In store service was great. I cant say the same thing about the delivery service. The fact that no one in the store knew what delivery company they partnered with due to them having multiply delivery partnerships were unacceptable. 3rd party or not you should have the knowledge to know who your company partners with in the event that a customer would like to know. I actually give them NO STARS because of the delivery service, 3rd party or not Sears does business with them which means that they should be held accountable for part of my issue. I waited all morning right next to my front door with the impression that my item would be here with in the time frame that was given to me by the company and confirmed by myself. The delivery company kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, sending us messages informing us that the order was on its way during Christmas as well as after Christmas. Me wondering whats the hold up because it is now passed the time frame given to me I decide to call them to see about the delay. They inform me that they came to my home, rang my door bell several times and no one answered. My door bell works perfectly fine and my husband has not had a chance to do any snow removal to the area in which they would have traveled through which clearly means that no one came to my door because there would be footprints. On top of that my husband and I were on the couch with the blinds open the whole time. NO ONE EVER SHOWED. At this point I am boiling because this company is lying to me when I know they did not come. I have way much more to say but I will just end it here. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! I am pretty sure that this may be deleted pretty soon because it is not a pleasant review, hopefully it gets to some of you before you make that decision. I will be escalating this to as many social media websites as possible as well, this is not how you treat a paying customer. An apology is not good enough for my wasted time waiting.
We had a very pleasant experience in Sears in Oland Park Illinois. Our cashier was so polite and helpful. The store was neat and clean. We had wonderful coupons that we used with no problems.
As usual, very few shoppers which is nice and received some killer coupons from emails. The cashier said they will be down sizing giving up the top floor to a bowling alley.
One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. No wonder they are closing stores...their customer service sucks more and more over the years. I remember when Sears meant something. If you can find an employee in the store their only answer is I dont work in this department. No offer to see if they can help or call an employee to the department. Definitely this store has been the worst Sears experience yet (Orland Park, IL)
Never attempt to call this store. I have tried multiple times over multiple days and have left messages, even with management... Id have better luck with a message in a bottle.

Sears has really gone down hill.There selection of clothing is overwhelming.To much to go through on racks.Nothing really organized just clothes hung There is not enough registers. Who heard of going to the jewelry department to be rung up when you are purchasing clothes?
Found the appliance salesperson to be professional, friendly and helpful.
Horrible service.PRO TIP: Park by Sears Automotive instead of one of the main entrances, you will find a good parking spot.

They need Damn employees! It took me 30 Damn minutes trying to find someone to check us out! A Terrible sears! This happend more than twice!
Seems to be alright, never really buy anything from here but they keep the store in good condition. Store does seem dead most of the time I visit.
