I used to live in Utah for their wrapping paper and ribbon. They have such high quality wrapping paper and jumbo size! I hate buying wrapping paper that doesn’t have much on it. We moved away and there’s nothing like their paper or the size where I live. This company has been so easy to work with and good communication on products coming out and help with whatever shipping needs. I am so grateful they have an online store. Obsessed with their products and I can’t wait to start wrapping Christmas presents!!!!!

I had a very poor experience today with the worker who was there. I asked a question and she asked me to clarify what I meant. After I clarified, she seemed angry and snapped at me. She was rude and I didn’t feel welcome at the store.

I walked in, your employee was dusting. I thought, Thats pretty cool.I love your friendly service. I had called ahead to check if items were in stock. I bought thirty 4 by 8 cardboard sheets. He had me pull around back to the ramp, where your very friendly worker loaded and plastic wrapped the sheets into my truck bed, (because they were hanging out of the tailgate).Your service was so fast, I now want to come back and browse your crafty and knickknack section in the front of the store.

They have so much more than paper here! I work for BYU and we needed containers for some of our swag gifts. They had everything I needed and the containers they didn’t have in stock they ordered for me and called me when they came in a few days later. Great store and great customer service!

Great selection of paper/cardstock and envelopes. By far the place to buy 5x7 envelopes for the lowest price. About 1/2 the price of other places. Also has a great selection of bulk envelopes. You can buy boxes of 250/350 for a pretty good price—good for weddings.

Other than online, this was the only place I could find the paper I was looking for to make wedding invitations. They turned great, and the total cost was ridiculously low! Much less than what I could find online!

I was very dissapointed with the lack of selection here. I went to the Paper Store to find a gray piece of paper, and yet it was nearly impossible. They only had 2 or 3 shades of gray paper that they offered. If you are going to call yourself a paper store than paper needs to be your main focus, not other accessories. Also the hours are not too great either. They close fairly early.
