My husband & I came into the Ethan Allen store in Orland Park because of a magazine they sent out. I saw a couch I really liked & wanted to check it out in person. I also saw a bench for my bed that really interested us both.Lupe offered to come to our home with fabric samples the following week & measure our room & give us some good guidance. So on Halloween morning we accomplished alot wasting no time. Guadalupe went back to the store to bring us more fabric choices. We found what we liked & ordered the bench for our bedroom & the couch for our living room. I am excited to receive these 2 new pieces of beautiful furniture.Guadalupe was very helpful & professional, not pushy, she listened to what we wanted.

Donelle worked with us to redecorate our family living room. She really helped us transform our space into something we had always wished it to be. She listened to what we wanted and guided us in picking out furniture, fabrics, and accessories which were within our budget. She even inspired us to redo another room on our own. She was so kind and honest, made us laugh, and loves animals too (we have three dogs). She is now considered a friend, and we will refer others to her whenever possible!

Posting for my sister Terry Lanzi:Ethan Allen has great product but unfortunately not great after sale service. I recently purchased a dining table and lighting. Not only did the delivery team show up at 6:30am with no call ahead, they were rude. Ok, I can somewhat deal with that. After the table arrived, the measurements were not the same as what was listed, I called Lupe, my salesperson to return and was promptly told that they do not take back custom items and this was not returnable. I informed her this was not custom but a table and she said I would have to go through proper channels. She said that my request for a return would not be able to be addressed for a couple of weeks. My guess is they dont want to take this return until after their fiscal year is finished. I was forced to call Corporate Customer Service (with a wait of 25 minutes). Once I was connected, I was then told that the regional team would be contacting me within 24-48 business hours. I do not recommend Ethan Allen. Either Lupe is unaware of what a custom piece actually is or she was deliberately stalling me so she could collect commission. Either way, not luxury service from a brand that prides itself on that--

Love a good classic taste that last for centuries

Ethan Allen was great. I was there helping out a friend. Our designer was extremely helpful in making suggestions, considering the new location, the physical needs and more. The furniture there is all beautiful and of very good quality. Now I want to go back for some things for myself.

We were redecorating two rooms. Dee spent time with us helping with design and colors. LOVE our two chairs and ottoman for the family room. LOVE our new couch for the living room. Truly believe you get what you pay for ! Great pricing... great furniture.... great customer service !

I have probably visited every location in the Chicagoland area and I appreciate the consistent and excellent standard of customer service. I just remodeled my kitchen and Deidre (Orland Park) was most helpful in planning and advising . I have numerous projects and will always make Ethan Allen my first stop!

After looking at many other furniture stores I was pleasantly surprised to find exactly what I needed at a competitive price. Most importantly the furniture was all wood (no laminate).My designer Donelle helped me design the perfect piece for my home.
