I came in with an aftermarket pioneer stereo installed wrong in a car I had just bought. The Bluetooth wouldn’t work. They fixed it same day for under $100 and I was in an out super quick. They were also super friendly and the shop was nice! Definitely recommend

Happened a few months ago but irritates me EVERY DAY since… Driving=Music=me HAPPY. Brought iPhone compatible car play system to install. When driving home, music cut in and out. Brought back. Said must be defect in radio. Ordered replacement. They charged another installment fee, sound on radio sucks, back up camera requires manual turn on. When I remember to turn on, nearly hit people, cars, mailboxes. Thought I was crazy. Husband looked and image is flipped. Looks like the they used the front camera connection instead of the rear. Dangerous. Never going back there again. I’m afraid at what they will mess up next.

I just recently got a system hooked into my car and despite being Labor Day they still fit me in. Sammy and his team hooked it up! My 18 year old nephew wanted me to install new speakers and headunit (what should have been easy) only to find a cluster poop of wires spliced and capped all over the car even in the back amp and crossover. Previous owner never disclosed any of that to my poor nephew. I told him his car needs to go to pros and went straight to Audio Excellence. They completely redid the entire thing and started from scratch. Super clean install and sounds awesome! Thank you guys for making me the cool uncle! LOL

Always referred everyone I knew to this place since years ago I had great experience with system installation came product and service we received but recently its the opposite I bought a amp wiring kit spent 95 buck on it and didnt end up needing it and was not the right one never opened it and I tried to return it and was never told when purchased that no refunds or anything so basically wasted 100 bucks and the employee was not at all understanding or even try to help .its not like its open and used or alot of time passed its only been a week.quote only been a week since purchased so not sure why the response was that it was more then 60 days ago and can get store credit because I never even said its been that long ?

Not a single negative thing to say about these guys!I recently got new speakers installed at another place and was not happy with the sound quality I was getting. I immediately searched for new places to try and came across Audio Excellence, figured I would give them a try to see if they could help me out. Sammy took one look at my car (2012 Camaro) and new exactly what I was needing to get better quality. They ended up giving me an amazing deal on a new pioneer radio and dash kit. Only took a few hours to install and I was on my way. The work is very clean, and neat. And he nailed it because the sound quality is definitely tons better. I already told them I would be back in a few weeks to get a bass kit installed as well and he already knew exactly what would sound and fit best. They are amazing!! I completely recommend.

This place is awesome! I was looking for someone for awhile that could get the quality of sound I was looking for without the feeling of being robbed after. I couldn’t be happier with his work! Sammy and his whole team were welcoming, helpful, and courteous. From simply offering me a water to figuring out how to get 2 massive 12 inch subs in my car! When I called, he was able to see me quickly. He got the install in and at first the subs weren’t sounding right and I got nervous but he assured me he could fix the problem. It was late in the evening and not everything could be finished by the end on the day. Sammy told me to come back the next day and he’d fix everything up and he did just that! By the time it was time to pick up my car it definitely didn’t sound the same after that! (in a good way) With the work he and his team put into my car and HOW he helped me too! I’m goin go back every time I need something done. I’d honestly recommend him to anyone looking for a way enhance your vehicle.

So I will start by saying it has been an absolute nightmare to get a proper system installed in my 2013 Cadillac Escalade. I originally took my vehicle to a shop which I was recommended to they spent all day installing it n they charged me $300 and it sounded terrible and they basically said that I would need two separate amplifiers which would mean that I would have to pay two separate times I have them both installed which I thought it was ridiculous so I left. I then allowed my buddy to try to fix the issue because he convinced me that he knew what he was doing and basically was stuck in the same situation. For whatever reason the vehicle is just not allowing the subs to perform like they were supposed to. I was then referred to Audio Excellence and at this point I was really kind of over having these installed in my car because it seem too much trouble. I dropped the Cadillac off with them and later on that evening they called me and told me that everything was completed I was very skeptical because I’ve had nothing but issues but literally the sound was night and day difference. They were super friendly and I’m not gonna lie these subs hit so hard and actually made my ears sore lol. That’s what i am talking about.Would for sure recommend them 100%.

I had wired 4 sets of rock lights on my Jeep. One on each wheel. I ordered another set, two spot light and a light bar. I installed them but didn’t work. Went to this place and asked if they could fix them and hide all the wires. They said yes. They tell me it is done so when I pick it up the spot lights, bar and the first set of rock lights work. I paid them $600. The second set came on but just blinked and were uncontrollable or accessible in the app. They told me that I had ruined the control box and two of the lights but it is wired and ready for me to plug in when I replace it. I ordered another set. It did the same thing. I took it to them and left my Jeep over night. They charged me another $200 and told me that it was an app issue and would not pick up the control box. I spoke to the company that made the lights and they replaced it. When it came in I got the same results. They told me to bring it by again. Curious I took both of the control boxes that they said was broken and hooked directly to the battery and bypassed their wiring. Both worked perfectly. I took them back to auto excellent and demonstrated it. They refused to believe it was a wiring issue but couldn’t explain why it worked on battery. They said they would look at it again but have to charge me again and couldn’t tell me what they were going to look at because the wiring guy let his ego get in the way and refused to admit something was wrong. Also on the initial wiring they moved my lights around so I had 4 lights that worked but not every tire had a light so I couldn’t even use those. I’m out of pocket $800 and three sets of Rock Lights. I made about 8 trips to them. Each trip the owner would say “I’ll take care of you, we will get it working. I asked “how can you see them working on the battery and then tell me this is not a wiring error. They couldn’t and just watched me drive away. One very mistreated and angry person that would never let them near my Jeep again. Word of mouth travels further than reviews.

Great experience, Hospitality was awsome, the work was quality, due to my alternator going out I had to return the next day after problem was fixed. They did not hesitate nor procrastinate in finishing the job. They actually were waiting when I arrived. I recommend this audio company to anyone whose seeking professional work done to their car. Wish I had known about this place for the work Ive had previously!

Experience in person was not bad, decent customer service. To have them order the box and say it will be about 5 days and turn into 2 WEEKS and still nothing. Terrible, which is why i am giving 2 stars. I AM however changing my rating for the review because the Manager/Owner responded and took care of everything. Kept in touch with me accordingly. They installed the Poineer radio inisde my 05 Lexsus Rx330 i must say I cant complain job was done professionally and neat for a reasonable price but maybe someonelse could find a better price if you look around. It took around 4 to 5 hours to get the car back, he did explain that I would have taken some time though I didnt mind. I just need to change my factory speakers cause they shaking to much.

Called and instantly they tried over charging me, their quote was 350$ higher than any other here, just for a radio swap, guy on the phone was super pushy and rude and didn’t let me talk, also wanted to charge me 200$ for a part i got at Best Buy for 55$. This place is a scam and i don’t need to go there to know that.

I had my windows tinted on my 2020 Ford Edge at Audio Excellence. They did a great job. No bubbles and the tint looks great. They even washed and vacuumed my vehicle when they were done. I would recommend having window tinting done to your vehicle at Audio Excellence!!

Went there because I had some problems with my amp. It took them just a couple minutes to figure out what’s wrong, how to fix and how long it would take. They gave me an appointment right away and a really good deal. I talked to a the guys that work their and they are all super friendly. They have like a section where you can wait ( it’s like a living room). I asked a couple question and all of them got answered. Super nice place, clean work, really good quality for an amazing price!
