First time getting some audio work done at the Orland Park location and it was a great experience.!The specific radio that I had installed is a Android TV radio and rear backup camera.I called around looking to book appointments,each establishment I called gave me the run-around story about the radio I had and said that they personally did not see a replacement radio for my car even though I already did the research myself and I already had the radio in my possession.Not to mention the ridiculous prices these other establishments were quoting me was crazy.I did not have this problem with Best Buy. They called to confirm that I had a appointment and even let me come in hours earlier because they had cancellations that day.The technicians name that install my Radio is Terry.He showed Great customer service and he was very knowledgeable about my install and other car installations as a whole.I definitely will be returning to this Best Buy location whenever I need some more things done.And to be honest,I would encourage everyone to go to Best Buy for audio installations.They are fair and they dont try to beat you out of your money.Thank you guys again for a great experience!!πŸ’ͺ🏾

Ordered my phone online the night before. I got there for my scheduled apt and their system said my phone wasnt ready. It was wrong because after I spoke with the manager, she pulled the phone clearly with my name on it. Then, the activation i did through att the night prior also wasnt registering. So, they had to cancel my order and re do my whole order, including the att process. 3 hours later, waiting on the smart switch with their prehistoric wifi being powered by a dying oxen in a giant cast iron wheel... i asked if i could just leave with my phone.. it was only at 67% transferred files. Word to the wise. Learn the simple smart switch process and do it at home. I got home and finished that in 10 mins. Drove 35 mins back home only to find that the sales rep forgot to put my brand new phone charger in my bag!! Oh hey guess what, you cant call best buy stores now.. you get the national line for best buy that cant help you call the actual store and ask if they have your phone charger sitting there.. i was livid. Drove 40 mins back in the flood and dodging lightning bolts to walk in 5 mins before they closed..yeah, my charger was there. Sure, they said sorry.. but I will NEVER go back to Orland Park Best Buy.. Id rather drive further to a different town or take my business elsewhere.

I made a purchase on 9/6/20 for an Insignia washer and dryer as a gift for my mom. Paid $1316.18 which is STILL under warranty. The washer continues to leak even after we had a technician come out and attempt to fix the product. After this attempt, how can I trust that this product will even last beyond this year even if it gets fixed? We were simply requesting for the unit to be replaced. Its still under warranty right? Best Buy claims to stand by their products right? If I purchase a TV and it goes out within a year it gets replaced right? Why the different rules for appliances?? So..... after the run around, and several attempts and COUNTLESS HOURS ON HOLD, Ive been lied to, disrespected and hung up on by their horrid customer service team, I am seeking a REFUND at this point because I simply regret spending my money with this company and urges anyone reading this review to consider my experience before purchasing appliances from Best Buy. AVOID THEM! Their policy does not measure up to the lip service. I will share this experience with platform I can until it reaches someone who can actually help or issue my refund. In the mean time, if you are reading this review, then you know that they still did not help me, and probably will do the same to you. Avoid this company.

I known prices are high and stock is low, but I was surprised how little they discount floor models and returns these days. Literally a 5% discount even when missing pieces. I cant believe people buy these things at those prices. Some of the higher end stuff had little bit better discounts but of course that still costs a lot more to save a little more.

The employees greet you on the way in, they make eye-contact, they guide you from one person to the next (from dept to dept), and you’re able to get what you need and get out of there quickly which is important to me. They helped put my purchases in my car and were gracious about it. I’m really big on Customer Service, having a clean store and having staff who actually is willing to help (and seem like they enjoy working there) which is excellent to me.We all have a choice on where we spend our hard earned money. These businesses need to understand that CustomerService is a top priority, as is value for our money. I believe this store does understand both, so it gets five ⭐️ from me.

UPDATE. Walked in to the orland location and the manager rolled her eyes as this happens all the time. She gave us credit for the missing parts and had it fixed within a few hours. Definitely walk in and not call.Bought a display model laptop, they won’t remove their admin information so we can not fully use the laptop. No aps, no email, no zoom.Also not all parts were included when I asked specifically if they were.Management is very slow to answer or return calls. So we have a 1k paperweight!

He basically told me no I needed to shop and go back outside and wait in a long line of cars to get online purchases.
