I got a great deal on a used vehicle. The problem is that this place is so busy they lost track of their vehicles. The salesman failed to mention that the vehicle we were test driving had already been sold a few hours earlier. Maybe it was his inexperience, but I feel that never should have happened. It’s a beautiful lot and everyone was friendly, but I felt jipped out of an opportunity.

Our salesman was friendly and helpful but after signing a purchase agreement we were asked if we could come back when they opened again because there were 5 people ahead of us dealing with financing and it was almost closing time. We agreed only to come back and have them say that they didn’t add in the cost of the CPO and the cost of the new tires with labor. Very dishonest for a company that according to their own mission statement prides themselves on providing an exceptional, honest, and unique experience. A “unique” experience was the only accuracy.
You want to trust the dealership, but I took my car in 2 months ago for ac issue, they charge the system make me pay 300 dollars for service, 2 months later they say oh there’s a leak in the hose of the pressure switch, 1300 dollars to replace a hose that should have shown up upon initial service. Plus an additional 900 dollars for a battery in display. A 109,000 car should not have hoses that go bad after 25k miles.
I received outstanding, courteous service. The representative who wrote up my service order was extremely nice and well-informed. He even went out of his way to get me a quote for tire coverage. The guys who serviced and cleaned my car were very professional as well. Overall, it was a great experience. My only concern was there were very few employees and customers with masks on. This was very surprising, given the increasing number of deaths due to the Delta variant. Even in writing this, I’m left wondering if anyone who serviced my car - and entered it - could have been infected. This aspect of my service was not satisfactory, given the seriousness of the pandemic.

I brought my wife’s 2020 MINI Cooper in to have the chrome trim around the head lights repaired, very minor cosmetic damage.“Brad” in the Service Department was awesome! He took care of the repair without incident. The vehicle was in the shop, diagnosed the issue, repaired the issue, and out the door in less than 1 hour and 45 minutes! No hassles!I have purchased over (30) new vehicles in my lifetime, and this has literally been the most amazing experience at a car dealership I have EVER had.Brad and the staff @ Ziegler BMW of Orland Park were professional, very friendly, and went out of their way to help us, as we had never been to this dealership before.The dealership was extremely clean and comfortable, while we waited.Further, as we planned to wait for the car to be repaired, Brad made an excellent suggestion for a great resturant directly across the street from the dealership!I can not say enough, how impressed we are with Brad and the whole team at Ziegler BMW of Orland Park.Other dealerships should take note!We will be back!Thanks Brad!
Not happy. Contacted Erika via email and after so much back and forth we decided on a monthly amount for the lease we wanted. She made it seem like she had a car for that number we discussed. I made an appointment and had my husband go in to see her. I confirmed the appointment twice via email.The appointment was with another client advisor, she couldnt find the car keys to show the X5s to my husband and his friend. She kept going back and forth to different agents asking about the keys and then came back after a while stating that she cant find the car keys to do the showing (very unprofessional). When they went outside, my husbands friend tracked down an agent that had keys for 3 different cars. She then came and took the keys from him to finally show them the cars.Finally, when it came down to discussing pricing they would not budge and did not honor the number given via email. My husband gave a higher price over the number discussed via email, but they still were not satisfied. They basically asked why they would give my husband a deal if another person is going to come in and pay the high price theyre asking for. They told him to get it off the website if he wanted a better lease deal. Needless to say, we will not be giving them our business now or in the future. I understand the car market is hot right now, but the responses today were bizarre and just unprofessional.

Service department is less than stellar. 1st time Bringing my Countryman in for service here - simple oil change and tire rotation and to have my rear passenger door speaker looked at (crackling during certain pitches). Was asked about other services due (cabin air filter, brake fluid, etc.) which I declined as Ive got no problem taking care of that when due. Service advisor made sure to note each one of my intentions to decline offered service on the ticket.Upon pickup, I noticed on the work ticket there was no mention about the speaker issue. When I mentioned it to the cashier, she pointed at a line that said oh - you declined that to be checked over when you didnt request the vehicle check option.Walked over to the advisor that wrote the ticket up, and after explaining it a few times, I was told it was checked, but neither he nor the service tech noted it, and that they didnt find any issue. Not trusting or accepting this, I asked that he simply write up that it wasnt done if it was not put on the ticket so I have backup that this was overlooked, so it doesnt lapse on warranty coverage and the next time I come in, I get hit with a repair bill for something that shouldve been corrected.His solution: Have me wait while he hurredly typed in that everything was tested and inspected.Once I got in my vehicle and started it up, one of the service warning lights was still on, and on checking my audio, found the equalizer had been modified to play 75% to the front speakers - changed from having it all play at even since we purchased the car.My takeaway? Not really being able to trust the fact that the work requested was performed.Bonus? When I adjusted the balance of the speakers driving home - the cackle in the rear door speaker was there just as it was when I brought it in.Unfortunate for the first time taking a vehicle here - will also probably be the last.

I always receive excellent service!!But just the other morning I had warning ⚠️ light telling me I needed to check my tire.So I drove over without an appointment and I was able to get in to check it out.It was a nail in my tire. Ugh! No worriesRichard the service adviser took care of me within 2 minutes of detecting my issue.He checked inventory... my tire was in stock and he had me sit in the comfortable waiting area and my car was ready in 1 hour!!Not only was the service excellent •••• but they also washed my car and gave me a quick vacuum and topped off my wiper solution!!Thank you Richard •••• You made my day!!I will definitely recommend Ziegler BMW to my friends.

First, the good; they got me in next day for service and the folks there were very professional.However, I came in for a battery and they charged me $170 - to install a battery!! So all in, over $430 for a battery! To make matters worse, i had a check engine light on when i arrived, but they would not read the code or reset it unless I paid them an ADDITIONAL $170 just to read the code!!!!This is just egregious and also short sighted, because they could have identified the issue and charged me to fix it. Instead, I feel like they were just bleeding me dry and I never want to go back again and would be very reluctant to buy another mini or bmw for fear of having to deal with this service standard.If I could give a half star. I would have.

It was almost impossible to get a hold of my service advisor and they diagnose the vehicle and they said I need repair of $3000 after me towing the car the car drives completely fine without doing any repair

We bought a used vehicle from this dealership. The vehicle was not detailed/cleaned inside, they didnt even change the oil (it was badly in need of a change), and the windshield wiper blades were broken. Customer service post-purchase is non-existant; it turns out this dealership never even submitted the financing paperwork (even after a month post-purchase) and need to send us a new bill of sale (according to the general manager). I still have no idea if/when my first payment is due, and Ive been trying to get this resolved for four weeks now. The financing department wont answer the phone (voicemaiI inbox has been full for weeks as well) or return my emails (I did receive a Ill look into it once, but that was it). I even contacted the general manager multiple times, and I still dont have any answers as of this review. I guess I need to get my legal representation involved at this point. The other one-star reviews about post-purchase customer service arent wrong; youve been warned!Update: A few hours after I wrote this review, I had a new bill of sale in my inbox. Imagine that!Update 9/14/21: This dealership is beyond incompetent. They still havent transferred the registration from my trade-in to my current vehicle (purchased 8/3/21). I cant seem to get a response from them, even when I contact the general manager.

I wanted to trade in my vehicle for a larger one. I arrived at 1130 on a Saturday and they were really busy. William talked to me about what I was looking for until Sam was free. Sam found a countryman for me and let me test drive it, there was no high pressure but he got me what I wanted for a price that fit my budget. I found the service great, better than I have experienced before. Kudos to both men.
Worst customer service ever. I leased an X5 in April and then in August traded in a 2016 BMW and purchased a 2018. They failed to secure the correct pay off and now are trying to force us to pay the balance on a car no longer in our possession. Beware only kind to you until you sign on the dotted line.

I’m not happy at all I was told they would be able to pickup my car for service then was told I was 5 minute too far now. I was told I would get a second set of keys then was told the sale person no longer work here. Don’t go to this dealership. They don’t care about your service they just want a sale. I will never give them my business again. So unprofessional. I called to make an appointment for service will never bother to call me back. I would have gone to the dealership closer to my house if that was the case. That’s part of owning a BMW was the service I would have bought a different vehicle if that was the case. Waste my time and my money. No stars for you at all. The sale guy didn’t have the facts about the car either.No on would help me set up my car when I came back and waited a long time. There was some kind of wild cat running around the dealership on a leash that the sale people seem more interested in .
I purchased a 2018 Mini Cooper from Zach and he was wonderful. The first drive of the car to purchase was about a week for me because of my schedule and he worked with me the entire step, answering all questions and assisted with problem solving an issue for me (making sure I could use my car for my tall dog). Love the car, loved the experience.
I live crazy far from this dealership and only today found out I could go to a closer dealership. But they are extremely courteous and the location is spotless. I have the maintenance plan so I did not deal with a cashier. But James who handled my service was professional and efficient.

Had to buy a car in short notice due to an accident. Had done an internet search on CarGurus and contacted the dealership through that website. Immediately got a response from the dealer and an email from Zach Radecki. He was responsive to all of my email questions and set up an appointment based on my availability.When I arrived, he was ready with a vehicle to test drive and was an absolute pleasure to work with through the car buying experience. He was constantly hustling and helping to shorten my time at the dealer post deal and ensuring I had everything I needed when I left. I would call him a true advocate to ensure that both I and the dealer ended up in a good position as we finalized the deal. With other dealers, I have felt that what was talked about on email were changed when you get to a dealer, feeling others had used a bait and switch approach. Not here and not with Zach. They were true to their words and delivered what I expected in the deal.I know most dont like the car buying experience, but as I look at my experience this past weekend, both BMW of Orland Park and more specifically Zach Radecki were fantastic to work with. I would recommend this dealership and specifically Zach for your car buying needs...and I drove from the far north shore of Chicago (almost 1 hour drive) to complete this deal! I’ve had a few not so great experiences with the service department. The lasted is an ongoing wait for brake pads that were supposedly ordered around May 3, 2021. I called about 5 times, had to leave a message each time, since then trying to get an answer. I received 1 call back. Yesterday I was transferred to the parts department and spoke with Alex, who was willing to help, which I was very appreciative of. I was informed that the brake pads basically will not be delivered for about 3-4 weeks. Since I’ve owned this car that we bought in 2019 the starter needed to be replaced. Roadside service was a joke that time. The AC had a terrible smell which turned out to be mold all throughout the system. That took 3 times of me bringing it in and complaining about until I asked the guy to go sit in the car a turn the air on. Ridiculous.
I had my BMW 740i serviced for a routine oil change and inspection.Jason Jakubowski provided excellent service and maintained a high degree of professionalism. The environment of the customer lounge was clean, and welcoming.My only complaint is staff didnt let me borrow the Matte Gray X7 for a couple of weeks.
I would put a zero star if possible. To begin with when looking at the car i bought there was a code tht kept poping up, when i asked the sales guy he said it was because of my tires being low on air. At buying sales manager gabe convinced me to get extended warranty, claiming id be sorry if i needed a repair and didnt get warranty. Sure enough one week into driving my car (short commute to work and back) it throws another code for awd system not working. I bring to dealer to find out my rear pump housing need to be replaced. Oh it gets better, its sitting at a dealer because the bmw of orland park hasnt sent documents or payment to my warranty company. It been over 3 weeks since i bought the car and the documents still weren’t sent?! Biggest joke of a dealer.

Was told over the phone after discussing that my car had a aftermarket tune that they could still service my frm module without problems, only to get there and find out I was lied too and told my tune needed to be removed from my ecu for them to fix the module that went bad. Called around to several shops and found out the ecu DOESNT require to be detuned to tell it the frm module is new. All you had to tell me was you guys dont want to work on a car with fbo and a tune cause your afraid your techs might wrap it around a tree vs taking my 160 for a diagnostic and lying to me.
I am a Marine corps disabled decorated veteran. I came to bmw to service my car. My experience was with a Mr. Jason Jakubowski. I was highly impressed with his dedication to the business, integrity, work practices and his professionalism. I am recommending to all my military and all my fellow veterans. He is a stand up guy, underpaid and honest. If the gm sees this review I hope you realize that Jason is the employee a Manager only comes across once in a blue moon. You cannot buy the traits and professionalism he has. I have had the pleasure and luck to get him. Ive dealt with bmw all across the United States, Jason by fat the best. 1.5 months later and the incompetence of this staff is preventing my wife from plating our vehicle purchased from them. Even emailing the general manager is the only progress and he still waits full business weeks to respond. Wouldnt recommend them to a single person.

The only reason I’m giving the service one star is because the service agent was very polite. The dealership scheduled my appointment over a week in advance. When I arrived I filled out paperwork and sat to wait for my car to be serviced. After about a half an hour, they told me that they would not be able to service the car because the service tech was not there. Why did they have me make an appointment and sit there waiting if they did not have somebody there to do the service? I was not a walk in, and I had explained my problems when I made the appointment so it’s not like this was a surprise visit. I wasted my entire afternoon driving to the dealership and sitting around waiting when they had no way of servicing my car. This was after trying to get an appointment for over two months when they did not respond to their online form. Clearly they don’t want to service customers once their warranty has expired. They only want to get them to buy a new car. I will not be using them again.
I contacted the service director Brian Coster and explained the problem I was experiencing with my 2016 BMW i3 just days before the Memorial Day Weekend. He put me directly in touch with Service Advisor Jason Jakubowski who was able to get my car fixed and back on the road just in time for me to enjoy the holiday weekend. I tip my cap to these fine gentleman who are not only very professional but genuinely understanding and concerned about helping their clients.

Excellent customer service. I hit a pot hole yesterday which instantly flattened my tire. The BMW team had my tire replaced, alignment adjusted, and a thorough check of the entire car by the end of the business day. They even had the ability to drop off my car at my home as I was unable to pick it up. Thank you Patrick from BMW Roadside Assistance, Richard Pool and your hikers from Ziegler BMW Service center for all of your help. I had a seamless experience and I’m glad I purchased our car at Zeigler BMW.

I used the Mini Hike service to have my car serviced today. They picked up my car on time and gave me a loaner. They also let me know when my car was ready and returned it and picked up the loaner car. Both drivers, Bill & Ken, were professional, friendly, and courteous. The Hike service is wonderful, it saved me at least 3 hours drive time and wait time!
BMW or Orland Park made this the best buying experience I ever had. And their salesman is the greatest.
