go here I leave mad from dealing with their staff. As a company you would think they would put their staff with no people skills in the back somewhere and not at the front door as receptionist

Young lady at the front desk os always nice. They took care of problem and got the part I needed. They even help me put it into my car.
