Did a full kitchen remodel and purchased all our appliances from Aggressive. We did comparison shop and found their prices to be competitive. We made our decision based on Aggressive having their own installation and maintenance force as opposed to others that relied on contractors. The opening on their voice mail system has the owner identifying himself so if escalation is needed you know who to go to. The sales process, Jim Balano was our guy, was easy, thorough and professional. The installation team of Mike and Sean were on time, extremely professional and accommodating. It was a great experience and strongly recommend that if you are looking for appliances you include Aggressive in your search.

Wow, why have I not been to this place before to buy home appliances???? We went there a few days ago and bought a new refrigerator, microwave and dryer. Westin the associate helped us by answering our questions and getting delivery and everything set up. Now I know why there are so many positive comments about this place! I will return here for sure the next time we need a new appliance and will gladly recommend them to everyone I can…

We have used them before for repairs and replacements for rentals through the years and always found them very competitive and reliable.However this is the first interaction we have had with the fancy stuff. The showroom was top notch and that was a great experience. The lead times (although not great) were clearly communicated and updated. We went to aggressive to purchase a wall oven. The appliance industry has been hit hard with the pandemic going on. The ETA on the oven was about 7 weeks out, but aggressive worked their magic and a wall unit was expedited immediately, it was delivered today! A surprising 2 week wait!The install didn’t go as smoothly, the techs came out and said the electrical wiring was incorrect, so $100 later…electrician came out to investigate. Turns out they were looking at it wrong. Did we now miss the install window? I called aggressive, told them what occurred and they sent out another tech team. Caesar & Albert…they were the absolute best!! They worked a way to install this heavy wall uint without having the proper equipment( ie:all dolly). They had an out of the box idea and it worked! We now have a new working oven! So happy! Thanks to Yaritza, Jim, Eric and the install team Caesar & Albert!

We purchased all our appliances for our new home approximately 3 years ago. It was fun and clear sailing getting everything pick out, ordered and delivered.All that went smoothly then the Codvid happened and at the same time my microwave decided it had enough and stopped working.,,,,,, We live 2 hours away from Aggressive Appliance so I tried 3 local repair and none could help me either no parts or no repairmen available. So finally call Aggressive and they sent Joey Langan a quite gentleman at first but then as we got to know him,he was great. He stayed with us until he received the correct part. First back orders were 6 - 8 months long,, then one by one parts were coming in to try,,, Joey came ever time trying to fix our problem,, final the correct part came and today we are using are almost new microwave.. Some customers would be upseat for how long it took but I never met someone who wanted to get the job done in the middle of the world closing on parts …. Thank you Joey you are my top repairman and Aggressive is lucky to have you,,, Thank you again will miss you 👍🏻

Where to even begin from the purchase process to the Installation everyone was simply amazing.Jeff the owner was incredible to work with extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring.when it came time for delivery and installation Tommie and Denmark were great very professional, very clean and great guys all around.We highly recommend Aggressive Appliances. By far the WORST customer service experience I have ever encountered, If I could rate zero stars I would. If you need appliances, or service this isnt the place. I never write negative reviews, but Aggressive Appliances your customer service policies are deplorable.My Samsung range and hood both failed on August 9th, 2021 while under warranty; covered and serviced by Aggressive Appliances. When I called for service, the first available appointment to even diagnose the appliances was September 21st, more than 6 weeks later. Even though I noted members of my household have strict dietary restrictions and we use them everyday. I waited and finally a tech showed up, spent 15 minutes here without disassembling the machines, and minimal diagnostics he determined they needed parts. The tech ordered parts and I attempted to get status updates for more than a month, to no response, or a canned response saying they had no ETA.October 10th, I gave up and replaced the range at my own expense of $2100, after repeatedly being ignored. A couple weeks later, the tech finally calls to say the parts came in for the hood. Awesome I thought, so they scheduled the repair for October 22nd. The techs arrived and curiously I note that the box the parts were in, actually arrived via Fedex to their office September 23rd, and they had been sitting on them for over a month. Obviously this made me angry. What made me even more angry is they ordered the wrong parts.To make matters even worse, the techs burned (to the point of flames nearly requiring an extinguisher) a synthetic fabric moving blanket to the ceramic top of my brand new range because they turned it on while attempting to service the hood, filling my house with smoke and causing the entire place to smell like a burning bed for a week.Fast forward to today, November 3rd, 2021 three months later, and my hood has still not been repaired and calls to their service department are of no use. If youre in the market for mediocre appliances with absolutely no customer service and no warranty support, look no further; Aggressive is the place for you.

My girlfriend and I came into the store in search of a dishwasher, washer, dryer, range, microwave. And we walked away with a new refrigerator too! We called and canceled our order from from best buy. All of this would not have been possible without the help of Wes! Hands down the best salesman ever. He wasnt pushy, he was super helpful and found everything we wanted with our requested features! I highly recommend asking for Wes! Aggressive Appliances was wonderful in helping us buy a new washer and dryer. Dallas greeted my two toddler boys and I and was super patient while they ran around and talked to him about everything they could think of. He was really nice and didn’t rush us at all. He helped us pick the washer and dryer that worked for us and even took off the delivery fee! The delivery went seemlessly and they set everything up/connected everything for us. We will definitely go back for future appliance needs!

Very pleased with the Wolf range top and Miele refrigerator we bought here five years ago. Recently, the gas range top burners were not lighting as quickly as they should. We called for service, and on the day of service, their technician Buz was on time, and remedied my issue quickly and professionally. It was nice to have friendly, effective service!

Eric Anderson was so helpful at the store—we learned a tremendous amount of information about each brand and what’s going on in the appliance industry in general. My focus was on getting true heat from the gas burners, and there are more factors involved than what we thought when shopping at other appliance dealers. We settled on a Wolf and I couldn’t be happier. Felipe and Marquis did the installation; they were careful, thoughtful and experts at the job.

Well I couldn’t get my hood vent to sync with my cooktop and Westin came out within an hour to help me out. The crazy part was I watched YouTube videos before calling couldn’t find any help this guy shows up and 5 minutes hey man it done 😂😂😂

I am very satisfied by the service on my two aging kitchen aid appliances. I needed to fix a wine cooler and an under cabinet refrigerator. I tried several companies with no success all over the greater Orlando area. I was on the verge of giving up before I had the good fortune of calling for replacement costs and was told of their service department. I got an appointment and the parts were ordered. My two units are fixed and running fine. Pete, the technician on both occasions is a great asset to this company. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional. I had a great experience at Aggressive from the time I went to their awesome showroom and got it installed!I walked around their showroom with.no pressure of time to look and touch. Joe helped me write up the sales order and explained it might take a month or so to get the unit I wanted. I’ve been without a working dishwasher for several years so what’s a few weeks! It looked like they had several models you could get right away but this also isn’t Lowe’s.About a week went by and I had a message from Joe that our dishwasher had arrived. Nice touch having the person call who sold you the appliance! We scheduled the install for Saturday. Felipe and Julian came after calling ahead, worked as a team and were very pleasant. They had a quality approach to their work because we had noticed the junction box under the dishwasher was missing from the last installer and he said he was going to fix that. We live in an old house so things are not quite level and they took extra time to make sure it was before they were done.Love the quiet, clean dishes in our Bosch! It has great features and most importantly it cleans the dishes and dries them!

BUYER BEWARE! I was sold a bad gas range that could have been dangerous for my family. But thats not the worst part. When I call and let them know they refuse to refund me for the appliance. They sent out a service technician and the guy the sent said no one should have ever sold this appliance. Its not worth the risk!!!!

Our dishwasher recently died and Aggressive Appliances was able to get the dishwasher that matched my refrigerator (in the midst of an appliance shortage due to COVID-19) to replace it and have it delivered and installed in under a week. Not to mention, the two technicians that did this - Mike and Song - were prompt, clean, friendly and patiently answered the multiple questions that my curious pre-schooler and toddler posed to them while they were here. Best place to get appliances. We needed a new dishwasher and the big box stores were telling us anywhere from 3-6 months to get our dishwasher. Called Aggressive Appliances and we not only got a better price, but we were able to get it installed in less then a week! Installation was flawless and amazing, both Justin & Ronnie were great. Cesar and Albert stopped by today to take a look at our new stove that was installed by a pervious person. It had a faint gas leak that you could barely smell but they were able to replace the hose and fix the issue. Super professional and were super quick. 10/10

We have used Aggressive Appliances for many years and they continue to be the best. We recently had a KitchenAid microwave installed by them and Felipe & Marquis were awesome !! The sales team were also knowledgeable and did not get frustrated when we asked a TON of questions :) Cant wait for the new cooktop to get here.......COVID is delaying a lot of appliances but we will be happy to wait it out with Aggressive as they are worth the wait.

We are so very happy with the delivery of our 84 inch KitchenAid from Aggressive. It was months late due to Covid related production issues but An and Trey did a fantastic job delivering and then installing this beast in a difficult spot. They were truly great at their craft.

We had a service call for our refrigerator on 2/18. Pete was our technician. He called like they said he would prior to arriving and within the window timeframe. I would like to say as a homeowner who has owned multiple homes over 30 years that Pete was one of the best service men that I have ever had. Contacted Aggressive Appliances to perform work on my Whirlpool refrigerator. Juan, my tech, we extremely thorough ensuring the cause of my problem in order to fix it right the first time. He was punctual, arriving at my hime when he said we would. He was masked and portrayed a very clean and professional appearance. The part was ordered and he was back at my property within a weeks time. Upon replacing my light unit he then proceeded to check other items without being asked. Proper temp for freezer and fridge. Water filter light was orange and he proceeded to check the filter. It was not placed in properly. My fridge made a strange sound when I used the water dispenser. Its been like this for about 3 years and I never thought anything else of it. I have changed numerous filters and apparently been doing it wrong all this time. He checked a few items and my system requires that I place the cartridge in deeper than others. Once he did it, noise was gone! Its just a simple yet important appliance. Juan takes pride in what he does and goes a few extra steps above. Theres service, then theres extraordinary service!!! Thank you Aggressive Appliances and Juan for taking the time in doing things right, plus doing the little extra things that go a long way with me. You earned a customer for life! WOW! What a great experience I had that I want to share. We have made two purchases with Aggressive. The first is a refrigerator (which is on backorder so we havent received it yet) and the second is a new hood insert for our custom hood.Doug White was our sales guy who was awesome. Keith, who I think is their installation manager, was great. Keith came out and took measurements since a custom hood can cause problems with space. He was able to verify that the 1100CFM unit we picked out would fit, and it does! Then Matt and his helper (never got his name) were AMAZING! They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and the exhaust was pulling at max power.This level of product knowledge and service is rare these days. What I figured out is at the end of the day, all their employees actually CARE about the customer. Its more than just a job to them.Were VERY HAPPY!

My wife and I visited today and not knowing their showrooms we went in the most obvious one. A salesman met us and asked what we were looking for and I mentioned a brand name of range Fulgor Milano. These retail for anywhere between $2.5K and upwards. We wanted to see if they might be a contender for the complete kitchen remodel we are doing.The sales person literally showed us the door and pointed to the other building and said go to the showroom over there. They have a sales team as well.My wife and I walked out and as we crossed the car park I remarked that it seemed we were being sent to the cheap seats. Indeed we were.In the other showroom no one spoke to us at all. The place looked dismal compared with the first showroom. We looked around for some time and finally found their one Fulgor Milano range which was about $4K.Having decided that that might not be good enough for our remodel we left.The ONLY person who spoke to us was the first sales person who made an on the spot judgment about our interests and how much we might spend. He did not ask us why we might be interested in that particular brand, nor what type(s) of appliances we were looking for, nor our budget. He couldnt get us out of that showroom fast enough.This was an absolutely abysmal experience. You could not pay me to shop there. They should be ashamed of their lack or sales and people skills.

Weve just redone our kitchen and bought all our appliances there. Worked with Eric Anderson, who was always there for us. On the first day we walked into the showroom he helped us pick the most adequate product and then till our final install, he was always answering our questions and making sure everything was to our liking. You can see (or not, the dishwasher and fridge are completely integrated) on picture the final result.

I recently purchased my kitchen appliances at Aggressive Appliances. I was extremely happy with the overall service they provided for me. The salesperson I used, Kevin, was knowledgeable in a range of products and was able to find the appliances that would best fit my needs based on price, value and quality. I felt comfortable asking questions and going back and forth with him on product details and exploring various brands and styles. I did not feel any pressure to purchase, which is something I appreciated. The service did not stop after my purchase. I have contacted Kevin and the service department at Aggressive Appliance several times now. They have been extremely courteous and helpful with any question, concerns or issues I have had with my appliances. I have recommended Aggressive Appliances to my friends and will continue to do so. I have never had such a pleasant experience making a longterm purchase.

Felipe and Sean professionally and skillfully tackled an especially complex dishwasher installation, and successfully completed the urgent project on time. They figured out the quirks in our electrical system, beautifully transferred our old matching wood front panel to the new Bosch dishwasher, hauled away the broken old machine, and were polite and courteous throughout.We’ll be sure to choose Aggressive again. Westin, in sales, was patient and helpful and the owner was eager to step in to help when the showroom floor was busy. When you are buying your first home you are anxious, excited, stressed and happy. This afternoon we were delighted with the service we received at the store during our purchase. I have had several experiences with Aggressive Appliances services people, but my most recent with Pete Patel who fixed both my ice maker and outdoor fridge have been outstanding.

These guys are the go-to in Orlando for appliances. From picking out the right appliances to installation they are first class all the way. Weston knows everything about the products and was able to stop by our home to measure our built-in areas to ensure the right fit. Felipe and Ty were awesome installers, they went above and beyond to remove a dinosaur dishwasher and upgrade some of the plumbing for the new one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I just had Walker and Denmark install my new refrigerators so I can not review the actual refrigerators yet but the installers where first rate. There was some confusion on if the trim kit was necessary from the very beginning of the sale. The installer who came to see if the refrigerator would fit said we didnt need it, salesman said yes we did, in fact we have to have it. When they got here to install it I asked again, Why do I have to have this $339.00 trim kit, does it void the warranty, what does it do? Walker and Denmark were willing to investigate the matter, made a phone call, etc to make sure I was informed correctly and was happy. The trim is not mandatory for the warranty, it does function to fill in gaps from the front to make it look like one unit verses two units. I would give the company a five star because of Walker and Denmark.

We were referred to AA from a friend, and we are glad we went with them. Their prices arent cheap, but some of the models are certainly competitive. We decided to go with them because they offer repair for any products that are bought through them.The reason for my review is because of their stellar delivery personnel. Deliveries can always be a make or break it situation in a relationship between customer and business, and AAs guys were far above any company I have dealt with for deliveries.Antonio and Kevin were the employees that delivered, installed and helped us with any general questions about the product. They were extremely polite and exceeded all of our needs. They even had to disassemble the refrigerator to get it through our door and did so without damaging anything and it was reassembled flawlessly. These guys are true professionals and based off this simple in home delivery experience i would recommend them to anyone. Thank You.

There is always a delivery truck parked right in the curve in Bella Nova in Davenport causing a blind curve and blocking half of the road.Commercial vehicles shouldnt be housed in residential areas.

I have had excellent service from all departments. I walked in for the first time to see what kind of options I could have for a quick delivery to finish our kitchen project. Not only did I get quick delivery for what I ultimately choose but I received personalized help from Kevin Bolivar. He walked me through all the different options for appliances I needed. Pros and cons personalized to what I wanted and helped make sure I made the best choices for our home. I am so happy with the selections. The delivery and installation process has been great too. Buzz helped with fridge and microwave oven combo. He was attentive to all details in the installation. And when I called back a week later with an ice machine issue, he was back at the house that week to fix it. Walter and Denmark helped with the dishwasher and stove. They helped make sure the spaces were correct before installing. And left everything looking great and clean. So happy. I highly recommend this company and their team members. I will never buy an appliance from anywhere else.

The gentlemen Justin & Mike came out to my home to bring a new gas stove two days before Thanksgiving. They were fast and efficient, polite and all together a wonderful experience with them. My yorkie of 12 years that usually doesnt warm up to many men, he was very playful with them which was adorable to see. Thank you to them for a speedy and pleasant exchange of appliances. We had 3 different appliances that went at the same time. So I called Aggressive Appliances and was very impressed with their Services and Honesty !! Brandon our service tech, was very considerate wearing a mask for his visit, as well looking at our appliances for the best and least expensive route for us, being honest suggesting getting a new microwave instead of buying a new circuit board as far as cost wise. He looked at my fridge and instead of replacing parts, he suggested to leave water filter for 24 hrs due to it been frozen, and then try to see if the water line would work. Great news it worked out and one less item to pay for repair. The Honesty was there to help me as a customer, instead of taking advantage of us. They are very slow with orders. they forgot a couple of orders and we had to wait. stillhave to wait for one more order and keeps getting delayed. we don’t understand the deal on long delays. we spent more than $25k on applicanes. they messed up on couple of orders and forgot to order other little things that are needed for our applicanes. they don’t push themselves to see what was held up on delays. we found blue knobs for our thermador stove online that would be available to arrive this saturday. we had to research ourselves to see if it’s true that blue knobs are out of stock or prolonged shipping date or not. thus, they are ready to be shipped with a date (weird that AA can’t do that themselves toput on a rush to order for us asap and shipto us asap for customers who spent $25k) we ordered applicanes in october of 2020. one final order is still not here and it’s april 20 2021 today. something is fishy with them at AA.

Just had a perfect Customer Service transaction with Sarah. No pressure, answered all questions, very COVID conscious, extremely knowledgeable, eager to please AND gave us best prices. Now, you cant beat that anywhere.I have every confidence that delivery and set up will be as perfect. Sales & service are always two different things. The best place to shop for appliances

Every single interaction with this company is incredible from service to sales. This is the first time we had an appliance that couldn’t be fixed. It was an older washer and we were throwing a Hail Mary pass calling it in for service. While we had to say goodbye to that one, the technician suggested I reach out to sales for a replacement unit. They had one in stock for less than the box stores, plus they credited us for the service call. Prior to the technician leaving, he noticed our fridge radiator needed to be cleaned (who knew) so he vacuumed it out himself, saving us a ton of money had he not been so observant. It’s so refreshing to work with a company you know has your best interest at heart. Thanks Ken and Eric!

We want to thank Felipe and Marquis of Aggressive Appliances for their outstanding service. They installed a Bosch dishwasher and Kitchenaid micro and oven, even altering some of the existing cabinetry. They were masked, friendly, knowledgeable and relatively quick.

Outstanding delivery service by Sier & Jason on 11/10/20. Not only did they call ahead, they arrived prior to their ETA, carefully unloaded my new Washer & Dryer and carefully removed my 11 year old set. They had all tools necessary for installation and it took them only about 20 minutes. Id say they were in and out of here within 45 minutes. Great guys and GREAT SERVICE from Sara in Sales through Delivery/Installation with Sier & Jason. I highly recommend this team for your next appliance purchase.

We got a new fridge from them on Friday 7/9. Tommie and Michael delivered and installed it. I have to say, this was the most professional company I have ever worked with. They were on time, made sure everything was measured so nothing was scratched, once the installation was done, they even removed all the plastic and wiped down the fridge with stainless steel wipes. I would definitely recommend this company!

Worth your time and money.

We bought our kitchen appliances from Aggressive Appliances almost 3 years ago with extended warranty. Doug helped us pick our appliances and saw our order through patiently while our renovations took longer than expected. We had a very pleasant experience buying from. Aggressive Appliances.Recently we had a problem with the fan sensor in the built in Samsung wall oven combo. We had to go through the 3rd party warranty company to open a claim. Aggressive Appliances was contacted to come out and assess the problem. They sent a technician out promptly and told us they would order the necessary parts immediately. The warranty company however did not cooperate. They tried to reassign the repairs to other companies and ultimately we were contacted by Samsung offering a refund of less than half of what it would cost to replace the appliance. When we tried to talk to the warranty company we were told its out of their hands and we have to take Samsungs offer.We reached out to Aggressive Appliances and explained what was going on. That we simply needed our oven repaired or replaced as promised when we bought the appliances. Sailao from the service department was very helpful in working things out for us and we had the technician come out as soon as they received the partsRadu is a very friendly hard working technician. He came out to assess the problem and then to repair it. He is experienced and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend this company! Service was excellent and prices were fair. Doug did a great job of showing me washers and dryers within my price range. Delivery was quick and easy. Seth and Ray were very professional and efficient with delivery and installation. My parents have also bought appliances from this business throughout the years and have always had a positive experience. If you are looking to buy appliances, you cant go wrong with this company.

Very nice experience from shopping and purchase at the store, to delivery and install of Speed Queen 5000 the same week today/Thursday. I like that their salespeople have extensive knowledge of the products they sell. I also like that they were not only able to give my a small 3 hr window of 1-4 to be home, but kept their word arriving at 2:15 and were finished before 3 today. Will get my repeat business for future purchases and recommend to anyone!

My experience with Aggressive Appliances has been an A+ from start to finish.Our sales person was Westin Williams. Westin did an amazing job, as he patiently worked with our timeline. We started looking at appliances and getting bids in early March 2020. After an extensive search for the right products, we purchased in September from Aggressive Appliances through Westin and installed in December. The process was long, but Westin was always available through the whole process to answer questions and any concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful about products. He answered all our questions and concerns and the bid from Aggressive was very reasonable and competitive. Westin consistently checked in to make sure all was well with our time line for installation as well as any concerns that came up during installation. Installation was a breeze with Tray, Anthony, Shawn, Tommie & Mike delivering and setting up all the appliances. There was a tiny glitch, and service was called in to take care of it. Kenny and Beau came out and made everything right.Everyone who has come out from Aggressive Appliances was polite, courtesy, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We appreciated Westin’s consistent support as well as the installation and service teams. We will call on Aggressive Appliances again when the need arises. Thank you for making this process so pleasant. It was a great experience for us.

Our experience with Aggressive was nothing short of spectacular. Doug White cheerfully greeted us the first time we walked in the door, and the experience only got better from there. My wife and I had lots of questions covering many different brands of kitchen appliances. There wasn’t a single question that Doug was unable to thoroughly answer. Additionally, Doug would offer helpful suggestions through the entire process. Our house renovation project covered a span of about six months. During this time period, we requested changes to our quoted package on numerous occasions. Doug happily accommodated these requests with patience and grace. He never once seemed that he was trying to push a sale onto us.The excellence continued through our installation day. The installation team arrived promptly at their scheduled time. All five of the delivery and installation team members were professional and courteous.Aggressive Appliances is located more than an hour from our home and I will still choose them the next time I am shopping for appliances. I give them my highest recommendation.

Anson serviced our ice maker and dishwasher this morning. Anson was excellent! Anson is a very personable and customer service oriented individual. In addition to servicing our appliances so they worked perfectly, Anson showed us how to properly operate, clean and maintain our appliances. In addition, before the scheduled appointment, Anson called our home to give us his exact arrival time. We are very pleased with Ansons work and his representation of Aggressive Appliance!!!

Just did a complete home remodel and worked with Aggressive Appliances for our kitchen and laundry room. Dean, our salesman was great and very responsive with our large appliance order. The appliance installers Felipe and Cesar were awesome and explained each detail of our appliances and took the time to make sure we understood and asked any questions we had. We had a very positive experience with Aggressive Appliances and all we came into contact with. Would recommend this company to anyone needing new appliances. If you go to the store go on a Thursday at lunch time for a delicious home cooked lunch. We enjoyed!

Purchased our Bosch kitchen appliances from Aggressive Appliances and called them when our Speed Oven stopped working.
