Bad service. Dont go there!I called them to install my dishwasher. I paid in advance, and they scheduled me five days later. I specified to them twice what time I want them to be there so someone can be present. They discarded my request and did what was convenient for them. I was busy working. They claimed they called, which did not appear on my phone, and they never left a message to inform me. The lady kept on emailing me instead. As if I will drop everything while I am busy at work to respond to her. When I didnt call her right away, they sent their installer back. So, either I do what they want, or I will lose my chance. I demanded my money back after this nonsense. The owner/manager didnt even care to talk to me or care to gain a first-time customer. Basically, they want the customer to accommodate them instead of them accommodating the customer.

Only hire if you want them to ignore you after taking your money. Hired this company to perform a job for us. I paid in advance and they did their thing. While on site, the techs that came out saw and noted that the issue for which I hired them was a result of their own fault from the last time they came out. They ignored all calls and emails, voicemails to their company. Very upset with this company whom I would not consider reputable. Very unfair to ignore me when I paid you a large amount in advance and should not be billed because you guys messaged up the install on your last visit!

Making an investment such as ours my job name was Louis. Maybe psart owner too I believe. If not he should be given a raise as ge. Really. Makes the company look good. i found by talking to my neighbors that Appliance Alliance does. Most of all the Subzero installations as most of my neighbors said they did their installations as well. And everyone is overly pleased. The technician even. Iffered to polish and clean my othrr appliances that my builder installed. Like. The washer and drier in the laundry room. They carried away all boxes and packaging. And left nothing for my wife to clean up or throw away after. she has been very stressed over this move from the money we spthe Ordeal of relocating. And having all utilities tirned on and the whole moving experience but I am so thankful that where the Appliances were concerned we had no stress Appliabnxce Alliance professionalism. Handled everything so this was the easiest. Part of the moving nightmare so ill take ythis opportuniyty to publically thank them for a job so well done. I will never use anyone else to do anything that they do. If there is a perfect company this is it from the sweet lady on the phone that was so willing to work with me to the technicians. Every aspect was done perfectly. We are planning to have a housewarming party and invite all. The subcontraxctors that workrefd in our To come ans.d see their finished product. And I am hoping.
