Ive been a customer of Tyrones for going on 20 years. I can only say that hes always been polite and prompt, and weve been very pleased with the quality of the appliances.

Lately the service and quality of appliances has gone down. Not professional at all anymore. Im still waiting on my washing machine that was being repaired for 2 years now. Since 1993 i was a loyal customer but i now spend my money where its appreciated.

Very dishonest and rude people! They have no respect for peoplet time or business. They took a few appliances from my house to deliver to a different house (Airbnb). Its been 2 weeks now that I am calling them everyday but they keep on lying to me that the owner Tyrone is not there. Today I called them maybe 20 times and they unplugged their phone on me and stopped answering my messages and hang up the phone on me as soon as I say hello. I even spoke to the owner himself and he hung up the phone and stopped answering. The owner has his rude kids running the business and will not talk to customers when there is an issue. His kids dont pass messages to him so its a very disorganized business. I have contacted Orange County Sheriff and will be starting a civil suit since they have damaged my business.

I am a Property Manager and have bought several used appliances for rental properties here. All are in good condition at very good prices. Delivery is also reasonably priced. I wish they had a better parking lot though. Gets muddy sometimes and hard to park on the uneven dirt. But its worth that small inconvenience for good service and good prices.

Personally I wouldn’t buy anything from these people. The family is unfriendly it was a terrible experience. We bought a refrigerator last year for $360 they gave us a bad refrigerator. Doesn’t keep anything cold at all. Now we are looking for a new refrigerator. Save your money and time and go to Home Depot or Lowe’s anywhere but Quality Appllances!!

I have bought appliances here for over 10 years - GREAT value! Refridges, washers, dryers, dishwashers - Tyrone is super: if you dont find what you want, heck back in a few days, he gets new stuff all the time. The store aint pretty, but the prices sure are

I will not purchase another used appliance at this business. Was told that someone would come out and look at my top load machine for free. The machine was not spinning nor the tub wouldnt drain. When repair man arrived I had to leave the house therefore my daughter was left to handle any concerns that he might have. Upon returning home my daughter said that he had changed$95.00. I asked did he leave a receipt detailing what the changes were for, and she said no. Of course I was very upset. I drove to the store to state my concerns. The owner was very rude when I confronted him about the service and no receipt . He said that $75 was changed for coming out and $20 for the lid switch. None of this was explained to me before rendering service by the owner nor the repair guy. I feel that deceit and taking advantage of us was intentional. Buyer be ware. This is the behavior that gives BLK businesses a bad reputation.

First off if I could give negative stars I would!!The owner is a liar, I came to the wrong store and he told me that he was someone else which I found out he wasnt after I purchased a fridge. They were 3 hours late on delivery day, after the property was sold ( less than 60 days after purchased) it stopped working. The owner came out to fix the fridge, and two days later it stopped working again. After 3 days of back and forth conversations we came to an agreement to fix or replace it & they brought out a loner.We were told the loner would be swapped on Monday. Monday comes were told the new one would be delivered Friday. Friday comes & were pushed to Monday again. Over the weekend the owners purchase a new fridge. Monday comes were told Wednesday!! I let them know the fridge has been replaced and they need to pick up the loner and give us a refund. We were denied a full refund and told wed only receive partial.The first pick up was scheduled at 12-1pm to prevent any damage to the fridge it was kept inside because this was around the time of Hurricane Dorian. The homeowner leaves work for lunch returns at 2pm (late for work) b/c they show up at 4pm. The 2nd pick was scheduled b/t 5-6 pm, once again not outside to prevent damage, they show up b/t 12-1pm. This time the owner calls me complaining they have to come out again. they schedule for Saturday afternoon and this time the fridge is outside NO ONE SHOWS UP!!!A week goes by not one phone call to pick it up. So I finally call no answers, they ignored my phone calls for a week and a half, I had to rent a trailer and bring it to them myself.Upon my arrival TODAY I was still refused a full refund and was blamed for the fridge not being picked up!!This place is horrible!! I didnt find out the owners name until I read their reviews and they speak for themselves!!! DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE!!!! They are crooks, rude, shady and conduct bad business. I love supporting small businesses and I have NEVER written a bad review but the owners here will play games with you and cheat you out of your money!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!

My daughter bought a washer and dryer set from this place, i recommended this place she has had problems from day one with the dryer, she wants her money back for the dryer!!But the guy is trying to give her a hard time i hate to have to sue for the price of a used dryer but looks like....

I recently purchased a refrigerator from this place. After reading some of the reviews, I must admit I was a bit skeptical. I found a decently priced unit but out of an abundance of caution, I shopped a few other used places that afternoon. Nothing came close to the quality of the fridge I selected in price or quality. I found Sonia to be very direct, not the friendliest but not rude by any measure. My experience here was good. Delivery people were on time and very nice and helpful too.

I had a great experience with this company. Sonia (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) went above and beyond to try to help me. Since Im not very mechanically inclined she sent someone out to fix the problem with my washer. He was efficient, knew the problem within a minute and down to earth type of person. I highly recommend this company.

They never answer the phone if you have appointment and nobody shows up. You must call almost everyday to see when they will fix the problem.

Dont do it. Go somewhere else. They will ultimately screw you over. DONT SHOP THERE. They will take your money and then if you have problems, they avoid you. You may bring back bugs too, it was a awlful, awlful, experience.

Service call charge seems expensive. $175 bill to remove lint from a vent of which only $25 was the cost of the few minutes work involved. A job I could have easily done myself in seconds if I was there at the time, alas my tenants did not investigate.

No customer service and bad quality!

I purchased a GE top loading Washing matching from an elderly woman with my husband a few months ago. The sale went fine and they installed after collecting a $30 delivery fee (I live less than a mile from store). Last week my husband and I noticed the machine wasnt draining nor spinning. It just says Lid Open even though its closed. I reported the issue on 9/13/1017 and was told by an Un identified male that he would send someone to look at it. Two white males arrived at my home the next day, and looked at the machine for about an hour and said boss is gonna have this picked up to bring to the shop, hell call you tomorrow to pick it up. The next day at 3pm while Im working I received a call from the owner Tyrone who says he has a guy on his way now to pick up the machine. I let him know Im not home and am working. He immediately grew frustrated and let me hear his grumbling. I said to him my office staff can open the apartment and he says ok, and hangs up. Since the Machine was picked up on Monday 9/18 Ive not been called for any updates. I call, and they dont answer or when they do I get Tyrone who actually hung up on me today saying, Didnt I tell you we just got our power back on! Theyre other people ahead of you! And he hung up!Ive never felt so disrespected by a supposedly professional business. Tyrone, I pray that you reap what youre sowing because the way you have treated me and talked to me is shameful!

I recently purchased a dryer from the store and had it delivered. Within hours of delivery the dryer stopped working. I called the store or the next day to ask the procedure. I was told that they would send one over and that it was the fuse. When asked if it was not the fuse, the worker stated that she was sure that it was and failed to answer my question. As a new customer, I felt as if I was not being helped. When is it okay to not try and make sure that a customer is happy and satisfied. I was disappointed to say the least and would never recommend buying an appliance from them.

My wife and I have purchased two sets of washer/dryers from this store. Our first purchase is 2014 was fine. Although the wife of the owner was rude our products worked and the price was reasonable so when we needed another washer in 2017 we purchased from them. Sadly we should never have. The owners are so unprofessional and unbelievably rude. The washer they sold to me in 2017 stop draining/spinning 2 months after purchased. Since it was under warranty we called to have them fix it. I called to ask for a repair service and the owner (middle aged black male) promised the technician would be there to look at the machine. No one showed up. This went on for days and they finally came to pick it up just prior to Hurricane Irma. Weeks passed and my wife and I are calling asking for our machine back. They were so rude. The owner hung up on my wife after screaming at her that their power was just restored, and I quote youre not the only customer we have maam!!! After filing a BBB complaint they returned the machine after keeping it 3 weeks.Then a month later it happened again. I called to ask for a repair and the same lousy service. Me and my wife calling and asking if the technician would come and being told each day, hes headed to you next. On the 8th day of this the owner tells me I remember you. Your wife filed a complaint on my store. Matter of fact I wont send my guy to you. How about that. And he hung up.This company gives small black business a bad name. They only care about money. Once you pay them they could care less. They dont care about their repor or customer satisfaction. Ive never been treated like this from a place of business.

Called this place and spoke to Sonia. She is a VERY rude girl. She said she would have a person out in the morning but never called to let me know no one was coming out.When I called the next day she acted like I was bothering her and said she would call me back in 15 minutes. An hour later she still hadnt called so I called back and she was irate like I was bothering her. She said to be patient because they had an employee call off the day before and she needed to make her schedule for the next day.So I waited 5 more hours hoping she would have been finished with her scheduling. Of course I received a rude response again and was hung up on.This is one unprofessional place to deal with.Thanks for nothing Quality Appliances and Sonia!!!

Places like this are what give appliance repair companies a nd name, told one thing on the phone and another when they have your appliance apart. When u madethe appointment I was told the $59.99 diagnostic fed would be waived if I had the work done. Then the repairman said no its included in the price meanning added to parts and labor. I had him call his boss who said the same. RIPOFF!!On top of that he wanted to charge $255 for a simple counterweight install. That was after he quoted me far more to replace other parts and I said I wouldnt do the work. Please dont make the same mistake and stay away from Quality Appliance in Orlando FL.
