The doctor is very professional and explained to me details about hearing loss and how it occurs during my test. I feel very informed and happy I went.
I had seen on the window that they offer free hearing tests so i took my nephew in there. Upon entering, my nephew had picked up a snack they have laying out (not knowing those were only for the patients) she demands him that he puts those back in a tone of voice that made me and him very uncomfortable. He cannot hear so he looked at me to read my lips. While doing so, she demands him again. She asked what we needed and I proceeded to explain to her what was going on and didn’t want to take time out of her day to give him a test and told us to take him to a ENT then get referred here. I don’t know why it’s advertised as a “FREE HEARING TEST” if they are not in willing to give one and have to get referred by an ENT just to come to the place.
Pricey but top of the line hearing aids. Very helpful, caring techs.
My sister recently was affected with some hearings loss. Her ENT advised her to obtain a hearing test ASAP but her office was unable to perform the test due to the person being on vacation. I call the number on Google who gave us an appointment for this office. The person performing the test was rude, nasty and very unprofessional. They advertise for a free test that she complained about doing. I would not recommend this business and I will be reaching out to the corporate office.
