I bought a vehicle from out of State, and they made the experience very easy. Every conversation was on the phone, via email or text. The Sales Team at Joe Rizza was great in keeping open communication with me. The paperwork was a breeze and they explained everything thoroughly. There was a bit of waiting time to get my new vehicle, but I think that was due to a busy shipping docket.

Jim Thezan’s customer service and winning attitude not only made my car buying experience less stressful, but made it genuinely fun! His fair and straightforward way of doing business should be taught to new salesman and used for a model as an industry standard! Bill Slager was my salesman and he was awesome. I reserved a test drive via their website and the same day Bill contacted me to schedule the test drive. When I arrived to Joe Rizza Maserati Alfa Romeo in Orland Park, Bill had the car ready and waiting for me to test drive. He explained everything perfectly and did not push me to make a purchase. I actually test drove the car on a Thursday night and contacted Bill Saturday to make the purchase. The first thing he said was I was going to contact you, but thought you may need more time to make a decision. I purchased my vehicle that Saturday and I have to say the process was painless. The entire staff over there were very friendly and informative.
The sales team did an awesome job,didnt have me sitting in the dealership for long and they answered all of my questions. I will definitely recommend everyone thats buying a car should go see them.
Very disappointed, I took my ghibli in today for suspension work and was given a loaner that was unexceptable it was dirty inside and out had cigarette ashes everywhere looked like a dump inside I asked for a different loaner the guy said this is all he had and to come back on Monday. Guess I have to go back to mercedes down the street to get treated with some respect smh.

I had the pleasure of working with Jim Thezan at Joe Rizza Maserati. We initially met prior to the Christmas Holiday and I test drove a the exact car I described to him. The test drive was extremely enjoyable and we were treated like family immediately. Joe listened extremely carefully to my desires and communicated with me to help me make an awesome decision. Directly following the Christmas holiday I decided to purchase the car I test drove. This purchase experience was, by far, the absolute best purchase experience Ive ever had. I walked out of the dealership in less than 3 hours of arriving to make the purchase. The application process was super easy, delivery and processing went seamlessly well, and I drove off in my dream car. I truly enjoyed this experience and Im looking forward to being a valued customer.

I just walked in here while I was getting my car serviced at Acura across the lot, just to see their beautiful cars. I asked for the agent to rev an engine and he was happy to tell me more about the cars and show me around. Thank you for the excellent customer service despite knowing I wasnt there to make a purchase. Check my video for the Giulia Quadrifoglio in their showroom; did not realize how beautiful this car is until I saw the exterior and interior in person. Also very nice cars in their lot as well.
Had been dealing with constant issues with my Maserati since October 2019, Joe Rizza Maserati is very helpful and hand taken. Care of the problems, Maserati NA has been slow but glad that I am.with agood dealership.Defective cars but. Afood dealership.

I wasnt even requested to do a review of this new Alfa Romeo dealership, but I wanted to make sure I had a chance to let people know what a great job they are doing at Joe Rizza Alfa Romeo. I brought my 2017 Giulia (which I absolutely love!) in for its 30k scheduled service, and received nothing but top tier customer service from the time I called to set it up, to the drop off process and loaner car (which service mgr. Dan warmed up for me) to when I returned to retrieve my car. Theres no denying the car itself is spectacular in every way. But it will take a dealership experience like this for Alfa Romeo to crack into the competitive performance/luxury car market. Great job!
