Came in for a scratch repair on a game the kids got a hold of. WOW, it was like brand new after! Love the new layout, lots of collector items.

This place sure has a lot of disks for me to look at. They had a lot of cool movies like frozen II but however I did not see any dispicabel me ones so i think personally they should add some of those just for me to watch because i willy like those ones. I love the giant funko pop outside because it is so cool and they even had a pride funko pop inside the building. I willy like it here and I will have to come back here again ☺️

Took some games to trade in, the guy took a second to look at them and gave me lame reason why he wasnt interested in them. When I asked if he could explain why he wasnt interested in the games he answered arrogantly. They were selling games with deep scratches all over the store, but said he wouldnt be able to sell the games I brought. Went to another place and was able to trade them in no problem, no phony excuses.

I went here with my son just for him to shop for video games hed told me that Id probably find the DVDs Id been searching for and low and behold I actually found all 4. Delightfully surprised! The store was neat and it was easy to find what I was searching for.

Nice little used media store. Occasionally find some decent records in there. Great for classic videogames, movies and memorabilia.

This location is pretty decent, just lacking in terms of variety. I prefer the one in Highland, IN. Still, the customer service here was great. They didnt interact with me once and let me browse in peace 👌

Great place with great selection, although I do wish their Criterion section was larger and if they had the option for purchasing new Criterion blu rays as opposed to just the used ones. Kind of like they already do with Scream Factory, Arrow, etc.

READ BEFORE ENTERING! It was pretty much like any other one, except the employees seemed to be on tranquilizers. I mean I realize weed is legal and thats great, but if its going to make you go to sleep, dont go to work after consuming. I teach kickboxing and still muster up enough energy to simply smile and be kind to everyone. And its great that management sticks up for their employees, but customer service is paramount, as are the way the store is perceived by people spending their money. And like my customers but love my employees shows a lack of insight on how people are to feel when being in your store AS a paying costumer. My employees are my rock, but if a customer has any negative feedback, I make sure to validate why first, apologize, and take it up with said employee to make sure the customer is always satisfied. I know its just a gaming store, but please take more pride in it. Everyone should always leave satisfied. A smile and hello would have been great, we are not asking anyone to go out of their way. Literally every other place takes time out to make sure the kids are smiling and never roll their eyes when I ask to buy yet another product behind the counter. I wasnt going to make a deal out of this, but before posting something publicly next time, please get to the bottom of it first. Evidently you dont care about the feedback from paying customers, because your response would have been Im sorry you feel the way you do and I will try to find out why. Please give us another chance. Everything was rearranged since the last time I came in, but it still felt incredible to be there. They unfortunately were out of the console that I was looking for, but I still had a great time perusing the aisles and finding some cool games. This place is great for stopping in to find new and old records, games, dvds and any other cool gadgets and gizmos. Ill definitely be back here soon!

At 70 these folks have to know Im not a gamer. If I bought one move controller you think they would ask if I needed another one...how about the camera that goes with it...they lost revenue because I went to Ebay for the rest that I needed.Ebay does not have everything... They had what I needed but at $60.00 and I had to waituntil Sept to get it. I went back to Disc Replay and bought what I needed... this it at considerable savings... I also bought a. Bowling game...

I brought a Figuart from them I guess they don’t check their product before purchasing, turns out the Figuart is customized with gloss paint all over it I spent 180 for it now I’m stuck with a defective Figuart it’s cool don’t shop here there’s nothing the owner can say to justify this

The help was really great here. I make special trips here from Indiana, just because of their horror selection. They have movies that I would normally have to order off of Amazon or Ebay minus the shipping charges. I always leave this place with something.

Been here a few times before, pretty good selection of records, needs more progressive metal though. As of recently, my only complaint is the speaker behind the register that completely inhibits the ability to hear the employee, especially with masks on and the plastic wall. Other than that, good customer service, and the aforementioned selection of records and CDs.

Disc Replay-They have set the bar high for personality- expertise-customer service-they support local charities-thank goodness they are not a cookie cutter establishment! Another great used movies, video games, music & pop culture collectibles store!Located near the Orland Square mall, this Disc Replay has recently expanded within last few years to include more movies, video games, and music, as well as to accommodate the growing collectibles culture that is more mainstream now (like POP vinyl figures), LEGO (they have several used parts bins to dig through), action figures, statues, posters and more.

My son and I have been coming here every couple months s ince the store grew in size I don’t know much about anything in here but my son and his girlfriend sure do love it . staff is very kind and helpful aaron or eric I can’t remember i is a very helpful young man that helped me pick out my sons birthday presents that he LOVE ! .but there is a new radio in the check out that is very loud and I was in there yesterday and couldnT hear a darn thing anybody was saying bsck there ! overall a Great store and very friendly young people wnd inviorment, but tha radio has got to be quiet or i wont be able to hear my self think !!! thankyou aaron or eric my son jared was very.thankful for his gift ! - Judy

First time going here- it was sweet!!

Went in to sell about six games. We were waiting about 45 minutes before we asked how much longer. They kept taking care of customers that were purchasing items. I then asked again because if it was that busy we would just go and come back another day. Matthew told us he didnt know how much longer because they had a lot of customers. Although they had about 6 people checking out but it wasnt consistent. Guess I wasnt considered a customer because I was selling games...?DJ kindly spoke up and said Ill just take care of them now. He was very apologetic. He was 1 of about 4 or 5 employees. Very kind, I appreciate his attitude.You dont get that very much anymore. We wont be back they werent very polite and helpful but DJ most certainly was.

A great place to find anything pop culture related for a reasonable price! Movies, vinyls, discs, figurines, and video games ranging from Atari 2600 to modern PS4 and everything in between. Theres almost always some sort of sale!

Took many CDs and cassette tapes there. Spent over an hour waiting for them to evaluate what they would purchase. Went home with almost all I brought in. Next time, garage sale, 50 cents each. Not worth the trip in the snow.

Dont know why they took away the deal of getting one free. That was the main reason I would buy 70$ worth of videos each time I went in. When that comes back then I will. But I love the place over all.

Been coming here for 10+ years....just an awesome store and business. love looking through the old CDs, and the new vinyl record section is an epic addition that keeps me coming back.They sell games from nearly all consoles: PS1/2/3/4, Xbox, Gamecube, Wii, DS, All Game Boy systems, Nintendo 64, Sega Genesis, Atari, etc. Theres a huge selection of used DVDs, and they also carry some used music equipment and other stuff like funko pop and pokemon cards.

About a year ago, I asked one of the employees to give me a call if a particular game ever came into their stock. One day recently, I received that call. Now thats some dedication. I have never put my name on a call list at a business for a similar situation to this and actually received a call back.Also, they just recently expanded the store size, and its huge. They have so much stuff! It also seems like they have some hand made video game stuff, so if youre into collecting that kind of stuff, definitely check it out!

If you are looking for anything from retro games, music, and collectibles to modern games systems, and not only available but obtainable for a fair price ... this is the spot! This location differs from other locations because of the added music equipment section, mass retro game selection, vast Funko Pop selection and trading card selection. Not to mention used laptops, music players and a few phones too.
