Always a great experience here dealing with the team at Joe Rizza. Weve purchased at least 20 cars from the various dealerships over the past 20 years or so. The salespersons are always great and finance does a great job getting the deal done. Sure there have issues, that just happens by theyve always been dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Gary P. is exceptional in getting the deal done, Luke had been our salesman forever. Bob R. always delivers and Dan McMillan makes the whole experience that much better. I was on time for a 9:20 am appointment. Service worker Jessie was polite, but advised me it would be 2 hours for an oil change and to look at my horn, which never worked on this new car. Long story short, it took over 6 hours for me to get my car repaired. Service Manager offered compensation which was nice, but I needed my car for many things that day and was stranded like a prisoner at home. When you have an appointment (medical, car repair, etc.), that time should be dedicated to you. Instead, there were so many cars booked that mine was still 5 cars from being first touched at the 4 hour mark when I called. The Service Manager needs to book less cars for appointments, hire more staff, or better yet, both of those ideas. My personality is not of a complainer, but I was livid that day. As a result, I need to find a better solution for the future.

My experience at Joe Rizza Lincoln, was a pleasant one. The salesman actually bend over backwards to make you leave with the car of your choice. All in all I would put Joe Rizza Lincoln up against any dealership in Illinois.try them and see for yourself.I only have one problem to address and Ill sure it will be taken care of immediately. I have never been treated so poorly as a paying customer. Bought a 2020 aviator and had immediate problems with it. No one answers the phone or calls you back whenever I do get a hold of someone they tell me they cant tell me anything and I need to speak to a different person. Buying a luxury vehicle and receiving better customer service at a hot dog stand. This place is absolutely terrible and I wish I could give it a negative 5 stars. Paying for a vehicle that the dealer has had in for service longer then Ive had it is preposterous but the fact that they have no idea how to fix it, when the might fix it, and more over dont really seam to care is whats highly frustrating. I have to call 6 times before a manager will even take my call and just get the same scripted response to try and get me off the phone.
I was at Joe Rizza on Friday, March 12th. Ike came out right away and took my transit 350 van. My van had 2 recalls. Ike told me that it was going to be quite a while to get these done, so I settled in at a table in the waiting room. My appointment was at 930, I was there then. At 1120 I got up to stretch my legs, I walked out of the waiting room and I heard Ike call me to tell me that my van was done. This was so amazing. When I walked in, I was anticipating that I was going to be there until dinner time. The people there were all so nice, professional, and friendly. The man at the cashier was also very nice. I will definitely be coming back to this shop to maintain my van. Thank u so much. You guys ROCK.
I went to Joe Rizza Ford looking for a suv and was greeted by Peter Silva. He took his time showed me around and gave me a great deal on a Cadillac srx. I was so pleased went back and bought a 2016 Ford explorer from him also. If you are looking for a vehicle go see Peter Silva he will treat you right.
Everyone in the service department are just the best. They are all so accommodating. My car was recently rear ended and the insurance company wanted everything done with their app and pictures to file a claim. Not really well versed with all that, Bobby the body shop manager took care of everything for us. That was a huge load off my mind. The whole experience from start to finish went very smoothly. I called to set an appointment for a recall for my 2014 MKZ and when I called I spoke to the reception and she sent me over to service department to confirm the time and date and I asked about a loaner car and she told me that they do not do loaner cars for recalls so I hung up from her and called over to Napleton Lincoln and they told me to come right over and they had a loaner car for me with no problem
Always a pleasurable and seamless experience. Ike, my go to service advisor, Lou the Dispatch Manager and Dave the service director always make it such an easy thing to do. I would never service my vehicle anywhere else. Those guys are the best. Oh and also Steve the technician is great too.

Thee worst service department I have ever experience as a Lincoln costumer it was my first and my last visit. The advisor I had for my service was rude and had no concern for my repairs. I had to go to another Lincoln dealer where the same services were approved by Lincoln to be done and reason being more info was need to get the work approved. And he was terrible with communication and he took no time to really assist in my situation. And then asked me why didn’t I purchase a vehicle from their sales team. The service I received was so bad they don’t even deserve a one star. And I am definitely waiting on Lincoln motor company to send me a survey to submit to the company.
I had my car repaired at Joe Rizza body shop after hitting a deer. It only 1000 miles on it, I was hoping it would look as it was never in an accident after the repair. I was completely amazed at the quality of work! It was perfect and couldnt be more satisfied.
I made an appointment to look at a vehicle, drove 2 and 1/2 hours and it was in the shop because it wouldn’t start. I received no phone call about it. I asked to test drive another vehicle and it had to be jump started. Another vehicle I looked in smelled of cigarette smoke. Only reason I am giving more than 1 start is because the associate that was helping me was kind.

I am very pleased with my experience! I used my employee purchase program and a member of the Internet department made me an offer for a 2020 Lincoln Corsair with the rare 202a Reserve II package. They said they didn’t have the car but could dealer trade. They connected me with my sales person Sarah Vargas who I requested to get the car for me and she was even able to get the Beyond Blue interior package! When I came in they had some trouble making the numbers work but the general manager Gary Precin stepped in and made it happen! I’m very pleased with the Corsair it is the best true luxury crossover made today and I’m pleased with the team at Joe Rizza Lincoln!!! They really follow through on their word and so far have delivered exceptional service after the sale and when my lease is up you better believe I’ll lease another Lincoln from Sarah!!!

Easy appointment booking. Better direction could be given when dropping car off. Had to find service advisor. Had appointment at 8:50 a.m. Was told I would receive a call once the car was diagnosed. Received text from Eric that he was my advisor. Figured it would only take a couple hours at most. At noon texted Eric for a status/diagnosis. No response. Finally got a call that it was fixed at 3. Was pleased that they fixed the issue for me, but communication should be better all around.
We liked the fact that they made us aware of other issues with our vehicle, we had them take care of it. The only thing I had an issue with, was that any time I have taken my vehicle in for work anywhere else they always put a paper mat on the floor, as to keep the carpet clean, not only didnt they do that but they didnt vaccum after they worked on the interior. I would definitely return there.
Good service but $180 diagnostic charge is ridiculous. They discounted it to $140 but for a battery replacement (bad cell) that charge should be waved. Push button start did not work and computer was acting strange so I had it towed to the dealer instead of my mechanic. $85 for a 3 mile tow, $145 for diagnosis, $160 for a battery is a total $390 for a bad battery! Even if you leave out the tow which is not the dealers fault the dealer charged (after tax) over $330 for bad battery replacement.
Being an out of town buyer was a little anxious but Clifford and Bill K. did a real good job making me comfortable that the vehicle we were buying was as advertised. They handled me with respect, answering all of my questions.

My vehicle was just scheduled for general maintenance. My vehicle was picked up on time and the loaner vehicle was very clean. The driver was very professional and friendly.My vehicle was returned in a timely fashion, cleaned, and again the driver was very professional and friendly.
Great service, my only hiccup was they kept the car overnight to finish up the recalled issues, even though it was brought in early in the morning. But things do happen. Overall, Im happy.
Purchased a $78k, 2017 Lincoln Continental from Rizza, after trying 3 time to repair a rough engine idle the past 3 years Rizza Service decided to replace the engine taking over 3 weeks. They returned the car to me with a check engine light and a clouded headlight. They corrected the engine warning but did nothing about the CID headlight. After persistent complaints they retired to get Lincoln/Ford to replace it under warranty. Lincoln denied the request due to the warranty being expired. The was not a Linclon issue, it was a service problem where they somehow contaminated the lens. End result, Rizza service wants me to pay $1999 to install a new headlight. Very poor customer service on an expensive investment. BEWARE!!!! I’ve been a previous customer and Rizza doesn’t treat you like they used too.
My wife and I bought this 2013 Dodge Dart over a month ago from the time we got it things were breaking down. First of all the tires needed to be balanced. They said they did it but I really dont believe it. Right after that the alternator went out and then I had to buy $130 battery. Had the alternator replaced at the cost of $200.you might think they will check out the cars they sell a lot better to the public. This car cost me more than the car payment even before I made my first payment I had to put out all that money. I do not recommend Joe rizza Ford to anybody at all. I give them a d plus.

He was amazing!! We drove 900 from RI to do our trade-ins. Arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. The amount of vehicles was long (7) waiting outside. Much to my surprise my vehicle was checked-in, Lyft ordered, and I was picked up/on my way less than 10 min. after my appointment time. Two hours later I received a call my vehicle was ready and notification my Lyft ride was 5 min. away. Upon arrival my paperwork was ready, the vehicle was waiting for me, parked inside, and I was driving to my next errand.Compliments to Ike for his efficient and professional handling of this service appointment.

Great dealership...great prices...great salespeople. We worked with Luke Clarizio. He listened, attentively, to our needs and made sure that we received exactly what we were looking for. Gary in Management, Mike in Management over Maintenance, Julia the Concierge, the gentleman who worked in the rentals department, and the gentleman who assisted us during financing (I can’t remember their names) assisted, also, in making sure that our experience at their dealership was a wonderful one. I will agree with the previous reviewer that many of the people there were not COVID compliant and of course, it’s extremely concerning, but my husband and I wore our masks and we practiced social distancing. We did not shake anyone’s hands after each encounter...as much as we wanted to. Instead, we bumped elbows...Lol...I look forward to the day when we don’t have to do that anymore. There’s nothing like a good handshake after a great deal, but I’m extremely pleased with the service that I received there and will definitely recommend others.

It was a painful visit. The sales manager appeared not to care to make a sale and made no effort to help the process. I went somewhere else, got the exact same car for $2k less, and the sales manager actually took the necessary time to speak with me and explain the different rebate options and pricing plans available at my disposal.
Had a slow tire leak for months that was very predictable with how much air would be lost based on miles driven. Brought the vehicle to a repair shop that couldnt find a problem and tried to reseal the walls to the rim. Didnt fix the problem.Brought it to Rizza to have them look at it. They suggested getting a tire rotation as well which my wife agreed to. A day or two after getting the vehicle back we realized the tire was still leaking. However, the tire is now in a different location because of the rotation. The problem NEVER stopped, just changed locations. This didnt come as a surprise since one shop already tried to fix it and was not successful. All the times this tire had to be filled not one single time did one of the other tires need filling.At this point were thinking it must be something abnormal happening and we should explain the entire situation to the service rep. Because of where the tire was pre-repair and where it was post-repair, he insisted it was not the same tire. His tone was instantly angry and defensive. Hadnt gone in there to accuse them of anything or point the finger. Just wanted to avoid a 4th attempt at fixing the same tire.He kept cutting me off when trying to give details of why I believed it was the same tire. Told me I could take the vehicle and leave which is convenient for them since we already paid for the repair. When I asked if wed be charged to fix the tire again he said yes. At that point I suggested it was BS that wed have to pay for it again. This caused him to become irate and start yelling. Now getting yelled at for swearing, I apologize which only makes him more mad. Realizing hes so hyped up theres no coming back I asked for the keys which he did go get.Decided to go in and talk to the GM who was very nice. He was sympathetic to the situation, although I didnt go into details about how far things had escalated. He offered to cover the cost of the repair so we left it there. A short while later we got a call from the GM stating that it needed a new tire pressure sensor and that they would not cover that cost. Agreed to pay it to get this whole ordeal over with. That did fix the tire.At the end of the day we paid Rizza for the original repair, the part for the second repair, and a tire rotation that I believe was done incorrectly causing the whole disagreement. A disagreement that led to a service rep shouting at a customer. Did ask the GM if Service admitted it was the same tire and he said yes but his comments after that led me to believe he might have misunderstood the question. Or he was trying to cover for them... admitting that it was the same tire would be also admitting that they had not done the rotation correctly. Sent him a follow up email which he didnt respond to.This was one of our first experiences at this store and was overall the worst experience either of us ever dealt with as far as customer service in any industry, period. Been getting autos serviced for 20+ years at other places and never once had an issue let alone been treated so poorly by an employee.Given the location there are several other Ford dealers in the area. Try those first.

I was told that it would take 4 hours for the work on my 2016 Explorer to be done. The work was finished in 2 hours. Im very happy with the service I got. I will be going back for all the future work that my vehicle needs.

I was disappointed when I took my vehicle in for an oil change recently. While I was happy that they are accepting drive-in customers again, and my advisor Eduardo was helpful, I was extremely upset that there was a noticeable lack of covid precautions. When I went in to pick up my vehicle, one customer was not wearing a mask, I saw an employee wearing a mask incorrectly, and there were no additional partitions at the cashier. She was not wearing a mask at all, pens were not being disinfected and were shared between customers, and there was no visible hand sanitizer anywhere. In this time of increased viral spread, I cant believe that basic precautions were not in place. I have noticed that the quality of all services has been decreasing at Rizza over the last year or so, and this further cements those feelings. Step it up, Rizza Ford! Customers want good service and public health safety!
Bob and his body shop are amazing....i have had multiple encounters with their body shop and can say without a doubt that they are the best and they are the reason i use this place as without their body shop and regular shop this place would be worthless as the salesmen are the same everywhere but what makes buying a car from here so special is the follow up and follow through from the shop and body shop. They standby their word and do amazing work.

Went there to test drive a f250 and buy. They never did a inspection on truck before it went on the lot. The oil was never changed so had to wait a day to get it. A turn signal bulb was out and passenger mirror motor was out. They did a terrible inspection on it if they did one at all.

I had my 2020 for a couple months, and most of the computing system failed..... A passenger reached for the seatbelt, and ripped the material with her nail. The passenger seat material was sticking out of the bottom, and looked horrible. Service did fix all my problems, but.... I couldnt get a loaner unless I gave 2 weeks notice. Rhe service personal was polite, but Im not at all thrilled with my 2020 Aviator. Just drives rough for the money I spent.😒

Kept updated with appt reminders via email/text; kept updated during appt via text. reasonable time appt duration since they were quite busy. Ike- was friendly & kept me up to date via text alerts. Most employees in quick-service garage area were wearing masks. (reason why 4 not 5 stars: no employee in show-room was wearing a mask, they were walking around the place to & from, & around customers with no masks on.)
Great service manager, everything was taken care of including ride to and from dealership.
While my service experience was better than expected (even though I mysteriously had a flat tire the day after I picked up my car), I was horrified to see that neither the porter who brought my car to me nor the vast majority of mechanics, salespeople, and management staff who passed through the customer pickup area wore a mask. In the future, Ill take my car to a Ford dealership that cares about the health of its customers.

Miles gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. So quick, easy, and professional. I really felt like family by the end of the whole process and drove off the lot in my new car feeling like I took advantage of them not the other way around.
