Ive tried to call to put in an order 3 times and they never answer there phone bad costumer service

Id been looking for affordable, custom shirts for our new business for a few weeks when I decided to try a local shop. These guys were by far the most affordable, and the quickest. They turned around a great product in under a week, and I was really happy with the quality. Great staff, great experience – well definitely use them again!

Their pricing is competitive, and their quality of work is always top notch. They always meet timelines, and exceed expectations. Great team to work with! They took time to make perfectly design our logo (which is complicated) for embroidery, and are always prompt with any of our shirt of hat design needs.

I give this company zero stars. I ordered 2 simple T shirts with a days notice. They said they would have it done the next day. I spent an outrageous amount of $50 for 2 very simple T Shirts.I Seriously get a call the afternoon of the day they were supposed to have it done saying their shipment did not include the 2 T shirts so they would not make the deadline for the already outrageous amount for 2 T shirts.I paid up front. They call with just an explanation that it will be the next day. No apologies or even compensation offered for the inconvenience. Yes it was short notice for them, but they said they could do it and I was ok paying the outrageous amount because it was short notice. This is bad business that they didnt make the deadline with no apologies and no compensation offered. Seriously!

I don’t even know where to begin; Darrell was such a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to help me find and make something very specific and rare. He found it! He spent so much time eith me to make sure I was happy. I will be a returning customer. He made my experience so pleasant.Thank you Darrell!

Our band needed shirts for a few upcoming events. We had called around to a few places and found it difficult to be able to speak with anyone and get the info we needed. Luckily we found At Cost Apparel and they went above and beyond. They were very helpful, EXTREMELY accommodating, polite, quick, responsive, and gave us a high quality product. They were also helpful in getting mockups and giving recommendations for quantities. We are now getting additional products from them and they are continuing to go above and beyond to get us what we need. It is also worth mentioning that At Cost Apparel was able to complete our order and deliver the product faster than we were able to even get a quote from another local company. The staff at At Cost Apparel did an excellent job on our t-shirts! The delivered a great product and an amazing price (especially for full color art) and got them to us on time.My only complaint is that they didnt return emails or phone calls well. I just had to catch them by phone. Besides that, I was very happy with the work they did!

Darrell was courteous and quickly gave me a detailed quote over the phone for what we needed, including various shirt types and print options. The final price was below their competitors and we had our shirts within just a few days. Would do business with At Cost again for sure!

Very nice shirt but the hat showed up with my design way off to the right side. I had called prior to them making it to confirm it would be centered. I called back after they delivered and Mike hung up on me and didnt sound like he could help me out. Definitely take your business elsewhere

My company uses them daily for printing. Never skips on quality, always a fun experience when working with them. Never feel stressed about your order, they keep you well informed with great proofs to make sure they get artwork squared away before the printing process.

I was looking for Tuxedo T-shirts for a Special Needs program. I had a very limited budget,I worked With Mike Sperry and he said he could do it within my budget. We had planned a very simple outline but he went far and above that.I wanted these special kids to look great on stage and the shirts I received went well above and beyond what I hoped for.I literally had tears in my eye when I saw them.Thank You atcost apparel

Everybody makes mistakes, but you see the real measure of a man (or a business) by how they manage those mistakes. These guys were incredible. The phrase above and beyond has become cliche, but they really earned it. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Didnt have the shirts ready on time and sat waiting for 30 minutes and was late to Girls Camp where they were suppose to be distributed upon arrival.
